Location of breakfast was next to check out, but no space to sit down. Breakfast was sparse with grab and go. No hot breakfast except for coffee, tea, and packages of hot chocolate. Not truly a real breakfast. I was hopping for hot toast or muffin, and orange juice. No hot breakfast with a place to sit down. They didn’t have a hot water kettle or a toaster available if I wanted to eat breakfast in my room.

Amanda at the front desk was lovely! 1. "Full kitchen" with no cookware, plates, silverware. You have to get that at the desk. 2. Room reeked of cologne. Front desk said it was airfreshner. It gave me a headache. 3. Took a shower, no blow dryer in the room. You guessed it, I had to go to the front desk. 4. Room was OLD. TV was uncomfortably low. 5. Entire parking lot and elevator smelled like weed. 6. Rough looking and rude men coming in and out late at night. 7. Oh, and no coffee maker but full size fridge? 8. Bed was like a wood plank. And the reason they told me that everything was kept at the front desk was because people stole things in the room. You literally have to check them out like you are a child.

Breakfast was short in other words. Didn't have much to choose from but a couple of bags of instant oatmeal and muffins which didn't taste that great. At least they had something to eat there. But it was like they got it from the nearest food pantry and put up them up for grabs. Why can't they have some things like at least eggs or hard boiled eggs or some coffee? Laid out different cups of coffee with tea so you don't have to go to your room and find out and start doing it all up there if you don't want to. It's just like grab-and-go like on your way out of the hotel and to get in your car and get on the road again. That's what that's what it would be for. It's no breakfast. Well could have been better is if you guys would have sold some frozen TV dinners I guess and some decent ones.

It is nice to have a little kitchenette & the bed was comfortable. Air conditioner didn’t work & the staff told me they knew that a week earlier. Supposedly a work order was put in, but the problem wasn’t fixed. The suggestion was to open the windows. I was traveling alone & on the first floor— not a safe situation. The kitchen was not equipped. Yes, you can rent kitchen supplies, but a few items might be nice. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Again, you could get them from the front desk, but this isn’t a Motel 6!

This was literally the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy dirty from the lobby, to the elevator, to the room. The fridge in our room was covered in rust, there were boogers on the wall between the beds, and I found a public hair in my bed when I pulled down the covers. The bedding was paper thin, terrible water pressure and zero amenities. There were no cups in the kitchen or the bathroom, there is no shampoo in the shower, and there was not even a blow dryer in the bathroom. The “free breakfast“ was a package of oatmeal, a granola bar, or a package of mini muffins that you might put in your kids lunch. We were woken up every morning by the intense smell of marijuana and the gunning of motorcycle engines. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.
- 1/5
Doesn’t look like the photos. Morning staff seemed well enough but night staff didn’t quite seem to know what was going on. There appeared to be mold in our bathroom sink, bathtub caulking was placed like fingerprinting, an outlet cover by the bed was hanging off, so you can see a huge hole in the drywall around outlet box. Huge stain in the bathroom sink. Elevator and doors pretty gnarly. Overall could use improvement in cleanliness and property cleanliness and upkeep.

Unbelievably helpful staff! Every single staffer I had contact with was far kinder than average compared to even fancy places I've stayed, and the management went above and beyond to help me sort out a hardware issue with our room's bed. I've had horrible experiences at multiple hotels trying to get assistance with aging/broken stuff in the room, but this hotel took the comparatively minor issues so seriously that everything I had asked about was fixed and then some within 10 minutes. I've never had that experience before, it's a testament to this particular hotel's hiring practices that they have been able to staff both the day and the night shifts with polite and eager-to-help people. Thanks!

The hallways have a terrible stench that possible seep into the rooms too. The hallway carpets are visibly disgustingly dirty. The grime mixed up with overwhelming cleaning detergent is what probably creates the disgusting smell. The property says breakfast offered but its a small open door cupboard with coffee on the top and 2 trays with fruit bars and small muffins on the inner shelf. Bathroom shower curtain bar was loose off of both ends, was worried that it would come off before we left. Taking a shower was a pain having to keep drawing the curtain on both side as it would keep sliding off as the curved bar was loose and not held in place properly to hold the curtain in place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wasnt a pleasant stay at all. Definitely will not be going back.

Grab and go breakfast terrible. Check-in--no one there and a sign was posted that they would be back shortly. Waited 20 min., went out to my car, came back, still no one there. Finally checked in, room needs touch-up paint throughout. No remote for TV. Took 45 min. for them to bring one. Well-worn property. Smells musty. Very expensive for what I got. Motel 6 in Pinole nearby is a decent property at half the price!

The property was easy to find, it was fairly close to the highway, and within close proximity to a Walmart, should you need to make a quick purchase. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the decor was basic, but nice. Parking here is free, and the parking lot was large enough for us to easily find a stop n the day we stayed. The staff was simply amazing, cordial, and eager to help when asked. My only complaint was about the guests who allowed their toddler to run, unattended, down the corridor, while banging and kicking on several doors in our floor. When I called the front desk to let them know what was happening, they said they’d send the manager up to investigate. They called me back a few minutes later to let me know about said child running amok, but the banging and kicking continued for some time afterwards.

First of all, in terms of cleanliness, this hotel is in very poor condition. From the moment you arrive, you are hit with a strong, unpleasant smell—like an old, poorly maintained, and unsanitary property, mixed with odors of marijuana and other strange smells throughout the building. The staff, however, was very kind; we were greeted by Amanda, who was friendly, welcoming, and professional. When we entered the first room, we had to leave immediately because the smell was unbearable—a mix of food, dirt, humidity, and other unpleasant odors all combined, making it impossible to stay there. We were then moved to a second room, which was slightly better, but still far from clean. The carpets are extremely dirty, heavily stained, and worn out, and one of the burners in the room did not work. The hallways smell terrible, and the odor of marijuana is present throughout the entire property. What they call “breakfast” is basically just a coffee pot and hot water for tea, which cannot realistically be considered breakfast. Overall, the hygiene of this hotel is very poor. A positive aspect would be the parking and the location, as it is close to several tourist areas and also near Walmart. However, I would not recommend this hotel for families, as the general type of clientele seems to be mostly individuals staying one or two nights or people passing through for work and leaving quickly, and it does not feel like a safe or appropriate environment for a family stay.

Holiday, solo stay-cay: Brought my food/drinks, personal items, and never left the room! The pot, pan and tableware provided were sufficient. The fact that the lounge chair is a recliner was a kiss from God! I only wish they allowed firesticks to connect to the TV or provided Netflix or something. Two nights might've turned into four!

I booked this hotel for my son and his kids specifically because it says breakfast but there was NO BREAKFAST at all. He could have stayed at my hotel and bought breakfast if we had known. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on website.
- 3/5
The staff was courteous but the building and room was reminiscent of a halfway house.
- 3/5
The bedroom bathroom door was in poor condition. The door to the room didnt lock all the time. No conditioner Staff was really nice though.
- 2/5
Very strong off putting musty odor in multiple rooms. Would recommend only for short stays. They do allow pets which is the only reason we booked.
- 2/5
Very dirty
- 3/5
room smelled real bad and dirty
- 2/5
Staff was easy to work with. The room was not well maintained. It was Apparent that upkeep and maintenance has been deferred or ignored. Old and damaged kitchen cabinets, the refrigerator was clean on the inside but the outside appeared to have dings from being moved around. The microwave had not been cleaned and there was smelly, old food under the turntable. The kitchen fan was oozing greece. The bathroom door needed cleaning and painting. The carpet needed shampoo or replacement. The bed skirt had food stains and was not properly adjusted to the bed. The walls were dirty with what appeared to be food drips or some other substance. The nightstand had been damaged and needed to be replaced. Overall, the room needed a complete overhaul.

- 2/5
Room smelled like smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. We were threatened about the no smoking in the room with a $250 fee yet the room smelled like cigarettes. Also had a lingering wet dog/wet carpet smell. If you need a place to crash great
- 4/5
There was no remote control in my room I would maybe pay more attention on what the room is required to have once checked as ready. Room was pretty clean. One extra blanket would be helpful.
- 2/5
Not the cleanest. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, needs major upgrades. Weird smell when you walked into room. Staff was super friendly though.
- 3/5
Place could use to clean the elevator.
- 1/5
The cabinets made of partial board were swollen and delaminating from possible water damage. Though I intentionally booked a room with a kitchen, with plans to cook dinner, there were no pots, pans, dishes, or even a coffee pot. I asked for a coffee pot and was told they don’t have them in the rooms, and that I could come down for coffee in the lobby in the morning. I brought my own coffee pot up to the room. They advertise free breakfast, but there was nothing more than coffee (which was empty at 7:00 AM) and some granola bars. This is not breakfast. The staff said they were (out of some things).
- 3/5
The room had an odd stale cigarette smell. We didn't ask to switch rooms since we were only staying 2 nights. Breakfast was coffee and some granola bars. Nothing special.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 1/5
For $150 I expected a lot more.
- 2/5
Rooms pretty clean, but hallways and elevator smelled. Grab and go breakfast, all sweets and coffee.
- 4/5
The main reason I gave 4 stars was that when I went to shower, the water was lukewarm—not even hot—and the shower pressure was too weak for the water to flow properly. I felt quite cold while taking a quick shower. Additionally, there was no hairdryer available. I mentioned this to the receptionist, and she made a note in her book. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet.
- 4/5
As far as this hotel goes, it's likely one of rhe better options as fsr as bang for your buck. The hotel is clean, and has a more modern look than some hotels. It was pretty quiet when I stayed and I never really had issues with sound other than the occasional person walking and talking outside. Now as far as things that I didn't like... there are a few. When you walk into your room, it has a feint smell of smoke even in the non-smoking rooms. I'm unsure as to if they have smoking rooms but you can still smell the menthol from cigarettes that lingers in the rooms, although not strong, is there. When I stayed, the bathroom door took quite some force to close, almost like you had to slam it for it to fully close and the lock on it was hit or miss, often not working or getting stuck halfway. I had read reviews about this hotel beforehand and saw people complaining about the breakfast, but I never really had an issue with it. When you check in, the person at the counter tells you that it's more of a grab and go type of thing rather than a sit down breakfast. Other than the things listed above, everything was up to par with even 5 star hotels.
- 4/5
When we checked in the person who helped us was awesome! I wish i could remember his name

The bed was extremely noisy
- 4/5
This was a very good property to stay out. I felt safe. I slept well because it was quiet. The only bad thing was that they needed to mop the floor in front of the elevator on the third floor, as well as not the actual elevator.

The front desk lady is very helpful, nice and do job great! The bedsheets in the room have hairs on both beds, wipe the floor in the kitchen and bathroom are both dusty and dirty. I didn’t get to sleep because I was itchy in my bed and I was not comfortable sleeping in my bed. I wanted to wash my clothes in there laundry room but it was dirty that they don’t check it when are supposed to clean it. I was disappointed on my stay. I’m sorry but I have to be honest and true to what I see. The front desk lady gave us a great customer service. Thank you for your help! 🙏

Not really a breakfast. Just coffe/ tes with cop cake
- 5/5
The beds are comfy. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. For the price point it was a great stay (with stove/microwave). The only thing that wasn’t the best but still doable, is that there was no light in the bathroom

perfect choice for our group of friends looking for a comfortable and central place to stay.We would book again with some minor adjustments made for slow drains

It was a good stay . It’s loud.

Everything was clean, the staff except maintenance guy were all very helpful, and the free breakfast was basic to-go items, but good.

The staff were friendly, the main lobby and checkout area was clean. The rooms were large and clean. I had just gotten out of the hospital with back surgery and the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept.
- 5/5
The breakfast item was decent. Nice room. Friendly staff. Rate was ok.

Few people wondering around parking lot during night but the front desk and housekeeper and room are the exceptional. I was very pleased with the interaction I had with the Manager and the front desk lady.
- 5/5
I have been here couple of time with my friend. Ladies at the front and the house keeper are stellar.

Clean, clean clean! I stayed here and the cleanliness of this hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable

I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while in town visiting family. I loved it here! My room was fully equipped with everything that I needed. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and Front desk employee were super helpful. They were welcoming.

Needs an upgrade. Carpet in one of the rooms needed cleaning or replacement. Elevator was dirty and looked like the service elevator
- 2/5
The room wasn’t clean
- 2/5
The 30 something black woman at check-in treated me, a 70+ white male, like crap. If I could have cancelled my reservation without losing money I would have. Tiana if not racist is RUDE and should not be in a position of public service! I have stayed here before as I have business in the area every August. This was my last stay at this motel!
- 1/5
The pictures do it no justice. Terrible place to stay, a Motel 6 would be better. Moldy smell. Lobby smelled like bleach. Dirty bathtub. Springy bed. Dirty floors.
- 1/5
Rooms smelled of smoke. Dirty towels and crumbs in the bed upon check-in. 1st night, next door guest was having a party. Music was too loud.
- 2/5
The hotel needs a lot of repair!

It’s an older no frills facility. After I checked in and stepped on the elevator there was a note posted that stated,”no spitting.” I then realized I was not at the Ritz-Carlton.

- 1/5
Checking in was easy. After checking in the next morning, we realized we had no face cloths. I went to the front desk and requested that we have some. I was informed that they are all out they could bring me some in an hour. An hour went by, and they never showed up. we left the hotel came back that evening and then request to have Face towels again and I was told they were out. The next morning I went out to request face towels and was told that they did not have any in the building but maybe you could get me some tomorrow. There was a lot of In-N-Out traffic all night long. The hallways reeked of marijuana. The manager did not seem to care of any inconveniences.
- 2/5
I've stayed here before and would again. This room, 226, was the noisiest room I can remember ever staying in. With the noise being mechanical clunking, water knocking and elevator noise.
- 1/5
I was refused. I was a “do not run”. Received no room, and no reason for it.

Very clean and nice place
- 3/5
This place is pretty beat up. It's not particularly dirty, just beat up. Seems to have a permanent odor of ramen and weed. There was no remote for the TV. After a couple trips down stairs I got a working one, and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. There was a burnt out light, but the other ones worked so, not all bad. All I really needed was a place to stay, and this did that, but nothing great about it.
- 3/5
Those days are gone! The grounds, while lovely feel unsafe with warning signs to lock you cars and sketchy persons wandering about day and night. The rooms while clean and comfortable show signs of wear and unrepaired damage!
- 1/5
Do not stay here gross. Hair in the bathroom from previous people. I don’t want to know what I laid in. Scary as hell. Horrible.
- 1/5
Not good at all
- 3/5
El lugar está un poco sucio, como la alfombra y tarda en hacer la limpieza de tu cuarto.
- 2/5
The surrounding area has nothing, property is poor maintenance and room is not very clean
- 1/5
This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have every stayed in. The hallways, elevators reeked of bad odors. The floors looked like the hadn’t been cleaned in years. The room was tattered and the bed sheets looked to be several years old. I can’t believe extended Stay would even call this a franchise. I can’t possibly book another extended stay hotel in the future.

- 2/5
I thought the hotel was dirty. The people in the next room had music and sang until like 2am.
- 3/5
Keys to the room kept stopping to work and it was a hassle twice. Came back from an event to be told our room was supposed to be empty and had been cleaned out!!! Scary thought because all our stuff was In there! Thankfully the records weee wrong and our stuff was there. Don’t expect much from a continental breakfast but a bit more than just store bought mini muffins, granola bars, oatmeal packet and coffee. Maybe some juice, fruit to go with it would be great. Minor details would go a long way. Fair price and overall a nice place to sleep
- 4/5
The only thing I didn't like about it was it was hard to find for someone out of time
- 2/5
The shower is not good 😫😤😤
- 3/5
There were food crumbs in the kitchen area. The second person could have a shower, because the water from the tub started to come out to the bathroom floor and kitchen area. There were cigarette butts in the drawer.
- 1/5
Staff at front desk were gossiping, mentioning people were moody and PMS’ing. Not professional!
- 4/5
