The room was dirty, the floor was filthy. At first I walked barefoot and it was sticky. I cleaned my feet with a wet towel and the towel got dark. On our second night we asked for towels, at night when we got there, and the young man said "why didnt you ask for the towels earlier!?" Very unprofessional. There was also a bloddy band aid stuck to an appliamce. The entire building smelled like curry. Will never go there again!

We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away

Staffs are not profession. They treat you like treating prisoner or criminal. May be that how most of thier customer been there and continues stay there are used to it, they may have some background that cause the management treat new client as they been treating thier existing clients. If state controller be there this place will get many points to get penalties.

The hotel was so nasty that we tried to get a refund and could not get ahold of anyone from hotels .com to cancel. We left and found another one on hotels that was just as bad. had burn holes in the comforter and hair on the sheets pretty nasty. we left there and drove an hour and a half to a relatives house

There were roaches all over the room, attendant said there was nothing he could do. Air conditioner did not blow cool. Attendant also said nothing he could do. Carpet was wet in hallway. Elevator was broken this morning. Had to haul all our stuff down the stairs in hot muggy weather. Really bad experience. Paid $68.00. Don't do it.

Staff also gave my a key-card and told me it was for room 226. The key-card did not work in the door for 2 reasons, 1) There was still someone staying in that room, and 2) I was told the wrong room by staff. I was supposed to be staying in 228. I actually disturbed the person staying in room 226 due to me trying the key-card 4 times and trying to open his door.

I cannot stress enough how you should not come to this hotel. Had my dog not been there to protect my wife who knows what would have happened next. Please, for your own safety and well being, do not come here.

I knew that this was not a five-star hotel so I wasn't expecting much but, clean sheets upon entering a room is always nice. The room had not been cleaned at all, and when I went to get a set of sheets to change them myself, he requested I go back upstairs, strip my bed and bring the sheets back down to him. It was a little frustrating it seems that the room should have been clean to begin with and I wasn't even asking for them to do it. The room itself had not been cleaned at all. There was leftover trash from the previous visitor. There was pee on the bathroom floor and the toilet was visibly dirty. Again, I wasn't expecting a five-star but clean sheets are kind of a must for me.

I will not stay at this place ever again. There was coach roaches all over the place it was gross, and then they had like a bed bug problem I got bite by something once or twice. They also had to bed sitting out in the front in the sun so mure than likely they have a bed bug problem. Don't go there unless you plan to have wash everything you take because of bed bugs or roaches.

Horrible management. This is more of an exteded stay than a hotel. A lot of clearly long term residents, loud at all hours of the night, a toilet that wouldn't flush for 2 consecutive nights despite being reported to the manager at the front desk night 1. Very disappointing experience. Hotels.com is awarebof the issue, and was "kind enough" to provide me a $25 credit on a future stay despite spending $80 on the stay.

The room I got was huge. If you need a clean and economical place to stay, this is a great choice. They offer the basics - soap, shampoo, microwave, big fridge, plus a sofa. The only complaint is the light at dining area didn't work and the table is wobbly so I use the long table instead. One weird thing is only 1 chair, I wonder if there're more people how can they stay in there for long stay. Well, anyway it is a cheap and clean place for a short stay. In addition, the management made good effort to fight COVID. When I walked in, I can smell bleach in the lobby. Later I saw the staff was spraying bleach there plus there is a sign telling people not to lingering around in the lobby. Overall, the building and room are clean so I feel safe.
