Very friendly staff clean rooms plenty of parking convenient to a lot of other places

Our room was fairly clean. The bed really needs a new mattress. Was a very old and tired bed. The AC unit was LOUD. I woke every time it came on. The room was very small. The cleaning staff came after the first night and replaced towels and soaps and removed a dead beetle. Which was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. The breakfast was ok. We didn't get down until 9ish both days. And there was very little waffle mix left the first day and none the second day. The eggs were circles sitting in water. Very unappetizing. But overall not a horrible stay.

After a full day of travel, it was nice to have encountered a friendly, helpful clerk could check us into our room. Even though it’s an older hotel, everything was clean and the bed was firm. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an overnight stay in the area. It won’t break the bank.

The breakfast was awful. Cheap powdered eggs and sausage was obviously the cheapest thing they could find. Didn’t even look like real meat. English muffins were kind of stale. How are you?Coffee was good.

Room had several open containers of water & an empty Dunkin coffee cup and mirrors were all smudged and the room and one bed looked used.

Parking was easy and staff was great.

This motel exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. There was lots of grassy areas in case you needed to walk dogs. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable!

There was one front desk person who was not nice, when I checked in and asked about another room, she said there were no more first floor and only second floor available. As I checked in on a Wednesday, I'm sure that wasn't true. The rest of the hotel staff was wonderful.

Stains on the two chairs in the room, everything in the bathroom had dust, rust or even small cobwebs on it. I went to use the strip of plugs by the TV and couldn’t believe how nasty it was- the strip itself and the area behind the entertainment center.

The floors were a little dirty and the stairs leading up to our room. Need to be repaired.

The property is old and smells awful. It needs a good cleaning. Updating is needed.

This is your most basic motel. The room was clean but found several small roaches in my 2 day stay crawling in the room. The room had cosmetic damage on the walls and also a broken bathroom door. The bathtub had stains in it. It was pretty gross.

The phones didn't work in the room and was discussing.

The bed had hair and other garbage around the bed. The couch looked very disgusting. I used the table to store my put my items because I was worried about bringing home bugs. This was my second room because the first one seemed to have someone still staying in it.

The staff were courteous, the room was clean but the breakfast was terrible, I've prepared food for folks for over 65 years and eaten all over the world .I've never seen dehydrated or substitute eggs cooked as flat hard hard pancakes and then placed in a shallow pan with a layer of water at the bottom to keep it warm and the sausage was served the exact same way.

Staff were super friendly and warm, continental breakfast standard and clean. Easy parking. Pool and hotub clean and maintained. Room (esp sleeper sofa) could be cleaned a little more thoroughly. But otherwise solid accommodations for the price.

The front dest working that time was rude. I asked her a question about the wifi she got aggrivated on it. The coffee maker is not clean, the fridge no good. The heater was not blowing heat so all night we are cold with kids with the cold weather.

The breakfast was okay Our room was ice cold, it took half the night to heat up, we complained and they said we could use the adjoining room but that was also ice cold and so we just ended up staying in the first room, also the pool and hot tub were not in service.

Ease of room access from car, old style enter room from drive. Kind staff at front desk. Ice was a distance from room across parking lot. Break fast was steamed sausage patties and steamed egg patties. Waffles are alway great. Orange juice was great.

Could not find it. Drove back and forth, ask locals . Many Perry exits, no signage on 75 as to which exit. Map would not come up on reservation. Street name not even on xway sign.. in out of way spot. Old but clean and fresh. Not surprised I was only night Visitor.

Everyone was nice. Breakfast was Decent I do not like how they bang on your doors and it’s not even time for you to get out. Trying to see if you need anything. If you’re a hard sleeper, you will wake up to them trying open your door because you’ haven’t answered . You could be taking a shower while they’re banging on the door and they will try to open it up even though you still have time to be in that room. everything was broken The Jacuzzi was broken. Our room had roaches. I reported to desk upon arrival. Was told the manager would spray our room the next day. No one sprayed. No one contacted us from management. We purchased 12 roach traps from Walmart and place throughout our room. Still saw several roaches. We were afraid to bring anything into the hotel room so we basically lived out of our car. We were there during the Georgia National Fair so moving was not an option. As if the bugs weren't bad enough, the fact that the management did nothing at all to rectify the situation is disgraceful to say the least. I would never recommend this hotel and would think twice about using Expedia again.

Looked okay at first glance? the first room had a mouse but after moving to a second room down the hall we found a pack of roaches by the phone nasty place will never go to cheap hotel ever again….

Great stay for the cost. Nothing fancy, but the cost was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Hotel was close to everything. Wish I would've brought a bathing suit to take advantage of the indoor pool.

We attend the Ga National Fair every year since 2004 as our daughters show Livestock. We have started at several hotel at this same exit, but not st this hotel until this past weekend. We found it very convenient and easy to access. Of course the added benefit is Chick-fil-A right next door. This may be our preferred Hotel for the remaining years of our visits

I booked for 2 nights. I ended up leaving and booking somewhere else on the second night. I came back from working and found MULTIPLE bugs in my room. A very large black spider, over 6 large beetle like insects that I kept finding even on my way out, and I set down my wallet for only 15 minutes and when I picked it up, a small roach ran out. Very disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

The worker was nice and helpful the property manager wrote me a text apologizing minimally when I asked him to pay for my dogs new bed i brought in and had to throw away from infestation he commented back wrong number . I haven’t had time to address their Corp office on this location dirty and awful

First interaction with staff was with a phone call a week prior to my stay. Staff was rude on the phone and didnt want to answer my specific question. Checkin was fast, typical of any other hotel. The pool was closed on the one day we were there. I picked this particular property because of the pool, so we were unfortunately able to use it. The ac also was off when we arrived (87° outside) so it was very uncomfortable and it didnt catch up until the middle of the night. Breakfast was kind of a joke with very minimal options, but at least they had some? Definitely will not stay there again.

Good overall hotel, comfy bedding, all necessary amenities. Breakfast, while looking adequate, wasn't appetizing, went to Waffle House. Round discs of eggs just don't do it for me.

When I made this reservation I asked for a lower floor. The temperature that day was in the 90's. They put us on the second floor with no elevators. They put two 75 year old people on the second floor with no elevators! Unbelievable!

The bed was super comfy and it was clean. the only thing I would say is upon entry it was very stuffy but once we turned the air conditioner up, it was great. all around a good stay

No condiments (ie:ketchup, peanut butter, etc) for breakfast. English muffins were available to make an egg and sausage sandwich, but nothing to put on the sandwich, making it very dry. Coffee was very deluded.

The desk clerk was friendly enough. Once we were in our room, we noticed how worn down this room was. I am assuming the hair dryer once was hung up on the wall. During our stay it was hanging from the wall. This “motel” had an updated bed spread and a new bathroom counter. The “breakfast” was minimal. The yogurt was room temperature. This room needed more attention with cleaning. Whomever is in charge needs to either clean themself or hire capable help. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The TV did not work, the shower did not drain and there were multiple spiders and roaches in the room. Do not waste your money at this establishment.

They assigned our room, upon open the door it was clear the room was taken. There was trash (literally trash) all over the room and liquor bottles everywhere. Went back to the office and told the employee and she sighed and said “I guess I’ll have to call the detective again” Apparently they have an issue with squatters. Out of desperation because it was 1AM and I was exhausted from traveling I asked for another room. Opened the door to room #2 and it smelt disgusting. Turned on the light and roaches went running everywhere. (Have video proof) Chair in room had blood stains. I have never seen such a disgusting establishment. I got my money back and slept in my car instead. No clue how this place is open for business.

It's an older hotel but it's clean. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. The pool room was very nice and the hot tub is fantastic. My only real complaint is that we had a nonsmoking room but it had an ashtray in it and the room smelled of cigarettes. The continental breakfast was okay. Perfectly fine place to stay for a night or two on a budget.

The a/c was not and it took half the night to get cool in the room.

The rooms are large and nicely upgraded. I loved the super soft sheets. Nice open area with plenty of space for the dogs. Bonus the chic filet is right next door. We stayed a week and had no problems.

Man! First room had keys and someone’s food left in there. Bed wasn’t made up. Second offer was dirty. Used soap still there. Room keys left. Lamp looked broke and floor nasty. Housekeeping comes unannounced while i was resting. Requesting a refund…

It was clean, my experience was soso due to fridge compressor noise that kept me up rm 147

Horrible the room smelled of urine and I have reached out about my refund and told I would get it and have not received it yet. I would not ever recommend. There was urine or bodily fluid on the couch that is considered a pull out sofa bed. They attempted to change my room and both rooms were absolutely the same. I would not shelter my dog there. I left to go stay at Candlewood and received exceptional service clean room and I did not stay with them at all and my refund is not processed. Stay Away!!!

To start off when trying to check in the front desk clerk was not friendly , then when I got to the room it was filled with insects. I had to throw out atleast 10 or more bugs. Door has a big gap in it and was allowing all the outside air in the room. A/C unit also had dead bugs and looked like it hadn’t got cleaned in a while. One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. Will not be back and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to stay here.

Would bring my family back

We happened to be there at a time when something was going on the next morning at the fairgrounds. The hotel parking lot was full. Someone parked their truck with a U haul type addition on the back end. We could barely park r get out. The pool was very busy. Watch the fairgrounds schedule before you book. Otherwise, OK.

The indoor pool is not heated. It was ice cold, so we didn't go in the pool. The room was clean but needed some repairs. The bathroom door was ripped up on the bottom. We won't stay here again when we're in Perry. I'm as friendly as can be and don't bother to deal with people that treat me like I'm bothering them to do their job.

If you’re looking for a room to just stay overnight for a sleep, this would be an inexpensive way.

Simply put, this is a roach motel. My family stayed one night. I went out around 10pm and retuned at 2pm to discover roaches on the tv stand, on the tiled floor near the sinks and around the sinks. I didn't even go into the bathroom to look as I was too upset. I will never stay in this location again.

Evening staff seemed very cold. The pool was not heated so it was too cold to swim in. The hot tub that they advertised had jets that were removed and the dial to turn it on was capped off, so they basically had stagnant hot water to sit in. The sofa in the room was stained and worn. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The hairdryer was supposed to be screwed to the wall was just sitting on the counter. The coffee maker in the room was dirty. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The drop ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart. Free breakfast was average. Morning staff was friendly. The lobby looked great. Would never return to this establishment. Very disappointed.

Safe and quiet area

The room was dirty and had not been dusted for months. The room also smelled like animal urine. Bathroom floor had not been mopped or cleaned.

The lady up front seem to be having a bad day as we checked in. Got to the room and it smelt like a stinking wet dog. We went and got carpet fresh and Febreeze. There was hair on the toilet and the bed. We just threw off the top cover w the hair. The bed was comfortable. And we slept pretty good.

Rooms had a foul smell. If there was another hotel available, we would’ve not stayed here but had no choice.

I made a mistake online reserving a room with the wrong date, and Quality Inn refused to give me a refund for the date that I never stayed. I don’t appreciate this at all, and will not ever stay again. I am in Perry Ga 4 times a year.

I killed 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. I am not sure if this is a problem. I am sure it would be upsetting for some people.

The staff at Quality Inn was very friendly and helpful with everyone during the hurricane evacuation for hurricane Milton. They went above and beyond to try to take care of everyone's needs. And throughout everything they stayed very cordial and very pleasant. I always recommend Quality inns because we use them every time we travel they have the best rates and nicest rooms available anywhere. Thank you to all that Quality Inn!

We stopped here for the hurricane so we didn’t have many options for pet parents. Pleasantly surprised! The room was decent sized. The shower and mattress were not super clean but it worked for either this or nothing. It did not smell bad- a plus! The AC didn’t work great but if you leave it at 65 all day, it will get cooler. The cleaning crew was the owner/wife or their mom and dad, I believe- so a lot of cleaning for 2 people with household supplies (not industrial). The wrecked camper in the back corner was extra creepy. The daytime front desk clerk was not very friendly at all- like checking out was a bother to her. The night gal was nicer.

Beds were comfy, but room felt dirty and unkept. Like they cleaned FOREVER ago and haven't touched since then. Air was off so room smelt moldy. There were little bugs on the table and towels.

Staff are unfamiliar with ADA laws regarding Service Dogs and people with disabilities. They decided to harass me at breakfast for having a service dog. Called corporate to report them. Stay was unpleasant and I felt unwelcome.

Our real issues started immediately when we entered the room. There was a cockroach on the carpet, which I killed, and another in our garbage bucket. It must have fallen from the curtains. We checked out the bathroom and there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor. Fortunately, that was all of the cockroaches we saw during the stay. In the morning, the cleaning staff tried to come into our room very early and before knocking. We were still in bed. Maybe they knocked lightly but we didn’t hear them and they didn’t wait for a response. Then they proceeded to check on us every 10 minutes until we left. Lastly, my son was excited to get some pool time before we checked out. We went to the pool but the doors were still locked. I asked the lady at the front desk and she said the pool was closed because it’s raining. This is an INDOOR pool!!! I asked “You always close when it rains?” She responded “Yes”. Needless to say, my son was really upset. That was the cherry on top of a horrible stay. There wasn’t a whole lot of breakfast items but was fine for a continental breakfast. Overall, I would never recommend this property to a friend.

Too much light shining thru the door jams and windows. Beds were not comfy at all. People were nice though.

The room smelled like an old mildewed camper that had been closed up for a long time. Spider webs around the AC unit and the AC fan was so loud you had to put the TV volume at 50 to hear it, pink mold in the shower, and my feet/socks were black from the floor...

The room was nice, and other than the spider crawling on the ceiling it was clean. Very convenient to the fair grounds and Cracker Barrel too, which was important because not many places can accommodate a truck that’s pulling a figth wheel!

We have stayed several times and this time did not disappoint. Though an older motel, well kept and clean. Pool, indoor, always ready and so inviting. Staff very helpful. When our refrigerator did not work, we were promptly moved to a room that had a refrigerator that did work. Bed comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast. We’ll be back when next needing a room in Perry, GA

Our hotel room had roaches scurry from the tv dresser area. When we addressed it with the front desk they didn’t seem concerned nor did they seem bothered to cancel.

Bed bugs and blood in the beds. I took photos. Showed the front desk person and they were not very worried about it. No manager on site for the whole week they said. Reached out to Expedia for a refund. Not going well so far.

Our stay was ok. It took 3 rooms and it still wasn’t right. The first two rooms were hot even with the weak air conditioning on for hours. They moved us again and the very nice lady up front upgraded us to a suite and the air still wouldn’t stay on and cool the room. It smelt so bad of a wet dog. Bugs were all over the floor. The shower pressure wasn’t good at all. We went to Walmart and bought carpet fresh for animal odor, febreeze sprays for animal odor and it still smelt bad. We also had to buy a box fan just to be a little cool. It just wasn’t a good stay.

Second time we have stayed.

The hotel property is considerably nice for that area. Most hotels are pretty rundown. They have done some modifications and upgrades which make it cleaner and nicer. My biggest problem has been with the billing. They charged me an additional $700 on my account for no reason. They said that it was an error but when I asked them to fix it, it took weeks. My account was overdrawn, and they were trying to charge additional fees for pets, which I did not have. I spoke to two different people who said they would correct it. I had to go through my bank and their manager. And the issues still have not been addressed. I am still overdrawn and have to move money from a savings account to this business account.

We booked this with Expedia with filter showing all properties that had EV charging stations. This property was one of them, but there was zero charge stations. Extremely disappointing
