Not but a place to lay my head and take a shower. Not clean, no one at front desk barely ever when you needed something, outdoor pool was not in service like pictured, no coffee machine in room, bed was dirty/sandy.

The location Everything no outside pool. Trash everywhere parking lot was growed up. And the smoking area was nasty cigarette butts everywhere. The inside pool was not working until they got someone there to look at it. No ice machine it was not working so no ice. The house keeper never did come around and ask if we needed anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It actually needs to be bulldoze down and start over. And they want to charge ppl a ridiculous price for a deposit but they can't get someone in there to fix it up and make it look nice. No coffee pots and their breakfast was just a gornola bar and that was it and they say on their website they have breakfast. And the pictures on their website is nothing like it in person either. So if I was wynadam I would be ashamed to put my name on their property. Just don't stay there if you have kids cause nothing works. Go somewhere else.

The bed is comfortable. NOTHING IS WHAT THE BOOKING WEB SITE SAID. Breakfast- 8:30-9:00 Coffee and granola mini bars. Nothing else. The pools- could not be used The indoor is not clear. Outdoor- no water. The ice machine is broken so is the washers and dryers. It's locked. The gym... its locked also. At this point I wish I had bought the insurance for sure. The tub is dripping and the refrigerator is leaking cold water on the floor. In Booking .Com it says it has a Coffee machine, they took those out 2 years ago from all rooms. The iron is missing/ not supplied but there is an ironing board. Also there was 1 wash cloth and 2 towels. No towel for the floor.

Big room and spacious. Good access to highway Needs better cleaning. Lacking of dishes, cutlery and glasses. And seats for 3 people at the table.

Good location I would give a 0 if that was an option couldn't even stay there it was awful from the time you walk in the door. Not only that was told we could pay at property they took the money off my card day before. Waited 10 minutes or longer waiting for someone to come to desk. Asked to view room the room was awful smelled mold mildew mold and dust all over the air conditioner holes in sheets. Desk chair in room backing ripped and torn. You can see out the door it's not sealed off. Only one pool working. We ended up staying at another hotel asked for refund still have not received it. It's more like a Motel no tell! I would advise stay clear of this place!!! Also They will not answer their phones but called me at 2 in the morning wanting to know if I was checking in after I cancelled and requested refund through booking.com so still waiting on a refund response that was emailed that very day. Oh and won't let you take pictures of room for a refund request.

We didn't like anything about this rat hole. The pictures aren't up to date on this site, only one pool and it's disgusting as well as the nasty rooms. No microwaves, no hair dryers, the sheets were dirty,...I can keep going, but just trust that it was horrible.

The pictures online are deceiving. There is trash around the entire building. There was dried food and dust on the floor. Doors were filthy, only 1 washcloth in the room. The entire property reaked of Marijuana, no hand soap and no hand towels. The outdoor pool wasn't open and the indoor pool was filthy. On the go breakfast consisted of only a granola bar. No choices.

The pluses were: No bedbugs or roaches. We didn't have a tv in the room when we got in but the concierge brought us one immediately. Its quiet. There is a mircorwave and mini fridge if you need to save food.

I loved the staff. I was disappointed with the room and the location of the room.

the couch was covered with stains & looked as if they found it on the side of the road. I asked for another room and the front door had somthing pudding like smeared down the front door. Does not look anything like the pictures. Then they charged me for 2 rooms. Trying to get my money back. Howard Johnson said I had to call Expedia since that is who I booked thru. Expedia cannot reach anyone via phone and email. Still awaiting refund.Been 3 weeks since request and have not heard anything back from Expedia. I will not use either companies again!

The rep herself could not contact anyone from the hotel's front office.Because they left. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

0 star if I could. It was completely horrible. Locks missing on the doors, mold/mildew in the showers and doors, bugs in the beds, inside the rooms and outside looks like it was cleaned 2 years. Never stay here unless you like living in the dump.

As a friendly customer the experience left me feeling awful and will never reserve or book with Howard Johnson ever and will recommend anyone to reconsider a stay with them.. Hair on towels shower constantly dripping bed were uncomfortable and lets not talk about the breakfast were you supposed to have other things other than a granola bar and coffee I'm sorry it's called a grab and go that's not what you advertised

This place was not clean! The beds had 2 sheets with a thin brown blanket in between on both beds no comforters. There were Buffalo Wild Wings packets all in the floor and pubic hairs in the shower upon walking in. The floors were gross and needed to be cleaned! They offered pop tarts for breakfast and the whole place needs a good cleaning! Will not ever stay here again!

The blow dryer didn't work , the one bed had mascara stains on the sheets I had one clean towel to use that was not dirty along with being folded up . I had a small single serve coffee maker in the room but no coffee I asked and was told no we don't supply coffee! It was very dirty I cleaned around and made it work but so happy to check out and be on my way! Never again Howard Johnsons you didn't even try to make things right!

Dirt and hair on bedding, other peoples trash next to bed. Holes in walls with no patch or with a bad patch and no paint. Paint that does not meet edges, Tiles that don't meet edges. Four inch high carpet as a boarder with unfinished frayed edges. Exposed metal spikes from metal drywall corner bead, Random white paint or plaster splotches on wall. Cut, burnt and discolored ironing board. Raw wood on bathroom sink cabinet. Multuple types and colors of caulk around tub that still have gaps with mold present. Heat lamp option was changed out with a standard bulb set. Missing towel rack and something else next to toilet roll holder. TV is dated and has a dark picture when connected to HDMI. Entry of room seems open enough to play VR, feels like it is missing a piece of furniture or two. Tv cabinet is swelling from age or water damage. My wife got shocked by the metal cover plate plugging in a usb adapter to the receptacle left of the tv. Reddish spatter on the walls in several locations not going to test it for blood. The flooring ourside is missing paint and concrete, the stonework has fallen off the wall

Has bugs, smells like cigarettes, staff is really rude and they refuse to give you a receipt for your deposit being returned so I'd assume I won't get that back.

The room was good for the price, but I had to dispute where they actually charged my credit card for the "hold" for incidentals on my credit card. I did win the dispute.

Followed pre check in link - opted for king upgrade, got to check in and they didn’t get any upgrade request. Room needed to be swept. Roach in the bathroom. Shower handle was broken. Would come off in your hand. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Requested 2 queens be pushed together prior to arrival. Didn’t happen. Reservation said 3 guests, but only two towels in room. No ice bucket. No real blanket, just a light throw. The room was so noisy. Room 111. Planter outside door by the parking lot had a bottle full of pills in it. Sign said breakfast was til 10a went one morning between 930/945 and was all closed up. Other people in different rooms were complaining about roaches and bugs. Definitely will find another place next time we Visit!

The room was dirty, no coffee, no cups or extra trash bags. Towels were dirty. Toilet paper had been wet and put on the holder. Too much road noise, front desk clerk was not at the desk and I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Front desk clerk wasn’t very professional.

The room was O.K. Glad we brought our own quilts. It was very cold & there were only thin covers on the bed, but the heater did work good. I don't like the $75.00 deposit on the room! They said it would be refunded in about 10 days. Nothing fancy, no blow dryer. If we get our deposit back I guess it was worth the money. Good location.

This used to be a good hotel to stay in but it is run down now. It’s says on website they have free breakfast and they only had granola bars and coffee. They used to have a good breakfast. It is usually our go to hotel but we will not longer be staying there. The staff was nice. The water in the sink would not turn hot. We had a coffee maker in the room with no coffee and cups.

As we walked in, we could see stains on the sheets before we even turned the light on. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our A/C we thought was broken at first, did end up working, but barely. We were definitely unable to sleep there. We ended up checking out 30 minutes after our arrival. Don't fall for the pretty pictures and nice reviews. This property was no where what I expected.

The room was ok, but the hotel hallways and grounds were filthy dirty. The breakfast was a pop tart, granola bar, and coffee. I was very disappointed. I read some reviews, but they must have been old because they had pictures of a hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, and bacon. I will not be staying here again. The hotels is also along the busy road like most hotels in the area, but the doors did not seal well, and you could hear the cars driving past all night long.

Upon check-in we advised the desk clerk that our daughter was autistic, and can sometimes experience sensory overload and be loud (she wasn't at all our entire stay) but we were advised that if she was heard at all, we would be told to leave. That was not a good first impression. We get to our room, which looked nothing like it was advertised, the floors and door were filthy, you couldn't walk around without shoes on because the floor was gritty and your socks/feet would be black in seconds. There were holes in the wall, roaches, and the door was absolutely filthy. We were only provided 2 towels and 1 wash cloth the whole time we were there, and had to empty our own garbage. When we arrived home, we noticed on our credit card statement that we've been overcharged for the room by over $150.

We honestly booked here to see if the reviews were actually that bad. They are not. This is a tourist location and rooms have average wear but NO ROACHES or BUGS as previous reviews show. The so called roaches are what is southern folk know as “stink bugs”. They are annoying but not roaches. They were none there when we stayed and were pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, Everything worked. For the $$ , this is a great option. If you want to throw $200 a night at somewhere to sleep and shower feel free, but we would rather use that money to go sightseeing or shopping. Make this a stop if you value your money. Staff was great as well.

Stayed here a few years ago seems to have gone downhill since then dead insects in the bathtub and door lock acted funny. Only stayed one night so we just made do.

The thing I care the about cleanliness especially at the level of standard health department requirements. In the roughly 2 waking hours I spent in this room I saw 7 roaches. Along with the actual door to the room as well as the walls that were barely standing, held together by painted over, slathered on wood glue or spackle, these conditions were deplorable.

A room with our party had no heat. Took 2 hours for the lady to give us another room and she ,she was up set that she was gona have a room out of order. And ask my sister to please keep the room . Which we refused!!! When my husband and i woke up the next day our bathroom had roaches in it. The parking lot and sidewalks to our room were filthy! When i went to check out i ask for a discount for my sisters room, because it was 11:30 pm before they were switched rooms and i was told it would be under review and they would let me know.

The hotel room was not cleaned, hair, blood, toe nail clippers on the floors and beds! Switched rooms only to have the same issue with the second room and was told we could not be accommodated with another room!

Our main issue was with the “continental breakfast”. Their posted breakfast hours are 8-10am. We went down at 9:17am and there were a few granola bars and one pop tart, not even a toaster. They did have coffee but we aren’t coffee drinkers so I can’t speak on that (it didn’t look like anything special). I understand that breakfast can get picked over but it’s not like we came down 5 minutes before they closed, and if you’re only serving granola bars they aren’t that hard to restock. Not to mention I checked the following two mornings of our stay (earlier than the first day) and there was even less, 3 total granola bars the second day and none on the last! I know all continental breakfasts are different from hotel to hotel. I wasn’t necessarily expecting eggs and bacon but some toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, or even those prepackaged danishes would have been nice. I picked this hotel partially for the breakfast and unfortunately we had to go out because I require more than a granola bar and coffee for my morning meal.

The room was a nice room. The couch was very dirty though. I was ch$101.36 on my card for the room and then I noticed that they changed me another $75.00 and I can't get ahold of them to find out why I was charging the extra $75.00

No one to wait on us when we arrived. Finally checked in. No receipt due to computers being down. 3 towels and 2 bath clothes for 4 people. Floor were dirty. Breakfast offered was a granola bar and coffee. Not what was shown when we rented our room. Overall pretty shabby.

This place is in shambles! I’m not sure that a makeover would help, maybe a total tear down and rebuild would be easier. Staff was unfriendly as we had to go to the front desk to turn in our used towels for clean ones. Ick! We were informed upon check in that we had to put a $75 damage deposit which was not stated on the website. Ugh, but ok, hold my money for 5 to 7 days… The advertised breakfast was literally a Poptart and if you’re lucky a very small cup of coffee. Nothing else was offered. It is advertised that there is a breakfast included, in the room it is advertised in a Howard Johnson book that the stay includes a free full hot breakfast. There was no such thing at all. The breakfast was cold pop tarts with no way to toast them and granola bars. The only thing to drink was coffee. There was also trash scattered on the counter, all of which I have pictures of. There was no ice bucket in my room and the phone was hidden in the bedside table.I had no maid service the entire week I was there. The heated pool was nice, but they clean the deck area about as often as they cleaned my room, there were discarded items in several places on the deck that stated in the same spots the whole week. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. This is a warning to everyone that is looking at this hotel, please Don’t waste your money at this place.

The hotel itself is very run down on the outside and has uneven walk ways to the rooms, however the room was really the issue there was what appeared to be mold in the bathroom on the wall, the lights had no housing so they're are exposed wires in the bathroom, the tub overall was not appealing, caulk was missing and again what appeared to be more mold around the tub. The mattress was dirty with dark spots all over. When checking in it took 20 mins with one person ahead of me, the guy checking me in initally said that they would need to charge me for the whole stay again because hotels.com didn't pay them, when asked to check again, he said he'd checked everywhere but after saying that I would allow the additional charge as it was 1am and then call hotels.com when I got to the room to sort it out he magically found it had been paid. There were multiple charges for the deposit that went through and had to be credited. We stayed as it was a weekend trip and had funds wrapped up in the stay. Kicker was when going down for the breakfast that's advertised it was stale pop tarts and cereal bars. My husband went down with our daughter to be greeted by other unhappy clients and staff saying that's all there was. Overall unhappy with the property and disappointed as this is a reputable name and why I chose it.

We paid extra for early check-in at one housekeeping, rude front desk rude said room would not even be ready by three trash down the hallways, housekeeping, dirty laundry was out into the hallway. All cans were full with trash bags on top garbage outside the hotel.

Saturday went to Dollywood came back and the hotel cleaners didn’t come in to clean or even bring new towels or wash cloth. I had to go down to the desk and ask for towels for me and my family. Sunday went to check out and waited about 5/10 mins for someone to check me out. Me and my family wasn’t to happy about our stay at this hotel. We visit pigeon forge twice a year.

There was no indication on the booking that didn't take cash. This is a very cheap hotel. I didn't expect much. My wife passed away two months ago. I have been to many resort hotel's, that have taken $500 in cash deposits.

Her she was a lier she was very rude and at that time she had taken off the money for the room so I didn’t have any other money and she told me I could just go somewhere else that wasn’t possible because she has just taken all my money then told me I couldn’t stay because I didn’t have the other 75 so I did get very upset with her and tell her she was a lier other women working there who were also rude told her to ignore me so I sat there trying to get someone to barrow the money from for 10 days till It was returned which took for ever . I was there for 4 days. It was rough. I went to check in (I did the pre-check in and opted for early check in for an additional fee) and not only did they not let me check in they were rude about it insisting early check in was at 3 despite the sign on the wall that said regular check in was at 3. Outside it’s really run down and looks extremely sketchy. The entire experience was nothing like the photos. I went into the room and it wasn’t clean, there was crumbs all over the floor, hair, finger nail clippings etc. I took it upon myself to further inspect the sheets had a cigarette burn, there was cracks in the wall, the paint was “sweating”, the shower head was moldy. Door was covered in grime, my front door lock didn’t work. Everything was dirty. I booked two rooms. One for my husband, son and I one for my mom and two little sisters. They were both in terrible condition. No new towels no bed being changed. We ended up purchasing cleaning materials to straighten up ourselves as we had no other options in the area available. If I could attach photos I would.

No never cleaned our room plus roach bugs crawling.. charged me 900$ to stay. Everyone fighting and arguing all the time with staff. Save ur soul the peace of mind and dont go*! I live in Morristown and was trying to get a weekend away with my mom. Oh..and the granola bars they call breakfast we had to ask for it..

The housekeeper never came. There were roaches in the bathroom. I’m probably forgetting more. Oh cigarette burns in the blankets of our beds. I think that is all.

it was in a great location for us to sit out side and watch the strip as we went up for rod run weekend and if we wanted to sit out side and watch the streets at night it was great location without the head ache of all the traffic

But if you looking for a decent hotel that’s cheap it’s not that bad of a place, there was just a lot of loitering around outside and you will want to keep your car doors locked

It advertised breakfast which meant, they had granola bars. No coffee machine but there was coffee ground packets along with sugars lol. They do have pools on site. 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. My kids did utilize. The beds were ok. Again, we paid $28 a night so we received what we paid for. Other then that, the location was good. Right across from a restaurant. walking distance from the titanic museum. in View of the Hollywood wax museum. If you're wanting something cheap but in the middle of things, then yes this is the place. I probably would not stay here again. Being the pool was the only decent thing. It took 7 days to receive my deposit back.

The pool was murky. We had three cockroaches in the hotel room. The non smoking bedroom had a light switch that has been lit on fire and melted. The drain in the bathtub looks like it could give you tetanus. Two of the three towels provided had huge black/grey stains on them. There was no security lock on the door, it had been ripped out and not replaced. There was hair stuck to the bathroom wall that was not ours and had clearly been there for awhile. Lightbulbs were missing.

The room was stinky. The floors were so dirty that if we walked on them for two minutes after a shower, our feet were black. The lights didn't work. The chair was broken. The couch looked like someone pooped on it. There were coffee supplies but not coffee maker. The curtain rod was broken and the curtains barely shut. The towels were stinky. I truly believe they gave us the worst room because we booked on Expedia and they made less money on the room. We saw some other rooms that looked much nicer than ours. I talked to management and they said the owners were working to make it better. It was obvious they were lying. The other staff (housekeeping) were rude. It was disgusting and offensive. I'm shocked that Wyndham allows their name to be on this property.

PLEASE DO NOT I’m so so upset I live 4 hours away so of course when I get there me and my friend are super tired well the hotel looks disgusting nothing like the pictures but that’s not the worst part if you want to lay in bed bugs see cockroaches and the smell of mold then you’ll love it but I don’t think anyone would love that. And yes I’m being serious cockroaches it was disgusting not to mention they said they would provide a refund after all of the photos I provided and Expedia nor I ever got a response. I’m just warning anyone interested to please take your business elsewhere we ended up staying at a a holiday in on nascar drive and it was absolutely amazing I will totally be going back to the holiday inn but here NEVER!! I mean EVER I really would like the health department to be notified on this because my friend after laying on the bed had bed bug bites. Wifi rarely worked. No house keeping stopped by our room, room not clean and found bugs crawling and dead throughout the room chair was broken. Front desk staff was friendly. This a place I wont stay at again.

We was pleased with everything except when the fire alarm went off and my husband went to the front desk to find out what was going on because I had a quadriplegic child in my room and needed to know if it was an accidentally set fire alarm or if we needed to grab him out of the bed and run and that’s what we ended up doing leaving his medical equipment in the room no one telling us what was going on I understand staff needs to figure out what’s going on but there should have been someone at the desk to let guest know what was happening

Worst staff and service didn’t even get clean towels had to keep asking for new ones and bed where dirty and got over charged and they would fix it

Pool was empty when we arrived, evidently had been closed and had to be pressure washed, room was dirty, had to wear shoes in the room to keep our feet from getting dirty, staff was unpleasant, only 2 towels in our room (no wash clothes or hand towels for the four of us), all areas outside the room were dirty and unkept. Pool area was overgrown, indoor pool was filthy. Would have given 0 stars if it were available.

Things was not that good there when we first got there the air conditioner wasn't working they said if they moved us to another room we had to downgrade which we'd requested the jetted tub it was me and my wife and they couldn't move it they said it wasn't fair to move somebody else but luckily the maintenance man came in and he actually switched the air conditioner and got our air working but the floors were black the jetted tub was black we had to go buy a mop and we had to buy bathtub cleaner to clean the tub and to mop the floor because your feet were black walking over it and I asked them to come do it and they never did

We arrived and got checked in. We were told the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor. We then found out the elevator was out of order. We had to carry suitcases and a baby up three flights of stairs in the middle of July. Once we opened our room, it was dirty. Food on the counters, wet towels in the floor. We then had to carry everything back downstairs just to find out there were rooms available on the first floor. I didn’t appreciate being lied to and then someone questioning whether the room was cleaned or not. Definitely will not stay at this location again.

The stay was awful. Soon as I walked in, they ran out the door and stayed out there. Then coming to found out the room I reserved wasn’t available. I went to my room to open the door and the smell was bad and the room was disgusting so I asked for another room and they were so rude about it. Then I got the other room and it smelt like mold. There was filth everywhere, I couldn’t even sleep on the bed. I would go into the room and change and leave that was about it. Then when I left I got charged the damage charge. I have been calling them constantly no one answers. I have all the proof I need to get my money back. The room was already damage from the pictures I have shown. I will be calling someone over this, to put a stop to this or I will be taking them to court. That’s no way to run a business. Especially no room service to clean the room when you ask them for one. Then the pool was a green color. And I couldn’t use the toilet since the handle was broken and it kept flushing itself constantly.

No where on this app does it say anything about a damage deposit until you get there and be charged more I’m still waiting on my refund! The pool was green as well! I don’t recommend it

Just nasty all the way around. Staff was extremely rude. The only one who was nice was the Latino man who was doing laundry. One front desk lady. Never came to clean the room, change the sheets, provide clean towels, didn’t have Continental breakfast. Elevator didn’t work. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I highly wxtremely do not recommend this place of business. Howard Johnson on parkway in pigeon forge near the wax museum. If I could give it a negative star I would have given the worse rate possible.

Room smelled like some one smoked weed right before we walked in. Stunk all night long. Asked for a new room due to having kids, they said they were out. Sheets had stains, burn marks, etc. No towels, key cards quit working, elevator out of service. 0/10

The stay was fine , what i expected really, except for the dirty linens . You get what you pay for . I dont care there was holes in the wall or there was random carpet in places from poorly finished updates i guess. The staff wasnt very welcoming... but would be considered running close to being rude if not out right so given that its the south its the mountains and its a hospitality business ... but like i said you get what you pay for and i knew that going in . The stay was fine and i would even consider stay again at the price i paid but would be prepared with my own linens packed ahead of time . Just an honest review .

Walked in lobby, 1 guy sprawled out on a couch asleep. The desk clerk spent most of his time on his phone. Requested bottom floor, was given 3 floor, elevator inoperable so ask for money back and cancelled. Had to pay for one day, never again stay at Howard Johnson's motel.

The door that goes to the room beside us, it was missing its door handle! So definitely didn’t feel safe with knowing IF anyone is staying beside us they could EASILY get in to our room & the fact they’d be able to do it without even having to walk out of their own room! Makes it even more scary IMO! The pool was NASTY! The inside one was nasty and way smaller than it looked from the pics they have of it!! And the one that has a splash pad part for younger kids, it was FILTHY!! It was green & just looked nasty! The “light breakfast” is JUST granola bars & coffee!! We paid for this room for absolutely no reason at all! It was so awful that we had to leave & go to another hotel! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel that’s so awful that we have to leave & completely waste our $ 100% bc the room is just to awful to stay in!! The new clean covers that was on the bed had a cig burn hole in it! (Even tho it’s smoke free rooms!) Would not recommend & will never ever even consider staying here again! The workers was nice & polite, but that’s about the only thing! *I'm trying to upload all the pics I got but I don’t think it’s gonna let me!! We was HIGHLY disappointed!!*

You get what you pay for. But I only saw the check in person when I checked in and no one else. We had to pay a $75 deposit that was not explained online when I booked the room. The good thing was it was only for 1 night. I will not stay here for any time longer. The room was clean and that was the only positive for this hotel.

This was not my initial pick for a hotel but gave it a shot. Room smelled musky, evidence of mold, sheets were torn and stained. No wash clothes provided and 1 trash can in the bathroom. After 3 days saw roaches. Ugh. Never again.

The hotel was nasty and filthy. The pool was green with algae. The internet was not working. The toilet made whistling noises when you flushed. There were numerous light bulbs out. The inside of the ceilings were exposed. The beds felt like box springs. The towel holder was broken. And so many other things were wrong!!!

No breakfast, no WiFi, no cleaning of the room, green pool dirty shower

BUYER BEWARE! If you book through Expedia there is nothing that tells that they will charge a $75 deposit upon arrival. There is no breakfast and no working elevator. Once in the room the TV did not work, so the guy at the desk went and robbed one from a vacant room for us. Also saw roaches. Do not recommend this property and will never darken their door step again.

It was decent

If I could upload the photos I took of the room they gave me you would truly understand how horrible this site was. They did not check me out when I advised them I would not be staying at their hotel, they refuse to respond to Expedia about my refund. They charged my credit card a deposit even though I did not stay there. I am not going to have to take this up with my bank.

Pool was dirty and freezing, in door pool was cloudy and felt like a hot tub. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper, no breakfast other than granola bar. I cleaned my own room.

Overall it was a great stay. Met our needs for 2 days. Overall it was clean. Other then the couch in the room was stained up. And the pool was really cloudy and dirty. So we didn't go swimming.

The photos do not represent the current state of this location. Upon arrival we checked into the room to find the room nasty. What looked like dried blood on the lamp, visible hole worn into the mattress of the bed, nasty/mold on the ceiling and around the door of the room, and the room smelled off smoke. Offer another room but that room had a sewage smell. Requested to leave and be refunded. Staff onsite was poor and unwilling really to assist. They attempted to charge me for 1 night. They attempted to contact management, and they refused to speak with me, even when I requested. Staff wouldn't provide the manager's number. I had to contact their corporate team for assistance.

The outdoor pool was disgusting. Indoor pool was warm and good. Checked in to room and it had no wash cloths or working air conditioning. Told staff of ac issue and got moved to a different room. Second room had 1 normal towel and 3 scratchy pool towels. Still no wash cloth for bath. No hand towels, but the hand towel rack was also broken off the wall and under the sink. Room had coffee, but no coffee pot, iron holder but no iron. Main lamp had no shade. Site is listed as breakfast included. Went down for breakfast and it was coffee and granola bars. Another person in my group had transition strip from floor to tile held down with duct tape. Bathroom light held up by duct tape. Also only 1 towel in their room. The elevator was broken and the handicap ramp to the second floor had broken glass throughout. Will never stay here again.

Hotels.com should be ashamed to even offer this hotel. It’s absolutely disgusting! Book anywhere else but here! Housekeeping left a tongue ring in the bathroom that wasn’t ours! Only toilet paper was the toilet paper in sink- absolutely disgusting!

Cockroach infested

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bed sheets were so dirty and smelled the room had candy in the floor and roach traps behind every piece of furniture. The heated indoor pool is far from that it’s a small kiddie pool thats not heated and has bugs all on the bottom . The outdoor pool which is beside the dumpster where people smoked weed is yellow and is more like a kiddie pool as well. People stand outside their doors all the time making u feel uncomfortable . It’s more like an apartment complex . It’s nothing like the ad . We checked in at 3 am Friday night / Saturday mor and by 12 noon was out of there I want my money back it ruined our stay at the mts and will not be goin back there !

From the hotels.com picture it looks awesome BUT when you get there in person... Its a different story. There are stains ever where including the towels/cloths they give you to shower. The bed sheets were stained and ripped in places. The TV wouldnt even come on and looked like it was from 2008. The wall had stains and some holes. The entire bathroom smelt like weed as well as the ramp halls.

It was awful the air conditioner unit in the room was took apart it was a fire and safety hazard the beds had no linen on them we didn’t have no towels or wash clothes nothing in the bathroom at all tv didn’t work everything was a mess the front desk guy was rude and wouldn’t help he did move us down to another room after fighting with him and it was the same way but there was blankets and the air conditioner didn’t work

I booked this room back in December 2024 for Spring Break. It was an incredible deal so I didn’t have high expectations, but the name H.J. By Wyndham I thought it wouldn’t be bad. Checked in, room was double booked, so got downgraded. Spent an hour getting a price difference refund. Light switch was broken so the main light was on all the time, toilet seat was broken. They only gave us 2 towels in the room and one face cloth. At the front desk the posted sign said breakfast was 8am to 10am. Went down at 830, no one was at the front desk and there was no continental breakfast. I found someone in the laundry room and asked her about it and she said she would call someone and I was able to ask her for more towels. We waited for 15-20 min and no one came. So no breakfast. No wifi. They said the pool was closed for renovations but I didn’t expect an outdoor pool to be open this early in the season. The workout room was closed. I did like that they didn’t have stairs but ramps to the second floor. We left a day early.

Beds were clean but the rest of the room was run down. Dirty fridge, bathroom door off the hinge. Elevator didn’t work, got put on third floor. Staff were friendly but not a great place.

The rooms are dirty. The sheets and blankets were dirty the walls were dirty the towels were stained and just looked dirty. Went to Walmart and bought things I needed to feel comfortable.

The has to be the worst motel that I have ever stayed in. The staff was unfriendly. You had to go to office to get your exchange dirty towels for new ones and ask for toilet paper. The first thing that is worthy of brining negative attention to is the person at the front desk made checking in a nightmare. He was too focused on his game and made me wait 3-5 minutes so he could get to a place where he could pause. After that he informed me of a 70 dollar deposit that he was unsure that I would get back upon checking out. This was where I decided to take my business elsewhere. The lobby looked trashed so I can only imagine what the rooms looked like. This was one of the worst ways to kick off our extended weekend vacation.

Told me it would be a certain amount then charged me double and the place stunk and had no towels and didn’t have a fridge I would not recommend

so they were supposed to have a pool the pool was closed. They were supposed to have breakfast. They did not have breakfast. We stood outside for 30 minutes waiting on them to open the door. The lady was rude. The TV didn’t work in the room. They didn’t fix it. The place was dirty. I took a rag and wiped it down and there was black stuff everywhere the whole ride came back, black completely black, and when I took the sheets off the bed, they were big big stains on the bed, and then underneath the bed itself they were sticky stuff and trash all underneath the bed. And I have pictures to prove it.

For the money you're not going to be disappointed

Well to begin we got there at 245 and told room wasnt ready so waited in parking lot and noone came out of that room went back in at 3 got in room wasnt any wash rags in there so went and got some noticed no coffee pot in room as said so went to front desk and they said o there isnt one in there then when asked if had any was told no then went to front desk ask about ice bucket and was then again informed didnt know that and didnt have any there was no microwave as said the fridge barely worked so went and told them he barely looking up from phone said would get maintenence to come look at it and noone ever showed up worse place we have ever stayed and wolnt ever go back

When we got there we found out the pool was closed. Was charged a $70 fee for damages if there was any. Was told I would get it back after checking out. Got to the room found a hole in the wall. No wash rags only three towels the bathroom door had dirt and grime and there was greenish brownish stuff on the wall going to the bathroom that looked splattered from someone brushing their teeth. The heater had dust dirt and grime in the part that blows out and it looked like under the toilet seat the part that connects to the tank hadn’t been cleaned. Then they were suppose to have breakfast. Surprise surprise there was no breakfast. The only reason I chose this place was for the pool and breakfast. I called them the night I checked in and told them about the hole and surprise they didn’t know about it but said they would make not. I’m so glad I recorded after I say my stuff down.

There was never anyone at the front desk, the “breakfast” that was supposed to be included was just granola bars and the doors were locked when breakfast was supposed to be available. There was a paper with phone numbers to call because it said they were on the property but no one answered any of the numbers. You can’t get anyone at all to answer the phone. The pool wasn’t opened and we were not informed of the $75 incidental fee until after we were already checking in dont recommend unless your only looking for a cheap place to sleep. The room was decently cleaned.

This place was filthy. They don’t honor what they post online. It had bugs and the toilet was broken. Paid for late check out during my reservation. They said they don’t do late checkouts but still took my money for that option. The staff management and front desk was very rude and disrespectful. I wish they had a negative option

The only good thing is that the room was clean. The reception was empty, there was no breakfast, no elevator for 3rd floor, It was metal stair oytside on the cold and raining wheather, peoples smoning and throw trash on the halls and parking lot. A horrible experiences overall. It does look like a hotel It looks like an burdel and not proffessional at all.

I was never told about a 75 dollar deposit until I got there. They said it would come back to me upon check out and still haven’t received it a day later. The front desk was not open /4 hours so we couldn’t get any extra towels or anything the next morning. They also did not serve breakfast like they were supposed to. The coffee pots in the rooms were inoperable and there weren’t any cups or anything of that nature in the room.

Convenient location. I got a great deal on a room for the night. Room was clean. Some road noise being right by the highway, but for the price I can’t complain. Overall easy and nice experience.

They were my butt I was told there would be a jetted hot tub included and there was not you got one towel per person that continental breakfast was a nature’s own granola bar and they didn’t get it to the front office till 9 o’clock was very rude. Not nice at all. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

Worst experience ever.We had to sleep in our car,there was no one to check us in.A note was on the lobby door for us to call (865-255-7050) which I called over 10 times with no answer and to go to room 208 with no answer as well.The lady finally came at 7:45am with no care in the world,there was no breakfast as advertised and the rooms were deplorable with roaches crawling from everwhere,dirty tub and bathroom, dirty towels and linens, had to ask for tissue and clean towels. The staff was non existent when we needed any assistance and when we needed to check out we had the same issue as before...Will never stay at this hotel again. EXPEDIA what are you guys doing? This place is a dump,why was this even an option? Please use better hotels for families on your website

DO NOT BOOK!!! This place is roach infested and very run down. They offer continental breakfast but actually is nothing when you get there. We went to get towels and they had none. People are very unfriendly and rude. When you walk on the floor it’s so sticky your shoes will pull off your feet if not tied down. We stayed one night and wanted to check out early and get our money back for the next 2 nights we had booked. They refused to cancel and said we had to email someone but they don’t respond. 5 couples were trying to cancel with no help and law enforcement had to be called. Save yourself the time and money and know this place is private owned and not in the chain with Wyndham.

The room was dirty and we had no towels. The tub was leaking and the plaster on the ceiling was falling. The staff acted like they didn’t care and wouldn’t do anything about it.

They were horrible staff, hotel everything, no elevators and hair everywhere on the room. Sheets were duty. Cockroaches it was very bad expirience.

If I could rate this hotel a -10 I would. We got in late and when checking in the woman working the front desk had ZERO customer service, was not friendly, never once even made eye contact or said "hello". That would have been the first clue this was going to be a bad place to stay. Because we got in so late we went straight to bed, when we woke up we actually looked around the room and discovered the ceiling COVERED in black mold, no cover on the bathroom fan and probably an inch of dust inside it. The towels had stains all over them and they only provided 3 towels, no bath mat towel, no wash cloths. The floor turned our feet black from the dirt. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights. We checked out after the first night when we actually saw how disgusting this place was. When I went down to the front desk to ask them to answer the phone from the expedia rep to confirm I could get a refund as the hotel is misleading the woman working said she just hasn't been answering the phone (the rep called 3 times). I asked to speak with the manager, she said the manager wasn't in, I asked when she was in she said she didn't know and they don't have a schedule and wouldn't tell me when she would be in... If someone hates their job that much they should find another one. She did not care AT ALL that the room was absolutely filthy. I wish we had of had a good look around as soon as we stepped foot into the room. I wish there was a spot to upload pictures of the disgust of this hotel.

No representative to check in, unable to

Front desk was super rude and more worried about having dinner with her boyfriend. The room was nothing like pictured. It smelt old and musty. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. We each had one thing sheet and no comforter on the bed. Luckily I brought all of us extra blankets from the car ride since it was 30 degrees outside.

Booked a quick, one night stay at this hotel. I live 71 miles from this location. Tia, the incredibly rude..... Terribly incompetent and absolutely off putting front desk ornament was no help whatsoever. She relished in the fact that they apparently have a policy of no one being able to stay there that lives closer than 100 miles. The facility had hardly any cars in the parking lot. There was no mention of this policy when I booked. I strongly recommend that no one gives this place their business.

Do not stay here. Room was dirty, door handle missing and floor was sticky. We should have read the reviews first. We didn't spend the night we left and went somewhere else. Hopefully i can get a refund but still worth losing out on the money than stay there
