    The hotel itself is incredibly old and outdated, with zero maintenance. To make matters worse, breakfast was basically non-existent: just some juice, milk, and two boxes of donuts that looked like they were bought the day before because they were completely stale and shriveled up. Save your money and go somewhere else.

    The room had a mildew/moldy smell that someone tried to cover with incense. The “free breakfast” didn’t exist and the place as a whole smelled of weed, incense, and mold. Do not waste your money here truly it is disappointment after disappointment.

    Nothing I didn’t even stay 20 minutes. I left because the customer service made me feel so unwelcome. I didn’t even want to stay there after the way I was treated. I slept in my car that night. The guy working the counter was so unwelcoming and very rude. I wasn’t even in my room 20 minutes and i decided to leave. And didnt get a refund. I paid for a room i didnt even stay in because i felt so un welcomed.

    I was being charged an additional $60 for using a third party to book my reservation. I refused and because it was my first stay, the fee was waived. This fee is NOT noted when booking, nor is it posted at the hotel. I extended my stay another night and again, they tried to charge an additional $60 for booking through a third party. The gentleman waived the fee again as I refused it, but that was a hassle I did not enjoy. Being charged and additional $60 for using a third party booking site. The amenities were a bit dated, but the hotel was very clean and quiet. The cleaning staff was very nice and very professional as well.

    Not much was close enough to walk to Dennys. The staff was not welcoming they were arguing with a woman who also booked on booking.com when we arrived. We prepaid online. But ended up having to pay another fee just because we booked online and the manager said booking.com charges the hotel so we had to pay extra because we should have booked directly and because we had a truck and small car hauler another fee for what we paid we could have gone to the Marriott for the night. We stayed just the night arrived at 10pm gone by 730am. Breakfast was a scam. It was clearance donuts... who serves clearance donuts, and cereal. I have never been more disappointed in any hotel before. It was a waste of our time and money to stay here. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. All night we heard the upstairs stomping the water in the shower was not maintaining the temp and overall the room wasnt very nice. We would have done better to pass this place up.

    Every staff i interacted with, was amazing. Room had a bad stench. Carpet in the room looked dirty at first sight but I later r realized it's not the carpet being dirty but being too old and probably worn out. Same with the bathroom sink and the tub. Looked dirty at first sight but upon a second look I realized it wasn't dirty but old. It also generally smelled like people smoked in there.

    Like the way the room was made up, nice big bathroom shower was hot. Room had an animal smell, bed was not soft a little bit hard for me, TV has 2 different remotes, found out l was charged 18.07 for something l don't know about after receiving my deposit back so what l was told l was going to pay and what l paid was different.

    An individual identifying themselves as the manager asked me to pay an extra amount per day when I went to check in. Based on his wording, it was a suggested charge. When I inquired further about it, I was offered a 30-minute early check in in exchange for the fee. He explained that the fee was to offset fees and rates incurred from my booking through a third party. I refused to pay this fee but it made me wary my entire trip and had that damper hang over my stay.

    It was hot in the room at first. There was trash under the beds. The shower head was unclean. The customer service rep charged me a $12 service fee because I used a 3rd party booking site. So I basically paid full price for the room. They also wouldn't give us enough towels for thw amount of people in the room. There was 3 people and we would've had to use the towels then go down stairs and switch them out

    Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. The room itself was subpar. The AC was so loud it was impossible to sleep, and the bathroom door didn’t even lock. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell, making it even harder to get any rest. I honestly couldn't sleep the entire night. To make matters worse, there was another couple at the reception counter going through the exact same issue—they were also asked to pay extra because they booked through a third-party site. This seems like a shady practice to me, and it feels like they’re trying to take advantage of people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.     Asked me if I will be willing to pay $10 more for an upgrade to 2 queen beds room even though I placed the order for a 2 queen beds room.     The hotel was better then I was expecting. The room and bed sheets felt clean and over all was good, I was not disappointed with how hotel felt. Although for a smoke free building it certainly smelt like previous people had smoked in it. The real issue I had was the surprise $20 fee I was charged for booking through hotels.com instead of directly through them. I am not sure if I missed that detail when I was booking it, but was still an unexpected addition to what would have been a pretty cheap hotel stay.

    They charge extra at the counter if you book through a 3rd party service. The free "breakfast" was just old donuts that were rock hard as well as hot milk and stale cereal. There was no toaster, no cooler to keep anything cold. Almost forgot... There was one rotten banana if you were feeling adventurous. Don't stay here. Even if there are no other vacancies. Horrible experience.

    I had the worst experience of my life staying here for 4 nights to attend my graduation. I booked paid on expedia to stay here from thursday to Monday. I arrived Friday early morning to checkin. They asked for security deposit which i gave cash. Then they said they'd charge extra 15usd per night because i booked on expedia. I have never heard of such. This information was not written anywhere on their listing on expedia or even on their website. I reached out to expedia who called them, then they agreed to waive it. Unknown to me, they already decide to not return my 50usd deposit. Couple with the fact that i had a terrible experience with the management, one of which is named "Sonny", the property smells like smoke and the rugs smells like its never been washed. Early morning on Monday, i was ready to checkout. Met Sonny at the lobby, i handed him the room key. He refused to return my deposit on the excuse that a used face towel was dirty. He called the police to threaten me and i had to leave becaise i had a flight to catch that morning. I have informed the expedia to retrieve my deposit from them and i hope they will do the needful. This is my personal experience and i can only warn you not to go warn this property. They trick people into booking online only to request for more money on your arrival. Be safe y'all.

    Manager was rude and insisted that I pay for another day before I leave to go to the hospital to see my daughter. I checked in after midnight and had to go to the hospital about 8 am and he asked me what time would I return? I stated, I was unsure 🤔. But I Did have a cash deposit put up and my husband was still in the room. I also let him know that I would take care of it when I return. But he insisted that I had to pay before I left!!! I feel like that was totally out of line... I felt that he also done that because we're from out of state...     They charge you a $50 deposit at the time of check in, which is not disclosed when booking. They then check the room in the morning prior to check out and return of deposit. They also charge you an extra $15 (nonrefundable) at the time of check in when using a 3rd party app like Expedia. They do allow early check ins, however, they charge an extra $10 per hour. They have no plugs to connect cell phones. The manager advised me to look for a "spare" outlet or "just inplug something". No visible outlets so I would have had to look behind something. Overall I would not rebook again.

    I used a Towel to wipe my face and it had make-up on the towel and they told me they were keeping part of my deposit, also they charged me a $10 surcharge because I booked with HOTELS.com - I had MOLD in my microwave which was replaced but the Bald Guy was rude and didn't want to give my Deposit back. I offered to go and Buy a Small White Towel - This is the worst HOTEL will never ever stay here again

    Dated facility. Lavatory faucet handle worn out. PTAC a/c unit lacks contineous fan option to off and on all night made for disruptive sleep. Walking around in room above quite audible. Place is okay. Not dirty but charged a $50 deposit to room on card instead of just keeping card on file in case of incidentals.

    The fact that they are charging a surcharge when making a reservation with a 3rd party vender is wrong they sing up with company like your self to help them book their rooms when they are not selling they agreed to the terms and the prices that they said it but yet when we get there they just don't charge a deposit they also charge a surcharge for using a third party vendor and tell us that it's because y'all take money away from them and I'll tell them that's between you and then not me you agreed to those terms we should not be charged

    I went to go check on to my room and the guy at the desk was completely rude. He wanted to charge me an extra $20 per person after I prepaid online. I ended up up not staying there. The hotel stunk and felt like I was walking into a horror movie.

    Surprised with a $50 fee for my service dog and a $50 non-refund PET fee for my service dog. I forgot his service card at home so my bad. However, had I known there was an additional $100 charge, I would have booked a MUCH nicer hotel. This hotel is straight out of the 1970s

    They staff was rude called me yelling that I need to check out because I didn’t rebook yet but it was 10 and check out not until 11 I was sleeping had to get up and pack when I only got back to the room about 6 am. And the whole thing was the price is good so I was about to rebook because of the price alone until the inconvenience of them waking me up and yelling at me

    I should have read the reviews before booking this motel. Because it was a Wyndham property I thought it would be passable for a couple of days. First, they would not honor the pre-paid rate I booked on Expedia. To say some of the staff is rude is an understatement. They advertise that breakfast is included but I don’t consider a stale donut breakfast. The motel is in need of repair. The furniture is old and outdated. The room had a mildew smell. And the toilet backed up. I actually received a call from the front desk telling us not to use too much toilet paper. There was not enough hot water for a quick shower. But this is the kicker-one morning I received a hysterical phone call from the front desk-I think the employee was Sonny-saying he had gone into our room while we were out and the room reeked of urine and we would have to move out immediately and pay a cleaning fee. He also asserted that my husband smelled of urine. I can assure you that my husband is toilet trained and does not smell of urine. No, do not stay here.

    It was dirty, refrigerator wasnt working and stunk when opened. Comforter was dirty woth multiple stains and cigarette burns on it. Room smelt like cigarettes and was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. I was supposed to be there 3 days. I cancelled 2 days and Orly stayed the first night because it was late and i did not want to try to find another room.

    During check in, the guy at the front desk asked me to pay an additional $5 because I was having company over 12oclock. Which I didn’t understand. Then, fast forward to going to my room let’s just say there is no air in the highways nor in the elevator they have fans all through the place. Going into my room, they had the air conditioner off so it was mighty hot in there , with a little of a smell. Cool I brushed that off by turning on the A/C and leaving for bout 15 mins to let it cool down. While I was laying down sleep I felt something crawling on me and let’s just say it was a COCKROACH, yes I said it COCKROACH. i instantly got up to make sure I wasn’t going crazy or anything and I wasn’t the big was crawling up the way. Going to let the front desk person know and he tells me that it’s nothing he can do. I showed him a video of the bug crawling up the way and he goes to say what would you like for me to do. So I asked him for a refund and he told me to call Hotel.com to get my refund I did that just for this guy to tell the agent at hotels.com that I lied about a COCKROACH being in my room when he seen the video. Then goes to say I never showed him the video. YALL PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. EVEN A LADY THAT IS STAYING THERE TOLD ME THAT I WASNT LYING ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE COCKROACHES PROBLEMS RIGHT ALONE WITH BED BUGS.

    Staff at front desk was rude & abrupt. Dubious people in lobby. Very personal items on display behind counter giving it an air of “No tell Hotel”. Had booked late for 2 nights in desperation but decided not to stay the second night. Was refused a refund for the 2nd night although I gave notice at 9am the next morning. Left anyway without my refund.
