I only stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight out of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I ate dinner at the restaurant, the food and service were excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient and clean place to stay overnight between two flights. Convenient frequent shuttle to and from the airport. Friendly and pleasant driver and staff. Not near much else but a solid choice for a layover stay.

I believe as being a paid customer, having to pay to park there is insane. If its a just a place to park and then fly fine but we spent the night and had to pay to park our car in your lot. I know its only 15.00 but next time we will stay else where.

This property was your average airport hotel, but the price was good, and it was convenient for flying out of Phoenix early in the morning.

The a/c didn't work that well but I loved everything else.

The hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. We only stayed for the night since we had a late flight and our destination was Tucson. Although not included they had a very nice breakfast buffet for $25 , or you could order breakfast. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again. I would love to enjoy the pool here.

The 4 pillows were very uncomfortable & caused neck pain as they had no support. Also the shower did not work well with only a small trickle of water coming out the shower head & the rest pouring out of the faucet

This was the perfect choice for and overnight stay before driving to Sedona. The shuttle was quick and easy. The people at reception welcomed us and were very nice. The room had everything you could ask for and was spotless. I love the Crabtree and Evelyn products. We ate dinner in one restaurant and breakfast in the other. Both had excellent food and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Otherwise the Hotel is fine for the business traveler. I was there for 3 nights on business.

I wish I could remember the guy’s name who assisted me when coming in from a long day of travel, he was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Hotel was lovely, quiet and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. Both my server Ada and the other young lady were very welcoming. Thank you!

I was clean and staff were polite and helpful. I didn’t really notice much difference in this hotel, which is supposed to be four stars, versus many 3 star hotels I have stayed at. My room wasn’t fancy or bigger than a normal hotel room. The pool area was clean and enjoyable but nothing significantly different than any other hotel I have stayed at. The on-site restaurant was nice and the food was yummy but a pretty limited menu. I preferred Uber Eats or Grub Hub for more variety and less expense. The location is very close to the airport so that can be a plus if you are staying for a short time and catching flights as they do have an airport shuttle. The proximity to the airport does increase the noise. Airplanes are flying over constantly. There is also nothing within walking distance. You will need a car or Uber to get anywhere. Overall, nice hotel but not a 4 star. I would probably not stay here again as I can get a similar room and amenities somewhere else.

Room was a little worn for wear and not the freshest smelling. Shredded bath floor towel and tears in carpet... Was definitely not a 4 star property. First time I've been disappointed in a Hilton property, especially for the price of the room. Resturant staff were all exceptional for breakfast. Kudos to the server who was running front of the house, serving and clearing all by herself - all with a smile the whole time!

Room was clean and the comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient we had to be at the airport at 3 in the morning and the shuttle runs every half hour. The restaurant was also conveniently located and worked great for us and it was a tasty meal.

We just used this hotel as a landing spot from a late flight. We just needed a place to eat and sleep. From my experience the restaurant food was well below standard for a Hilton Hotel. The rooms did not feel particularly clean and the queen size beds appeared to be closer to doubles than queens. Unlike most all the other hotels we stayed at on our trip, this one charged excessively for parking which when you add it in to the cost of the stay, we should have booked a nicer hotel. The best part of the hotel was the staff we interacted with who were all very friendly and knowledgable.

Shuttle is great, but the hotel inside is outdated. I was quite surprised the difference in person vs. the listing. But it got the job done for one night.

More importantly, we were not provided with a receipt. We stayed at the hotel and checked out, yet were refused a receipt afterward. We were under the assumption—based on every other hotel we’ve stayed at—that a receipt would be emailed automatically after checkout. This has always been the standard for travelers. If we had been informed that a physical, in-person checkout was required in order to receive a receipt, we would have done so. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to us at any point. The difficulty in obtaining a simple receipt that confirms we stayed and paid for the room is unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will not stay at this hotel again.

The room was in good condition. Staff were friendly, but didn't seem as helpful as the Hilton in Flagstaff. Don't like paid self-parking.

Initially it was not good because when I checked in they didn’t tell me that the could honor my reservation of a room with two queens, the front desk gave me a king and failed to inform me of it. I went up to room to find the news of a king size bed. I went down starts to point out the error and the guy told me that they only had rooms with one king size bed, he really didn’t make any efforts to apologize or make it right. I left as it was almost midnight. In the morning I met with front desk and I was greeted by “Brigid” who was excellent and took the time to remedy the problem by getting me a different room with two queen beds and provided breakfast vouchers. It was literally a night and day difference regarding their customer service. I really appreciate the efforts that Brigid took with resolving the matter and going above and beyond to make a traveler happy. It wasn’t about the free voucher, it was the lack of transparency that the initial front desk guy had. If he would have told me that I was groaning king size bed and he would look into a different room the next day then I would had been okay but he failed to do so.

Clean very good for value

The room I stayed in had a connecting door to the adjacent room. Unfortunately, noise from the other room carried through very easily. The TV next door was on loudly all evening and continued throughout the night. I called the front desk to report it, and while they said they would address the issue, nothing was done. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The hotel is modest and relatively clean, and overall it met basic expectations. I chose not to have daily housekeeping, which was fine, but it was surprisingly difficult to get extra paper products and towels when needed. With better responsiveness on those requests, the stay would have been more comfortable.

The room was pleasant. The bathroom had only squirt bottle soap/conditioner/shampoo dispensers -- I prefer a bar soap, but that's minor, and housekeeping woke me up before 8:00, even though I was checking out that morning.

The room was decent - no complaints there. We did have a late dinner and drinks in the onsite restaurant and Raquel was awesome! She was extremely friendly and attentive, and made sure to personally see to it that the kitchen staff got our order correct the first time. The food was excellent as well! We would definitely stay here again in the future and would have dinner there as well.

It would be 5 stars if it had complimentary parking for guests that have a room, parking is $15 a day, not too expensive but most hotels I've stayed at have valet for a small fee or free parking. Other than that its a great stay!

Room quality was poor. Bathrooms faucets are loose, shower faucet was loose as well. No bath robes for the pool, we expected much more for the price

The room was clean, but we stayed for two nights and never got cleaned and on top of that no one replaced the toilet paper when we ran out. We called the service desk and no one came. We had to call again, it took about 45 minutes to finally get one roll of toilet paper. Also, the room was hot. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was clean all over but some elevators were not working making getting around long and challenging. The staff were helpful and the bar was great. There is really no good dining in the surrounding areas. You have to drive a few miles to get decent food.

The room was clean, the staff was professional, I had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. The only negative is that none of the six USB charging ports in my room worked, which was not a problem because I brought plug-in chargers, but I was a little surprised.

Wow! It’s rare to find the perfect stay, but this was it! From check-in, room service, cleanliness, customer service and no cost shuttle to the airport-all 100%! Thank you, Hilton for a great stay!

Clearly updated facility need desperately a facelift

We felt very safe there. Plenty of parking, clean room, friendly and welcoming staff, restaurants (2) on site, plus a coffee bar. We were able to return our rental car the night before and use the reliable shuttle to the airport.

This was the first hotel I stayed at, and I expected it to be nice and clean. Unfortunately, it was not clean at all, and the staff didn't make any effort to accommodate me. After traveling for 20 hours, I asked to switch to a better room because mine was dirty and very noisy. They refused to help and said they don't "base anything," without even checking if another room was available. I never write bad reviews, but I had to this time.

This was a nice property to stay for one night for an early flight. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The fire alarm did go off after midnight but that’s not the staff’s fault. It was turned off quickly.

Fire alarm went off at midnight, someo e smoking in the hot, room walls were very rhin and my neighbor had the TV on all night. Food was not great, but very expensive for the quality gicen. The people were nice and friendly and they did give free breakfast for the alarm issue during the night, but i would not recommend stay here, find somewhere else.

There was only one restaurant in the hotel and none nearby others and food was expensive. We also got charged for two waters that we didn’t take! It seemed like this is a systematic charge they put on all room checkouts every day.

Great place very close to PDX Airport. And far enough away so the plane noise are no problem. The only gripe was that in the coffee bar the espresso machine was broken. Other than that I recommend this to everyone.

Love this place. We stay there while going on trips. Leavevour vehicle for less then the airport and they shuttle you over. Best thing is they have a restaurant and bar. The balcony rooms or walk out are the best. Clean pool and snacks if you want them.

The patrons in the room next to me were very loud, but that is not in the control of the property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The facility is a little below average. The shower is not exactly clean, or maybe it’s due to its age. Hard to tell. The shower curtain is actually broken with one loose ring hanging and it’s a moldy yellow. The staff is nice though.

Great hotel with 24 hour shuttle to phx airport

The showerhead leaked. I tried to tighten it up, but I think it’s still leaking. Probably should’ve checked that when they were cleaning the place, also I think the bed is a little weird. I woke up with a really bad back pain and this is never happened before very uncomfortable bed and pillows way too soft.

The restaurant was very expensive for the quality of food. I was extremely disappointed with my visit here. The hotel came highly recommended, I’m hoping my experience was rare.

Arrived at hotel late evening and all computer systems were not working properly so everyone checking in was receiving denied credit and staff did not know how to handle. After 40 minutes a manager finally came out and instructed staff to give people rooms.

I did not like how we had to pay for parking. After a long day the last thing you want to do when checking into a luxury hotel is have to walk back outside scan a QR code to pay for parking then walk all the way back to your car to get your rental car tag number to finish paying for the parking. I would much rather have this fee included in our stay and make it more convenient like all other hotels . Other than that great stay - clean, nice staff, beautiful hotel .

I would give it five stars but two things- lobby needed more staff. Was on hold a long time in the afternoon when I called, and then stood in line for 10 minutes to get checked in and then waited longer because a phone call came in from an employee who was going to be late. There was nobody in the 24-hour convenient store, so you have to go back out with your item to people handling check ins and wait more. The other disappointment was breakfast required buying it at the restaurant, not even free coffee- that was close to $5 for just black coffee. These two things would keep me from coming back.

the handicap room was beautifully done and easy for us to use. The hotel was top quality. But it was the staff that made it shine. Especially Eneida at breakfast. What a joy to start the day with her. And Marty at the front desk helped me with next steps to our trip.

The place is built like a fortress, and happily, the comfort and service within are equally resolute.

There are no vending machines. No cash or change was offered. Was told by gift store employee no ice machines in the facility. Told to go to a gas station. Real attitude. I should have done better research and gone to some other place!

Not what it looks like in the pics- needs an update- staff was nice - bed worn out - sheets so thin you can see the mattress. I won’t stay there.
