The location was great and convenient. It was nice having While Foods across the street. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the AC not working well so one of the bedrooms was too hot. No hot tub.

We stayed here for 3 weeks during a home renovation. Clean, conveniently located and safe. We booked a junior suite with a king bed. It was a perfect option for us.

The stay was great, hotel staff very kind and accommodating, the hotel and room were clean and quiet. My only complaint was the ‘gym’ it might be the worst hotel gym I’ve ever seen. It’s about the size of a closet and one of the three machines were broken.

This was a great place to stay in a safe area relatively close to GCU to move our student out of the dorms for summer. The room was clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked great (big requirement in AZ!). We will definitely stay here again on future visits.

The property is lovely. The staff are fantastic. I had a medical emergency and they helped me deal with that so I would say the staff at that particular location are really on the ball. They have everything covered as far as I could see. Anybody staying there would be in good hands at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Phoenix Biltmore location. Plus the area has a lot to offer. Lovely stay

And black mold in the shower and the most disgusting part was pulling the sheets off the bed there was urine stains all over the mattress. I am so disappointed in my stay at this hotel called Homewood Suites in the Biltmore area in Phoenix Az. Don't stay there.

It is in a great area also, near In N out, Trader Joes, and many other grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations. ETC.. It is a very safe, clean area. They have plenty of really good potty areas for our furry friends with potty bags and trash can, which is a deal breaker for us! Good breakfast buffet every morning. Very Quiet during our stay which is very important. We felt like at home. The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the elevator wasn't working during our stay. Luckily, we did not have too much luggage to haul around, and we were on the second floor. But honestly, the property was so great that we overlooked this minor inconvenience. I believe they are making improvements to the property which is much appreciated.

Homewood suites always deliver on great breakfasts, polite and helpful staff. We have stayed at properties in Phoenix, Tucson, and Durango and the comfort at each one is the same so we will continue to look for them wherever we travel to.

This was the wrost homewood i have ever stayed at. The breakfast was cold and no one kept up with restocking breakfast. There was no elevator, had to carry all our luggage up to the 4th floor. They made us wait 1 hour in the lobby saying our room wasn't ready. When we finally got to our room It was still dirty and hot ,the cooler was set to a certain temp and they would not go lower.it was a bad experience that cost me1200.00 there was broken doors and no body wash in the showers and we found a bug in the restroom, the maintenance guy just told us it wont make us itch. It wasn't a fun weekend at all. All the surfaces look like they haven't been wiped in a while,they had dust and the dishes had old food stuck on them. Also just one old pan in the kitchen. When i tried to complain, they only told me they will give me points. Like that will help the situation

The room was large with a completely separate bedroom and a full kitchen. There were two large televisions. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Very clean a little outdated in the bathroom, but was basically a one bedroom apartment even had a kitchenette we didn’t use, but it was still worthwhile if it was needed

The elevator was not working, so we were told we would have to use stairs to the fourth floor to get to the suite we reserved. I let the person who was working know that, would not work. Our son could not navigate the stairs. He recently had brain surgery and is having a hard time walking as a result of the surgery he has lost his vision. They got us a suite with a different elevator. The second day we were there our toilet overflow. It took a while, got it fixed. When checking out I asked if we could get a discount. The person working said they gave me points. I would have appreciated a monitory discount.

Our check in was easy, staff was super helpful, having a fridge and ice maker was awesome, breakfast had options, shower was clean and powerful, and our room was clean and comfortable. However the bed offered no support and the pillows were so soft your head just sunk through them due to zero support, so not a good night of sleep based on that. I would not be able to stay here again due to back and shoulder issues, but if you like soft mattresses and pillows, this is a great stay.

Main lobby was nice and clean and more modern than our room. Room was dark, terrible lighting, crunchy carpets and old curtains. Could use some renovating. Staff was nice, but our room wasn’t ready for an hour past check in time and that was frustrating

Very comfortable, and every woman is very friendly

The size of the suite was outstanding and the free breakfast was very plentiful and great quality. I wish they didn't have carpet as they seem to hold some kind of allergens as I was a bit congested the whole time. It almost seemed like there was some kind of odor, not good or bad but just noticeable when returning to room after being gone for awhile. Despite this, the amenities of the room and size were very good and it was an overall good stay. I'd recommend.

Hotel is starting to show its age and there really isn’t any gym equipment. Overall experience was ok, staff are decent and the area has plenty of shopping and dining.

Comfortable large suite for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed. Useful to have a full size refrigerator.

Suites were clean and comfortable. Parking was free. But there are no working fireplaces in the rooms as advertised which is misleading .

GREAT HOTEL

Clearly this is an older property. The room had this weird odor in it. Even though there was no smoking anywhere, it still smelled of smoke. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly, but overall, it was not as nice as other hotels that I have stayed at.

Straightforward check in. Room was ready before check in time. Establishment was clean and quiet. Although glasses and plates were loaded onto the dishwasher, it appears that the used kitchen wares have not been cleaned.

I checked at the desk and was told they didn’t have any.

Don’t pay extra for the Studio Suite/kitchenette w/multiple rooms…noisiest hotel room ever. Also had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee, trash bags…every day.

Location is good, 10 min from the airport, shopping mall across the street with restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast, coffee and fruits available whole day. Spacious suits. Tired bathroom, very small pool with cold water.

I liked staying there while repairs were made to my condo 2-18-24th and I would have stayed another three week but your rates went from 2,200.00 a week to over 5,0000.00 because if spring training in the area and I couldn’t justify the rate increase so I moved to another hotel.

Hotel was ok. in season price was very expensive for the hotel. We showed up at 10pm after a long dinner and the front doors were locked. We had to pound of the door for at least 5 minutes to get someone's attention (and yes we used our key cards but they did not seem to work). we were there for 3 nights. NO housekeeping! when i asked about the lack of housekeeping when i checked out, they told me that guests do not get housekeeping until they are there 4 nights??? Really, for that price, it seems to me that it is just pure greed by Hilton. They serve a breakfast in the am between 6:30am and 9:30am - while better than nothing, i would say the food is meh....... Big room, comfortable bed.

Very convenient location and spacious rooms

The 2-bedroom suite was the perfect size for my family, which includes 3 big teenage boys.

There is no real restaurant at which to eat. No bar area to sit at and work. The bed is only so so and so is the shower. The decor is very 1990s. Evening staff was a little rude except for a nice man painting the elevator area. Morning staff was ok.

Room was extremely dirty, counter top was not wiped off, furniture had extensive stains, carpet was stained and pulling away from walls, bathroom had dirt in corners, windows were open and not locked when we entered and one wouldn’t close all the way. Laundry was not available, elevator was broken, the blow dryer was missing and there was no ice available. This was a last minute booking and I would never stay again! We did Alex the maintenance person who came to fix the AC.

The room was amazing but was lacking a few items. Only one pink sugar and only one regular coffee. I was unsure about the trash cans. None in the kitchen, and no bag in the one in the dining area. Not sure if it was a trash can. Also, the phone would ring one time, then about an hour later, it would ring again and again in the morning. When I picked up the phone, there was no dial tone. (Ghost maybe) :) Otherwise, very nice hotel. I will stay there again.

Everything was great!

The concerns I had were: the smell of the room. It had a weird smell. Like a wet dirty towel. The breakfast that was provided was cold. There is a Main Street where our room was and for some reason at night people like race down it and you can hear it from the room. The staff was friendly. But doubt I’d stay here again.

The location and ease of parking are positives. The front desk staff did not inform us that the room would not be cleaned during our stay. A little more info during check in would be appreciated.

My husband got bed bugs from his two night stay. His entire body is covered in bites. When I confronted the manager, he said they conducted a search and found no bugs, however the doctors he saw say otherwise. Now we have to pay exterminators to see if we can salvage our expensive luggage or throw it away. I have shown the photos to their staff and all they could offer was an apology and insist it wasn’t their fault.

It is my second time stayieng in this property and I love it...very nice staff and nice rooms. Very food locations. Im traveli for work and it is my favorite hotel.

The mattress on the bed wasn't good very soft and old. The Sofa in livingroom was ripped. Overall is was ok. Hilton needs to put in some money into improving this property. It does carry the Hilton name!

The curtain was broken, the toilet paper holder came off the wall and when I turned shower on the handle came off. Next morning toilet didn’t flush and towel rack came off one side. We walked out to the desk and the girl at the desk was beyond rude. I gave her the list and asked that we either be able to move to another room or could she have someone come fix the main things while we were gone. She looked at me Like I was from mars and then looked back at what she was doing. Zero response. When we returned we asked if they were able to fix the shower and toilet and she said everything was fixed. The only thing that worked was the toilet. We were there 2 nights and it was an expensive room. I have stayed at Hilton for years and I honestly don’t think I will go back for the next trip. You seriously need to retrain staff to make sure rooms are up to standard every time a guest leaves. Your front staff could use a little course in customer service.

The location is great! Right across the street from tons of restaurants and Whole Foods and LA fitness. The hotel is staffed with very nice people even the breakfast help was amazing! Always clean and full of food and coffee. Rooms very large and comfortable and clean and new. I really had no complaints and I can always find something to complain about. The pool was clean and heated.

Didn't like the hotel ,need upgrade,old decor

Our room was definitely spacious & definitely accentuated my big family. Staff were friendly. Great part of town to stay. If we ever visit Phx again we will definitely stay with them again.

A good location and overall not bad. However, the rooms are dated and need upgrading. The room had a mildew smell, but they quickly took care of it for me. I'd stay here again, but for the price, they need to do some upgrades!

Good location, close to restaurants and shopping center. However, sink and shower clogged, carpet was dirty, musty smell overall. Had to ask front desk to turn down thermostat as it was extremely hot on 3rd floor… was very pleased that they fixed that issue immediately. Walls are extremely thin- could hear entire conversations from next door. High traffic area so loud if you are a light sleeper.

Staff was wonderful. Clean hotel. Free coffee all day and free warm breakfast.

And to top it all off when I got home I found that they had also charged my credit card for someone else's room. (I paid them directly, not through Expedia) It took me awhile to convince the front desk to review their transaction logs to find out why I was charged twice. They just tried to tell me it was probably a pending hold. Which I knew it wasn't because it had cleared my account. Still waiting for the refund btw.

This handicapped suite with step-in bathtub was good for somebody not in a wheelchair. Lots of bars in bathtub, near commode.

Staff was great to accommodate my extra pillows request. Didn’t have time to check out the buffet breakfast but it was looking pretty good! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit and granola bars. Would definitely return! Thank you staff!

Budget friendly prices for the area.

It would have been overall fine. Expensive for what it is, but the cockroaches were absolutely disgusting!! loads of them whenever you flip the lights on. And, not just on the floor, but would scurry across the counter - kitchen, bath. Ick!

Hotel needs a face lift. Room was quite used and in disrepair. Tub was clogged and couldn't open the drain while taking a shower.

We found a contact lense on the bathroom floor, but other than that it was a nice stay. We will most likely be back ;-)
