The breakfast was good as well as the workers there. It has a good location. Room was comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. The pillows were not very comfortable. The toilet had an issue were the tank took forever to refill after flushing.

All the hotel staff were pleasant. The hotel and room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and could tell the linens were freshly washed. You can smell the clean on them instead of no smell and wondering if they’ve been washed. Ample room for a hotel room. It was mostly quiet. Normal foot traffic in hallway. No one was too loud. Breakfast is adequate and a variety to pick from. The hallways are dimly lit but there is a light over each door so you can see to get in your room. At breakfast, every day is sausage. There’s no bacon. If you come for breakfast during the last half hour it is not replenished. Once something runs out that is it.

Hotel staff was very sweet and welcoming. They made my kids mornings when they would ask how our previous day’s adventures went and offered a lot of helpful advice on where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was warm and very tasty they had a variety of food to offer and drinks. Coffee was delicious some of the best I have had at a hotel, they have to go lids for coffee so I had some every morning for the road. Hotel pool was very nice it however was not heated our entire stay it was very cold but you get use to it. We had a family suite and loved it,was plenty big for a family of 5.

I didn't eat it I had book with you for two room My friend got there a day earlier and he pd for the extra night pluse the 4 days I pd for needless to say we ended up pay 900 and some dollars for 2 rooms for 4 night I was up set they wouldn't give him his money back even after told them I had pd for it They got a good pay day he was going to pay me but they charge him and I had already pd you guys

Breakfast was good, with varying selections. The area was clean, well managed and roomy. Most places are too crowded for easy maneuvering. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Only had we stayed for FREE!!!

Wonderful all around. Great staff, clean, comfortable, big room, and great location. Pool heat was broken when we arrived and we were told it would be fixed the next day. It never got fixed and we picked this hotel for heated pool for our kids to swim. It was too cold. The lady in the lobby pushing you to go to a 2 hour meeting for free tickets was pushy and annoying.

We have no complaints. My husband is walking with a cane and all areas were very accessible for him. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was very impressive and good.

The room we had was clean and well stocked. However they did come in daily to replace amenities, towels etc but they never once made up our bed or even tidyed up our bed it was just left the way we left it.

We love coming to the Ramada! The staff always do such a fabulous job making sure we are well taken care of and they do it with a smile! My sister was also staying and the lady named Sammi was checking us in and noticed that our rooms weren't close together and she moved their room close to our room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the food is delicious! Coffee is available all day and that is nice, especially after a long day and you're ready to relax! It is conveniently located to great food, fun and lots of excitement! There is plenty of parking and the rates are good too! We highly recommend the Ramada! Looking forward to our next visit!

From check-in to check-out, was a breeze. Breakfast items stayed stocked during breakfast hours. I’m a breakfast person so I appreciated the variety that was offered. The location was directly in the middle of everything! It’s definitely a family friendly area. I would recommend this property.

The staff was so friendly! Our room was very clean and had been updated. Overall the property is a little older but it is well maintained. Breakfast changed somewhat daily, but included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, pastries, apples, and juice every day. Some days had yogurt, corned beef hash, donut holes, and bananas. We would stay here again!

I will to to keep this short lol. The location of this hotel was perfect fpr us. It was just far enough away from the middle of town to be quietish even with the mustang thing going on. The hotel wasn't crowded at all which made it really nice for parking and using the pool. We stayed 3-24 until 3-27. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was free and was good enough for a free breakfast. The room was big, we did have the 2 queen beds on the studio suite. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious.very good over all. Ok all done.

The bed is so comfortable. The pillows are like clouds. Free breakfast every morning. The gym is severally lacking but that’s my only complaint.

Clean, well equipped with indoor pool, hot tub, workout room, full breakfast 7-10 am each morning, in room fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Hot water in shower was good! Some rooms have large stone fireplaces, others a jacuzzi, but most are just regular dbl queens, single king beds. Bed was very comfy with warm covers, and lots of pillows. Tough to get out if heading south, but I was there, unfortunately, unknowingly, during spring break when lots of families with young kids were there. Last night there, one family and their out of control kids made trying to sleep a literal nightmare. Screaming, running up and down hallway, blaring tv next door, slamming room doors, knocking, talking full volume, oh... did I mention this went on from 10p til 1am?! Yeah. I overslept for my morning appointment because of this major sleep disruption. Never again. The hotel is really great, but beware WHEN you travel to Pigeon Forge. Traffic was HORRENDOUS. Restaurants were so packed you couldnt get served or get reservations. I walked out of one restaurant after 25 minutes of being entirely ignored AFTER being seated. No thanks. Fast food doesn't satisfy while on vacation.

We did not use the gym or the indoor pool as time didn't permit however, the property was clean, was safe, and had the nicest staff we could ask for. My husband is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating to that. While the bathroom doors inside the rooms aren't wide enough for wheelchairs to get through, we were able to use the restroom across the hall from our room (by the pool). The staff did bring him a shower chair and he was able to adapt to the surroundings and take a shower. We will definitely stay here again. It was 10 minutes from Dollywood theme park, within 10 minutes (or walking distance) of the Titanic museum, Wonderworks, Alcatraz museum and many other major attractions there on Parkway in Pigeon Forge. HAD A BLAST AND WE WILL BE BACK.

It was a basic average stay.. I would have liked the gym area to be open earlier than nine am... It's not like there's any one in there. Monitoring it anyway, but six a m would be better before breakfast.... Breakfast was okay, but it starts at seven and by the time it's eight o'clock, there was barely anything left as far as any hot food.There was just basically some fruits and breads and juices and cereal.... The eggs were all gone.The sausages were all gone..etc..

We try to always stay here. The staff are great, the facilities are always clean and up to date and the breakfast and pool are great.

We stayed for two nights with 2 teenagers and a toddler. The room was large enough for a playpen with plenty of room to get around. The hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room was fine, staff was pleasant. The problem was with the continental breakfast. All 3 mornings that we stayed, several main breakfast items were empty & took quite a long time to get refilled (eggs, biscuits, etc)

The hotel is very well located, and the breakfast is excellent. The only complaint is that it's very old and looks quite worn out; the carpets, the paint, the bathrooms—everything is very old. It needs some investment, but for a short stay, using it for what it is—a place to sleep and enjoy the day—it's fine.

Never stayed a single night but was for the complete reservation. Checked in, went to the room and went right back to the lobby to cancel everything. Contacted Expedia, Expedia contacted the hotel staff approved the cancelation. Staff assured us we were not going be charged with the exception of the first night. Returned the keys, staffed reassured we would not be charged with the above exception. We never stayed a single night. 4 days later I was charged the complete amount. I was invoiced by Ramada and the charge was on my CCard. I immediately returned to the hotel to question the charge. Two seperate employees attempted to refund my card but was unable. The staff gave me the AGM card and assured me she was able to process the refund. She would be in later in the day. I requested follow up via email and phone call. I never received any follow up. I called later in the day, I was told she was not able to take my call. I emailed the AGM the next day. I outlined the situation and the conversations will all persons. In addition I outlined the expectations. At this time there has been no action taken by the establishment. No refund or contact. Goods and services not rendered constitutes theft.

Everyone was very nice. Always had everything we needed from towels to toilet paper. Breakfast was good. Orange juice a little watered down. Felt safe staying here. Easy check in and out. Will be staying here again.

Night shift guy was meh, the girl was really nice. Day shift woman knew our names and was super friendly and helpful. We had someone bring our girls extra blankets since one was sleeping on the floor. He looked like he just got out of prison in Ethiopia. He was a pretty scary looking dude to be knocking on the door at 10 pm. We had reserved a room with 5 beds but then were told there was no such thing. The room was huge however. could have fit three king beds and a couch in there.

Didn’t try the breakfast there all week, only because the vacation people were there. The room itself was clean, the tub had drywall compound stained in the tub. The toilet ran all week. Maintenance came once and did nothing. The WiFi is horrible even after connecting to their network. We had reservations for the whole week. We left a day early, staff could have been a little more accommodating.

We love staying at this location and have been for several yearly visits to Pigeon Forge. Very Reasonable pricing of rooms with over and beyond accomadations, very very clean hotel esp the guest rooms. So polite and friendly. Front desk staff is very inviting and helpful. We met Sammi when we first started coming and we have fell in love with her cheerful kindness and friendliness! Always like a family reunion when we meet!! The morning breakfast also served is set up so nice and very fulfilling to start your day! Loved the hostesses! So kind and friendly and helpful and even offered to help me with a tray for my food since I was using a cane. So sweet and helpful! Everything and everyone at Ramada Inn South is 100% I would recommend to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge. Restaurant's nearby, attractions and far enough out of the main strip so traffic and crowd are not to bad1

I scheduled months ahead and ask about handicapped surroundings. Didnt need an accessible room only a shower seat. Called ahead to check in and checked on the shower seat. She said one would be but in my room. When we got there it was not available and they gave us a room at the end of a very long hall and the elevator was in the middle. Obviously there needs to be someone to pay attention to reservations and there needs to be something done about the checking in and checking out area.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is older and stuff is worn, but it was clean and the was amazing. It’s close to main attractions, only 20 minutes drive into Gatlinburg.

The breakfast staff noticed my limited accessibility needs, they provide me a tray to assist me getting my food to the table and the also offered to carry my food or assist in anyway that they could.

we enjoyed our stay. The second floor was nice. I think there was a large group staying on our floor that did get a little loud. It wasn't a bother to us, but I can't speak for the rest of the visitors. The breakfast was good, but adding Bacon would make it excellent. The hotel was the perfect distance from Dollywood. It was easy to get to. My daughter counted all the accidents that happened on the busy street in front of the hotel.

I wish there was a non smoking patio area. I enjoy sitting outside, but I could not enjoy with all of the smokers.

The room seemed damp from the air conditioning. The carpet in the room could use a shampooing. The sign said heated pool but it most definitely was not, and the sauna did not work. But it was a cheap room to stay in. We did not spend much time there since we were on vacation and were busy on the go.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the breakfast choices they offered. The only negative thing was, the room was very humid and left the sheets feeling damp. We would still return and stay again!

Our stay was great this is our 3rd time staying in this hotel we always enjoy the stay. This time we notice some updates which were nice but the beds are not as comfortable as they used to be and they do not appear to be an actual queen size bed more like a full so if you stay here get a king size bed and the toilets your almost sitting on the ground they are so low but other than that it was great and sammy was an absolute pleasure to deal with on our check out she was amazing.

The gazebos were nice. Lots of common space to gather if with a group. Concierge was never there; even the times we were told he'd be there. Made a special trip back to the hotel to get free tickets for The Island...not there. The juice machine was broken first day during breakfast. Front desk staff not as customer service oriented as I would expect and what I am used to. The pool didn’t look "right" to any of us. Shower was clean but looked dirty due to rust stains. Rooms need to be remodeled. Bed was not comfortable. Some kind of weird frame that flopped at the bottom. A/C was not on so it was extremely hot in our room when we arrived. Luggage cart seemed as if it could fall apart...didn’t roll very good. Breakfast was pretty good. Probably won't stay there again, but I am sure there are worse places. I felt like all of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was pretty run down.

I really liked the hotel the pool being open until midnight is awesome and the rooms were nice. The main issues we had were first of all it’s hard to get in and out of the parking lot because there’s no light on that road so making a left is hard. Also the outlets in our room seemed to be tied to if our lights were on or not, so we couldn’t charge our phones over night. Aside from those two thing it was a nice stay, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and clean. I also really appreciate the free tickets for some nearby attractions and discount coupons for restaurants that they gave us at check in!!

The only problem that I had is, I only stayed for two nights and go charge for three. They kept telling me they couldn't do anything about it and Expedia told me they would do something about it, but I never got reimbursed.

This hotel was trash. The bathroom walls look like someone had been murdered in the bathtub. When showing the photos to the front desk... they laughed and said "I think it's the wallpaper". Cockroaches on the floor. Disgusting.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. Don't think they should ignore the do not disturb sign to clean your room halfway through your stay. If you need items you should be able to ask without them entering the room during your stay.

The frontdesk lady was amazing. Made us feel welcome and honestly that was the only great thing about our stay. The room smelt like someone smoked here some days ago. We did complaint and they promptly offered to change our room which we declined since it wasnt that unlivable. Wifi was very poor in our room so was the phone reception. The room furniture was dirty and quite old, the bed creaked at slightest movement, which was quite annoying. Breakfast was basic and good.

Made a dual reservation on my account. One room for us. One room for my brother. They assigned us rooms on completely opposite sides of the hotel. Gave us the excuse we had two different last names. Yet I booked both rooms. Well. It was a bed to sleep in. Noise on streets all night. Not a great location if you want to rest.

Overall a great place to stay if you’re staying for 1-2 nights. The WiFi does not work AT ALL and you can hear all the cars going by on the road. If this doesn’t bother you then it’s the perfect place to stay.

You are close to the trolley and several eating establishments. The wax museum is within walking distance and is worth a visit. This hotel has nice places to sit outside. The people that work at the front desk and in the dining room are very sociable and helpful. We weren’t impressed with the cleaning people, because we were there for 6 days and not once did they come in and make the beds or vacuum. They did bring us towels and empty the waste baskets, but that was it.

Whenever we go on a family vacation, we usually always try to stay at the Ramada. It is one of our favorite hotels to stay at while in pigeon Forge. The staff is always so friendly. There is breakfast available from 7 to 10 am I family enjoys their breakfasts very much there is 24 seven someone at the front desk for any needs that we may have overall it is a very good hotel to stay at

Didn't like that there weren't dresser drawers and there was no fan in bathroom.

The room was clean and the service was excellent check in and out was fast the pool was very good and relaxing my only thing I did not like was the shower is a little outdated water head is old but serves the purpose and the check in could be a little bit earlier.

Always a great place to stay. Staff is friendly. Place is always clean. The pillows were great to sleep on and bed was comfortable. Close to a lot of attractions.

The staff was extremely friendly. The hallways smelled kinda like mildew but the rooms were nice. Very very low ceilings in the hallways, if you’re 6’ or over you will have to watch your head. Breakfast was ok, milk was sour.

Always clean. Staff friendly. Great breakfast. Very reasonable. Large parking lot. We love that because we tow a motorcycle behind our truck.

The room was fresh, and very clean. The people were very friendly. We enjoyed the quite. The breakfast was wonderful, from cereal to sausage and eggs. It was a great experience. We will stay at Ramada Inn again.

Good hotel that's clean and relatively quiet. Decent breakfast- I've had worse. Warmer pool than most too. Right in the middle of all the tourist attractions before Gatlinburg, only 10 minutes away. I would come back again next time down here.
