Not a place to stay. Mostly transient people and drug dealers. The bathroom had no lights, busted smoke alarms, filthy sticky floor. Came home with a bad case of bed bug bites. Please do not stay at this property

Two men standing by the stairs blocking our way who looked out of place and on drugs, so we took stairs at next building where a gangster type watched us the whole time as he leaned on the rail outside his room. Just outside of room 236, there was a large trash bag on the floor & even more trash scattered near the door as well as an unopened beer bottle of Modelo. We entered and immediately locked the door. Tv was on in that orange colored room, and although I tried to adjust the crooked maroon colored curtains to close completely, the light from outside couldn’t be completely covered. Tried to prop chair underneath the door handle for some sense of safety, but chair was too small. It was inches away from the handle. Someone knocked on our door. We ignored the knocking, but it continued. Looked through the peephole to see a large man outside room who continued to knock harder. I said “Go away!” But he knocked more persistently. We said “Wrong room.” He continued to knock harder. I said, “Get out of here! Go away!” He mumbled “I need to get in there because I left something in there.” I said, “Go ask at the front office!” He knocked harder and argued with us (!) about just wanting to come in. This was very frightening. Tried to call front office but phone in room didn’t work. Called police then front office from cel. Left property. Was told I would get full refund. Almost 1 month later has not happened. Dangerous place. Incompetent manager, Lucy, doesn’t know what she’s doing

No refrigerator or microwave

Didn’t get correct room ( couldn’t get another room till the next day, felt to uncomfy to stay) . Thee room was so dirty, I had to ask front desk for some type of cleaner supply and that still didn’t help. Towel that came with tub was black, A/c stinked (made my asthma acting up), beds were dirty and stains. I still don’t feel compensated enough and will be escalating it further.

We had to get switched into a different room because the first one we got smelled like urine. The staff was very apologetic and super nice but the property is a mess. The second room was better than the original one with the exception of the bathroom and the entrance of the room just outside the door. They had a fly trap bag hanging inches away from outside my door. The reason of the excessive amount of flys is because there is a hose pouring into the bushes a few feet from the At this point I was tired from a long drive but needless to say I will have to really think about staying here again. Again the staff was super nice it was just the property itself that needs a lot of attention.

the room smelled so strong like cigarettes & then the smoke detector started going off because it was low battery around 1 am and i went to the front desk and the guy said he would send someone, never did. eventually went to the front desk again and i told someone new again and she said she would send someone. someone went to the room & took the smoke detector. i told her i wanted to switch rooms atleast before i checked out because i wasnt able to sleep. she did not allow it and just said i could stay an extra hour after check out. they also have a no refund policy so i wasnt able to get a refund. i went back to sleep and at 11am house keeping came and knocked and left before i got to the door. someone else from house keeping came back a second time and did the same thing. the third time before 12 i opened the door and i told them i was told i could stay an house extra since the smoke detector kept going off. she just said its already 12 when it was still 11:40. housekeeping is overall very rude and persistent even if it’s not check out time. when i checked out i asked her why housekeeping came by after i was allowed to stay an extra hour and she was very clear when she was sarcastic and said omg im so sorry. front desk is not very helpful and rude. There is also a lot of dog stools outside all over the property.

It was fine for the price. We didn't have a fridge that was advertised. There's a lot of dogs running around without leashes. Not very clean at all.

There’s absolutely nothing about this place that I liked! It’s really run down and disgusting. I really don’t recommend booking here no matter the price. Make sure you don’t leave anything behind because the house cleaners will keep it for themselves

I have to share the most heartfelt experience I had with Motel 6 in Pinole, California, thanks to the incredible Lucille. When I rented a room for my son, Lucille went above and beyond. She showed such deep care, kindness, and grace in every interaction. And beyond Lucille, the entire group of women there were just as amazing. Every single one of them was so kind-hearted, and I felt such a strong sense of support and safety dealing with them. As a mother, I’m so deeply grateful for this wonderful group of women, and I truly feel the universe placed them in our path at just the right time. I will never forget this experience.

The shower rod was broken and hanging down. Technically still sort of usable there was no remote for the television, there was no Wi-Fi. The air conditioner had one speed. The furniture was beyond used. The room reeked of cigarettes. Slightly better than staying in jail.

Non-smoking room clearly had smokers in it earlier. A big surprise when I tried to shower in the morning and the spigot exploded off the piping, making taking a shower impossible.

Horrible rooms. Absolutely filthy and clearly not cleaned properly. The AC unit was broken, the toilet seat was broken, and there was dirt all over the floors. To make things worse, there were cockroaches in the room. Very disappointing experience and definitely would not stay here again.Also the room someone had smoked weed. They covered the smoke alarm with plastic.

The room was dirty with mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The doors were dirty, both the front door and the bathroom. I rented a room with the refrigerator and a microwave. My room had neither one the TV didn’t work in my room. And I will still charged the full price for a night stay when I have lupus, and that mold could literally kill me. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. And the room just looked untouched and unclean for sometime before I got into that room. When I rented here, I also got a two bedroom, why was one of the beds literally sunken in on one side? What if I actually needed that bed for another person? Or a child? And then I go to the front desk to see if they can help me with all of this, and their solution was to have me spend the night in that room and change rooms the next afternoon because they said my new room wouldn’t be ready until 1 PM the next day. They did not refund me anything from that night stay even though I didn’t have the things that I paid for to be in the room.

1.  Excessive Flies A tremendous amount of flies right out the entrance to my room. The staff did hang up a few Raid Fly Traps that seemed to help somewhat. 2. Roaches Easily Visable I stomped and killed a few roaches ranging from baby size to a couple of larger sized roaches. They were mainly crawling on the desktops. The was a small spider looking insect just sitting on the sheets next to the pillow of the made bed. I actually ended up sleeping in my rental car the entire night. 3.  Disgusting Bathtub I believe the bathtub is permanently stained with a distinctly dirty and unsanitary appearance. There was no way, I was going to step into it. I reported the condition to the front desk and the young lady just smiled and apologized for its , 5.  Poor Overall Appearance of Room & Prope

Bathroom was not very clean. I asked for a non-smoking room and even though there was a non-smoking sign on the door, The room stunk like cigarette smoke. When I asked to move he handed me a can of odor remover so I could spray the room myself. Not staying here again.

Everything was fine. The room just looks questionable. I moved everything possible to check for roaches. Desk, table, dresser, and the bed.. Looked like someone did a quick wipe down because nothing looks brand new. All previous damage from all the years was there. I brung my own blankets and pillows. Slept good and it was quiet outside during my quick stay. Ended up here because the price, was attending an event, and was gonna be out 1st thing in the morning. All in all good but for $20+ dollars more you csn get a spotless room.

There were bugs, spiders, spiderwebs, pee stains on the sheets, a bag of dog poop in the inside garbage, blood splatter on the walls, a pimp and his girls arrived late at night and were working a few rooms, someone tried to open my door 3 times throughout the night, the window pane fell out of the window frame when I opened the window to air it out, both of the prior rooms I had been given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though smoking inside was not permitted, the floors of every room I was shown and even the room I ended up staying in hadn't been swept or mopped so I couldn't take off my shoes, the first room I was shown had a beeping smoke alarm and when I told management he acted like that is a normal occurrence, there were pubic hairs in the shower on the walls so I didn't dare use the shower, the bed was lumpy and wayyyyy too broken in, I ended up bringing in a sleeping bag I had in my car so I didn't have to sleep on the bed directly, I slipped in a puddle in the ice room because there was a leak in the ice machine and management added a non slip sign but didn't bother to mop it up. I checked out as early as I could, and with such little sleep and being so disgusted by the whole experience, I can firmly say I will never stay here again.

Pros: Great location. Friendly person at front desk when called in the morning before checking in later that night. Cons: Needed to pay for night upfront before getting key to room. The room itself was frightening: No blanket on bed (just pillows and sheets), grimy, smelled like cigarette smoke. Tried the tv and half the channels did not come through (message displayed was “No signal”). Concerned about possibly seeing insects or small animals emerging through cracks. Disclaimer: Self-proclaimed germophobe and fearful of rodents indoors. Decided to not spend night. It seemed to be a motel for people who lived locally more than visitors, but I could be wrong. That might be the problem. Left motel that night without even unpacking. So lost the cost of the nights stay. And since I’d made a different reservation for the following night, but cancelled that reservation after 7pm, I lost that money as well. So lost a lot of money (2 night’s stay). Just could not bear to stay there. The motel could attract more people if it renovated the rooms and treated the guests with more respect (not like criminals). It’s in a great location in a popular location (many stores, restaurants), so has potential.

My wife and I were unable to obtain a second set of washcloths. She joined me for the second day of my stay. I had been issued 1 washcloth, towel and hand towel. My wife went to the front desk to request a second set. She was told we could not get one until the next day, and I needed to return my towel before we could get another. We checked out at 6:30 am. So getting a second washcloth was impractical. Odd

The office is always closed, and no staff are around to help. When I called, no one picked up. The room was very dirty. The floor was not clean and it looked like there was dog poop behind it. It was a non-smoking room, but it had a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. The shower head was broken, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. There was only one towel in the room. I would not stay here ever again nor recommend anyone to stay here.

I was put in a room directly below a couple who had a troubled child who was running around and screaming half the night. I got very little sleep. I believe it was intentional that I was put in that room.

First the bedding has holes in it, the furniture was not cleaned, sticky and the shower was not cleaned properly. The shower had mold growing and little hairs on the shower itself, everywhere. Second, I requested to check in early, the first person I spoke to about it, was rude. Then I came to property to check in early, and then person for the office wasn’t in office, for a half an hour. Third, the room reek of cigarettes like 90s smell of use to smoke in them, but never got cleaned or remodeled. Will be I staying here again, no. I will be actually bad mouthing this place to all my fellow employees so they make the mistake I did.

Bad plumbing. The toilet barely flushed. The sink was clogged. Temperature unable to be regulated on the AC. There was a bra left by the previous person. No housekeeping.

I expected much better. I have stayed at Motel 6 in Petaluma, CA and in Albuquerque as well as some others. Usually it’s simple, but clean. This place had hairs in the bed. Hopefully from the housekeeper? The sheets were old and stained, I’m telling myself they were clean, simply old and stained. There was also something on the floor that might have been a bug, could have been dirt. Or even fabric…didn’t want to get too close a look at it cause I was so tired. Would not recommend this property.

It a great location. Everything is close, you don’t have too drive anywhere.

The first room looked like a crime scene! There was “fluid “ all over the comforter. The room had not been cleaned and neither was the tub.

Cigarette burned covers, broken doors, lights that didnt work, rust and mold in the bathroom. Broken shower head and missing towel rod. staff did not have spare covers to give but offered an additional towel as a blanket if i wanted.

The facility is very shabby. There no access to the office, business is conducted thru a 2way drawer, like an old fashioned bank. The pillows were flat, there’s a desk type piece of furniture but no chairs or bench. The only seating is on the bed. There was part of a plastic wrapper from a soap cake on the bathroom floor, which led me to think hadn’t been swept. Mold in the bathtub grout. Only 1 each bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. All together an unpleasant experience

It was decently clean for being such an old place. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The walls were thin. The tv was not working and the channel options were minimal. The parking was horrible. When we arrived, the sign was up to come back in 20 minutes, it was at least 40 minutes before someone was back to check us in. They tried, it just was not even a 2 star stay for us

Its not as clean, bed was clean but not comfortable. Bathroom and walls were not as clean, room had a weird smell. Got two nights and the second day key stopped working and had to go down to reset it. You get what you pay for, it was very affordable.

It was in a nice area. The sink and vanity looked new. And a/c surprisingly worked well. BUT, the place was quite run down. Mold in the bathroom, dirty linens, fixtures falling off the wall and ceiling, holes and cracks in the tub, ratty furniture, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the cleaning ladies and front office staff were very unfriendly. I will NOT be back.

Keep in mind I grew up in the area and expected it not to what it was. The property is dirty, the room was filthy, I literally cleaned the room before we even put anything down. The bed was comfy but everything was extremely old. They painted over very large imperfections throughout the room. We went to Target to buy our own towel set. People seem to be living there long term and it felt unsafe at times but again being from the area I wish someone could’ve tried me.

The bathroom was dirty, (shower), bed sheets, blanket and cover were filthy and had numerous stains on them. We got in so late and we’re so tired that we didn’t even wanna complain at 1 o’clock in the morning. We just laid down for about two hours took a quick shower jumped in the car and headed home. The whole room and experience was terrible. I would not recommend this facility to anybody if the rest of the rooms are in that kind of shape. How embarrassing for a company to have a client stay in a room like that. I think it was room number 226.

Hotel rooms smelled super bad like old smoke and mold. No working windows . Only air flow is to keep your door open but it then leaves your room open to the public. Drug users and prostitution everywhere.

Bathroom looked like it had mold along the top. So no one wanted to take a shower.

Overall stay was ok. I love the location because it is close to shopping and easy freeway access. The rooms are overdue for an update. Also it is very noticeable they don’t clean the rooms properly. The towel holders on the wall near the sink were very dirty. Also the towels provided were stained so I recommend bringing your own.

Staff aren’t too inviting. But I love the location of this hotel. Walkable to several safe locations including the gym. It was actually very pleasantly quiet too.

First off took 3 rooms to have one with a working light over the sink. 2nd only keyed our room key for first night. 3rd no working ice machine both not working.

I was here for three days and on three occasions I had to go to the office to have the key cards fixed. They were not near my phone and, on one occasion, I had them fixed in the evening and they did not work by the following afternoon having sat on the counter overnight. I have stayed at several Motel 6’s and this was by far the worst.

Hotel canceled reservation due to stay was more than 21 days. Motel 6 and Hotel.com have taken forever to refund my monies.

Overall is quite area, near stores and fast food restaurants. Beds needs to be replace, i saw spider in the room. Room is small. Good for quick stop stay.

Only one towel nothings else Not happy with that

The first thing i notice was that wasnt a queen bed it was a full size the comforter was stained and The bathroom tub was mildew around the tub so i couldn't take a bubble bath & the outside area smells full of dog pee.

Cigarette butts on ground.

The room was dirty, the bed had hairs on it, pillows was dirty had a dark spot on it, bed sheets had stained and hairs on it, bathroom had stained on the walls and also there were no smoke detectors in the room, will never stay there again..

It’s a motel 6. Not great but they’ll do their best to leave a light on for you.

It was excellent. The staff was really nice.

No up keep. No amenities. Nothing clean or up kept. Cigarette smell. Stained bedding. Stained towels. Sticky dirty floors. Mosquito's in the room. Excrement, blood etc on walls. Fecal matter on toilet seat.

The area was safe, but the facility was run down.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, so I knew it was a bare bones,budget establishment. However, the room was not very clean. The tub looked like someone dyed their hair purple, the tub was stained. When I got in to take a shower the tub was very slippery. The sheets were stained and the bed cover looked very grimy.There was a fly and some cockroaches in the room, the sink water trickled out slowly, making hand washing difficult. There were no batteries in the TV remove, only one wash cloth, and the room smelled like smoke (it was a non-smoking room). Thankfully it wasn’t too noisy despite all the people hanging outside and walking around. The cherry on top was that housekeeping came by twice between 10:30 and 10:45 am. Check out is at 11:00. The rooms are cheap and I’m glad there are microwaves and fridges available since I have a lot of dietary restrictions, but the fridge was missing all the shelves so I had to stack my food. This room disgusted me enough that I don’t think we will stay there again. I’ve stayed at many other Motel 6’s all around California and I’ve never been this grossed out.

The staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. But the rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke.

Decent place

Good surroundings but the parking lot of this place is a little bit sketch. Right next to the highway so plenty of road noise. Bad was comfortable and the shower was good. Shower light worked but bathroom light didn't.

Nice rooms suites available

The housekeeper was rude I ask for a towel cause there was none an she slam the door in my face the guest above me was loud all night they was yelling an all kinda things

There was no television, there was no microwave, there were cockroaches and another guest got electrocuted trying to plug in her hair dryer.

It was nice, just wished my room had a microwave to i dont have to buy taco bell all day. Other than the microwave issue it was nice compared to other locations in a different state.

The room was not ready when i arrived them they only had one towel an room service came early to ask me to check out at 11 even tho i wanted 2 hours to check in
