It was available and it was inexpensive. Felt dirty even when there was no presence of filth. Parking lot wasn’t clean and it just felt dirty. The exit at the back of the building only exited to a locked patio area. Desk Attendant was notnot pleasant nor was she helpful offering information. Towels had stains on them.

nothing. except MAYBE their much needed room decor upgrades. everything else is still the same old “Evergreen” everyone has grown to hate. The customer service was TERRIFIC. i was told, VERBATIM , “Are you fucking crazy” when asking the total after 3 different people with me received a different answer to a total from the front desk, with or without booking info. & then also told to “get the FUCK off the property” when my phone could not be used for tap to pay as it died and as i was attempting to provide the invoice for already paying. she said i “clearly did not have the money to pay” and was trying to get one over on her, which i am understanding of the shit they deal with there , but i don’t appreciate how i was publicly humiliated or spoken to, which under 5 minutes later it was confirmed the room was INDEED PAID from my account, yet she still demanded i leave without refund. i promise im not some crazy, trash-ass, hotel customer, & i understand the customer base there may be a bit rougher, requiring certain levels of sternness & abrasiveness. but i do not feel it was warranted toward me.

It was a place to stay while I was here. The attendant was rude, and didn't have good customer service skills. I had to ask for towels. I complained about, the loud music early into the morning, loud bumps and bangs, dog barking in the room...could not sleep! I got locked in the bathroom and couldn't get out, the door handle needed fixing, I told her, but nothing was done. No microwave dish in the microwave. Pillows were flat!!!

room smelled strongly of bleach Pillows were gross and had thick protectors on them that were uncomfortable. room was poorly cleaned I lifted back the bottom sheet and found smashed food and disgusting mattress Crack heads and others up all night in the halls making noise Parking lot didn't appear to be secure
- 1/5
No Smoke detector (as required by LAW!) in the room. Towel bars in bathroom had come off of the wall. No telephone in the room. The knob on the water in the bathtub was not attached, and you could not adjust the temperature of the water. No cups in the room, no coffee cups or coffee. No elevator ( as required by ADA and local law) to second floor rooms. Office doo locked at all times, clerk refused to answer the phone. I walked out after the first night, and would have done so earlier, but my flight to Portland was delayed by 3 hours, so I had little choice ....
- 1/5
The guy he was really rude really mean the way he answer back really bad service. I’m not recommended the hotel at all.
- 3/5
Parking is easy and seems secure. The room that we are billeted is a huge room, it just needs air freshener to get rid of the room odour. It has only one chair.
- 3/5
No elevator. Hallways are dirty. There’s one time I saw someone peed in the hallway and it took a long time to clean it. The bed is loud like it’s not well built. But the mattress is good. The pillows, I know it’s made of foam but foams from scratch like they just crumpled it together to fit in the pillow cases. The TV screen is broken. The staffs are friendly but cleanliness, location and other things are not recommendable to other guests.
- 1/5
Walls and towels covered in steins. Staff barely speaks English.

- 3/5
Room was good, garbage outside the building in bags, not the cleanest sheets I have ever slept on. It served its purpose
- 1/5
It felt like an hourly hotel you see in the movies for women of the night. I had to rebook at a nearby hotel. We did not stay at this hotel. It was horrible.
- 1/5
Clerk was on personal phone call when I was trying to check in and was rude. No elevator, no sitting area where the check in desk was, sleazy part of town, room floor had a sort of film on it (like the soap wasn’t cleaned off completely), and generally not clean.
- 1/5
So after booking through Hotels.com and receiving my itinerary i was denied my room based on a non-disclosed fee/deposit apon arrival. Hotels.com and Evergreen Inn hustled me out of $59 with no stay. Cant get incontact with a real person from Hotels.com im very upset and disappointed. No indication of if or when ill see my money.

Staff was rude and took forever waiting for someone to come to the check in area. Headed to our room which was not full cleaned only the beds made. The bathroom was disgusting and felt soo dirty over all. The location was terrible as nude and homeless people outside which made myself very uncomfortable and unsafe so I left the premises and didn’t even stay. Will NEVER BOOK THERE EVER!!
- 2/5
Language barrier, I understand.. but little patience not so much appreciated. I just needed a bed to crash on so it worked out, one of those you get what you pay for scenarios.
- 1/5
Had to ring the bell around 8 times and still no answer so I called them and someone finally came out so I could check into my room. The check in person did not tell us where our room was we had to figure it out ourselves.

Terrible stay
- 1/5
Don’t stay here. This place is nasty. There’s holes in the sheets. Mold in the shower. Toilets are dirty paint is pealing. Nasty nasty nasty
- 3/5
Hearing my neighbors scream at each other at 3:00am as though I was next door was kinda the nail on the coffin for staying here. It’s good price but for a reason. Need more insulation between rooms or better security to put a curb to that.
- 1/5
Drove by the hotel and saw a fight in the barking lot. Requested refund, radio silence.
- 2/5
Had to put down an additional "security deposit". TV did not work. People were loitering around security entrance. Could not check out at 6 am, because no one responded to buzzer. Had to wait until later. Would not recommend this establishment.
- 1/5
The reoom was dirty when i checked in. On top of the pillows and sheets covered in stains of ALL kinds. Was going to stay 2 days and left after 1½ dude to the ROACHES crolling around the bed and the whole room. Lucky for me i never got in the bed or opened my suit cases. They refuse to give me a refund even after having videos of it.
- 2/5
Don't expect too much. 2 stars may be generous. The beds are soft but the pillows have plastic bags on them. The covers have cigarette holes burned in them. The floor is destroyed and the sub floor is sagging near the sink. The bathroom was touched up with spray paint. The soda machine has graffiti. The lobby is always locked and they only let you speak through the outdoor window. They only come to help if you push the doorbell. No chance of early check in before 3pm.
- 1/5
The room smelt like straight bleach. There were prostitutes and drug addicts in the hallway. All night, fighting and applying their trade. The front desk clerk was rude.I had to move to 3 different rooms because none of the t v's worked.Th

Was told 5 to 7 days to get my deposit. After ten days, i called. Was told oh, you smoked in the the room. I dont smoke! Gross rooms, fake deposits, they just keep. You guys put them on your website?! I would like to know how you can do that??? Im telling everyone. Expedia? Nope. Suggestion: Do NOT PUT THIS HOTEL TO WHERE YOURE LIABLE. THEYRE LIARS AND THIEVES AND GROSS!
- 1/5
I walked out immediately upon arrival. The smell in the halls and room was horrendous. There was women’s fingernails, hair, toe jam etc on the floors, in the bed etc. I was solicited by a prostitute on my way out! Inside the building! Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
- 1/5
The person checked us behind a glass desk which was unnerving. She assigned our room, and we carried our luggage up (no elevator). The room was occupied by other people. We went downstairs (with luggage) and told her. She apologized and reassigned the room. The room was filthy. The shower was peeling, the floors were old and dirty, the pillows were plastic with pillowcases over them, the sheet was very thin, the shower curtain was very stained, the towels were incredibly worn, the windows were so dirty that you could barely see out of them, and the sound barrier between rooms was nonexistent. You could hear doors slamming and people shouting outside. We laid in bed for a few hours but couldn’t sleep. We ultimately left around midnight. This place would be better off burned to the ground. No one should sleep here.
- 1/5
Expedia says the room won't be charged until it's booked. So I paid for the room and add travel protection insurance and yet they absolutely did not refund me . I contact insurance to get refund. They declined and the employee was so awful at hotel I never once slept there. Completely waste of my time. And will not book with them again!

The room was falling apart, the sink faucet was loose, the floor was dirty, the tub seemed it was never cleaned. People were up all night, quiet time started about 5am.

They refuse to fix our broken TV. Everything is dirty. The smoke detector is missing. There are people using drugs in the parking lot. There is no phone, No coffee maker, the sinks drips, no security. Everything is dirty including the loud guest and the workers are stupid and rude.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel where we weren't allowed to use the shower or tub. We were told that we would get a bath or shower in the morning in a different room one of the maids told us that we could go ahead and shower in the shower in our room. Even though it was painted the day before and unfortunately we ruined the paint job. But the maid told us we could go ahead and do that but it was just a Mis- translation. Managers were very understanding which was okay thank God. But this was the second time in a row that we stayed here that we were not allowed to use our shower throughout the night. Other than that the managers and the staff were wonderful they just should not have any rooms available if they've painted the tubs they shouldn't put those down as available on any website. They should be marked down as no rooms available. So let me explain one more time no rooms should be available if the shower is not available. Sohotels.com if you could figure that out and not put those down on your website that would probably be best.

Ample parking; seems maybe not secure chains and padlocks everywhere. No exterior visible numbers indicating where and in what building to go and how to get there

Room had faucet leak and room smelle
- 1/5
Room filthy. Blood on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. Middle of the day and they dont unlock office door to check us in but use this small window with speaker that you can't hear anything out of because the noise from the traffic and it was pouring rain/cold. Bunch of riff raff types coming in/out yelling being loud.
- 2/5
Parking lot has a lot of garbage and broken down vehicles. Walls and doors in rooms are very dirty and scuffed up. Hallways smell like weed smoke. Front desk person charged me an extra $60 for a security deposited that was not shared with me on Expedia before I booked the room. Then it appeared as the front desk lady charged me twice. I am not happy at all and if I could have cancelled my reservation without loosing the money , I WOULD HAVE! At this point, the only thing that could rectify this horrible expired is a full refund of my money.
- 1/5
Terrible.
- 3/5
Lots of activity at night
- 1/5
The area didn’t feel safe. Right outside the window, there were cars parked with broken windows. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and inside the room. The bed sheets and pillowcases and the towels ALL had yellow stains, and the comforter had holes from cigarette burns. But the worst part was the bed bugs. I would not recommend staying at this place.
- 2/5
I was not familiar with hotel neighborhood, booked it couple of hours before I came to Portland for overnight stay while road tripping PNW. it’s located in pretty ghetto neighborhood. Front desk staff was supper nice. Room was clean but linen had stains on them, smoke detector was off the wall, shower wasn’t working which I was told ahead, there was no hot when I turned faucet. Next door ppl were loud, knocking on my door at 1 am, slamming in their door loud. Barely able to sleep, checked out early in the morning. It’s what you get for prove you pay.
- 5/5
I could tell that it was recently remodeled, so it was clean and sanitary. The lady at the desk didn’t seem to be in a very good mood though.
- 1/5
There's a 60$ cash deposit
- 2/5
Did not feel too safe there.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, the reviews did not match the property or experience I had. My room had a baggie of left over drugs in it. There was some terrible things going on in other rooms close to me, that I could hear all night. I didnt even want to stay here as it was not safe at all.
- 2/5
Customer Service was was lackluster and unkind. I have many details to share, but will refrain. Rather not go backwards to recall what all made a mark on my stay. I was being merely tolerated by staff. No tact, warmth, or respect. The room was sizable, and looked good enough to the naked eye. Lots of things were in disrepair and needed to be replaced. Upon further inspection and review. Very bad odor!! It’s located is on a major street and the activity at night turns ungodly. I did not feel safe at all. I regretted booking a room there. Luckily, the price was right and I didn’t spend a lot of money. I would not stay there again. Proceed with caution. My personal experience here was pretty awful.

- 1/5
This was one of the most dirtiest nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in.
- 1/5
this was a very unsafe property that I feared for my families well being the whole night.
- 2/5
Nowhere on this app does it say anything about a deposit of $60 that is questionably refundable, they tell you as you're kind of forced to pay it are you are SOL if you already booked and paid through hotels.com that your deposit if everything goes well on your end should be refunded to your original payment method as soon as you check out 11am But here it is 6:30 p.m the day of checkout and I yet to get my returned deposit ,the people at the window weren't the kindest to say the least. The motel is for lack of better words disgusting and sketchy from the parking lot to the Halls leading to your room are very iffy and kind of scary. If I'm being honest there are numerous night workers if you know what I mean, walking throughout the whole property. Just a place I definitely want to return to. Are spend my money. Which is unfortunate because the property in the placement of the hotel has amazing potential if they clean cleaned up and I guess cared a little bit more about the experience that the customer is going to have.
- 1/5
Honestly i just needed this as a last minute 1 night stay so i already had very low expectations. Honestly the bar fell even lower that i could have possibly imagined. Very unsafe. Very dirty. Not even an ice machine on the premises when its clearly in the pictuer. No ac. No smoke detectors. Broken door. Very very bad location
- 1/5
The area was very shady. We found drug users, pimps, and prostitution out front. Our booking with Expedia didn’t say for adults only. I had my two grandchildren with me. And the place said for adults only. The listing is deceiving. I want a refund. Checked into the Holiday Inn down the street.
- 3/5
I’m going to say positive first. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean and had hot, warm and cold water. Now checking in required a deposit ( there are NO services) and no deposit was listed on expedia. The front desk is not accessible so it’s funny that’s the photo on website. Reception is through a slot in the window All Times. But the craziest was one pillow was a pillow case with a paper bag full of synthetic quilt filling. I can’t really mention the other guests and what they were doing for business “at the hotel” but I think it’s only legal in Nevada and Netherlands. Parking lot is dirty with litter and junk and actual dirt. Front office had a wooden pallet leaning against it
- 1/5
This was a seedy, low vibe hotel, where after i got there i felt safer at the airport and they never gave me my deposit back. Only stay here if you have no other option.
- 3/5
Its is ok for a super limited budget but I left a day early and won't be back. The family that runs it is very nice and the room was clean... it's just not a good neighborhood. Air conditioner worked well but There's no furniture in the room beside bed and TV stand, no chair or anywhere to sit.
- 1/5
The Neighborhood is unsafe. The hotel Parking lot is unsafe, and very dirty. The Hotel Hallways are dirty and smell bad. The room was dirty. The airconditioning did not work well. The TV Remote control did not work. The Bathroom sink only dispensed extremely hot water. The staff was unfriendly and demanding. I recommend hotels.com to discontinue association with this hotel
- 5/5
Stayed here again once again highly satisfied....
- 5/5
I stay at this Hotel a lot and Everytime I have an amazing experience very clean newly remodeled excellent for the price ... definitely can't beat the price ...when I am in the room it fills like I am at the Hilton
- 1/5
Stay away! Terrible area with working prostitutes and not so discreet strip club sex clubs; unsafe rooms with 2 inch gap under the doors-anyone can use a hanger to open your door or use a mirror to spy; bedding and towels stained or unwashed from previous user. This hotel was in a residential area and clearly unsafe with police rolling through the property at checkout, a man was apparently robbed. Other guests slamming doors all night long. Yelling and screaming all night long with a domestic duspute. Inside the gated hotel parking area, there was what appeared a chop shop with a man spray painting the hood of his car. Car alarms going off at night but too scared to go see if it was my rental. This property needs to be removed from Expedia. No one should have endurred a night like that.
- 1/5
The only saving grace to this place was that the room itself that I rented looked exactly as the picture. But outside the room prostitutes were walking around in thong underwear. There were drug sales and prostitution propositions all over the place and the outside grounds were dirty. There was no security other than cameras and the staff were extremely rude and uncaring
- 1/5
Made the mistake of staying here as I had an early flight out of PDX, absolutely terrible. The room was dirty across the board, with pillows and blinds covered in splatters and stains, scalding hot water coming out of the sink, so hot if you held your hands under it you would probably sustain burns. I didn’t even end up washing my face or hands in the night I stayed. I was approached and taunted in the brief 3 minutes I was in the parking lot. As a solo female traveler, this was extremely unnerving, and I do not recommend staying here if you are solo and female.
- 2/5
You can’t really trust the house keepers, when I left the property they entered my room and took stuff!

There were tons of prostitutes. The pictures are not what you get and it’s in one of the most unsafe areas.

I’ve also stayed at the Hyatt, which costs about four times as much, and the rooms were very similar. I will definitely be staying at Evergreen more often — the price and quality can’t be matched. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; I’ve never had an issue. Also, the receptionist at the front is gorgeous, which is a nice bonus!

I've stayed in motels all over the world and have paid high prices for rooms of varying quality—but I must say, I'm truly impressed by the value I received at Evergreen Inn. I've rented a room here at least seven times in the past month, and every single stay has exceeded my expectations. Each room I've stayed in was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—so much so that at times, I felt like I was staying at the Hilton. It's clear that the staff at Evergreen Inn take great pride in the quality and care of their rooms. For the price I paid, the experience was honestly unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a clean, peaceful place to stay without breaking the bank. Well done, Evergreen Inn!

Horrible hotel used as prostitution and drug ring. Was terrified to park my car in the parking lot. Felt very uncomfortable tgrough the entire stay. Room smelled of cat urine and the beds had plastic sheets

Because the was nothing posted about a $60 deposit in addition to room rate. Our refrigerator was not working and had to be replaced. It was taken care of, but it took most of the day to accomplish. When I went to the window to ask about the refrigerator, I stood at the window while the manager ignored me, as well as other paying customers, for over 20 min. Because he was on a phone call with his family. Room was clean, but floor had not been mopped before we arrived. The entire 1st floor smelt of Marijuana smoke, and the rules regarding smoking was not enforced according to state law. Finally, there was nothing posted about 11am checkout, and we lost half of our deposit since we weren't out of the room before 11AM. Overall, a decent place, a little high on price, no customer service, and lack of communication on policies (deposit, check-out). Not certain that ill return, but I won't necessarily avoid it.
- 1/5
This place is not as described it is a nightmare, like a brothel with addicts everywhere of you are a woman uou are not safe here, the men who work here just sneak in your room even with security lock and make a weird excuse. It’s also extremely filthy, feces on the counter, trash everywhere, bed bugs, the biggest roaches I have ever seen! All the good reviews are completely fake amd they stole deposit and I didn’t even stay there or sleep in the room.
- 2/5
The lady who checked us in was professional and nice. However the outside of the property is quite run down and seemed unsafe though the lady assured us that they had CC TV cameras all around. The shower area was dirty (full of hair from previous guests), towels had stains, only 2 bath towels for 3 people. We asked for extra bath towel and it was the size of the hand towel. There is no place in the bathroom to keep the soap or anything else. We checked out early due to early flights (3:30 am checkout) and there were people who were drinking in the parking. One person was loiterning around talking on phone. Will not stay in this property again.
- 1/5
We booked a room showed up to check in and they said they had no rooms. Our credit card had already been charged. And now they say there was 8 rooms available. And won't refund our money!!! Crappy customer service could t even speak English!
- 1/5
When I arrived in the afternoon lobby doors locked and serviced from sliding window. Homeless and drug users in and around property. Appears some long term residents live here. Trash in stairwell. The room smelled of cat feces and the dander triggered my allergies. I immediately left and did not return. Called the motel and left a message. They never returned my call.
- 1/5
There were seven stains and public hair in the bed. Ask for new sheets to change the bed and the manager did give them and disagreed with me about the bed being dirty, I tried showing him the video and he did not want to see it.
- 1/5
I cringe to even give this place one stare. Charged me $50 for key. I had 3 $20;s, he took it, said because there was 2 guests the charge was $60. The room stunk & was filthy, I mean filth! I would have left but I prepaid & money is tight. I went bought cleaning & disinfectant products. Think before using this place. I told desk person, was told that should be told to cleaning person NOT her!!! Looked & sounded kind of looked like they rented rooms by hour (?). Not a nice place,I should of taken pictures but was so upset didn't even think too.

It felt more like a slum that had the interior remodeled. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. The entrance is narrow. The exterior of the buildings is awful. You cannot enter the lobby to checkin, you have to use a walk up window and it is almost impossible to hear the attendant.

My partner and I felt very unsafe here. The motel is located in quite an unsafe area of town. The room felt dirty and the toilet was constantly flushing on its own. We decided not to stay here for the night as we felt too unsafe. We tried to ask for a refund upon check out but the staff would not allow a refund. I’m not usually one to post a review but I feel like this was not a good experience that it is worth letting others know.

Room was nice easy check in deposit not paid back to my card yet!

This 'hotel' doesnt even have a front lobby. Its in such an unsafe area that the staff have to assist you through a window like youre in jail. The employee was horrible and when I told him I needed a refund since I felt unsafe, he just rolled his eyes at me and muttered something I couldn't hear through the window he was behind. I could go on more, but Expedia really needs to take 5 minutes to use Google maps to see juat how horrible this area is and take it off their website.

My room was spacious and clean.
- 1/5
Slow check in and required an unexpected additional deposit rendering the low rate moot. Toilet didn't flush. Got bed bug bites, even fell out of the unsafe shower because the floor had no mat or grip. Felt unsafe. Condom wrappers in hallway, noises all hours of the night, prostitutes lurking in the parking lot.
- 3/5
Not a safe area for a single woman
- 1/5
It was trashy hookers literally in the parking lot crack heads knocking on my door at 3a.m. I left after 4hrs and neither them or Expedia has done anything to get my my money back

My cousin called the hotel for directions, he did not have his hearing aids in and the desk clerk was hard to understand. They got into an argument and the clerk told him not to come to the hotel because he cancelled the reservation.

They tried to kick us out cause they thought we only ordered for 2 people when we ordered for 4 so we had to agure with them for about 20min Not to mention each time we went down we had to wait an hour for the guy to come back to the window with a line already formed. Also there was a prostitue doing work on someone right next to were we parked!! THERE WERE CHILDERN THERE! BED SHEETS WERE GROSS AND THERE WERE POOP STAINS OUTSIDE THE BUILDING DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY

My room (#112) had several problems:. 1. The faucet in the sink was loose. It actually moved when I turned the water on and off. 2. The AC unit mounted in the wall did not function. It was plugged in but couldn't be turned on to adjust the temperature. 3. There was no mention of w-fi, nor was a password provided if wi-fi did exist there.. 4. There was no chair to sit in. 5. I had a 2-day reservation, but my key expired after 1 day and I had to get it re-set.to get into my room. 6, There was a cigarette burn in one of the 2 bedspreads. 7. The "closet" area had no hangers and no rod to hang clothes on ...even if there were hangers. 8. Basically the room itself looked like the renovation was not completed and nobody examined the room to notice these issues or fix them. If I'd known what the situation was before I reserved the room online, I would not have rented it. I had to stand outdoors to complete my check in because the lobby was deliberately locked to prevent entry. The renovation of the motel was not complete but they were renting rooms that weren't ready anyway. There was a vending machine machine for beverages in the hallway in my building that was not operational at all.
- 4/5
There is no fridge or microwave in the room as mentioned
- 2/5
I was charged a $10 pet fee for my service animal and the blankets had cigarette burns and holes. Water temperature only got warm.
- 2/5
I entered the room and it was filthy. Tub was dirty and there were burn holes all over the blankets. It was nasty all artic around
- 5/5
The staff is awesome
- 1/5
The room didn’t look like it was ever cleaned. The bathroom, toilet, the tables or surfaces were dusty, nasty. Whenever you walk in you smell pot. I would not even sit on the toilet without putting a cover on the toilet seat. The tub, the shower curtain smelled and begged for changing. So nasty! I regret going cheap for that trip. Ugh

No one at the front desk, had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come check me in. The blankets in the room had holes in them and the pillows were tiny. The bathroom looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a while. After having checked me in the front office lady barged into the room without knocking stating that someone told her I had checked out. The other guests were loud and in the morning when I opened my door the light fixture was broken in the middle of the hallway and no one had bothered to clean it up.

Where to start... The hotel says it's an airport hotel but is about 4 miles away and there is no shuttle just mass transit. They desk was unattended every time i went including to checkout. They never answered so i had to send my keycard through the slot and hope for the best. The room did have hot water but it was to the right not left. The water pressure is low. The shower head is about perfect if your 5'5" or under. The water temperature fluctuates constantly. The mattress was new but rock hard. The room was surface cleaned but needs a deep cleaning. The vent in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. The trip gard for the bathroon door was not attached fully so it became a trip hazard. You can see under the room door. One of the outside security doors doesn't even latch so anyone can get in. Everything echos and you can hear everything in the hallway or rooms next to you. There is a collection of broken vehicles in the back of the lot that I would guess belongs to long term residents which there seemed to be a few of. As a whole it is uncomfortable, loud, unsecure, and run down. I won't be staying again.
- 4/5
Recently renovated, new floors and paint ... Great price. Very comfortable bed. Rooms include refrigerators and microwave ovens.
- 3/5
It serms like homeless people live there people comming out smoking cigarettes walking up and down the motel walkway.I only wanted to stay for 2 days but paid for 3 so I couldn't get no money back.No ice buckets no phones in rooms .Only pop machine Holes in blankets toilet running Tub leaking.

We checked in and there are signs posted everywhere "No Smoking" however upon entering the room that is all you could smell was smoke and must. The floor at the edge of the bed was sticky, and the remote for the tv was not in the room and when we did get the remote it would not work with the tv. If you needed to talk to the person at the front counter you had to go outside and talk through a window. I would not recommend this place at all!!!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only convenience is that is was located 2.7miles from Portland airport.

Rude, and angry.

Upon entering our room, we were extremely disappointed. The whole building smells like cigarette smoke. Our room did as well; wholes on the bed sheets, filthy floors, and don’t get me started with the bathroom- it was disgusting! Tub peeling and filthy. Our key stopped working and waited so long to get helped and no apology for the inconvenience was given. Our first night we also saw police activity in the parking lot. The only positive thing about it was how close the airport was. I will never stay here again.

Property is in a state of disrepair they have razor wire just laying by the entrance door that anyone or or they child could get seriously hurt if they touch it. The amenities listed are not right the rooms do not have a fridge or microwave the building looks run down and dirty the locking doors to the building are being constantly propped open by people do anyone ca. just walk in I am going to request a refund due to the inaccurate website description and the dirtiness of the room and property

Buen lugar

This place is definitely unacceptable. I needed something for few hours for overnight layover flight. Gave me a dirty room after waiting on the cold for a while to get someone to attend to me. I had to request another room. Shower wasn't draining properly, holes in linens. It was late and i was too tired to do something about it

Absolutely worst hotel ever, no hot water, room is filthy, no one at the front desk nobody will answer the phone. Do not stay here its worse then just staying on the street itself!!

No staff was available for checkin. After ringing the bell for 30 minutes standing out in the cold I left to find another hotel.
- 3/5
No fridge , no hot water to make even coffee or tea ,no iron . Just simple things

It was horrible
- 1/5
Nothing worked in the room , not the lights not the tv
- 1/5
Totally unprofessional front desk employee took a hour to come to the desk and was sleeping and rude
- 1/5
This place shouldn’t be allowed in business. The drug activity? The prostitution, the homeless problem is over the top. My room didn’t even have blinds on the window. Most of the down stairs rooms windows were broke out. This place is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one.
- 3/5
I was waiting for long time to get my room no body was in that lobby and I am still waiting for my deposit still not get it back

Decent & clean. Appreciate

Was supposed to stay until Monday but the room was so dirty, we had no choice but to stay the first night. There were bugs there. The room had no heat at all, just an ac unit. On one of the walls there was yellow liquid that seemed to have seeped and stained it or something, idk. In the middle of the night there were people yelling and screaming and arguing. The walls were thin and we could hear everything. The room smelled like a smoke room when non-smoking was requested. We don’t recommend the Inn at all.
- 1/5
Hair Dirt and Filth everywhere. Very unsafe, random (non customer) knocked on my door. I called the front desk and notified them to which they said, "oh! Don't answer!". I'm pretty sure they were trying to mug me or sell me drugs, idk. I felt unsafe, didn't stay the second night. Lesson learned.

Everything was horrible. I didnt stay and ended up getting another hotel.
- 1/5
The room itself was very nice, much nicer than the other loocal motels weve stayed at. However the room lacked a refrigerator, a microwave, and the heater was also broken .
- 2/5
Staff was rude but makes sense due to the area being unsafe.
- 3/5
Made unauthorized purchase for $300 a week after I checked out. PD investigating currently.
- 1/5
Roaches inside room. Exterior looked run down and abandoned. Hallways and room smell of bleach

If you're thinking about staying here, DON'T! Bad neighborhood. Litter everywhere outside the building. The parking lot is gated but the gate doesn't work. The entrances are not marked and the lobby is locked, you have to check in through a banker window from outside. There is no art on the walls and no lamps. There is no literature to tell you what the wifi password is, (I decided not to ask, I wouldn't trust it anyway). The TV only showed static. When I tried to call the front desk, I found the phone was unplugged. I went to the front desk to complain and the guy said there is no phone service but that someone whould be up to fix the TV. Nobody ever came.
- 1/5
The towels were burnt in places. The shower you had to keep rotating to get the absolute right spot or thebwater would be ice cold. Was there for 6 nights, none of the days the room was serviced. The shower curtain was broken in multiple places. Stains on the sheets. Two tiny uncomfortable pillows on the king bed.
- 4/5
Staff were helpful when i had an issue w my window not locking
- 1/5
Nothing in the room works. Wi-Fi isn’t great. Room smelled like cigarettes. Shower only had one temperature of boiling hot. Felt like I was back in the barracks.
- 1/5
I did like how close it was to the airport.
