The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room.

Bar was amazing I did not eat at the facility

The Camby is a cool hotel in a great location. What truly makes this hotel the best in town is the incredible staff! Tatiana and the team at the front desk are alway nice and very helpful! I highly recommend this hotel.

We stopped by the bar for a drink after we checked in and were ignored by staff for 20 min. We finally left and found drinks across the street. Our sheets had big holes in them and the bathroom shower was covered in black mold. Pretty gross, to be honest.
- 5/5
Teyonna was the very best! She made sure my stay was great.
- 5/5
The room is great, very nicely appointed. Bed is extremely comfortable. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant, Yellowbell, and it was outstanding. In addition to the food, the service in Yellowbell was excellent.
- 5/5
I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel.
- 4/5
Fine hotel with nothing around and no jacuzzi!
- 5/5
easy to get car from valet in and out repeatedly. No drams, just good customer service. Very nice room and property
- 5/5
Even had a coffee bar!! Close to shopping and even took a ride in a Waymo electric self driving car!! Great weekend!! Fun wait staff also!!

I didn’t love the menu for the room service
- 5/5
The Camby was lovely! Definitely worth a return. The attention to service and detail is excellent.
- 4/5
Our room was very clean and quiet. We do wish the coffee was a medium roast. It was kind of strong.

- 5/5
Great property with amazing service and fantastic location. Also very comfortable and quiet.
- 4/5
Refrigerator in room did not work. Only had sweet and low and sugar for coffee, which I find completely outdated with not having the option of Splenda or Stevia. Coffee shop in the lobby was decent and the restaurant was good for breakfast.
- 4/5
I was surprised to not see any options for bottled water in the room, complimentary or for a charge. During check in the front desk person didn't share any property information, let me know if there was breakfast or coffee in the morning available. If there was, I didn't see it. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it.
- 5/5
The swimming pool is basically useless since it is very small and very shallow. The grounds were large enough to have built a decent size lap pool. Salt water is used, however, which makes it nice to be in. There were times when the hotel's sound system was playing music a bit loud and it wasn't the best music, but then again, I'm older so I shouldn't complain. Younger people who are here on business, and there were many of those, probably like it, and that is as it should be. The young folks tending the bar in Yellowbell are pleasant and friendly, as are the young men managing the cars and parking for guests. The weight room could use a sign asking users to replace weights heavier than 15lbs. All in all, I rate our experience here as excellent! Thank you.
- 4/5
That said, the hotel itself is very old. While they do a solid job keeping it clean and presentable, the age definitely shows. If I could change one thing, I’d recommend bringing in an interior designer to update the space. Still, the staff makes up for a lot. They’re really that good.
- 5/5
Loved the entire stay!
- 5/5
Was super nice for a quick downtown stay.
- 5/5
Very nice property, very nice people, excellent service.
- 5/5
This is a very lovely and classy hotel. Across the street from a great outdoor shopping mall with excellent restaurant choices.
- 5/5

Everything was great except for the service in the bar. One of the women bartenders was so unfriendly to the point of being rude.

Arrived on Thanksgiving. We were greeted by friendly carrying staff from reception through dinner. Room clean and comfortable. Thanksgiving dinner was excellent. Probably the best turkey I have had outside of my mom's.
- 1/5
Jessica in the front desk was so rude
- 5/5
Great staff. The facilities were wonderful and the decor was lovely. The pool and fitness center were really nice. Excellent proximity to the nearby mall.
- 5/5
Newly renovated, extremely friendly staff, great food and drink options, excellent fitness room, right across street from Biltmore Fashion Park with great shopping and restaurant options.
- 1/5
It is a nice property with many nearby attractions. Just wasn't prepared for the inadquate managing of the property. Non-working and disrepaired in-room refridgerator, curtains, toliet paper holders and television. On top of that the $70 parking fee for two vehicles was the added measure. There is no easy parking nearby, no public parking so you either walk hundreds of yards or be subjected to valet fees. Also do not count on watching Sunday sports from the comfort of your room, The Dish Satellite signal did not work.
- 5/5
Very nice overall and surprisingly good breakfast (food and service)
- 4/5
Letting us know was said

Just run down in my eyes for the price paid, I’ve stayed at other hotels of similar price point and would not consider this again, even decided to stay another night to make sure the food sucks as much as the room condition,

Fun hotel and cool decor in the rooms, would go back!

- 5/5
Was not happy to learn that the room i requested and reserved was under renovation. We wanted a room with a bathtub and none were available
- 4/5
It appears as though hotels going through a remodel however I was not in a room that was remodeled, and it was looking quite tired
- 4/5
Hotel is lovely with marble floored bathrooms and art deco boutique room decor. Staff was friendly & accommodating Bed was comfortable with cozy linens . The In Dining Room service was marginal and disappointing - the food was brought to the room in a to go container with plastic utensils The delivery person said it’s the only way they do Room Service. This is Not the Room Service level of quality & presentation of what is expected from a signature Autograph Hotel Would encourage room service to be on a white cloth covered rolling cart with a real flower, real dishes real cutlery and non overcooked food. Main lobby Dining room menu on the other hand was delicious. The Breakfast room area is too dark & too nightclub- ish for morning breakfast . Coffee was superb. Feels like eating breakfast in a bar nightclub. Would prefer a distinct delineation between the actual bar and a defined inviting bright breakfast art deco atmosphere . Valet parking was efficient with friendly guys
- 3/5
I was is in two separate rooms on different floors. Both smelled like a gym. I know they're remodeling the place but overall was pretty disappointed with the quality of the place and the fact that it was so smelly
- 5/5
Great staff clean environment
- 5/5
Very pleasant and courteous staff
- 5/5
Everything was great ! I was pleased with the overall service. I was hoping for a massage. Unfortunately they were closed.
- 4/5
The conceirge service was GREAT. We checked in early and they accommodated us. I later figured out the room I booked was too small for our family. They quickly changed us and brought us the keys to the new room. Exemplary! The pool deck and free drinks were nice as was the shower. Excellent! However, the restaurant was radically overpriced, not very good and our server did everything he could to ignore us. So I’d say go with the hotel but skip the restaurant.

- 5/5
Loved our stay. Traffic is horrid w construction
- 2/5
Okay, but nothing special. Valet employees alert, responsive and helpful. Front desk clerks slow and lacked service mentality.
- 5/5
The stay at the Camby was great. The staff is awesome and there is a ton to do around the Camby
- 5/5
The only bummer experience I had was at check in. I clearly booked a king through hotels.com. The front office tried to give me two queens instead. Claimed “hotel was almost fully booked.” I know it was because I booked through hotels.com and not through them directly. The lady was nice and all and still got me a king bed room.
- 5/5
The property was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Extremely friendly team, nice large rooms and great bed.

- 5/5
We loved the welcoming, artsy touches around the building. It's comfortable, luxurious, great view from our room, comfortable bed, loved it!
- 5/5
Nice hotel, staff is great. Amenities were nice.
- 5/5
This is our second time staying at The Camby. We chose it because we drove 5 hours to purchase a new truck n Phoenix and needed to know that it would be parked in a safe location )because it was too tall to park in the underground garage) while we stayed the night. The valet service had it parked right in front of the main entrance and kept an eye out for it all night.
- 5/5
It was very pleasant.
- 5/5
Great Staff and Beautiful Property!!!
- 4/5
Hard t o get good night sleep both nights due to ineffective acoustical attenuation at the door to the hallway - noisy room from hall which woke both of us up both nights.
- 5/5
Incredible stay and a fabulous restaurant —we will be back
- 5/5
Wonderful friendly staff from Valet, to check in, bartenders and server! We will stay again!!
- 4/5
This is our go to hotel when we are in Phoenix. Love the marble in the bathrooms and shower is amazing. Do feel rooms could use a refresh. New flooring , wood tiles, new towels , bedding, etc. overall the Camby is fabulous! Thank you.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy. Nice rooms and staff!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and courteous
- 5/5
Great property to stay not far from Airport shopping across the stree.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, nice and clean rooms, restaurant had really good food, will come back 100%!
- 4/5
Staff super friendly
- 4/5
Valet parking was a little spendy.
- 5/5
Staff is super friendly
- 5/5
Wonderful!
- 5/5
Easy check in and out Nice, helful staff
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful and met all my expectations!
- 4/5
Check in was fast and easy. Only negative was that no parking choice other than valet, which on top of the $35 per night fee, then you feel obligated to tip the valet's. This increased the cost of our stay to more than I could have paid to stay at an alternate hotel.
- 5/5
Charming property, great location!
- 5/5
I have stayed at the Camby many times and enjoy the consistency of service, room cleanliness and overall nice atmosphere.
- 3/5
Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However my experience wasn't the greatest. Before arriving to the hotel, I completed E-Check in theough my marriott bonvoy app but prior to arriving, I recrived a notification that my room type was changed from a king bed to 2 queens. When I called the hotel to ask why our room was switched, I was told that because I booked through a "third party" site we are subject to the hotel on what room we get. Not needing 2 queen beds, I asked what other options we had for king rooms and was offered an ADA king room. The room was clean but the bed was horribly uncomfortable and the bathroom door was really slow to close. Overall it was an ok experience and now I am leery on booking through third party sites due to this experience.
- 5/5
Perking rate extremely high per night
- 2/5
Had a hoodie taken out of my room. I actually never wore it off the property just when flying into the airport. When I started to pack I noticed that it was gone. I told the front desk and the guy said the only thing he could do is tell the manager.
- 5/5
Nice pool Robe and towels scratchy
- 5/5
Great spot. Would definitely recommend.
- 2/5
I have reached out to the manager several times for a situation that I had encountered, that was their mistake and no one will get back to me . It's frustrating that I have to waste time and energy.
- 5/5
We were greeted at the dont by friendly staff. Checking was a BREEZE. In our room in under 2 minutes!
- 4/5
Checkin easy; valet parking; restaurant at property
- 5/5
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
The restaurant inside is also not as fancy as it thinks. The menu is VERY minimal, and the menus are just on loose printer paper that is all wrinkled and spilled on? Everything on the menu is basic. Nothing unique and everything is astronomically priced. Even if everything on the menu was the best is ever had, they aren't worth it, especially the drinks, but the food was mediocre at best. You're much better off going to the MANY restaurants or bars near by, and just writing off the hotel's restaurant entirely.
- 5/5
Great so far!
- 5/5
Destiny greeted us and surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for my husband’s birthday The room is spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Loved the design features and wall art. Lighting throughout the hotel is exquisite Tiffany also gave us a ticket for complimentary cocktails in their bar/restaurant Artizen, which we enjoyed before heading out to Tarbell’s for dinner. She also provided a $25 ticket for breakfast the next morning, which we enjoyed with Starbucks coffee Fabulous stay. We will be back!
- 2/5
Hotel condition was disappointing. Walls and woodwork were all marked. Cleanliness was poor. Needs a facelift.
- 4/5
sort of odd decor and service was scarce
- 5/5
The Camby is a clean friendly place where the staff is responsive to needs and concerns of customers. I would come back here.
- 5/5
My husband & I loved The Camby. We were there for just a quick overnight but the service upon arrival was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful & swanky and extremely clean. The service at the restaurant/bar was exceptional as well. Loved it & would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Lovely stay - great location. Every single person we encountered was fantastic! The room was clean and big and comfy. Restaurant breakfast was great. Would certainly stay again!
- 3/5
Check-in was friendly and quick given the long line, but I was only told about the $25 Destination Fee and not the $35 Overnight Parking Fee. The room was nice and I was granted a 12pm checkout, but the in-room safe, telephone, and shampoo dispenser were all broken, leaving my items stuck in the safe, me having to use my cell phone to call down to the front desk, and being unable to wash my hair after having just run a half marathon. After 2 requests, I still waited over an hour for someone to come and open the safe, to which the staff member simply said, “You can’t use the safe because the motor is bad,” rather than saying he would fix it. At check out, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I would receive a phone call. Almost a full day later I still have not been contacted. For almost $400 for a single night’s stay, this hotel is definitely not worth it.
- 5/5
The Camby was great all around but the staff really stood out. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.
