    The showers are good the water pressure amazing and it’s updated but it leaks all over the bathroom floor I was hot the a/c don’t cool down in these units during summer time and there was never a breakfast in the morning like it says on booking.com where I booked my room I stayed almost a week

    Terrible experience. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple issues. The room I was initially assigned was already occupied by someone else, so I had to be moved to another room. The replacement room was dirty and had a strong marijuana odor throughout. The lack of organization and cleanliness was very disappointing. This was far below basic hospitality standards, and I would not recommend staying here.

    Pros: The room and bathroom were generally clean. The beds were comfortable and the property is conveniently located. Cons: The floors were filthy. I try to make sure I have a slip ons to wear at any hotel I stay at, but this trip I forgot them and after a few minutes of bare feet on the floor I had to wash my feet in the shower and immediately put my socks/sneakers on. If you stay here, bring a mop. The Internet didn’t work the entire time we were there, so we couldn’t watch any tv or connect it phones to WiFi. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to try to fix it, but it never worked. I wouldn’t stay there again.

    The bathroom was smelly, and the room smelled like harsh cleaning liquids. It was very difficult to be in the room for long. the towels were not replaced every day. We had to go and ask at the end of each day (this was not the case in any hotels we stayed before). The quality was not met for the price we paid. The sheets had some bad stains. Need refund!

    Hotel is under renovation. Dining room is not available. Front desk area is barely functional. Staff said renovation notice is posted on their website. It does not appear to be posted on any of the third party travel sites where most people including myself booked. Breakfast in a bag consisted of some breakfast snacks, apple slices and an orange juice drink box. Pest control is a problem. Had to kill a small cockroach and a spider in my room. Did not see any more bugs. But slept with one of the lights on just in case. You can tell bugs have been an issue at this property. The faux wood floors had a clear lacquer finish on them that has dead bugs as a permanent part of the finish. Discovered this as I used cleaning wipes to try to get up. Alot of road noise due to the proximity to busy Hwy US-19. Bathroom fixtures were old and needed a refresh. One of the twin beds had stained bedding but the other was pristine. Bed was comfy. Location is convenient and close to restaurants and a shopping Mall. Mercifully, I only had to stay 1 night and the price was super low because of the renovation. I would not stay again, low price or not. I did not check out the pool.

    To make matters worse, there were gnats and bugs flying around the room, making it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to switch hotels when I first arrived because everything in the area was fully booked. However, after waking up with what appeared to be bug bites, I decided I couldn’t stay any longer and immediately checked out the next morning to find accommodations elsewhere. Overall, this was more than an extremely unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying.

    We only stayed for a night, the hotel was alright. We had been given a room, just to walk there and finding staff painting the room, so it had to be changed. Room change was quick, but we were in a rush so it was inconvenient, and also a display of disorganization between staff. The room we were changed to also smelt of cigarette smoke, but as we were in a rush we had no time to change it. But the room served its purpose, overall, it was an average stay.

    The worse was the cleaning service. We have stayed for 9 days and the room was cleaned only once. At the end of the stay I had four bags of trash still in the room, which had not been removed. The towels and linen were changed only once, and the restroom was cleaned only once, during all the stay. During one or two days that we came earlier to the hotel to rest, the work in the other rooms made a lot of noise. I am really disapponted at the service

    Elevator to the 2nd floor is broken in the building that is not undergoing maintenance is questionable. Understaffed front desk (one person running the show). The room stayed in has paint on the walls peeling off and the ceiling's wall is peeling and pieces are falling off or broken. The flooring and bedding in the needs renewal smells like mold/mildew. When checked online doesn't state bed sizes and later confirmed queen size double beds inside the booked room (not true), bed were full size not queens. Feels like booked a motel instead of hotel.

    There was no advanced warning that the property was under construction/renovation and that services that were supposed to be included were not. I asked for a room with easy access because of partial disability, and was given a room on the 3rd floor, furthest away from the outdoor elevator. I was miserable every time trying to get to and leave the room because I had to use stairs. Breakfast services were never provided or offered, there was never any maid service and this is not what I had come to expect from La Quinta. I will never stay with that chain again.

    When we first arrived to the hotel, I was shocked at how dirty and ran down. The property had trash debris all over the ground. Walking into the lobby to get room key, it reeked of marijuana. We stayed in the lower level room closest to the pool. The floors were filthy. Our socks were black. The bed was broken. We could hear everybody walking past our room at all hours. The shower leaked and got water all over the bathroom floor. We stayed here for five days. Our room smelled weird all week. The first night my daughter sat up on the bed because a large cockroach crawled across her on the bed. I was very disappointed in this property. I was shocked actually. The whole property should be shut down and renovated. We never used the pool. People were smoking by the pool and that is against the pool rules. It was very convenient to everything, that was the only Pro. We didn’t trust anyone being in our room, so I did not have housekeeping clean my room at all the entire week. I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and mopped our room floor and cleaned countertops with paper towels and cleaning products. Would you not normally eat breakfast at the hotels, but this hotel did not offer breakfast, even though it was supposed to be offered.

    When initially booking this place, it said there was a continental breakfast. There wasn't. It forced us to spend additional money on breakfast. We had many cleanliness issues as well. The floors were so dirty, like they haven't been mopped in years. The grounds were also gross. We also had issues receiving daily towels for showers. Even when we called to request towels, sometimes they never came without 2-3 additional calls. We would look somewhere else next time.

    Put me in a old smoking room with burns on table im handicap and they put me on 2nd floor had to waite till the next day, at 12 in the afternoon for a refrigerator and a microwave, which wasn't there. When I got there and when I checked in, I realized I went down and asked him, wasn't there another LA? Quinta, and I and he smiled and said there was, and I asked him why he checked me in to the wrong one.And he just said he was sorry, but I had already gotten my stuff upstairs.And in the second floor and I was tired, and I don't feel that was right.And the breakfast I was supposed to have free breakfast.It was in a bag and it wasn't a breakfast.It was a honey bun in a box orange juice.So I don't feel that I got the best of la.Quinta, that I thought I should, and I spent two days two hundred and something dollarschecked into the wrong one.

    The first night had a roach infestation, and the floors were sticky leaving my socks black. The second room. I encountered roach bodies in the coffee maker. The staff were apologetic . towels had stains and hair. They advertise extended stays bedsheets will be changed never happen. I stayed at cleaner hotels that charge half the price.

    The hotel was under construction so the elevator was out of service and my room was on the third floor which made bringing my suitcase up difficult (especially bc I already have bad knees). There was gross, sticky stuff on the floor next to the bed— I covered it with a towel and made sure to always wear shoes in the room, but that was definitely disgusting.

    Breakfast was only offered 1 day. Only 2 towels in the room even though it was known 3 people would be staying. Room reeked of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Dogs in other rooms barked all night and keep me up until at least 4am. Called the front desk multiple times with no answer.

    The room was good. Bathroom was very clean. The walls and baseboards could use some cleaning. The parking lot was noisy at night. Someone kept blowing their car horn constantly. People hanging on the steps between levels. O was worried about my car. The outside grounds look dumpy. I probably won’t come back here.

    The hotel was not clean in the exterior and it was under alot of renovations so it was not well kept at all. The breakfast was simple to none existent and day one i had to switch my room because the AC in my unit was not working and so loud you can hear it from the street.     We got what we paid for. Our room was mostly clean but the bathroom door would not close and one of the dresser drawers was broken. Don’t expect your room to be cleaned during your stay, however staff was happy to give us new towels and take our trash when we asked. The stairwell often smelled of illegal substance and was very humid and hot. We never felt unsafe but there were people passed out from drugs or alcohol in the front or side of the motel and there was a police presence when I checked in. Our room was front-facing and US-19 was very loud from cars and emergency vehicles all hours of the night. We did not partake in the free breakfast but it did not seem all that bad. This worked for us in a pinch but we will not stay here again.

    I will never stay in any La Quinta hotel. I feel the property is not what you see online, false advertisement!!!! The breakfast was a joke! I feel this hotel is a shelter for junkies or homeless.     First, I entered the first room, and it smelled like mildew and insect spray!! The second room, I entered, smell mildew, and the sheets felt damp. I woke up with several little red bites on my leg, even though I slept with PJs. When the service person from downstairs came to bring me to my second room, she was telling me how how lucky I was that I got this room because the other side of the hotel was worse than the room that I’m getting now. So overall, I would say I would never return back to this hotel! The room was $179 a night and they gave me a refund of $79. Just to sleep overnight to get rest. Please check your comforters and sheets for the fact that I had makeup on my comforter and sheets,and towels used in my second room .

    Front desk staff was great, room was clean, house keeping was wonderful. Breakfast was just ok though. I have stayed at the Laquinta on 4th Street also, they had bacon and sausage to on there Breakfast bar! This hotel no meat what so ever just starch and boiled egg. For someone who does not eat alot of starch it made for a sad start to every day.

    We chose this hotel for a weeklong family vacation but I will never stay at this hotel again. The front desk workers were very nice, the beds were comfortable and the pool was clean but those were the only good things about our stay. We went the first two days of our weeklong stay with no housekeeping service. I was informed that we have to request a cleaning daily when I went to the front to ask for clean towels. I put our room on the list for the following morning and still received no cleaning service. I requested again for the next day… STILL nothing. I did another request and finally got service the day before we were to check out. The floors were either dirty or leeching pigment because it made our feet black so we wore sandals inside the whole time. Our room also had gnats flying around that we could not get rid of. The elevators weren’t in service and the ice machines weren’t working either so we had to buy cold drinks and a cooler since our room was not an upgraded one with a mini fridge or microwave. Even though we paid less than $600 for the entire week I wish we would have spent extra money and stayed somewhere else. Anywhere else!

    Breakfast: Continental style. Adequate, but nothing to shout about. Facilities: Room cleanliness was good. Room condition, not so much. 3/4" gap under door allowed outside air and/or bugs to enter; room smelled, not obnoxious, but unsettling; wall paint chipped in spots; bathroom was high point. Appeared recently refurbished, but tile VERY slippery after showering (slipped multiple times, but did not fall). During showering, significant amount of water ran past curtain onto bathroom floor. This room (and, I surmise), the entire facility is badly in need of a "facelift" in order to meet the advertising La Quinta puts forth for it. Bottom line: badly dated and in need of help......

    I had to change room 4 times to get a clean room with hot water. They unplugged the fridge and al my food went bad, it cost me over $50. The last night the swat team showed up for shots fired. The hotel double charged me a pet fee and also two 50 security deposits. No one cared about making this right with me.

    This place does not look like the pictures. The building its self needs lots of updating and cleaning. Bathroom had hair in the shower. Although that is updated it’s gross to see things like that. The room smelled old. Right next to highway so noisy and pool view was not good with screaming kids.

    My husband and I are in our late 60's with health issues. We were asked to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I asked for help. They said the elevators were broken and no one could help us up the stairs. The lock inside the room was broken. The light outside our room was broken, the electric wires were hanging free and no light bulb. The bottom of the pool was filthy. We had no shampoo in the shower and no soap at the sink. There was also no little refrigerator to keep anything cold. No microwave to warm anything up. It also had an old musty smell. This hotel was awful and would never go there again. They offered no discount for the inconvenience of everything.

    It was ok. It looked like they had done a partial renovation. Did not have a microwave or mini fridge. Traffic was loud all night. It smelled musty when we walked in. I don't know if they experienced damage in the recent hurricane. Biggest issue was no working elevator.

    The staff were horrible during a very bad storm when I booked the place though I would have a refrigerator to store my food never thought I would be walking up stairs at 63 and later to find out they was a evelator but they lie to me. Sorry about the spelling but so pissed how the staff treated me and my family and the other folks just looking for a safe place in the storm

    I liked nothing about this property. Pool was gross, no chairs either. Pool electric chair for disabled was missing most all of the parts; wouldn’t function. Carpets filthy in main building (tons of debris on them) bed sagged in the center so much you could visably see it when you opened the entry door; very uncomfortable. A/C worked well tho!

    When we arrived and went to the room it smelled horrible. TV broken and room not very clean. Went and requested another room it was the same way. So he gave us a "deluxe" room. It smelled as well. Wasnt much cleaner. Cigarette burns on the furniture, wood broken off some of furniture, name scrawled on headboard. Black hairs in the bedding. Refrigerator barely cool. Chair peeling off coating. Tv did work. Kept having to have keycards reprogrammed. Pool was really dirty. Trash piled up around the cans. Room never cleaned entire time we was there. Had to ask for fresh towels. The housekeeper did come in a timely fashion with clean towels. She was very polite and friendly. Now waiting for our deposit to be returned. Would not recommend. Whole place needs a remodel and good cleaning.
