The room smelled like an ashtray for being a non smoking room. Floor was dirty, shower hear had a hole in the Ballard leaked. Beds we very well used and uncomfortable. Sad that I chose the place glad it was just for a short night.

It was cool. Nothing to complain about. That's all I was looking for.

Stains on the beds, toliet seat wasnt attached to toliet, bath was covered in pubes and stains. Floors were also very dirty

Felt safe traveling with family and dogs. No real space for dogs to use.

My bed was very comfortable. For the most part it was quiet, a few loud noises late night but nothing unmanageable. Everyone that worked here was great! So helpful and kind. I didn't like it that my water was off almost an entire day with no compensation. And the new owner n a plumber bullying me to let them in my room with a 20 min notice to enter. Which I know is completely illegal but I didn't want to rustle any feathers. See above

Holes and bad drywall everywhere, shower head was leaking and didnt have good steam. Bed was stiff and squeaky so it made it hard to stay asleep. Had 3 cops right outside the area and homeless around like crazy also.

On my first night’s day, I had a majorsugar ant issue in the bathroom, I then reported it and the lady said she would be right up the past the buck onto the next coworker coming on shift and she came up and sprayed and left a trap for them, but by the time that all got taken care of they were already had tracked on my clothes going into the rest of the room and I find them crawling on me. I should’ve asked for an upgrade or a discount with having to deal with them for the three days I was there.

Close to store and place to eat. Upon arrival late evening, our rooms heater had been taken apart and was on the floor. No other “suite” was available, so we were placed in a plan room. By this time it was after midnight. When we awoke, our sink faucet was noted broken and no water would run. It took all day to repair. Our room was entered while we were gone and without our permission. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Towels for only one person for one night. The refrigerator in the room kept freezing our fluids and food. Only a 5% discount on our next stay of one night was offered for our inconvenience.

Area of this GHETTO MOTEL was advertised poorly, it is in a weird junk area. It isnt as good as it looks in the pictures. The room REEKED of cigarette smoke despite being non smoking. Couch had stains, linens were dirty, and there was a random DISGUSTING purple lingerie near the bathroom, as if this room hadnt been cleaned. A sharp nail was sticking out of the bathroom door, and my travel partner hurt themself. The coffee maker, fridge, and microwave was gross. TV had a hard time working, and the general atmosphere was terrible. Never going back. We didnt feel comfortable or safe for even a second. Would rather sleep at a motel6.
- 1/5
Raggedy and run down staff were nice though
- 2/5
First thing that I did not like was there was no shuttle service to the airport. Second red flag was got checked into the room and the TV didn't work then got moved to another room and the remote control would not work. Will never stay there again.
- 4/5
Not the hotel's fault, but resident came in around midnight in the unit above me and made an unbelievable racket, either they were drunk or rearranging furniture. I awoke out of a dead sleep. They had no concept of how much noise they were making. I reported the issue to the staff the next morning.
- 2/5
Appearance outside was older but seemed well kept by initial appearance, but inside was a different story. Noisy outside due to thin walls and lots of people coming and going (not stupid as I know what that usually means). Room wasn’t filthy but not clean either, dirty electrical switches or non functioning switches paint and drywall peeling, corners were pretty dirty, “nightlight” and car headlights peeling through the blinds made it hard to sleep. Water pressure was non existent, and bed linen was definitely well used. Mold was growing along caulk seam in sink, and fridge had a funk that is hard to place.
- 2/5
The window check in felt very unsafe. Needing to see everyone's id who was in the party also makes this place feel unsafe. And the room smells terrible.
- 1/5
Stayed there for the night. Room smelled very bad of smoke, couch was dirty and stained with white substance.
- 1/5
We booked this before reading all of the reviews, then promptly booked something else. Not worth it to save $30. Other people's reviews show possible blood stains on bedding in a "clean" room. C'mon now.
- 5/5
We checked in to our room, tried to watch TV but the sound didn’t work. We went to sleep. We woke up the next morning and drove away.
- 1/5
While we had high hopes after speaking with the receptionist, upon entering the room we were hit with the smell of mildew. We know the pacific northwest can be wet…but this was drastic as we’ve lived in the PNW for 10 years. Between seeing obvious signs that the cleaning staff ignored cleaning (refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out, used soap was left from previous stay, no refresh of toiletries, trash wasn’t taken out, cobwebs were found in the kitchen), i went to check the bed for any bugs & the dampness & the long term stains on the mattress showed me this isn’t a case of one time cleaning negligence, this is a long-time pattern. We checked out 30mins after arriving, the hotel owner denied a refund & now we are disputing the charge with our bank. This is a place that should be closed down as a health hazard, please stay as far away from this filth as possible. Expedia won’t protect you from making the mistake of staying here, so please look elsewhere…
- 1/5
The staff was so kind. Unfortunately all of the rooms smelled so bad of smoke. We had a small child with us and the staff tried hard to accommodate that and get us the best room without the smoke smell but we toured their 6 available rooms and they all had the smoke smell. As we were checking out another person was complaining that their toilet stopped working that morning. Everything about the room was fine though. There’s no breakfast available and the front desk reception area is closed day and night so you have to go to the side “night” window.
- 5/5
I would recommend her for management and a raise. The service was really that great. I travel a lot, and oftentimes check-ins are just very generic and robotic. As many business transactions are. But when a arriving after a long trip, and you're tired and hot as this week was, that extra mile and a little smile goes a long way to make it feel like a welcoming place to lay your head down. Don't forget her raise you can tell the date and time I checked in. Would be ashamed to lose such a valued employee, and I am sure you agree.
- 2/5
Noisy! The walls are super thin.
- 5/5
Wasn't too bad at all, the front desk Lady was super sweet and she made sure to be as helpful as possible in every way 💝
- 1/5
It was a cheap bed to stay in for the night. We paid for two nights but ended up leaving after night one. The breakfast was closed due to COVID supposedly. The property felt safe enough which is a rare thing in Portland. The sheets were stained and dirty. None of the doors closed properly with out extra effort. The two beds have vastly different levels of softness. And watch out for the deposit nearly the same price as the two nights that takes 2-3 business days to get back. Hopefully I get it back.
- 1/5
I will NEVER even a single penny at this or any other econolodge ever again! For numerous reasons and those being 1.) the room was filthy! I cleaned the room myself during my stay and the day of checkout as well which I REGRET doing the day I left for the simple reason being they did NOT return my $100 deposit
- 2/5
I recently lost my place to live after my son passed away this last February. I don't have family or even many friends to fall back on so my ESA King and I have been toughing it out! So I decide we need a break and rented us a nice cozy room for four days! We deserve it. King is loving the nice big soft bed!
- 1/5
First of all we didn't like anything about this place. The lock on the door would not lock, the toilet kept backing up on us, the faucet on the sink was too short to reach the sink and very hard to turn on. There were outlets without face plates and not enough outlets to plug anything into. You couldn't go into the lobby because it was locked all the time and filled with nothing but junk in there. I could go on and on but I hope you get the idea of how bad it was.
- 1/5
This is a hooker hotel.
- 2/5
Lobby closed at 3pm had to use night window. Approached by a prostitute that invited me back to her room while I was checking in at the night window.
- 2/5
We stayed 3 nights, other than a little bit verbal disturbances on the 2nd night. It was ok. If you can be comfortable amongst blatant sex work, you’ll be fine. If your cleanliness/repair standards are subpar, you’ll be fine. If you are ok with stale smoke coming into your bathroom via the ceiling vent, you’ll be fine. The morning staff worker was very chatty and kind. The other was chill, when I gave him feedback about this being an obvious hub for sex workers he pretty much acknowledged it but also added that they can’t control what the guests do. Fair enough. Towels were clean, water was hot, AC was decent. Depending on the age and maturity level of your kids, you may not want to bring them, ours are teens and we used this experience as a teachable moment.
- 2/5
The first room smelled like a bottle of pineapple was dumped. The second room had a smashed tv. The third room was run down but we stayed because no refund. Very noisy and rundown.

Pretty chill place nice workers it's the basics but great if your using public transportation
- 1/5
Loud talking and loitering all through the night— including slamming of doors, yelling, nefarious activities in parking lot. Sketchy neighborhood, felt unsafe, besides the fact that we were unable to sleep due to all the loud outdoor happenings all throughout the night & into the morning.
- 1/5
The lady at the front desk was lovely. However, when I arrived at my room it was not as advertised and reeked of marijuana. The room was absolutely filthy, and felt unsafe. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
- 1/5
It was horrible. The room sucked I was around to many people there were bums and hookers outside. I was told it's not safe to even keep my car here. We had a guy partying all night. Loud music and they were prank calling us. Bad experience.
- 1/5
We arrived at the property in person around 10pm looking for a place to spend just one night in our roadtrip. We made known to the lady in the office that we had two little kids with us and she checked us in. While there was nothing wrong with the room itself, we had a terrible night, because there were prostitutes and noise all night long in the rooms all around us. There was even loud music playing at 3am and then at 6am a drugged woman passed and knocked every room's doors crying and asking for help and someone to open, which in addition to the terrible night, woke up our kids for good. The lady in the front office should have warned us of all this activity that was expected or normal I guess going on for this property and had we known it, we would have never checked in here. The non-smoking room also smelled like smoke and it was just disgusting to think about all else that goes on in that room and around the property on regular basis. The parking lot in the morning was full of trash, from cars that had parked through the night with shady characters who were gone by the morning. We will be asking for a refund and I hope this review is useful to anyone who has any regards for decency and respect, to avoid this hotel at all costs.
- 4/5
Very helpful and the maid took her time while I awaited a cab as I needed an electrical outlet. The cab was something else and we all got frustrated. Thank you Econo Lodge.

When I booked online I booked a king suite with jetted tub for $, when I checked in I was given a king suite no jetted tub. When I questioned the front desk I was told the booking was only for a king suite no jetted tub, so I asked if a jetted tub room was available, and it was available but would cost an additional $. So I paid the fee and received the room I originally thought I was getting for $$. I contacted expedias customer support and asked for reimbursement, the first agent Oliver was super helpful but informed me I would have to get a refund from the property. When I asked the property I was told the refund would have to come from Expedia. So I contacted Expedia again and received a much less helpful agent Joelle who told me the refund would have to come from the property, frustrated with the lack of helpfulness I ended the conversation. The next morning when I checked out I inquired again with the property and was again told the refund would have to come from Expedia. So again I contacted an agent Melissa who seemed to already know what I was inquiring about and went straight to work trying to find my refund, she told me the refund was issued the same day I first inquired about it and would be in my account 10-12 days later. I am still waiting for my refund and will not book at that property again and will definitely think twice before using Expedia in the future. Chatting with the agents was the only way I could find help and took over an hour each time.

We reserved a non smoking room, the first room we were assigned we were hit with an incredibly bad smell of marijuana coming from the room. We went and told the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms because we paid for a nonsmoking room. The guy at the front desk made it seem like it was normal and not a big deal. We got a new “non smoking” room and immediately noticed the cigarette burn marks on the top of the dressers. Along with lingering smell of marijuana. Not impressed and would not recommend staying in this hotel.

Dirty and smells bad. Dont run the heat/ac smells worse. Likely a homless shelter. Wouldnot recomend

My daughter and I had an early flight and booked the EconoLodge because of the airport location. I tried to make it work because the stay was nonrefundable, but it was impossible. The pictures on the listing reflect some idealized version of the property. The layout is the same, but it is in disrepair and feels sketchy as soon as you drive onto the premises. The locked lobby--check-in is through the night window at 9 p.m.--doesn't inspire confidence. Seeing two prostitutes in the parking lot was close to the final straw but I really wanted to make it work because we had prepaid. The room next door to ours had multiple bags of trash stacked outside the door. Our room felt clean-ish, but uncomfortable--it felt like we had checked into some rough hostel. And the door did not lock. The bolt would not turn, the bar lock at the top had two loose screws that I could probably have popped off if I was so inclined, and then I discovered we could open the door from the outside just by pushing on it. So back to the front desk to get another room, as I tried to honor our reservation. The second room felt even worse and the bar lock was missing completely. We left. Anyone this "motel" should read the Google reviews (which I wish I had done) and consider the Best Western Pony Soldier Inn which is only a block away but is in great condition, and is SAFE. The one bright spot was the woman who checked us in and tried to make it work
- 2/5
Train noise early in the morning like 4 to 5 am was crazy.
- 1/5
We needed a place to crash for less than 8 hours on a Monday night before flying out of PDX. Chose this place over slightly cheaper options due to photos and reviews. Arrived at 9pm and had to call a phone number to check-in which was not a big deal. Manager was friendly and helpful. We noticed 3-4 cars in the lot with people just hanging out and going in and out of multiple rooms. We were super tired and really didn't think anything of it. Got to our room and it absolutely wreaked of cigarettes. Again, we didn't want to make a big deal and just tried to get some sleep. TV remote was not linked to the TV so I had to move the HDMI cable and use the buttons on the TV to make it work. Again, not a deal breaker. Went to bed at 11pm and that's when the fun started. For the next 5 hours until we checked out there was a non-stop circus of random cars coming in and out of the parking lot, people literally running up and down stairs, coming in and out of rooms and then peeling out and coming back 20min later. It was still going on when we left for the airport at 4am and saw a crew siphoning gas from cars on the street just outside the parking lot. We are not picky and have stayed at some really sketchy hotels. This one is definitely on that list. Absolutely avoid this place if you are trying to get any sleep...
- 2/5
The room stunk of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor was sticky. Closet items were broken. There was trash on the walkways. Staff were friendly, but interactions with them needed to be conducted through an 8”x10” window that required adults to bend over to use.
- 2/5
To many things going drug smell girls in weird outfit getting in cars bad smell coming from rooms weird things going on very disappointed loud parties very disappointed for the amount we paid never again will we stay
- 1/5
Toilet didn't work, and no maintenance person was available to fix it. So, I had to use the office bathroom on the 1st floor; I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't work. Then around 3 AM, the fire alarm went off even though there was no fire.
- 1/5
The place was full of street walkers!
- 2/5
Loud, unsafe, and not as advertised
- 2/5
First room offered smelled of smoke and pee, had to go through 4 rooms to find one that did not stink... then in the new room the door would not locked properly, had to "tackle" the door to be able to lock it... only positive Chuck at reception, kind and helpful
- 1/5
They have “working Girls” out front who are turning tricks in the rooms not a very safe establishment.
- 4/5
Experience was ok. Great for last minute. Room was good sized, but was missing some of the normal items, like conditioner. The elevator was broken so had to take the stairs to the third floor. Staff at check in was friendly and explained the rules and the ins and outs of the fee spread. All in all, i would give it 3.5 stars, with the possibility of staying again, if there were no other options available at the time.
- 3/5
It was okay. You get what you pay for. Cleanliness was a question for the shower and toilet seat. But it was a place to sleep for the night and it was warm
- 1/5
It was so bad the room was nasty dirty the floor had garbage I couldn’t take my shoes off it’s just nasty I checked out after an hour being there I didn’t even wanna sleep there and the staff refused to give me a refund very very bad service will never go there again
- 2/5
It was in a bad state of disrepair. I didn’t feel safe in that location and didn’t feel the amenities warranted the price. I trusted the name but didn’t get the level of quality I would expect from choice hotels
- 2/5
This motel has this weird thing where they request the ID of all adults staying there. I have never seen that before any place I've ever stayed at. Just make sure everyone has an ID! I was made to stand outside in the freezing snow while everyone's ID was collected from the guy who hated his job and scanned during check in. The elevator was out of service so we trudged up 3 flights in before-mentioned freezing weather. The room did not have the heat on and took a while to warm up. While that could all be forgiven, the bathroom was disgusting and had not been cleaned. Feces and blood smeared on the toilet, and hair in the shower. At least it was close to the airport, right?!
- 3/5
I reserved a Whirlpool hot tub room and the hot tub didn't work the sink in the room was clogged and when you turn the water on nasty stuff came out of the drain the tile around the hot tub was cracked the ceiling was damaged and looking like it was coming down. Outside of the property was a whole bunch of homeless trash.. when I informed them about the complaints of the room they did nothing but send maintenance up to tell me they can't fix it. I was stuck with a price of a Jacuzzi room and didn't get to use the jacuzzi. Let's not forget they have hidden fees they don't advertise it if you get there before 3:00 p.m. you have to pay $30 early check in and they tax the early check-in so really it's $35 if you come to your room at noon... Which is definitely crazy when they want you out at 11:00 the next day... I knew it was a little sketch when I arrived at the property and you couldn't go into the main office they had to go to a night window on the side to check in.. guests were loud and pouring beer on people's cars from the second level....this was literally just the complete opposite of a relaxing night with the family.and was never reimbursed for anything.
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful to go the extra mile to and from Econo Lodge.
- 1/5
Couldn’t park our uhaul truck on the premises. And overnight the truck gets broken into . The hotel wouldn’t allow us a late check out to wait for roadside assistance… very cold and stoic staff .. horrible HORRIBLE
- 1/5
My stay was horrible. The front desk clerk was unprofessional and informed someone pretending to be a concerned friend of mine my room number and it was an overall terrible experience.
- 3/5
it had a weird smell like someone had smoked in it. The bathroom was dirty. They did come and cleaned it.
- 2/5
The sheets and the towels were clean and fresh. Not so much the rest of the place. Maybe having some housekeeping challenges -- floor was so dirty it blackened my bare feet, coffee and food spills were not cleaned up from previous guest, and bathtub cleaning was spotty. There are transient tenants who come and go at all hours, so lots of car noise and loud conversations outside my room well into the night. (midnight, 2:30 am, 4am). The office staff was very pleasant.
- 1/5
They had bedbugs and wouldn’t give me a refund after I only checked in for 10 minutes total
- 3/5
Room 207 is in front of an “ Out of Order” elevator; so I lucky not to be on third floor. This also is where garbage is kept because of the large number of gnats flying in front of this. Which of course swept into the room and I had to kill a few bugs as they flew in. The DirectTv did not function, The desk person I met first was rude but the second one made up for that. There’s a homeless encampment right outside the gated parking lot. It made me nervous to leave my car there, but it was okay.
- 1/5
We booked and prepaid online. Upon arriving the hotel did not feel safe and there was a lot of activity on the property and surrounding area. We contacted hotels.com immediately to request a different location and when they contacted the hotel manager to approve our change because we prepaid the manager refused to refund us because of our concerns. We have put in 2 requests to be reconsidered and have yet to be refunded.
- 3/5
There were bugs in our room. Not just flies, but moth-like bugs. The room smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. There were empty liquor bottles in the nightstand left from the previous guests. The mattress was hard and not very comfortable, though we got used to it over the few days we were there. The lady who checked us in was very friendly though.
- 1/5
There’s is homeless everywhere and it is a very unsafe location. The personnel was to lazy to get me toilet paper and rude. The room was porky cleaned and we found a stink bug.the elevator was broken. Worst hotel I have stayed in i warned you.
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff and Room was clean. Majority of the time it was quit other then the homeless living right off the premises which would be the cityes fault on not doing their job. Overall we had a great experience. We were hoping the hot tub would be available but due to covid it was not.
- 3/5
The sheets had crusted spots stuck in them. I had to ask the maid for a new sheet, which i then had to change myself. Cops showed up due to someone needing to be removed from the room 2 doors down from ours. Person then just hung out on balcony. (This is at 10:30pm). The bathroom door had clearly been kicked in before as there were screws holding the door together, and the door no line fully closed.
- 2/5
Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. I did not enjoy the fact that the parking Lot looked sketchy. When I arrived, there were 3 guys staring at people and cars. Also, check in time was at 3. I arrived at 3:20ish and I was told that the room wasn’t ready and it was going to be a while. Me and my partner were tired after a long trip, so we got disappointed on the fact that the room wasn’t ready. What’s the point of saying that checking time is at 3 if the room isn’t ready. Therefore, we went to some near stores and came back at 5pm. Yet, the room wasn’t ready yet. So we had to wait 30 more minutes while the room was getting cleaned. Once we were able to get inside, the floor was all dirty and funny smelling like cigarette. We waited over 2 hours for a not well cleaned room. Service was 4/5, cleanliness was 2/5, and overall 2/5. Jacuzzi didn’t make bubble :(
- 2/5
A lot homeless around and dirty
- 2/5
this motel has ant problem . never said nothing about the traps my dog could of got ill from, or the fact they are on towels and bed and in your food if unaware. i ask at check out and desk lady sounded suprised about ant problem. i said i got pictures qnd video and her tune changed to yes they do have a problem. liar about alot there. i wont go back
- 2/5
Not a good area of the city. The property had a ‘watch your back’ type feel to it. Felt like I had to keep checking on my car for fear of it being stolen. Employee at the front desk has horrible customer service, she over shared weird personal issues and made me feel badly for asking for extra towels after being there for 2 days and had to wait until the next afternoon to receive them. Extended my stay an evening and she was put off by the fact that I needed my keys redone for the room, constantly on her phone wouldn’t even look up from it when ‘helping’ me. I had to reach through the window and lift/move things myself at her direction because she couldn’t be bothered to even scoot her chair closer to the window to assist. I am disabled and lifting/moving those things was extremely painful and difficult.
- 1/5
An employee opened the door of our room at 1:00am and wanted to get in, he told us to let him get in because according to him we put a complaint to the hotel and that we had to vacate the room, then he said that he believed it was empty and that we did not appear in the system but yelling at my husband, my husband was angry because he opened the door without first knocking or calling the room to try to talk to us, I had a anxiety attack because I suffered from depression and the way he tried to enter I was scared, I thought he wanted to do something to us because he did not identify himself as a hotel employee at first, it was a horrible experience.
- 2/5
Not great bad neighborhood

I hope to survive the night. Room is rank. It is 130am. Scary people in their cars right out my door. Smoky in my room. Bed is broken.
- 1/5
The room itself smelt like cigarettes, sheets and the table had burn marks. No shower curtain in our shower… when we arrived. Would NOT recommend staying here.
- 4/5
Excellent location for catching the MAX light rail train to the airport!
- 1/5
You cant go in the lobby you have to use a lil window. They claimed to have a hot tub but it wasnt in use. We got a lecture cant have visitors after 9 pm & the whole property enforced quiet time. Ya right! There were ppl out all night. The fridge had an inch of what looked like melted greasy butter with hair. Gross! Had to pay $100 deposit aside ehat i paid for the room. It was smack dab in homeless country. I had to tAke a friend to the airport at 5 am when i go t back all parking spots were full. I dont think they have enough spots for 1 car per room. So in the ghetto i had to park in a vacate lot across the street. 5 am..... then as we were leaving & the other guest were starting to come out we got the impression it was accomodating more homeless shady ppl than a normal hotel. Bath tub drain wouldnt stay plugged. Half the lights dont work. For $124 it was the worst

It was horrible. Extremely dirty room and bathroom, the floor was sticky blood on the bed covering, yellow stains on the sheets, the walls were dirty the bathtub was dirty. Not renovated in many years…

Just entering the area feels so unsafe already, we even need to wait at the car before i’ll check in, because check in is by the window, and there were homeless people sitting and approach us right away for a soda, while checking in by the window, there’s a look like a sex worker lady trying to approach me, it’s really scary, i really want to back out right away, I reserved 2 nights but we only stayed for 1 night because we can’t stay any longer, the room smells so bad, I reserved a smoke free room, but the room smells cigarette soo bad, included the towels, almost can’t go to sleep with the smell, we even put the fan high, but it didn’t work, and people keep knocking doors almost the whole night. It’s the worst hotel to stay, specially when u have kids.

Good location to PDX, but did not like the stay.

Had a nice stay but I chose the hotel because it was supposed to have a sauna. The sauna was not available.

Very dirty rooms, unprofessional staff

Heater was blowing bad smell as well.

The hot tub in the room was nice, but that didn’t outweigh the dirty sheets, the broken / non working outlet, let alone the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I was approached by multiple homeless people asking for money on property, and it was noisy until about 1am

The first room we got was not cleaned. The pillows are disgusting. It is used and smelly. They did not change the bed sheet. We requested to change our room. One of my friend requested new bed sheets. For both queen beds. We fixed our own bed. It was dirty. She did not use her 2 pillows because of the stain and smell. Luckily, she brought her own pillow. Another friend of mine felt not safe in this place but we got over it. No breakfast. No pool. There front concierge is closed. You just have to talk on the side window.

I like the place

Overall was nicely renovated and good deal for the price. Not far from PDX or airport parking at Jiff Park. Some fast food places to eat off 182nd about 5 minute drive.

Room wasn't ready at check in time and not clean. Also, they promised a specific room when we checked in and later on we and came back to get the keys, they gave us a different one.

It says this place is a non smoke place, it is a lie. booked this place and it smelled like smoke. also there was burnt marks in the walls and tv stand. i went down and spoke with the attendant and all she said was 'Sorry i have no other room to offer you." i had to leave can stay there. and maybe they shouldn't say that its a non smoke place. cause the attendant clearly said "well its a non smoking area but people just smokes in it."

Our was clean but it smelled really bad plus there was this guy that was next to our room That kept coming out side and smoking and we can smell it into our room all night long till morning! And he was drugged out because he would talk to himself and be laughing to himself! Plus car alarms kept going off in the middle of the night rite in front of our room! I would not recommend this place! Plus the bed was uncomfortable I woke up with bad back pain!

This has truly got to be one of the worst hotels in America. It is dirty, it is not safe, and the pictures online are false advertising. Upon getting dropped off late at night by our Uber driver, he told us not to walk anywhere at night. We asked why and he said there’s a lot of homelessness right across the street at the transit center. And he was no wrong. Blatant drug deals happening right outside. Car alarms going off all night. I hate to assume but I think we were in the elevator with a sex worker. It’s just not a pleasant environment. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. Hair in our room on the bed and in the bathroom which looked like it was straight out of a horror film. Holes in the wall where a shower rod was before. Nasty ugly yellow / brown bathtub. We didn’t even bathe here. And why didn’t we leave, you ask? We were scared. We did not want to call another Uber or have to wander around at night because we didn’t even feel safe walking outside so we just sucked it up and tried to sleep through car alarms, motorcycles in the lot until 2am. at check in, it was late and dark. We were tired and just wanted to get checked in, get our key and go to sleep. While the woman at the Desk was nice, it took us about 40 mins because she just wouldn’t stop talking. Read the room. It’s midnight , I don’t need small talk I need sleep. And the talking was distracting her from getting us checked in and another woman had come up and waited to get checked in. I want a full refund.

The website gives a completely false sense of safety. Definitely not family friendly considering the working girls all around. Would never stay there again.

I was surprised that the shuttle didn't start until 4:30 and I had a 5 am flight. Since I checked in at 11 pm and left for the airport at 3 , I was only there 4 hours. Was surprised to be asked to pay $100 damage deposit. Surely it will not be on my credit card but we'll see.

The rooms were semi clean. Showers were dirty. The rooms smelled absolutely horrible to the point we were looking at other hotels in the area. Area was sketchy and people were partying in the parking lot till after 11pm. Long check in process and no customer service. I called to request something and no one answered. Plugs in the nightstand didn’t work so you had to use chargers by the bathroom

Super bad location, MAKES YOU FEEL UNSAFE, rooms spread to not be clean at all. Over all I would never stay here or near the area. If you are from out of town to stay here.

I stayed at the Belmont in Manila, a true 2 star hotel. This is a no star. Had to register from a night window as the office was all locked up for Covid. Had no luggage carts. There was no slip guard in the shower. The bed had a top sheet masquerading as a comforter and the mattress had a piece of spring sticking out the side. The room heater did not work. The cable had few channels and none premium.

Bad experience, very disappointing. I don't know where to begin from the start to end. This is the first time something like this had happened to me. It got to the point where I was about to leave and don't come back. We received a message that this complex was recently renovated, this was not the case here. Nothing was renovated and we had a non smoking section in the 3rd floor and the restrooms had a strong smoke smell. I just don't know how to explain thi s bad experience. I have photos, but I really just want to forget about it.

The Shell gas station down the street as good fried chicken.

While convenient , the trash on the ground was gross. The bed frame had 3 placed where 2 by 4’s where nailed in and 6 inches was sticking out but covered with the bed skirt. Very hazardous. Drapes where stained and gross. Pillows where iffy. Walls and ceiling need to be cleaned, was it dried blood? Who knows. Clock was broke. No seal on the door so very noisy.

Cigarette burns in sheets and couch. Room was smoke free however reeked of cigarettes. Room was dirty with stains everywhere

I like that the property was clean and there was places walkable from the hotel. There were different eateries to choose from around the hotel. The room itself was clean and looked similar to what was shown on the pictures.

Trash left around outside my door and immediate area. Parking was very limited.

If you are looking for a cheap room, this place works. Just keep in mind you’ll get what you pay for. This hotel is trying but the neighborhood around and the clientele are major factors detracting from the feel of the hotel. It’s a very simple hotel (motel since the doors to the rooms open to the outside, not to a hall area) but something about it definitely made me uneasy. I was staying by myself and did not feel incredibly safe. I arrived at 3am after a canceled flight so that was part of it. The staff was very very nice and accommodating. They are trying. I wouldn’t say don’t stay here, just know what you are going to get. It’s a great bargain.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and had everything I needed, the staff was friendly, and the location was exceptional. It is just across the street from a MAX and a transit center.
