Our stay was meh. The room was tired looking, worn. We did like the extra couch/ bed pull out. Parking was free. The window shade was not working.

Ice machines didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush well, fridge didn’t work. The pool was too dirty to use. Airport shuttle was great and both the male & female drivers were friendly.

The staff here is warm and genuinely kind. They are the highlight of this location. The room was impeccably clean (I've worked in hotels for 15 years so I now see things others might not and didn't see a thing). The only note is it's clear that maintaining the property is not being worked into the budget. It's still fine, but the elevators, hallway carpet and some furniture could use some updating.

Everything was perfect the only thins is i had 6 ppl in the room total and we kept asking for towels and they kept limiting it or didnt have it available. Also for pillows we needed 3 more and we only got 2 other than that everything else was good.

The room was very spacious and easily accommodated my spouse and I, my mom, and my son. The free breakfast was really good, especially the waffles! We were staying here 1 night before sight seeing through Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The only thing that was a little bit inconvenient was that the pull-out bed was at the narrow part of the room, so it blocked the way between the other sleeping quarters and the desk. It would be great if it was easier to move things around a little bit.

We stayed here the night before an early morning flight. I chose this property for the airport shuttle that was helpful for the car rental return the night before and our flight out the next morning. It was a very convenient location.

Our room was spacious and clean thanks for that. We appreciate our stay wish we could of stayed another night. Only thing was breakfast was a little late out and eggs were cold and tasted rubbery. Other wise everything else was good. 8/10

Room was basically clean. Staff were kind and helpful . Hotel is worn and tired. Carpet has the ick look and feel to it. Room air conditioner turned off and on every few minutes and blows directly on the bed. Hallways are not air conditioned. Reviews on hotels.com cannot be accurate. The bed was hard and we could not sleep much at all because it was sooo uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay if you like powdered eggs. We do not recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed at a few Springhill suites. This one looked old and not super clean. Easy parking, Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, bagels and a waffle maker. Bacon would have been nice. Just a thought and clean the carpet and buy some new mattresses. Tv in the bedroom part wasn’t working. WiFi was good. Location was good. Good staff. Hotel looks a little dated and not super clean.

Clean room. Quiet. Good breakfast. Only complaints are long wait time for check in as there was only 1 person checking in people at the front desk, all while also answering calls. Also, the back door entrance by the pool are was locked and did not work with key. There was no sign to indicate this and I did call the front desk to advise of this, but was placed on hold too long to wait.

Hotel is very average. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are utilitarian and mattresses are of poor quality. Showers basically drip water so you have to stand under them for 10 mins to get the shampoo out. Also, walked in and both TVs had Fox news loops running on them. Why a hotel would choose Fox news as their welcoming video loop is beyond me. Very ignorant of management.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had to check out by 5am and they gave us a grab-and-go breakfast bag. They also accommodated my request for a top floor. Very comfortable room and linens. On-site Parking was available.

We really liked the floor plan of the room, just as a small suggestion, make the sofa bed more comfortable and place hair dryer more visible.

The staff was very nice but short handed. For the amount we paid for the room there should have been more. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The room had no storage or place to put my bag except on the floor. The shower sprayed in several directions including out on the bathroom floor. Our room was supposed to sleep 4 but the spare bed was a bad double mattress on a couch. The vanity light flickered like a drunk ghost was trying to signal for another bottle. I almost swear it was flickering in morris code. The desk was fairly wobbly and needed to be attached to the wall in some way. The Wi-Fi worked good. The gym was small and awkward, the pool was fair and the sun deck was fine. The staff at the front desk when they were there were great and your van driver was amazing. Not sure we’d stay there again. It would have to be a last option.

Room was dirty upon arrival hair everywhere I could tell it was a hairy beast that stayed before me but I cleaned it and everything was good. Staff was kind and breakfast was better than most other hotels I stayed at. I would say its definitely not springhill standards but a cost effective springhill marriot which was fine. I would come back.

This place exceeded my expectations ,we were in a rush late at night and we found this spot and it was very accommodating. The part that shined the most about my experience here is the amazing breakfast spread. Lots of options, very clean, and tasty. Great way to get up and go.

Big spotless suite. Kind, efficient staff. Only problem areas were lack of sufficient nightlight (there is a weak one as part of the clock on the nightstand, but the bathroom is too far to benefit from it), toilet needed flushed twice or it would run incessantly… and TVs auto switched on to Faux News upon arrival. Probably a corporate tie-in? Get rid of that nonsense and I’ll consider rebooking the Marriott brand.

Nice hotel, clean and good breakfast. Poor rating due to terrible mattresses, except for very nice night front desk clerk, who tried to rectify mattress situation. Original room had mattresses that were so poor that when I sat on it, I sank through to wooden frame (I am a small woman). The other mattress had a huge dip also. When we were given a new room, the mattresses in that room were of equal poor quality. If it hadn't been late, I would have relocated to a different hotel. My daughter had to sleep with her head at the end of the bed to avoid a hole on her mattress. Apparently, they knew the mattresses were poor and are trying to rectify the situation, unfortunately, that didn't help our sleep.The manager did apologize. After this experience, I would not stay at this location again or recommend it.

The pool area was pretty rough (towels & garbage everywhere, hot tub murky) from a large group that was there before us, but the staff were responsive to it when it was brought to their attention.

My stay was good overall. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service, and the room was clean and well stocked upon arrival. The staff was courteous throughout our stay. We appreciated being informed in advance that housekeeping was short-staffed and would not service rooms on Christmas Day unless requested, which was completely fine and we did not request service. However, the following day housekeeping did come by and, while fresh towels were left, the dirty towels were not collected, the bed was not made, and only one of the trash bins was emptied.

Lost hot water on a critical day

The lady with the long curly hair that checked me in was super sweet and understanding. Im one of those that other peoples hair grosses me out. There was hair in the bathroom sink, in the shower and folded up with the clean towel. The room wasn't the cleanest but it wasnt the dirtiest. I noticed on the floor a shiny object. It was a bobby pin. So if the cleaning person vacuumed that floor they would have noticed that awful noise a vacuum makes when you run something over. So either the floor wasnt vacuumed or they were too lazy to bend down and pick it up. The heater/ ac was very loud and sounded like a plastic bag was over it or in it. I just turned it off so i could sleep. The bed was firm... i loved the bed. So the biggest aggravation about my stay was in the middle of the night a very loud and annoying fire alarm went off in all the rooms for what seemed like 5 or 10 minutes. It was pretty bothersome and had me shaking and unable to go back to sleep for some time. Things happen i get that. What bothered me most was when i checked out i brought it up to the lady at the front desk who before i brought it was seemed very annoyed that i was bothering her to check out. She was very very rude. Instead of apologizing for it waking me up and trying to say anything told me "were still open and the fire department isnt here anymore" and went back to whatever she was doing and proceeded to ignore me like i was

Breakfast the 1st day was eggs and turkey sausage. I had to use a knife to cut the sausage as it was extremely tough. The spa was not working our 1st evening. I reported and the desk called our room later to tell me it would be fixed the next day. I tried again the next day and it was still not operable. We choose hotels based on numerous reasons, 1 of those is a pool and spa. It was quite disappointing it was unavailable.

We were day Christmas Day 2025 and it was packed with families for breakfast! But despite that the worker had a beautiful smile and welcoming hospitality while refilling the foods right away and cleaning tables too. There were turkey sausage patties, roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt. The rooms looked just like the picture and it was so spacious that it felt like home where me and my family can have our own space. Everything was clean! Would definitely return here for another stay!

We had a hard time with toilet in the middle of night. Toilet was out of order and got clogged. Staff was helpful and gave us keys to room Nextdoor to use. I think hotel needs to check basic amenities before assigning room to anyone.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel, the rooms were extremely loud, kids could not sleep at all, toilet flushes are extremely loud, someone was getting arrested at midnight right outside of our window. the property is very run down and has a horrible smell. We let the front desk know in the morning and they didn't care to reduce or refund our rate for that night. we just ended up checking out early.

Our room smelled horrible! Smelled like a mix of mold and a dirty litter box. Then the shade would not go down and the worker guy had to break it to get it to go down. He said “if it falls off completely let me know and I’ll come back and Duck tape it to the wall.” When we left I complained and they took the room “out of inventory” until they could get things fixed, but refused to answer Expedia about a refund. We will never stay there again!

The entire staff were extremely friendly throughout our entire 1 week stay and even though our hotel was directly over the airport runway the room was extremely quiet. I on the other hand enjoyed watching the planes take off and land while sitting by the pool.

The bathroom sink was clogged after 2 days, the towel rack was broken the time we arrived, the body wash was no longer affix to the bathroom wall, the iron was on and off but was still able to manage to iron our clothes a little longer. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff was nice and friendly. We didn't try the airport shuttle though.

From arranging an early check-in for us after a long camping trip to shuttle service to a nearby restaurant and to the airport the next morning, everyone we interacted with was professional and thoughtful. The room was clean, the breakfast offered lots of variety and it was quiet in the room (after the construction across the street ended for the day). This was a welcome clean and cool place to enjoy after two weeks of car camping!

Overall, the stay was well. The front desk staff, with the exception of the evening staff personnel, was kind, friendly, and helpful especially Lea. The only concerns that I had was with the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was lacking, the toilet bowl pressure was low, and lighting a bit dim. It may have been the room my friends and I were in, but it can use some improvement.

Me and my family took a getaway trip and the booking was easy and the availability of the room was awesome, the staff was friendly and informative I was greeted and given good information. And the most important part of the trip was that the the pool was open until 11:00 p.m. which my kids enjoyed because we had a long trip and being able to be in the pool after 8:00 was what they needed and help them relax and make our stay more enjoyable.

The good and greats The staff was great - friendly, helpful. Proximity to where airport and event place - great! Breakfast - it was a good selection, but other hotels I recently stayed at, offered a bit more. I did love that my eggs were seasoned and not rubbery, the bread was not dried out, the blueberry compote. Dining area - I think all the windows coupled with the extreme summer heat made the dinig area a bit warm. Otherwise, it was clean, offered various types of seating. The sofa bed/trundle in the room was super comfortable!!! It was so good wanted to grab for our guest/office room. Went online (there was a placcard with info) to try and buy it but not available. That was disappointing because why even have the info if its not available. The okays - The place overall needs a bit of TLC - we checked in a little later in the evening and almost mistook the Hyatt Place next door as our hotel. Key difference was lighting. It can use a bit more lighting or different bulbs. The ambience by front desk was a little dark too. It may be because the dining area was right across and the lights were off there. Our room - one bed side light was broken, hanging on by its wiring. A few dings and dents on the flat surfaces. One of the soap dispensers was not on its holder, it looked broken, so it was off to the side. Even though these things didnt effect our stay, it was disappointing that it existed.

We stayed in a double queen with a pull out sofa. The room is spacious, has a small refrigerator and a microwave. The beds are clean and the whole room looks like it has been recently renovated. There is a shuttle available and breakfast is served daily. We will stay again.

Great place to stay

Reviews of the hotel are positive but our experience was not. The rooms 3 rooms we entered were musty and all the AC units were old and very loud. This is the main reason for our disappointment.

It is a great location and quiet. We truly enjoyed the rest.

This hotel was probably one of the dirtiest hotels my family has stayed at. There were dirty hand prints left on the restroom door, possible blood splatter on the wall near a light switch, brown water marks left near the shower door, easily wipeable marks left on the wall in the restroom, and 3 splatters of some brown liquid on the tissue roll dispenser behind the tissue roll, and VISIBLE trash left on top of the couch, and crumbs left all over the foot rest of the couch. The photos were taken upon entering the room for the first time, and after being in a car driving for 7-8 hours that day, my family and I did not have it in us to pack back up our stuff and find another hotel/deal with getting a refund. I may never stay at Springhill Suites again because of this one experience. I hope the bedding was at least changed because it seems like housekeeping did the absolute below bare minimum. I received no response from the check in clerk after telling them about the dirtiness of the hotel.

I advised the hotel safe of the issues and they said they will send me a credit to my Marriot account. Breakfast was not good the eggs were soggy, no coffee or creamer since no one refilled it !

super delicious and nutritious . range free scrambled eggs, thinly sliced Canadian bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, yogurts , many gluten free treats. just a great experience overall. front desk very friendly, the lady who drove the airport shuttle also. we will be back. thank you for a great stay

The Preparatory exceeded my expectations! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful details in the room. The customer service was top-notch—friendly and attentive. Everything, including the OpenAI room, was incredibly clean—they didn’t miss a single detail. Overall, a really impressive and welcoming place. Highly recommend!

Great for couple Great for several people to stay in same room. - can sometimes hear the bathroom flush of your neighbor - lamp outlet not working - burnt out bulb - shower handle all the way in and hard to turn on without getting hit with the cold water - great size of bed but mattress was. Not comfortable - the mini split made a lot of. Noise specially since next to bed - no dark out shades
