    The location The bed was hard as a rock the water pressure was awful the pool was broken so we didn't get to go swimming which is why we chose that hotel was for the pool and the breakfast the breakfast was stuff I could have got at the dollar store it was awful and the table they serve the breakfast on was so filled with dust and food that have been sitting there from the day before when we arrived and one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude

    When we checked in to our room, the beds were not made and there was trash everywhere. The hotel had a bed smell. Tub was dirty. Breakfast had barely anything, but it was advertised as full. Do not stay here.

    Dirty noisy you have to was your own towels. No breakfast. Coffee sucks. Key card kept messing up had to keep getting it fixed. Smells like smoke in the entire hotel. Stair well full of people. Lots of traffic in and out of the hotel.

    It took a long time to get assistance from the front desk it seemed like they were hiding to avoid customers. The bathroom shower was not clean and there was only scolding hot water no cold water. The elevator smells like cigarettes.

    I liked the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable. Great pillows. The roaches. The microwave was so old and paint peeled off, I was afraid to use it. Whatever the couch was upholstered in felt like plastic.

    room was dirty and had a smell like standing water - really stunk. the until had a small kitchen and had No fork for me to eat my meal - kitchen was completely bare. Next door neighbors were fighting and sounded like the walls were paper think. Breakfast is muffins you'd see is a highway gas station. Won't return.

    The staff was great. Great location. Allot of parking. Surrounded by restaurants with reasonable distance. The staff offered me cooking utensils at no cost. Hotel didn't respect my reservation. The hotel staff rented out my room. Hotel charged me the same price for a king suite as the queen suite (my reservation) when the king is cheaper. The staff notified me when I asked, that the central heating wasn't working. The room was freezing and they only gave me an extra blanket. There was 4 people in my party. I'm glad we always carry extra blankets. And then if things couldn't get worst they notified everyone there was going to be a water shut off to fix a water leak.

    Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Terrible customer service. No one to check you in after 11pm. Rooms smell and beds are uncomfortable. Trash all over the property and in the staircases. No one cares. No hair dryers and no basic shampoo and shower gel. Carpets and hallways are full of trash. Would never stay here again.

    Despicable!!! We picked this place because they allow pets. We only stayed one out two nights booked. During check in, they asked that we only use the dog relief area for our pup and to please clean up after. As we expected. On our first time to take our dog out. There was no relief area, all green space around the hotel was covered in dog droppings. Inside had strong urine smell throughout the building. The room was filthy with hand prints and dirt smudge on all hard surfaces . Never again!

    First night there was a bug that we killed. The room smelled. The next day we were able to move. The room was clean but needs updates. The breakfast was horrible. Coffee, tea, muffins, or fruit bars. The lobby and all the doors could use some Windex. The pictures on their website was more likely when it was new. The swimming pool was out of service. You could see the water was super green.

    Waited over 30 minutes for the front desk to open. Called the reservation office and after another 15 minutes, the employee came out of a room from down the hallway, looking half asleep and dirty. Shirt was filthy and her customer service skills were nonexistent.

    I just found out yesterday from speaking with a resident at ESA Plano which they stated their fees are ex amount and they are so behind, but me asking Nicole if I could pay a day late once my check deposited she stated "No this is a privately owned company " now I was faithful in paying for 3 months and the 1 time me of color ask I was turned down, so I decided to remove my business as well as myself seeing that this is very prejudice and I will send up a letter to corporate in regards to this matter.

    Only good thing about our stay was the location. Free breakfast is just grab and go. No coffee maker in rooms. You have to request from the front office. But bring your own coffee because it is not provided. Chose this hotel because se it offered rooms that sleeps 6 with 2 queens and a pull out couch. The pull out couch had springs coming out and full of stains. There wasn’t any bedding for the pullout couch and when asked the front desk, we got 2 sheets but they didn’t have any pillows. There was a musky smell and didn’t realize until took our shoes off that the carpet was wet. Overall not a good stay. Oh, and to top it all off we were woken up at 3 in the morning to police knocking on the room next door trying to serve a warrant!

    The pictures on Hotels were very deceiving. I knew we were staying in a cheaper hotel and I know better than to expect too much but this was very disappointing. The pictures show clean modern rooms and furniture. The furniture was worn, dirty and stunk. The door to the outside was close to our room but the door key would not open it. The water for showers was warm but not hot by any stretch. All in all this is simply a poorly maintained hotel that I suspect is scheduled for demolition and rebuild.

    The pull out couch had a mattress that was brown and disgusting and smelled I asked the front desk for another one and they said that would get back to me and never did also the halls smelled and elevator it looks like people live there and seems over populated by them it doesn’t seem family friendly.     Do not be fooled by the “breakfast included” statement. Breakfast includes packaged oatmeal or very small packaged muffins. Even the staff commented on how lacking it was. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. If you are wanting a cheap and safe stay, this will be acceptable. Just don’t expect much.

    This Extended Stay Suites cuts corners on maintenance and house keeping. The building looks okay from the outside. Furniture in the room is very cheap particle board furniture. The closet had wire shelves and a few plastic hangers. I saw roaches in my room and the elevator is slow and sketchy. Getting assistance from the front desk takes a long time as they do not monitor the desk. Bring your own pillows as the ones here are very thin. It is obvious that the owner is cutting corners.

    I had sewer gas back up into the unit during my stay at unit 112 in the kitchen sink. During the storm we had a back up and it didn’t flood but the gas filled the room. I tried to sleep in a giant fart. Whoever was above me ran laps around the unit from 10 to 3 am.

    Woke up to a very large cockroach crawling on my arm. Switched rooms that had a very bad smell, and there were cockroaches in that one too. No one at the front desk seemed surprised when mentioned, which leads me to believe they know about the issue and do not care. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    I had an extremely bad experience with staff, especially Frederick who was very rude and very non cooperative and is away from front dial most of the time where nobody attends to guests nor people who check in most of the time.     The front office staff was non-existent. Their hallways smell terrible. Half the lights didn’t work. Couldn’t find the trash can. The bed was comfortable but minimal. The ac never fully cooled the room. Finally the coup-de-gra is their “complimentary breakfast” was coffee and granola bars. The doors leading to and from the sides didn’t work.

    Don't go by what the reviews say! Was very nervous about staying here b/c of the reviews that was left. Well after staying for here for the past couple of week's I can say this hotel done it's justice!! It was fitting for me,my daughter and my fur baby Very friendly staff, dog friendly and someone is always keeping the property clean! My only hing up was there wasn't a stove in the room.. but hey...you can't have everything!! Thanks for having a inviting hotel!

    First despite of having a guaranteed reservation, we were told upon our arrival at 11 p.m. that there is NO reservation and we should go some where else. We asked for the manager and tried to call Hotels.com. After thirty minutes of arguments we, were given a room. The room was filthy, the carpets on the entire floor were dirty. We have never seen such a breakfast provided by the hotel. A coffee and a muffin??

    Front desk employee was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. The elevators were out of service, which was not disclosed to us until after we were checked in. We were put on the 3rd floor. The entire floor, including the room, smelled like urine. There was a fingernail in the bed which was made. That tells me that the sheets were never changed after the last guests. Everything was dusty. A massive roach crawling in the bed with me as I slept. Come to find out from the housekeeping lady the following morning that our room was supposed to be out of service and listed as dirty. But they checked us into it anyways. How nice. I’ll never stay there again.

    They didn’t offer to assist us in locating a room at a sister hotel or offer any help whatsoever. So left to our devices we proceeded to go door to door in hopes that another hotel may have had a cancellation and could accommodate a party of six. Even though the Hyatt is across the parking lot from this place we stopped just to check. They had rooms and didn’t know what I was talking about regarding a power outage even though I could throw a frisbee from one hotel to the other! Don’t bother with this hotel and instead run don’t walk to the Hyatt that is literally just on the other side of the parking by Saltgrass.

    It is a nice Hotel, I just didn’t notice dog friendly on the website. I try not to do Hotel that are dog friendly. Was on the first floor started at 10:45 pm you heard lot of noise on the floor above us around 12 midnight it stopped. The room was a nice size and the price wasn’t bad. Love that it had a refrigerator and stove, 5 miles from the ford center.

    Normally I'm never disappointed but I was disappointed this time around. When I got to the hotel to check in they had given my room on the 1st floor to another guest who had had some sort of a leak in their room. It took me 30 minutes to check in and then I was put on the 3rd floor which was difficult because I have 2 service dogs and my room was literally in the middle of the hallway I wasn't next to any sort of an exit. When I got in the room I noticed the garbage was full from the previous guests. The carpet was stained and the room had an odor but I just dealt with it because it was the only room they had for me and I was only staying one night.

    When I arrived there the front desk showed no sign of life…… called from the spiderweb covered adams family phone in the lobby and still no desk worker. When he finally came up I was told the room was booked and that I could not have my money back… it resulted in me having to drive 2 1/2 hrs to Oklahoma at 3am

    Room was nice and hotel updated. My entire family suffered bite marks. We checked out early due to discomfort of beds and the fact that the room beds and pull out had to have bed bugs. The staff was awesome and very helpful, they even refunded the night for early checkout.

    Our check-in girl was super nice and did inform us after the fact that the elevators were not working. She did go try to find a maintenance man to help carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I’m handicapped & my mother is elderly. I would’ve gladly paid another guest to help us, but no one came around. Same issue when checking out, no one to help. Also no house cleaning the entire weekend, there had been moldy food left in the microwave and just series of unfortunate events. I now know where not to stay next time.

    Our room was not the room advertised. I complained about this to the clerk and was told that they are aware of the problem but corporate has to fix it. Basically they are falsely advertising and know they are doing it. It was so late by the time we got there that we had to take the room so we had to figure out sleeping arrangements for 3 adults and could not use the pull out bed because it was so filthy. I attempted to flip the mattress thinking that the bottom would be better but it was much worse, cigarette butts, hair, old food, trash, etc. And on top of this, the company cannot even afford to provide roll away beds. Want to talk about unprepared. What kind of hotel doesn't have a roll away bed just in case something goes wrong with a bed. Never again will I stay at one of these extended stay hotels. Get your crap together.

    Telling the manager the room is dirty I clearly say I’m leaving the room so you can clean it left my stuff away from reach and all of My stuff was looked trough and she claims that everything was in the trash horrible stay never again don’t go there management can even make up for their mistakes

    Checking in was great! The room however was very small, beds were small uncomfortable, and room service never came tbe whole weekend. We had to go ask for clean towels and bed linens for pull out couch. Overall the stay was just ok. I wouldn't come back by choice to this hotel

    Expedia and Extended Stay don’t publish when the company closes the pool. Called customer service (David in Indiana basically called me dumb), front desk was rude and on his phone, got locked outside because lock was broke, while 4th floor stunk, teen walking around in bulletproof vest, loud rap battle was going on all night, trash and clothes laying around outside... will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again and don’t trust Expedia anymore.

    I arrived at 2:44pm to check in I was told by Teai that there was no rooms available until 20 minutes however 20 minutes turned into 2 hours once we checked into the room the housekeeper was finishing the room when we went inside there was hair in the shower as well as on the floors I proceeded to the front desk to get dishes only to find out they didn’t have nothing but pots no skillets!!! The next day we go to check out and we are cleaning up the room and low and behold in the corner is a pair of someone’s panties Let’s talk about breakfast FOR BREAKFAST THEY SERVE COFFEE, INSTANT OATMEAL, MUFFINS, and NATURE VALLEY NO FRUIT, HOT FOOD, JUICE OR WATER

    They put us in a room that accepts pets, the tv remote was chewed up, the room smelled, the floor was sticky... I've stayed in this hotel before in non-pet room and it was ok. Just make sure they don't give you a pet room if you don't have pets with you.

    This hotel was literally - just ok. Mostly clean. A few dirty areas. The room carpet was stained. Everything seemed to work. No real amenities. There was 1 bar of soap. What I’d imagine prison soap to be. The beds were lump...but sleepable. I don’t expect much for a hundred bucks a night. It neither impressed or disappointed.

    I booked this hotel on april 27, i go to check in and they tell me they never got my reservation and that there are fully booked and dont have a room for me. I was on and off the phone with hotel support and they transferred me to a different hotel. I never got my room at the other hotel and i havent gotten my money back. All in all this was a HORRIBLE experience

    The property was always dirty. Garbage in the hallways, on the elevator, the common bathrooms are not cleaned every day, the pool was dirty, etc. The furniture had wear and tear and was less than ordinary condition. This is a good place for a value traveler on personal business but not good for business travelers. It is just leaves too much that you need. Also, the cable signal was continually going out.

    Well obviously I did not fully realize that Extended Stays are really all about that- Breakfast was AWFUL- Total joke and almost insulting. Coffee prepackaged muffins and energy bars. Huge breakfast room for that. Could not even come up with milk or cream for coffee. Fake dairy creamer. Staff very nice but ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED. I booked into 3 rooms over 2 days - First one heavily smoked in, 2nd one toiled PLUGGED so bad an external plumber required and 3rd one the fridge was not working. Did manage to get it to work. They only clean rooms once a week and pretty sure it had not been cleaned much before I got in the last one. All rooms have full mini kitchens but you have to go to front desk for cutlery plates pans etc? For a nice building and facility it sure was pretty crappy. Likely wont stay in an Extended stay every again.
