It was great but they gave me a key to someone else’s room when I first checked in. Luckily no one was inside or else it would’ve been very awkward.

Cleaner knock at our door at approximately 9:00am even though checkout was at 11:00am. Was extremely upset about that.

I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel without a manager I’ll never stay at another Alof again next’s time I travel those will be the first thing i check 👎

That was the best sugar Belgian waffle I’ve ever had! I just wish they served breakfast until 1030. I messed it the second day and I wanted it so bad.

Friendly staff, everything was clean and well maintained. The bed wasn’t super comfortable for me and I asked for extra towels and for the room to be picked up in the morning when the staff was in the hall, I had a work related call several hours later in the room and that’s when they decided to bring the towels and clean. Some of that is on me for not using a Do Not Disturb sign but I wish they’d taken care of that in the morning or at least within a couple of hours of me asking. Apart from that it was nice stay and I’d probably stay there again if the rate was one of the lowest for what I wanted like it was this time.

Hotel was nice. Lobby was nice and clean. The front desk were very helpful and nice.

I was charged for my room before I arrived which was fine but when I arrived I was told I never paid, I showed the front desk that I was charged already he replied with well i don’t know what that is, we have nothing on our end I explained to him what do you mean it literally says Aloft Plano. I asked to speak to manager and got told no there is not one here. He said there is nothing I could do. I paid again for my only night I would be there! Then to make it better I get to my room to find literal stained mattresses without at least covers on them !! I took pictures even! The hallways were loud late into the night and traffic was annoying to listen to all night long. I would not recommend to anyone!

I’m really reluctant to complain, but my room is not clean. There’s hair on the counter, the toilet area is dirty, and overall it feels unhygienic. I’m very disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money.

I had to fly into TX last minute and booked a room the same night. Upon arriving, the bar was fully stocked, the bartender was cordial and friendly. I was able to enjoy a drink and some Buffalo wings right at the hotel and retire to my room, which was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

Hotel was a couple of minutes from Legacy Shops. It was clean. Price was reasonable for the time of the week.

The tollway traffic is very loud.

This Aloft is typically a favorite of ours but a couple of things were disappointing this time around. I found a big wad of hair in the shower on arrival (I won’t post the pic), then no one cleaned our room during our stay. The toilet was not working well either. Staff was friendly and everything else was good as usual.

I think additional amount for breakfast is not happy

However, this visit not so much. The room itself was dirty, the sides of the bed railings had dead skin cells from the sheets leaving a film of particles that had accumulated for some time and had been overlooked, the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were completely empty on the first night I desperately needed a nice warm shower, the laundry soap dispenser took all my quarters and left me without the laundry soap. The Kleenex dispenser was empty and there wasn’t a spare roll of toilet paper. Never ever have I experienced this at this hotel before!

you can hear the highway at night. it's window unit and hard to get comfortable temperature.

Front desk employee was super nice. Reported a light out in our bathroom and it was fixed within 10 minutes, and he helped us with dinner choices.

I thought the property had a very unique setting. I would recommend it to the younger more modern traveler. It has a really nice seating area for large gatherings. If you are older like me, I would try a different place mostly because they did not have luggage carts and the halls are very dark.

very worst customer service. the front desk lady on sunday morning was very rude. she kept insulting us. this is not acceptable. Also every 30 minutes starting from 9.00 a.m. the housekeeping staff kept bothering us if we are checking out or not. we told her that we are checking out only at 11.00 a.m. and she should not bother us. Yet she kept knocking on our door every 30 min and out of frustration we left early. We were a frequent visitor to this hotel but after today's experience we have decided not to come back to this hotel. worst experience of all times. Please avoid this hotel. unfit to be a part of Marriott brand.

When we come to Dallas we always stay here at Aloft Plano. Theyre polite, low key and the rooms are always nice and affordable.

This was a big weekend at the hotel - totally sold out - and the front desk handled it really well! Also - I thought that I left my Kindle in my room and called twice. Both times the person who answered my call sincerely tried to help me - one sent housekeeping to check the room and another called housekeeping to confirm they hadn't found later. In the end I found my Kindle at the bottom of my suitcase but I still super appreciated the support from the hotel!!!! The hotel displayed excellent customer service. Thank you!

I like staying in this hotel location because I always get greeted so good by the people that are checking me in Mr. Haven Davis, Milton A. & Madison. These people are always there to help as well as the people that are cleaning the rooms, they're always there to assist you as well.

The rooms were super clean, amazing shower products in shower, such a cool room. We ordered breakfast and it was so so yummy and not an expensive price!!! I LOVED ALOFT!!!!!!

Aloft Plano is a decent value for the price. Saying that, they used to be pet friendly for free but now they have a $40 surcharge for pets. This was not advertised or expected so I am disappointed in that. This was a big reason we stayed at the Aloft historically but will likely look to see if other hotels in the area are more pet friendly without a big surcharge in the future.

The staff was 5 stars and all were friendly and helpful. I was here for work and stayed at this hotel due to the close proximity to where I was going to be working for a few days. The lobby and common areas were all very nice. Once I got to my room, it smelled moldy. I went right back downstairs and requested a new room. The employee was really kind and helpful and put me on another floor. I was disappointed when that room also smelled moldy. I could see that there was mold in the shower and it looked there there were spots on the ceiling that had been cleaned in the bedroom area. There was no way to crack the windows to allow fresh air in. I will be traveling to the area for business once a quarter and given the moldy smell, I will be choosing to stay at a different hotel on my next visit.

The hotel is surrounded by fields, but there are some long horn cattle just up the road. I like that they replaced the iron and ironing board with a steamer, but the steamer was not very good and didn't do a great job. Hotel was nice and clean and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly. he free shuttle (within 5 miles) is a nice bonus. There is NOTHING within a reasonable walking distance for anything (food/shopping/etc.)

Surrounding area consistent of M-f offices and a small ranch with beautiful Texas long horns, and DART station. Hotel is pet friendly with a VERY REASONABLE pet fee. When walking your dog you can walk by the ranch and see the beautiful long horn bulls as long as you keep a safe and respectful distance. On a major road but you wouldn't be able to tell from inside your room. All rooms are very quiet. Air conditioning unit is top notch and turns your room into an ice box just in time for Texas summer.. multiple stays so far and I'll continue to book this location without considering any other options unless prices become unaffordable. Currently well priced and just the top of my budget. Well enough amenities to make me pay.

Asked for a tooth brush and they couldn't get it in my entire stay. Staff was courteous No proper cafe as well.

Enjoyed my stay. Only one complaint: the person who checked me in failed to explain that I would have to request to have my room cleaned. Returned the next evening to find my dirty towels still in the floor and my tip still on the desk.

Never judge a book by its cover!!!! It looked clean but it was not. We checking in and the guest representative called housekeeping to confirm our room was clean and it wasn’t…. We was in the room for 19 mins and my son picked up a bottle and thought it was my lotion… it’s was KY Jelly Lubricant and then I started to examine the bed and it was stains. They changed the room however I had to explain to my kid what he picked up and I couldn’t get the nasty vision out of my head. That really made me uncomfortable and ruin our stay.
