Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore

The property layout is a little unique, but everything appeared to be well-maintained and in good condition. Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting. With the three-hour time difference working against us, we didn't get nearly as much sleep as we would have liked, but the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The front desk associate who checked us in wasn't quite as welcoming as I've come to expect from Hampton Inn properties, though she was courteous and efficient. On the other hand, the associate who checked us out provided that extra touch of hospitality and friendliness that really leaves a positive impression. Overall, this was a solid choice for a quick overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, and convenient—exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.

Great value! We loved our suite room which allowed complete separation of sound at night. There was plenty of filtered water and the fitness center had what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use more gluten free, dairy free options, but it has a hot breakfast(!) and the fridge in the room was ample enough to fit in my cashew milk and other munchies. Staff was helpful and present. Location was great - we walked to a restaurant we really like (True Food). Bed was comfy. A/C and fan worked great. The black out screen was effective. The pool was out of commission, but the Embassy Suites pool was made available and we enjoyed our swim there. We had all we needed for a lovely stay. Thank you.

I was expecting a little more from this property but it’s in need of some updates. The hotel in general is worn. The pool looked like a swamp and you can just see all the wear and tear around the property. The best part is the gym (if you can find it). It’s located in the basement on a different elevator by the staff break room. It was, however, very well equipped.

This hotel is satisfactorily good for a quick weekend trip. The only thing I dont like is I have to pay to park the car and have a charge of $10/day.

I have stayed at this location twice before. I find it very convenient. Close to shops, Whole Foods, Arizona Biltmore Fashion Mall, and only about 15-20 minute from airport. I love that is close to the Arizona canal just 5 minute drive away but that's because I love running, biking, and walking. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is impressive considering it's included. Lots of options, eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, yogurts, cereals, fruits, juices, waffles, muffins, toast, oatmeal. Very clean facility and safe area. Lovely pool. Gym on premises. Quiet and room service each two days. Close to hiking. Love it here!

This hotel was a great price for the location. Very clean, convenient and close to everything. It was a one night stay and definitely worked well for us. Would stay again!

The property is clean, well-practiced. Maintained and conveniently located. The breakfast was okay, typical hotel serve yourself, Not great but not terrible.

When I got there the desk clerk was real friendly told me about breakfast the cookies made daily and coffee and tea available, I enjoyed hot tea. They had a map of the local eateries around and they were walking distance. Staff for breakfast was nice kept everything filled. I like how this place was in its cubbyhole surrounded by buildings.

We had a fantastic stay. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay here again, it was a perfect place to stay while moving our daughter out of college at GCU.

Unfortunately, our room was not maintained to an acceptable standard. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, we experienced multiple issues, including dirty towels, a lack of body wash that was never replenished despite our request, and a vanity light that was not functioning. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning — it would alternate between blowing hot and cold air, requiring us to repeatedly turn it off to regulate the temperature. Housekeeping services were also inadequate. Trash was not removed, and the room was not properly cleaned. The bed was made; however, the rest of the room was left untouched. We brought these concerns to the attention of both staff and management during our stay, but unfortunately the issues were not resolved. Overall, we were very disappointed and unsatisfied with the experience, as it did not meet the standards we expected. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and hope you will take appropriate steps to address these concerns. Thank you for your time and attention. The staff was great. The room I was assigned for the first night of my stay was right across from the elevator. I didn't think I was a light sleeper but the noise woke me up frequently during the night. In the morning, I spoke with AJ at the front desk and he arranged for me to get a new room. When I got back to the hotel at the end of my work day, Charlie had everything settled and gave me my new room key. They were both friendly and helpful. Neither made me feel like I was being unreasonable or causing them extra work. They were fantastic!

The staff was friendly, especially at check-in. The room was spacious. We had no hot water in the morning, and when we mentioned it to the front desk at checkout, they said that it was a known issue. Not sure how extensive the known issue was, but to pay what we did for a room with no hot water, I felt they should have given us a credit or partial refund. Rooms were at a premium this weekend, but the room was very sub-premium with it's water issues.

Great stay. At checkin the front desk staff were having computer difficulty but they quickly worked together to get around it and get guests in. All of the staff throughout our stay were very genuine and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only small complaint was because the sink and counter were outside the shower/toilet part of the bathroom, there was no where to put anything nearby during shower. Also the light switch was outside the door so a sleepy (but a bit urgent)trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night was completely dark or door open. The beds however were super comfy.

This hotel was basically clean. It was located in a convenient place for us to visit with family. However, the service was poor. The hotel said the pool would be open at 7:00 AM but no one showed up to open the gates until 8:30 AM leaving our 2 year old granddaughter waiting anxiously. The room was not cleaned for two days and only after I requested it. The staff seemed inexperienced and not sure how to problem solve. It was hard getting a roll of toilet paper for the room! I'm not sure we will book this again.

When we arrived, the reception desk was a having some serious technical issues. The manager on staff was doing an exceptional job trying to resolve it. The only reason I took away a star was. We were not able to get key cards due to the system being down and it was bit of in inconvenience asking to be let in every time we came out. Other than that, the hotel staff was great. The pool was perfect, our bed and room was comfortable.

The descriptions of the rooms are false advertising - the New York Studio, advertised as 300 sqft room with a separate sitting area, sofa bed and a refrigerator actually had none of these things. It is a bare-bones room, bed, TV, desk, that's it. And the actual room is less than 170 sqft in size, to get to 300 you need to include the hallway, the bathroom, and the closet (if you leave the doors open).

It was close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy using the Hilton app. I didn't have to worry about having a card to get into my room because of the app. There was plenty of parking. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

I really liked this hotel. Staff are very friendly. The complementary breakfast was excellent. I don’t know where they buy their comforters and pillows for the bed, but they really made my sleep so comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and Whole Foods is just a couple blocks away.! I will definitely stay here each time. I come back to Phoenix every summer.

Parking is easy and usually no problem finding a stall. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and nice. Rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds and pillows. The vanity is inside the room and the toilet and shower in the bathroom so nice to be able to get ready while someone else is showering. The mirror is lit up like a giant make up mirror so loved that! They have shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower so no need to bring your own! That was a nice touch! The pool area is small but they have a hot tub and fire pit area which was great. The hotel was quiet despite having many guests which I liked. The continental breakfast was ok. Small little area to get food but lots of places to sit. Overall our stay was great! But the one negative I had was that I had bought a Starbucks collector mug and it disappeared from our room. I called the front desk and let them know and was told to come down in the morning when house keeping came in. When I spoke to the front desk agent she contacted them and they said they never saw it which of course I expected. We even asked for the hotel to reimburse me the cost of the mug which wasn’t a huge amount by any means and I have not heard back from anyone. So I’m pretty disappointed in that regard

Property is very dated. Air conditioner in the room is louder than an industrial air compressor in a mechanics bay. Breakfast included very few warm vegetarian options- for example they had bacon bits in the egg serve next to bacon. Staff did not charge for parking on first night but when we decided to extend our stay an additional two nights, they demanded that we pay for parking for the extra two nights- even though we weren't charged parking for the first night. The second front desk attendant we encountered wanted my husband to pay $10 cash for parking the 2nd and 3rd night, super suspicious. Overall, not a great stay and would not recommend to anyone else.

Checkout lady didn’t say a word when I was checking out. I had to tell her that our showerhead both of them in the room wondered more and one was terrible. The toilet whined the whole time it was filling up with water. The noise outside was horrible. I paid a good price, and my experience was not good

They oversold and did not have a room with two beds or a room with a sofa bed, despite my reservation clearly explaining such. When I checked in, they offered me a single sofa bed so my kids slept in a queen, my husband on the floor, and me in a single.

Everything was clean, quiet and peaceful, the location was PERFECTLY centered to everything and the room was super spacious and clean. I loved the hot teas and hot coco station and the little food stand with snacks came in clutch. The elevator however was not working properly sometimes and there was glass all over the parking lot apparently from break ins for guest cars. Would stay here again.
