It was clean and quiet with a comfy bed. The lady who checked me in was super nice. I just stopped to get some sleep while traveling, and got a great night’s rest before getting back on the road, and I love knowing I can bring my pup with no fuss. 😊

Very tired facilities, ice machine was broken, pool was broken, you had to schedule room refreshes.

Staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Room was dated but clean. Staff helped with a very special request at check in.

Updated rooms were mentioned in ad. Room was not updated. Everything was adequate but bathroom is ready to be updated. In good location. Able to walk to a few fast food places.

The pillows were less than paper thin. I folded up clothes to sleep better. Once it was shower time I was terrified I was going to fall through the bottom of the tub. There were soft spots that dipped in and dropped any time you stepped on them. The rest of my family opted not to shower when they felt them. The beds were harder than a brick. No give whatsoever. The gentleman that checked us in was really nice, but that’s about it as far as highlights go.

The room had a hole in the wall and water was constantly dripping in the tub . The curtains were disgustingly dirty . There were objects near hallways and kart full of things that came out of rooms . Mattress outside near trash cans and other objects as well . The pool was empty and disgusting .

The floors were dirty and bathroom very dirty and run down. We were in room 119 on lower level and we were disappointed with the cleanliness. This room definitely needs a new up date to it. Will not stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 6 years when we are in town for the livestock competition. I can honestly say the quality has went down considerably. But, for what we needed it for and the little bit of time we actually spend in the room during the 6 days we are in Perry, it met our needs fine. We have never had an issue with staff or anyone staying on the property and safety has never been a concern. This is just an older hotel that’s extremely budget friendly- if you’re not bougie and don’t need the frills and thrills. This was our last year here as our daughter is graduating and will no longer show livestock - but if we were coming back next year, I’d book again.

There was no breakfast. The light in the bathroom did not work, the toilet had issues flushing and the refrigerator was at room temperature and had a noisy humming sound.

Had to wait in parking lot for 10+ minutes for staff member to open the door for check-in. The room was not that clean. I found a googly eye in the room, the floors were dirty (black feet when showered)

Not much. Had to beg for towels everyday. Only gave us two for three people Tv fuzzy. Fridge froze everything no matter the setting. No iron. No hair dryer. One trash can in the room.

The room was not bad but the tub was dirty and floors haven’t been mopped in ages. However, the exterior is nasty. The pool is empty and an eye sore. Dog area is overgrown, walkways and stairs are filthy and cluttered with shopping carts. Pressure cleaning and elbow grease would go a long way.

The room said non smoking but there was a heavy smoke odor inside. The towels were scratchy and smoky. Toilet was dirty, hair in the sink, mattress was very poor and just an uncomfortable room to stay in. We would never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. The attendant said she could not refund our money because we booked through Expedia. Lesson learned!

The floors were wood flooring and our dog spilled water on the floor and I had to use the towel to wipe it up and when I was done the towel was black the floors don't get cleaned. Then the bathtub is about to fall through the floor.

The property was in disrepair. The pool hadn’t been repaired in quite some time, the ice maker had an “out of order” sign on it. The room, however, was decent. Th e towels were definitely not top grade, but they sufficed. Okay for the money.

Checking was easy and they did put both of my rooms next to each other and on the bottom floor as requested. The room on the other hand was dirty. The sheets were not changed from the last people as we found hair and a napkin that said if you’re finding this note the sheets were not changed stuffed in the pillow case. There was also hair and other debris in the sink and bathroom floors. I was lucky I had brought my own blankets and Lysol wipes

We made reservations for 4 days and checked out after the first night. We felt unsafe in this hotel. Lots of night-time activities going on in the parking lot until 2am in the morning. The pool was closed and we were never told this prior to making the reservations. 10 outta 10 dont recommend this hotel...

I know this is a budget hotel, but our room was nothing like the add. It smelled horrible, curtains were torn/falling apart, chair was so stained we wouldn’t use it, there were multiple burn wholes in bedspread, AC was dirty. There was not coffee maker as listed in the ad. We went to Walmart for air freshener and pillows.

Property had some cosmetic upgrades like new dresser bedsheets, but overall still very dirty. Smelt of cigarettes. Wear your socks!! floor was dirty and almost waxy feeling. Our room was booked for 4 people , but were only provided with two towels and washcloths. They told us they were only allowed two per room at this time per day. microwave sounded like it was going to explode. If all your needing is a place to lay your head then this would work , but wouldn't recomend .

Hotel is right where we need it to be on our travels. Like we don't have to pay extra for the dog.

No hair dryer No grab bars to get into tub on handicap accessible room. There were grab bars on the back wall but NONE to hold while getting in. Pitiful

The people in the rooms near by were outside talking very loud until 2:00 in the morning. Fore some unknown reason someone was pressing the "Lock" on their key fob which made their horn "honk" just about every 30 minutes. We were going to stay two nights in a nonrefundable room and left after the first night.

The beds for not comfortable. Either twin beds or king, how about a double queen room or so.? I really enjoyed having linoleum on the floors instead of carpet. The showerhead was awesome after visiting the fairgrounds all day long.

The property states no smoking but there was a burn hole in the bedspread on my arrival the curtains had stains on them and the tub had a soft spot so it felt like you were going to step thru it

Checked in lateish and didn’t notice much. In the morning found the floor to be dirty, toilet seat needs to be replaced and a dirt area on the cabinet under the television. Glad we only booked one night.

I just needed a cheap place to crash for a few hours and this place got the job done. Nothing special but not bad either.

The best about this is its location. The room was good, but the shower tub is clogged and all the water was stagnant. The areas outside the room weren’t in good shape and look old. The front desk ladies were good.

We had to take a handicap room to stay on ground floor, the room was ok, but the bathroom was terrible. When my husnand took a shower there was water all over the bathroom floor since there was nothing to stop the water from getting all over the floor. I skipped the shower since it was unsafe and just nasty with the water on the floor. I wondered why there were two drains in the bathroom floor. When I checked for bed bugs it was dirty between the mattress and box springs. The bed was very soft, so not the best mattress. The desk was very nice when we checked in, so that part was pleasant and the coffee was good the next morning. I can only speak for our handicap room, so maybe the others were better.

Our stay was not so good. The room and bathroom floors were not clean. The bathroom had flies in there. Beds looked and felt very clean and tidy. They were comfortable to sleep on, however the pillows were a little too small. It was super hot in the room all night, we had the AC turned on high which still didnt cool down the room enough. The unit was also VERY loud which kept us up most the night. Overall the only thing we approved of was the cleanliness of the bed. We did not have a good nights sleep and will not stay here again.

Old, worn, dirty

I reserved a room for me and my three kids non-smoking for the wrestling championship that weekend. I got there and checked out the room and it was obviously a smoking room. I told the front desk attendant I would not be able to stay because I have two asthmatic children. I checked out another room. It was obviously smoked in as well. I then had to find another hotel that evening 30 minutes in the direction I had just come from leaving me 45 minutes away from the destination I planned on being down the street from in them morning for my kids championship. The next day I realized the money was taken from my account anyway. When I called for my refund, I was told I was a no-show and there was nothing that could be done. Neither Expedia, or the hotel could refund the money they basically just took it. I will never be reserving rooms through Expedia or renting at any hotel related to red roof Inn again, and I recommend no one else does either.

Nothing worked, the shower handle was broken off so you couldn't turn on the water. The bathroom sink was clogged up, you could only let the water run for a very short time before the sink would fill up. My feet got dirty just walking on the floor. Poor, poor,poor.

My room was not really clean. The floor was dirty and needed mopping. Mold in the bathroom. Not enough pillows. Coffee one morning you could see the bottom of the cup it was so weak. Ice machine broken. Snack machine vandalized and out of order. Sidewalks were nasty.

Bonus: NO CARPET!

Upon check in, the front desk clerk was very cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean & equipped, as described. The bathroom was a bit run down - the shower floor had weak spots & the water pressure was not great. The toilet was difficult to flush. We were only provided with 2 bath towels. When we requested extra towels, the night shift employee informed us that there were none, but we could come back the next day. However, we had to leave at 7am the following morning, so we had to purchase our own towels at Walmart in order to have enough for our family. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay for the price I paid.

The worse place I have ever stayed in my life. We travel and we are in 1 to 2 hotels a week we are merchandiser.I thought we would give red roof inn a chance we were ready to get off road. We came in and first thing went to put out food in the refrigerator I am not joking me and my husband found our self in the car parking lot pucking. It had grapes and I could not tell u what all in it but the smell was so strong we could barley renter the room. We tried to tough it out and sprayed the room with free breeze. I went to use the restroom it was about as bad shower curtain black mold all down it and toliet very dirty but then laying by rhe heather thing was a darn used condom and I don’t think the floor had been vacuumed as there was leaves on it. It cost me $85 for about a2 hour stay. After The condo we drove to nearest rest area.

Was absolutely disgusting was drops of blood on our comforters. Was loud all night. We left because we didnt like the place and wouldnt be refunded!!! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

After all that Room was ok. I am not convinced the shower had been cleaned properly, but the rest of the room was ok.

The hotel claimed it was 100% smoke free but there were cigarette burns in the bath tub and the smell of smoke was so heavy it irritated my sinuses. There was a bug in the bathroom which I can overlook ONE I suppose. The AC never worked correctly. I ended up buying my own pillow and towels due to the poor quality in the room. This location is very sub par for a Red Roof. Normally I love RR. Not this one. The staff was very nice and friendly. The owner clearly doesn’t put effort into cleanliness or comfort.

Very nice, accommodating staff. Located right off I 75 very close to a Walmart, restaurants and shopping. On site parking. All non smoking rooms. Hotel was basic, comfortable bed, nice to have eco friendly flooring but would have been nice to have a Swiffer wet mop stick and throw away pads to clean. No breakfast. No amenities.

Check-in was good and fast. If you are looking for a one or two night stay for the National state fair or if you are passing through then I recommend this place. I've stay at other red roofs in the past but, however this motel was not the cleanest. The bathroom tub siding was not clean. I found a dead bug in the bedroom drawer. The building overall needs to be remodeled and they have random furniture placed all throughout the walking area's(Hallways) Again this a decent place to stay only for the location.

If you're doing a long trip and you just need one night to rest and continue, and if you don't have any other option or you can't find a 4 or 5 stars hotel this could be your last option (that happened to us; everything was sold out). Rooms smells bad, curtains old and the air conditioner unit was broken. Only thing that I really liked it was the floor which is not carpet (carpet is not hygiene specially with the traffic and Covid).

I booked 2 rooms and was given rooms on opposite sides of the motel. When I complained to the guy at the desk, he merely said the person that worked earlier had done it. He should have fixed it!

It’s not even that the hotel is in dire disrepair, the worst part about it was finding stains on the bed cover, stains on my sheets, there were even what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains. Hair in the bottom of the bathtub was probably the least disgusting thing about this hotel. Even though they are one of the least expensive nightly rates in town they should be paying people to stay there if they can’t at least sell a clean hotel room.

I did not have a remote control in my room. I asked the front desk and they said they would look into it. I never received one.

Its over all ok. But we asked for new bedding and never got it.

The floors were dirty and stains on the walls. Paint removed from the walls from animals scratching. I woke up to a dog barking and wouldn't stop. Bathrooms extremely small. The bed were not comfortable. Then in the breezeways there was furniture and junk. I will not be staying here again.

They were very friendly. The place wasn’t bad. But you definitely have room to improve. The place smelled funny like mildew.

With wood laminate floors, the least you could do is swiffer the floor. They were so dirty, that my feet tracked dirt into the bathtub. Just swifer the floor. ??
