The hotel needs renovations to accommodate guests. It lacks an elevator, has a thin blanket, and a broken air conditioner.

The room was ok. Basic cheat hotel. No person to check in or help. Was virtual in lobby. Outside exterior was nice and people around were friendly. Enough parking.

Booked a 4 day stay. The placed looked like it was not cleaned and the room was very dirty. Checked in and checked out 20 minutes later. Asked for a refund and yet has not received waiting on the manager to respond and approval. I recommend you not to stay here.

The whole place seemed sketchy. There were homeless people nearby, not a deal breaker, but then realized that half of the building is really rentals for longer term living, which gave the whole place a different vibe. As we were trying to check-in, which was done virtually via a woman on a screen who kept having us hold up our ID and credit cards to this screen, all while other people are there dealing with the actual employee behind glass as they complain about their toilets leaking and other issues. Very bizarre and disconcerting. Then we got the key card and actually went to the room. It was not very clean, smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room, and one of the stove burners looked like it had perhaps been on fire once. We didn't even touch the bed or anything else so I can't speak to its cleanliness or comfort. Luckily we could afford to leave and find another hotel in a part of town that didn't make us fear our car would not still be there and/or intact the next morning. Avoid unless you have no other choice or are more comfortable with the big city, bad neighborhood vibe than we are.

The listing did not nearly represent the actual location. We did not stay the night, we ended up with another room elsewhere. I was not habitable or safe, and should not be offered to anyone no matter the cost.

The room was disgusting cigarette stains on bathroom sink and the counter. There was only 1 towel, no utensils no cook wear like most extended stays provide also i asked for wheelchair accessable they gave me the 2nd floor i would understand if there had been an elevator also theree was trash all down the stairwell where you could tell that's where people were taking their trash because there was no garbage bins to throw your trash out. It was extremely ghetto I felt like i was Compton CA ooo they didn't even have a blanket for the bed only sheets microwave was dirty i think our room was half way clean it was disgusting by far the worse hotel/ motel. If you are thinking of going on a family vacation this place is not kid friendly i wouldn't recommend this place to no one.

Room was disgustingly unclean with stains and hair in the bed with smoke residue covering every surface. Outlets failing to work the list goes on on the lack of effort put in by the hotel. They outsource there front desk staff via a machine that struggles to assist its in a timely manner. Worst of all it’s one of the first times I feel genuinely scammed as I’ve received no refund or communication from the hotel for not only my room but the 2nd room was never given to me ever.

This is the worse hotel stay ever. First off there is a computer in the lobby with a person on the other end to help you check in. How in personable. This place was filthy outside (trash everywhere in stairways, etc.) and the room wasn't much better. We didn't have a blanket, towels, or even a trash can. We had to ask for them. This is advised as a NON smoking room. The stink of smoke was so bad, that we had to go buy Febreze and spray it everywhere, more than once. When we get home, everything we had on the trip stunk of smoke. There were holes in the walls, a chip and a crack in the window. Trash in the cabinets, and food in the frig from other people. There was dust and grease on the wall and ceiling in the kitchen area. The floors hadn't been cleaned in a long while. The bed even had a broken leg. No sweeping or mopping. the cleanest place was in the shower.

DO NOT STAY HERE. 3”bed indentations on both sides of mattress. Looked like someone left in a hurry. Left the TV on, dog paws all over sheets and no blanket. The walls were caked in dirt and oil. Talk about non smoking rooms. The cabinets were broken and the floors were greasy and sticky as hell. The towels had been used and refolded. I’ve stayed at better crackhead hotels and this was by far absolutely horrible.

Second, the hygiene and maintenance of the property are poor. The facility is visibly grimy and poorly maintained. An extended stay model should not imply a lower standard of cleanliness, and the current environment feels unsanitary. Finally, there is a total lack of essential amenities. Basic hygiene products, including shampoo and conditioner, are completely absent. Given the minimalist approach to your staffing, these essentials should at the very least be stocked in the rooms. As a paying guest, I expect a baseline of cleanliness and local support. I am requesting an immediate response regarding how you intend to rectify these issues or provide a partial refund for the lack of advertised services.

The room was filthy,the curtains were filthy and had either a burn hole or a bullet hole. Very disappointing nothing like what was advertised. No tv remote or blanket on the bed.

The staff is great, but the rooms are horrible and falling apart. The only good thing about the room was the shower had solid water pressure.

Was the worst place, totally misrepresented beeds corporate oversight ,and needs monthly inspections of property and screen the staying guest , wouks also recommend if you have weekly & monthly guess there side of building be away from guess staying 2 or 3 nights or over the weekend for work or events.

A roach short of being a roach motel!! Sticky floors, cig burned sheets, torn and worn furnishings, unsanitary and gross! Expedia should not be offering a place like this! This belongs on Craig’s list for people who wanna take risks. Forfeited our 2nd night, couldn’t sleep well.

Yes, I agree that the staff needs support with security and updated equipment. The whole building inside and outside needs a renovation. Room: Poor out dated furniture, sink, microwave, shower, toilet, fixtures, heater/air conditioner. Staff/Amenities: For example, I had asked for blankets and I was told it was still drying. Reason why, There was not enough blankets or bed covers for the rooms. I slept with the white bed sheets no blankets or bed covers. I was able to see the maid clean the room and she did a good job. Thank you. The room was cool because the heater didn't work. The whole room needs repair ie: paint, wall borders, light fixtures, flooring, windows, curtains, doors, door handles, covers for electric outlets. I stayed only because of a reservation I made online, also because I paid for the room. The online advertisement is misleading with the pictures and description of the room and area. I strongly recommend for upgrading the building, furnishings, and support the staff for a better customer service experience. Please improve on your security. It's a nice location. It just needs improvement for better clientele.

The room floor was very sticky when I arrived , the shower had tons of mold on the curtain holder. The shower head was constantly leaking and made a puddle in the shower which took forever to dry up. Staff wasn’t very helpful when it came to giving extra towels, was told no more towels after five but a guest right after me received them which I thought was unfair having to use one towel for TWO guests. Don’t believe the photos they use , it’s all for show .

The room was dirty , mattresses old and sinked, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Stayed on the third floor and the elevator is not working.

The staff were friendly and quick. However, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room itself looked nothing like the photos. The stove and lamps by the bed didn’t work. Only half of the ceiling lights work. The table was wiggling and unstable. The sheets had stains, which they told me was their new detergent but I don’t think they make brown detergent. I woke up in the middle of the night with something hard poking my hip and it turned out to be a broken metal spoon underneath the sheets so who knows if they even changed the bedding. You also don’t get a blanket and just get a thin bed cover. The toilet didn’t work and shower curtains had stain on it so we didn’t even bother to shower. We had 3 guests and they only gave us 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. There’s also no trash can so I had to carry my own trash with me when I checked out. It’s a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. I tried to get another room but they were all sold out and I couldn’t get maintenance to fix the toilet since they already went home for the day. I wish I could have just gotten a refund and gone elsewhere.

BEWARE!!!! Pictures and descriptions are deceiving. Dirty table and bathroom. There’s people smoking cigarettes and marihuana, right in front of the rooms and hallways. There is homeless people living with their dogs in the premises, they are in the first floor. They shouldn’t be running this business. I’m requesting a refund!!!

The security at the hotel refused to extend the stay I had booked for my friend, citing false charges that she allowed previously ejected guests to enter the room overnight. There is no evidence other than ‘no Ted’ from the security staff that cannot be directly contacted. These false charges required me to cancel the extended reservation, and my friend will be forced to sleep on the streets tonight while my refund is stuck in processing. This property should be removed from your service if they can just kick out paying customers with zero evidence of any wrongdoing.

The water for the shower did not get warm or hot had it running over an hour it just stayed cold , no blankets only cover was 1 sheet and I had a double bed only 1 big towel 1 washcloth 1 bath mat 1 hand towel . At least provide enough towels if it's a double bed. Air conditioner was full of crap I had to take the screens out and clean the Filth off of it., the TV had no remote control and TV signal kept going in and out ,and lastly the wifi was horrible.

The front desk is not accessible. A 9 year old child using a sliding window will help check you in if you're able to find the window. The entire place is absolutely filthy, however the bedding, toilet, sink and tub were clean. . The stair trail is not conneceted

Please keep in mind this is an extended stay place. Therefore there are many people who are there for many days/weeks or more. Our check in went smothly front desk was nice. Unfortunately our rooms plumbing had issues. First time we went to advise and ask for towels to soak up the water. We were informed (and yes it's posted) theres only a window of time to be able to request extra towels. Also since it had been over an hour of checking in they could not change our room. Under ther circumstances we figured there would be an excpetion. Later on that night toilet flooded again, so much so that water reached to the beds and unfortunately we could not get into contact with anyone. So we picked up and left. Could this happen anywhere, of course, but I think it definitely could've been handled much better.

There was no internet, no phones, and the cords for the TV were missing, so no TV not even antenna TV. When they got a cable cord 5hrs later the TV. wouldn't turn on, and there was no clock (alarm clock). The elevator was broken no-one to help carry your things and no luggage carts. No discount for nothing working, front desk said, “don't like it go somewhere else”. And as for the room, first off couldn't get in the room because automatic key Lock was not working properly, it would not turn red or green look like the battery was dead, when I told the front desk, the told me to, “just keep jiggling the handle, push hard on the door and keep putting the key in and out until the door opens.” There was no cabinet doors on the cabinets. there was no door handle on the bathroom door, and no cover on the bathroom vent, which was not working anyway. If they got a few of those things fixed it could possibly be OK. I felt so unwelcomed and unwanted at this hotel and it was like they were trying to compete with the price of other hotels and trying to price people out. There are no amenities whatsoever or Service help, no breakfast, no complimentary anything.. Terrible experience I will never stay there again.

Technically, I booked itt. Went to check in, saw how much a discrepancy there was in what was presented and what was the truth, and immediately requested an refund. The ownership has a lot of reinvesting to do, before that facility will be considered even a two and a half star hole in the wall, last resort, trucker stop.

This location was so unsafe, I attempted to cancel, but hotel declined. We walked away and stayed at another location, sleeping on sofa in my sister’s room. Random tenants were hanging out in small office while I checked in. No privacy at check-in and was not comfortable with parking a vehicle overnight. Safer options nearby.

Grounds were littered, elevator broken, every single person in line behind me came back 2 to 3 times with room issues. Door jams are broken on many doors. The first person that checked me in had a blunt on the counter. No towels, no blankets... the second person Donna was helpful and refunded room right away as there was a child in our room. We just couldnt stay.

When I checked in, the room had about 20 live flies. The cleaning crew probably left the door open while cleaning. There were no bath towels in the room. A car outside our room, with a flat tire, appeared to have been there for a long time. It may have been abandoned.

I was staying at the hotel due to my daughter being in the hospital. It was one of the worst experiences of staying in a hotel I ever had. The floor was filthy, hole in bathroom wall, no vent cover on vent in bathroom, room was dusty, hair in shower, no cold water in shower only scalding hot to where you couldn't take a shower at all, bed was nothing, but springs and people next door were so rude with slamming doors all night long. I will never stay there again or recommend.

There was a dog in the room next door that barked 24/7 so load that I still have a migraine!!! I couldnt sleep enjoy watching a movie nothing! I called the front desk and explained what was going on and they went to the room where the dog was barking and they didnt get an answer. Not too long following I heard the guests entering the room and began yelling at the dog !! So then i was louder!!! They left again and the barking started but now even louder! The dog was even more angry and jumping around hitting the wall sonded like things moving aroung knocked over ect.!!! This stay was so horrible!! Not done yet!!! People were constantly walking back and forth in front of my door!! Drug addicts everywhere!!!!!! Loud talking and yelling at kids!People were cussing and fighting! Dogs barking everywhere! This went on the whole time !!! What a nightmare!!! Not 2 minutes of peace and quiet!! My room had missing cabinet doors in the kitchen area and the floors were filthy !!! Covered in long dog hair everywhere. I made dinner and the fog hair ended up in my mouth!!! The bed was extremely uncomfortable!! Fridgerator was also filthy it had a small stick of wood underneath it to keep its balance!! Even the workers here were outside conversating extremely loud and inappropriate actions coming from staff members!!! What a true NIGHTMARE!!!!! IM STILL TRYING TO GET RID OF MY MIGRAINE!!!!LORD HELP ME !!! THAT HOTEL IS A ZOO !!! GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful even though it’s a rougher type neighborhood. Rooms are always clean. Definitely worth the visit. Sarah at the front desk is amazing always willing to help super friendly.

There were active deals going on in the hallways there are children running around no supervision and the adults are smoking things that do not smell like cigarettes. No soap in the bathroom there was mold in the cupboards the floors were very dirty. I left after 1st night. I took photos as documentation. Would NEVER recommend this property. The one staff member at the desk was very nice though.

No hot water in the shower it was Luke warm at best. I understand the property is going thru renovations for new ownership but these are things that management should not rent a room like this.

We check in, walked into the room and walked back out to check out. it was so disgusting looked like they never didn't clean the room, toilet was clog, walls and door stain and dirty, it was just gross. Property is really run down, phone to reception didnt work, staff was nice just non existant when we tried to check out. Found a few roaches, and then staff woke us up at 12am telling us we were in the wrong room. Banging in the door. They figured out their mistake and let me stay in the same room. You get what you pay for i guess.

Booked for 2 night and when I checked in the bathroom was flooded and the roof was leaking in two different areas

The hotel was filthy and the room was nasty mold and dirt on all the base boards. I had to ask for towels and the only way I could get one was to turn in the ones I didn’t have.

A hotel like this shouldn’t even be offered on Expedia. People use Expedia to find a place to stay on vacation. This is absolutely not a vacation hotel. It appears many of the people who are there are living there. They are noisy all night. One person was even sitting outside their room shaving, with clumps of hair around him on the ground. When we arrived at the property, the office was locked up and no one was there. It took twenty minutes before someone came and we could check in. There was only one towel in the room. The tv didn’t work. The blanket on the bed was very thin, and there weren’t any extra blankets. We left early in the morning because we felt so uncomfortable there. Please take this hotel off your website. No one else should have the experience we had.

I Would NOT stay here! The look and feel of the place is very unsafe! Place smelled bad land the place is dirty. Highly Not Recommended to stay here.

Hotel was very dirty very unhappy with the service as well there was literal blood on the bed

The first room we were assigned to was not cleaned.. had unmade beds and a flickering light. The 2nd room had made beds with blood stains on the linen on bed one.. the floor was not sore or mopped footmarks everywhere into the bathroom.. the sink, toilet and shower were dirty. Very dirty walls and curtains, paint chipping and covered holes everywhere. There was someone sleeping in the stairwell on the 3rd floor, loud music playing below us. Beds are super uncomfortable with deep dips in the middle. Tv remove had no batteries and there were no towels, soap or toilet paper..i had to go get all these items. Didn't request a new room or a refund as i doesn't expect any other room would be any better giving our experience so far and also we are very weary from traveling through rainstorms and snow. We were re-routed into this area about 3.5 hours away from our original destination and were looking for a hotel near the interstate that would be affordable. This one has a rating of 4.7 and i have no idea how it got that rating.. the property is in very poor condition.

Room drenched w/ bleach. We had to keep the door open to dry the floors/bathroom. Faucets rusty/old. Staircase was full of trash/dirty, condom on 2cd floor staircase, guy on a bike on 2cd floor staring at us. We stayed there only to sleep & use the bathroom. We left early & came back late. Room just need to be updated w/ faucets, bed, sheets

This waste worst hotel I have ever encountered. This is a section 8 government hotel which has people doing drugs. People walking around the property which made me worry whether or not my car would be there when I woke up. The front door handle was falling off. I could go on bit you get the right idea

Had to wait about 90 minutes to check in as multiple rooms were not cleaned and ready for the guests to check in. The receptionist had to shut down the office and go help clean the rooms.

Pictures are deceiving!! No comforter provided for bed, sheets and towels had stains. No soap in the bathroom. Chairs were torn, holes in the wall. And worst of all cockaroches!!

NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER,, I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THE WOMAN THERE SAID ALL THE ROOMS WERE LIKE THAT & CHANGING MY ROOM WOULD HAVE THE SAME RESULT,, LITTLE DID SHE KNOW I STOOD THERE THE PREVIOUS WEEK AND I KNOW THEY HAD JUST CHANGED THE WATER HEATER SO SHE'S A LIAR

Theyre polite but also have the place dirty

They gave us our room and immediately uncomfortable because the door handle was loose and wasnt locking. Then trying to settle in and there were cockroaches!! Killed many. Went to ask for another room and attendant was very accommodating. However no bedding in new room and no towels. Very short staffed which isnt employees fault and they were trying their best to check everyone in quickly. I paid for 2 nights but checked out by 9am after the first night

Got kicked out late at night for having another person staying at the hotel visit me in my room.

Words cannot describe how terrible this place was I left in the middle of the night to go stay somewhere else. Unsafe, bugs, dirty, smells the workers were housekeeping at 10:00 pm while I had to stand outside and wait for them to finish which was about 45 minutes just so they can reactivate my key card.

I made my reservation only to get to the property and be told rooms are not available. Not a single phone call after a 5 hour drive to get told no rooms are clean not their problem.

Absolute trash , all lining dirty. Rodent droppings in cabinets. Fridge full of mold. Room had a real bad smell. Bathroom was really dirty. Rest area bathrooms in the highway are cleaner than here. Hotel.com should never had this hotel in there app. Doesn’t deserve a one star.

Very disappointing. The office clerk had to physically scout out a room for us. We had to wait outside while he locked the office door and looked for a “clean” room. Noisy neighbors, poorly maintained room, no on-site security. I had someone knocking on our door at 3AM! It felt unsafe.

The room was dirty except for the bed’s & refrigerator. The bathroom sink was about to fall off & water barely came out.. Room #324 was dirty..

After check in and arrival to room. The sheets had mold and hair all over. No pillows. Very bad smell and dirty overall. I asked for a refund and did not stay.

Disgusting property. Nothing like the photos. Dirty bathroom, shower doesn't run water, walls taped with painter's tape, ac conditioner unit cover fallen on floor, stains on sheets and everywhere.

Beds were sunked in to previous people’s body’s, every pillow and sheet had stains, there was Taco Bell left over from the previous tenants, roaches, broken ac, door was bent, people smoking weed all around the place, lights didn’t have a cover over it, fridge didn’t get cold enough, towels had hair on them, shower ceiling had mold on it. Very noisy at night. Spend the few extra dollars and go somewhere else.

Everything Was great. Buy the night staff is rude and her attitude is not great

Too many shady characters hanging outside. The room was not very clean with old, dirty, and dingy furnishings. We actually didn’t stay because we just didn’t feel safe!
