Had no refrigerator, room was clean and very good customer service at front desk

I chose to check out early, they asked why. I said it didn't feel safe. I felt like I was the only person in the building. Desk person said it was safe, she was behind glass and 2 locked doors.

No breakfast or coffee in room, construction across street fenced off all places to eat and get beverages like cooking and coffee! Construction go away, convenience and dining out coming back! Isolated hotel, no where to get breakfast and coffee? Or eat out and have drinks

Accommodations are basic but commensurate with the price. Bed was fine, room clean, housekeeping daily. No complaints for the price.

I encountered several issues that compromised both my comfort and my sense of security: Accommodation Discrepancy: I had specifically booked and confirmed a queen-sized bed but was provided with a full-sized bed. This is a significant lapse in fulfilling a basic reservation requirement. Maintenance Issues: The condition of the room was subpar, with several light fixtures found to be broken or non-functional. Security Concerns: Most alarmingly, the exterior doors to the hotel were not secure. This is an absolute failure in providing a safe environment for your guests and is a serious liability issue. Finally, the situation during my intended departure was baffling. Upon attempting to check out, I found both the main front door and the interior door to the front desk area were locked, necessitating that I knock and ring the doorbell to gain attention. This is a highly unprofessional procedure that caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience during a key transition point of the guest experience. Given these fundamental and serious failures in security, accommodation, and service standards, I must inform you that I will not be booking this hotel again!

No idea how that place is even open still. Your Bette tiff staying the night it in your car.. the heater was broke and didn’t turn on.. mind you it was 38 degrees outside, blood on the heater vents, hair in the shower upon check in, hair dryer caught fire at some point and was never replaced, looks like door was locked in at some point. It was quite there at least since only about 5 people were staying the night there. Spend the extra 10-20.00 and enjoy your stay somewhere else.

Bed had bed bugs and I’m now covered in itchy bites, extremely rude front desk (not red hair lady) and was harassed upon checkout. Horrible and traumatic experience and refused a refund. Never again.

Both entry doors do not appear to be very secure. They lock, but it looks like they had a makeshift repair job on the upper latch. Room was cleaned well. Website needs to remove kitchenette from the description.

The heater stopped working,

It's a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. The room was clean and good sized. Fridge wasn't great. Microwave didn't have a plate inside, but it worked well enough. Hallways reaked of pot. Area around felt sketchy.

Good location, not complicated I was not satisfied with the accommodations, including the bedding, towels, and toiletries, and there was a bit of an odd, unpleasant smell in the room.

This property is extremely different in the pictures vs in person. The rooms and hallway were very dirty. We switched to 3 different rooms and each was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Ultimately, we did not feel safe and left the property.

Dirty and noise ac

The room was clean and totally accessible. The WiFi was also incredibly good. However, the window was open in such a way that it was not able to close until me and my partner spent 30 minutes forcibly closing it after being instructed by staff to do so. Without closing this window, we would not be able to sleep due to the sounds of the highway and train. The last complaint is that the AC wasn't very powerful.

Hard to access the AC unit as it was mounted high up near the ceiling, room was noisy as it is by the highway, walls dirty with stains and tears, sink partially clogged, poor plumbing, room smells dusty like a closet full of old books.

The door latch for locking the door not only was missing, but you could see completely through the hole in the door. The air did not work in the back of the suite and it was 101 degrees outside. The towels were stained. It smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The vents in the ceilings did not have covers. The blow dryer sounded like a weed eater. The lady at the front desk super nice.

The hotel room was nice, a great size and clean. However, the amenities at this hotel is super poor and disorganized. For example, the microwave is super old based on the model/color. I had to use the microwave to warm my food for 4-5 times, if not 6 times! Typically, a microwave is something that I do not use frequently, so I know once is more than sufficient for 1-2 minutes. The shower head is not working properly and the water coming out of the shower head is not so strong and widely spread, and sometimes some water is coming out of the pipe before hitting the shower head. The bathroom does not have or work the fan which makes it extra steamy and hot! In addition, I was not provided with any water bottles during my visit and the hotel does not provide any coffee or tea for the entire day, even for breakfast. I had to walk one day 20 minutes to a Starbucks just for a coffee. To finalize, I nearly lost $50 for the security deposit upon leaving and checking out and the hotel receptionist was sleeping and woke up groggy which is unacceptable! Hotel receptionists should NOT be sleeping on duty and I know this given how I seen him dressed and his hair was messed up. When I check-in the receptionist who was an Indian lady never gave me a receipt to show when I checked out, so I had to convince the morning receptionist to check and give me my $50. In the last second before my Lyft rider came to pick me up, he finally gave me my $50. Management and ownership needs to change!

This place looks way nicer on the website than in person. There was a drunk guy running naked in the parking lot, the fridge in the room didn’t work, they did not have extra anything. If you get locked out at night, you’re screwed cause they lock the office and may or may not come out. It was definitely an experience staying at this place. Would not recommend.

There was an air conditioner in the room, but it was not functional. We left our windows open the entire trip to try and cool the room, but it was uncomfortably warm during the day.

Very old and run down both inside and out. The heavy smoke smell throughout the place was hard to ignore. Despite the dated and run down condition, the bed was surprisingly comfy and appeared clean. The front desk lady was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

I booked a suite. There is an oven; however there is nothing else. No microwave, no utensils, no bowl or dish, no cup/glass, no coffee maker. Terrible condition for a suite.

We experienced a management issue as our rooms were not ready at check-in. Although our check-in time was scheduled for 2 PM, we were not given our rooms until around 4:30 PM.

We then escalated these issues to Barbara, the Assistant Manager. She informed us that a 24-hour departure notice was required. Given that our six-night booking was made through Expedia, Barbara stated she would contact them to arrange a refund for the three nights we did not stay. However, our attempt to secure this refund via Expedia was unsuccessful. We received an email from Expedia indicating they could not obtain approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee, and consequently, the refund could not be granted. This outcome is deeply frustrating, demonstrating a clear failure by the hotel to resolve a significant comfort issue and by Expedia to secure the promised refund, leaving us to pay for an unacceptable experience.

If I could give it a minus 100 I would. Very dirty property. The bathroom was moldy and eve the towels were black a dirty. They start banging at night that u can’t even sleep. The whole place smelled of cooking that it made me nauseous. Absolutely horrible place. If I had not prepaid on Expedia I would have left as soon as I walked in. Avoid at all cost

Bathroom needs updating, the shower curtain was hung backwards, the texture in the tub looked dirty with stains, under the bathroom counter was dirty.

The sink didn't work in kitchenette. The plumbing in the bathroom was backwards with not enough water pressure. The property had trash all over the ground. No coffee in the lobby or no coffee maker in the room. You would have to go and drive to get coffee before you can start your day.

Genuinely awful and I want a refund. We showed at 2:15, 15 minutes after the check in time. The room wasn’t ready. He told us to come back in 30 minutes. We did. It still wasn’t ready. We wait. At 4:45 they tell us the room is ready, we go in, it’s not the room we booked. I then had to argue with the front desk staff until they finally gave me the room we booked. Then, it was filthy. The window looked at an alley way and felt incredibly unsafe, the bed was awful, the whole room was filthy, the bathroom was DISGUSTING. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were late for dinner, and late for our event because of the room issues.

We got an amazing price for this room, and we enjoyed having a king-size bed. But, besides not being able to turn on the heat without help and the very strong odor at bed-time (Indian food?), it would have been nice to have a clock and coffee available.

lobby reeks of cigarettes and air freshener. No WiFi. No coffee. Broken lamps without shades. Loud in window AC unit. Sits opposite a deserted strip mall. Depressing! Leaving early this morning without shower. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean (I hope).

The first room was dirty. Dirty bedding, dirty floors, dirty tub. Moved me to a new room after a couple of hours, only for me to discover the stained sheets when I went to go to sleep. Woke up with bites & discovered bedbugs.

The room was dirty like the tub hadn’t been cleaned at all, there was a sticky gross substance along the floor of the bedside. The sink was a mere drip.

Best part: My room was very clean. Things I could live with: Toilet was wobbly, hair dryer didn’t work, no face towel day two, just two pillows, difficult to get comfortable on bed, bed was hard but comfortable to sleep. Staff were all courteous and night staff went out of their way to make sure I had a working hair dryer. Didn’t like: It smelled like old stale smoke even though I was in a nonsmoking room. The lobby lit incense but it didn’t filter up into my room. Would stay again to save money but prefer better bed.

The location is unfortunately. A lot of businesses around the area are shut down. There are some sketchy people around the area. The staff was great but the property definitely needs an upgrade…just seems really old and worn down. They are the ones keeping it alive. I high recommend if you are on a budget. Just know you get what you pay for. Hopefully they can get more business so they can remodel.

The room appeared to be clean however there were holes in the walls. The bathroom door did not fit correctly, even closed you could see into the bathroom. The heating and air conditioner was so high on the wall there was no way we coulf adjust it

stayed here as a last resort from a long drive and only availability to fit a family of 6. as soon as you walked in, the smell of smoke penetrated the whole building not to mention the room also smelled so strong of smoke, couldn’t even turn on the a/c because it had a nasty smell combined with smoke. We got a suite room and the stove/sink area was dirty. the sink by the stove had old scraps of food in it. the stove was also very greasy and dirty. the counter where the sink area is by the bathroom was stained of what looked like blood, some red splashes which were easily able to cleaned and weren’t, there were also crumbs of who knows what on that counter. the floor was not swept or cleaned. bathtub was dirty, hairs everywhere. our room has a pull out sofa bed, no extra sheets or pillows were included at all in the room. pillows were thin as paper. everything is old and broken. overall, everything was dirty and not at all comfortable. wouldn’t recommend this place.

I will NEVER go back! I felt very unsafe there, there was homeless people all over the parking lot, and some sleeping on the sidewalk. It’s nothing like the pictures. Right when I walked into my room I noticed something weird on the bed’s headboard- someone’s giant fake lashes were stuck on the head board! Like how do you clean the room and miss those? The room was so grimy I didn’t want to touch anything. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it, and it made the loudest noise all night. I paid $99 for a TERRIBLE dirty room. Do not go here!!!

Other than that I would recommend and would stay again

Unfortunately I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t see the reviews on this property before I booked it. We needed a place to stay asap and this was one of two properties that had a room available at the time. The hotel smells so gross, cigarettes pee and garbage. Our bathroom was covered in someone else’s hair and gunk all over the bathtub. There is absolutely, no breakfast there or anyone at the front desk “24/7” just disappointing.

(2) The entire inn was smelly and not clean

Room was bigger than other 2 star hotels . Service was poor. Breakfast was included in our booking but hotel didn't have breakfast service. Front desk was least bothered in this matter. They told that they removed breakfast sevice few years ago but they didn't know hotels.com had breakfast option on their page. It was surprising and felt robbed to hear it.

The bathroom had black mold, they went in my room while I was still checked in and made my bed and took my empty soda bottles that I had water in. The other guest had some very rude children who thought it was funny to kick other guest room doors late at night. One of the main doors didn't even shut. They had all the windows open with no screens and any one could get in.The bath tub didn't even plug to hold water, the shower curtain was to short so the floor got all wet and unsafe to walk on I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone even if I hated them.

The room smelled dank, holes in the walls, old mattress, and dirty curtains. At least the room had climate control. I woukd not recommend anybody stay here unless you are up for a little adventure of "will my car be in one piece tomorrow morning?"

This property advertises free breakfast, which has not been offered since Covid. It’s located right beside a Strip club and a bikini coffee house. I chose the hotel for the free breakfast because when travelling with three kids, it makes a huge difference. This was extremely disappointing as well as the lack of amenities in the bathroom. No coffee.. Many transient people extremely poor neighbourhood

Next to strip club. Room full of ants and spiders. Paper thin walls.

Worth of the money

In all, it served the purpose of providing a place to sleep while visiting family.

This hotel room should be priced at about 2995 it's severely outdated smells patched holes everywhere if we weren't so tired and have not stopped across the street for food and drink I would've went somewhere else

There is a strip club in the parking lot! Im not even kidding. The floor carpet was sticky, like the whole carpet has never been cleaned. The odor throughout the building of filth, food cooking, and mold was overwhelming. The heater worked (wall unit) but it smelled of mold also. I got there very late at night and had a nonrefundable reservation. If it was possible for me to get even part of my money back and find another place, I would have left immediately.

Horrible bugs in the rooms

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but what it lacks in appearance is made up by the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone always greeted me with a smile and seemed like they genuinely cared for my well being during my stay especially Barbara. They even took the time to ask me about how my stay was and if everything in my room was alright, and when I mentioned I noticed a slow drain in the sink it was fixed by the time I returned about two hours later.

The place was run down, furniture was broken and or falling apart, the smoke detector was bad and kept beeping, the heater was intermittently inop. they also had poor attitude when asked to fix and customer service. Website said they're pet friendly and their hotel handbook says same thing but they are not pet friendly.

This is not a 2 star hotel, is not a nice place. it is old, run down. the first room had a hole in the wall?

I'm not really picky about hotels but this was a pretty bad experience. The help was poor the bed hard the room old and looked it. Breakfast which was offered wasn't there and the desk help was rude and unhelpful. I wasn't expecting much and I got a lot less. I would never go back. Not for free.
