There are roaches all over. I didn’t even stay walked in and saw that walked out. At least they gave me my money back.

The toilet kept stopping up with barely any tissue in it, The t.v wasn’t working properly during the whole stay. The Air conditioner gives off a weird smell like it needs a new filter. The phone in the room to call the front desk was not working.The room stink and it was no other rooms available.

One of the rooms had a musty smell really bad open the windows for a couple of hours to fade the smell

Nothing I am writing to formally complain about the discriminatory and unprofessional treatment my family and I experienced at your property. I intended to be a long-term guest and was initially quoted a rate of $71 per night by the front desk. I later booked the room through Booking.com at a lower rate. Shortly after check-in, an issue was raised regarding my son, who has a documented mental disability. Staff accused him of stealing basic amenities such as tissue paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap. I immediately addressed the concern by speaking with my son and informed management that this would not happen again. Despite this, one manager stated that the situation was “not his problem.” I was then told that although I could stay the night because it was already paid for, I would be required to leave the following day. No legitimate policy violation or reasonable justification was provided. Even more concerning, after I had already paid for that day, I was later given only 30 minutes to vacate the room. This sudden demand was unreasonable, disruptive, and completely inappropriate—especially given that payment had already been accepted. Being forced to leave on such short notice caused significant distress and placed my family in an extremely vulnerable position. My son’s disability was clearly disclosed. Instead of being met with understanding or reasonable accommodation, we were treated as a problem and effectively punished. I firmly believe this constitutes discrimination based on disability. Additionally, the tone and handling of the situation raise serious concerns regarding racial bias. I complied with all expectations as a guest and acted responsibly as a parent. Forcing us to vacate under these circumstances—after payment and without valid cause—was unjustified, humiliating, and emotionally distressing.

Best studio 6 i have ever stayed at. Room was great, bed and pillows super comfy, the kitchen was great had everything we needed to cook a meal. The staff were incredibly accommodating, checked with us everyday to see if we needed anything. Also great location!

We moved to a second room, and unbelievably, it was just as bad. The sheets were stained there too, and the room felt dirty overall. The shower didn’t drain, so water quickly backed up while showering, which was disgusting. The final straw was finding a cockroach on one of our toothbrushes. That is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you care at all about cleanliness or basic functioning amenities, avoid this place. Management seriously needs to step up because this was nowhere near acceptable.

I checked out after one night even though I paid for three because there was a roach in the kitchenette area. Staff was nice and everything else was fine. They refunded my deposit right away. I need to request a refund for 2 nights from Expedia. Staff checked to see if he could refund two nights. No go because of this 3rd party booking, but I appreciate that he was willing to check it out.

Really nice hotel

hotel was clean, everything seems to be clean, bed was comfortable, good location, I would stay there again, good for the value, was not noisy, the only problem was at night or when the room was dark baby roaches would come out, they were so small almost not noticeable and blended in with the countertop. I told the front desk, they said it's hard to keep them out with people bringing food and cooking. It wasn't like they were running all over the place, but they were there. hopefully they can get them under control.

The manager was rude and the room had stains on the wall (looked like blood splatter) and hair left on the sheets that wasn't ours.

Previously, I left a bad review because there was bed bugs in my room and I was freaking out but they did change my room and for the most part this hotel has always been clean and the staff has always been nice to me and my kids. So I apologize to them for the previous bad review. I was just freaking out, they made it right and I will stay again.

The property looks being renovated not long ago regarding the outlooks. Amenities are still old, but worth the price anyway.

I was very happy, when we arrived, to find that the property relatively nice. We reserved 2 rooms for myself, a friend, my daughter and her 5 children. The rooms were clean and comfortable and fairly quiet. I will definitely stay here in the future when I visit Plano, Tx. This propert is so much better than 3 other places I've stayed in the past.

I had ask for room service twice before I lefted came back to the room no room service bed was not clean the same sheets had to go down stairs and clean the room and get cleaned sheets no towels had to clean up the room I ask for a new room so I didn't have to deal with the making of my on bed .he said there was no other rooms available so he gave me sheets and trash bags and I went to clean up . house cleaning services I did room service in my room were i paid to have it done .no service was available during my stay I myself was room service.i think i did a good job may need to hire me.

My shower did not work so I had to sit in the tub of a hotel to clean myself. I called the downstairs and the attendant told me how to turn the water on. He said call back if I had any issues. When I called back he never answered the phone. I was naked and partially wet and had no choice but to take a bath. It smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. There was hair in the toilet when I first arrived before I ever used it. And the attendant was rude

Our room smelled like ass. The air-conditioning wasnt staying on and it was in the 90's and very humid. The front desk clerk tried his best to fix it. He had no rooms available to move us. He brouggt us a fan which helped a bit. The kitchen had plates and cups for 3 but there were 4 of us. There were 2 cooking pots but no frying pans. The bathroom was small and had no fan so after 4 people showering and the bad humidity it was awful. Beds were ok. Full size refrigerator and microwave were nice. 2 burner electric stove was fine. Ive stayed in better and ive stayed in worse.

The customer service very understanding when i just lost my id 🙃 well wallet. The area was suspicious meaning alot of drug traffic i can tell my restroom wasnt clean right with rusk stains , no pot or pans, no ice bucket or tray the blinds broke so the next hotel could see in and the walls thin cause the people above me must been on their honey moon or it might been that prostitute i saw but i was on third row. My stove didnt want to come on but the fridge was a nice size and clean 🙃 I didnt see no roaches or bugs 🙃 and thats a blessing i put the air on 60 it didnt get cold enough but i probably didnt need it i took a nice hot shower tho ..

Front desk is awful. They run the hotel like it’s a jail. They make assumptions on how you look and will make derogatory comments and cancel your stay. The hotel is low class. Will never stay at a Studio 6 again!!!

There was a lot of noise from a couple of large dogs barking on the floor i was on at random times during the night.

The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't like the smoke smell in the hallway. There was alot of dogs at the hotel.

It's a basic hotel. I was in town for a wedding and just needed a place to crash between airport and ceremony, and for that it's perfect. If you're looking for anything fancy, or a nice neighborhood with shopping nearby, or complimentary breakfast, forget it.

The initial room I was given smelled horrible but they did allow me to change and the replacement was clean and acceptable. The lobby stinks of marijuana and the neighborhood of the hotel is questionable. However, I did not have any problems. You get way you pay for!

Was impressed by the pictures, prices online and the fact they were pets friendly, but that's where the impressiveness ended. Drove up and seems like a little bit of a rough part of town. Checking in was okay. But didn't realize online I had booked a smoking room. There weren't any non-smoking ones available when we checked in... so they said. When we got back to the room late I went to front desk to ask for a couple extra pillows and was told they didn't have any extras. I worked in a hotel for years and I know that was a lie. The beds were hard and loud. Creeked every time you rolled over like the bed was cracking in two! Ran out of toilet paper in the room. Not impressed at all. The one good part was they had a decent dog walking area between the 2 buildings. That's really the only positive thing I can say about this property. Would not recommend it

When we got into our room we found 5 cockroaches in the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them. And the room smelled of onions. We didn’t think much of it but then the longer we stayed the more the smell grew stronger. It was coming from the AC. We couldn’t stay due to getting headaches. So we were refunded and went and found another hotel.

Property was clean and very updated. We got a good night's rest and also made breakfast and dinner in the nice and clean kitchenette. Hotel Rep was awesome and very helpful. I love spending my hard earned money at a place that deserves it. Will be revisiting.

The worst experience ever, terrible smell in the hotel and room. I was given a smoking room even though I asked for non smoking. I was with my kids who have severe allergies. There was a flickering light in the room, that kept bothering us all night long. It kept flickering even switched off.

We had called ahead for a late check in. When we arrived the Desk Clerk was very nice. We got our keys and went to the room. We entered the room, the bathroom had soiled towels all over the counter, I couldn't even guess what they were soiled with, disgusting. We immediately checked for bed bugs, and sure enough, there were a lot of them. We went directly back down to check in counter and told the Clerk the issue. He apologized, clearly not his fault. We were still charged for the stay, and we weren't even there 10 mins. The manager refused to speak with me. Just awful. Expedia should remove this place, this is the first I had an issue booking through Expedia.

Also the stove was broken and shower tub was clogged. Place was not cleaned well and smelling dog.

Overall we had a decent stay. This was not our first time staying here and overall it was good. Room is of good size, with a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. The hotel is walking distance to downtown and some shopping. The hotel is starting to become worn a bit, but overall it was still very comfortable

Rooms were great once you got inside of them. I can honestly say that upon arrival I was scared by seeing multiple cops there and others arriving totally 8 cops after counting but everything was good. My only problem with this hotel was it took forever to check in because front desk employee was arguing with customers in front of us and it was very noisy in halls after hours but I was so tired that once I was asleep it didn’t bother me.

Our first night we were woken up by a cockroach crawling…on us! In our bed! We then found three more. Two in the kitchenette area and another on the nightable. We were disgusted and went to speak with someone. We asked for a different room and they said none were available, we got attitude from the guys working at the desk, and he wouldn’t come into our room to see our issue because he said “I don’t do bugs”. After we asked for the managers name he then somehow had two other rooms available! We were pissed and decided to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. Would not stay here if I were you.

From checking in it was a bad experience. The clerk was in a bad mood. He was an Indian guy. Once on the room, it looked nice. But we noticed the sink was stuck , the stove didn’t work. Then at night , there we’re people fighting and screaming . We couldn’t sleep. It’s the last time we stay there.

Hotel was right hwy, but in a not so secure area. Many homeless people all day and night trashing the parking lot and trying to get into cars. The police were called but they did nothing. Hotel was supposed to be smoke free but reeked of weed and loud noises all night. Over all cheap and ghetto. We booked 1 night and won’t return again. Room nothing fancy looked clean but sheets had cigarette burns and bathroom had small roaches.

The place stinks bad! Marijuana/smoke/sketchy people. 1st thing I want is a shower (ZERO hot water whatsoever). I tried 20 minutes & checked every which way a knob could go, I call the front desk... I'm "told turn it left and right I don't know, I can't help you!". I record a video, take it to the front desk, he tells me I cannot swap rooms because they are fully booked. He watches the video & gives me a key to a dirty room in order to take a shower & makes me reassure him I'll bring back the keycard! My wife takes the cold shower in our room, I want hot water after driving all day, I clean the tub myself in the dirty room & take a shower, get redressed and walk back to the front desk to give the clerk the key. He says sorry: he talked to manager, they'll fix it & discount me $20 per night (2 night stay): cool. Bedtime: The bed makes terrible noise (like an old bed with bad springs does). The next day: non-English speaking maintenance guy (Pakistani) finally shows up after I call the front desk the next day, he took 2 or 3 hours to fix it (no problem but my day is wasted as we're on vacation and I have no way of finding out from him how long it'll take but happy to have hot water). Next day: check out time and I'm ready to see the discount on the bill. The lady manager at the desk argues with me that no one told me I was going to get a discount and no one called her. I give her the clerks name, she tells me she'll call me.... and NOTHING! Don't waste your money! 0 star motel
