The shower was slippery, and I fell down. at 93 years of age, this could have been a very bad . I HAD TO USE A TOWEL ON THE FLOOR OF THE SHOWER TO KEEP FROM FALLING. I DID REPORT THIS WHEN I LEFT. HOPE THIS WAS TAKEN CARE OF.

The staff were super helpful and nice!!! They let me check in a little early because of my situation with the tournaments going on. The room was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was 5 minutes away from the university and very close to the shopping centers and restaurants. Nevertheless, excellent experience overall!!

We have stayed in many pet friendly rooms, and I know it’s our choice to bring our pets, but this was a filthiest room we have ever stayed in. So bad we were afraid to sit it the chair! We killed a bug on the wall and the carpet had spots all over, plus clumps of black dog hair here & there. We would never stay here again.

The person who checked me in was awesome 👌 no doubt about it. Explained everything but I already knew how it worked. Umm the room had a weird smell to it even tho it was a non smoking room. The carpet seemed to be wet idk if someone had been to the pool and came in all wet or what but yea it was wet. The toilet seat didnt seem to have been cleaned right.. I could hear the neighbor next to us talking away walls were kinda thin.. plus I heard the train literally next to our window. Bed was okay not bad just other little things unfortunately.

Check in was slow as clerk was in training, and she talked so softly that I had to ask her to repeat everything. The AC had been turned totally off and it was a hot day so it took a while for the room to be livable. Ofherwise it was fine. Breakfast was a bit skimpy with no meat.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the whole building had a clean smell when we arrived. The laundry price is alittle high at $3 per wash and per dry. This would be ok but it's a small load washer. It is right next to a rail road. My husband and I slept well because we live near one, it didn't bother us. Good place to stay. Hot water, clean beds.

This is a warning to everybody. I booked with hotels.com. The front desk employee sold my room to another person and cancelled my reservation. She overbooked for the night so therefore at 11:45 PM when I arrived after a 6 Hour drive with two kids, I came to having a no hotel room even though I confirmed my reservation for three nights and prepaid. Do not trust you’ll have a room here. Hotel.com employee made it right and got me another room at 2am.

2 or 3 times a day within 100 feet of the hotel, but again the room rates are about half of all the others. The employees there work together like a family and pleasant to be around. The breakfast is good. The signs indicate you shouldn't take breakfast items from the kitchen area to your room but I suppose there’s a problem with some folks stocking up for the day ?? We would use the hotel again.

Very nice clean hotel. Comfortable room, lots to chose from during breakfast hours. Staff was so sweet our entire stay. Staff interacted with customers really well, from Patrick at the front desk (who my sister in law from Alamosa and myself from Denver) absolutely loved,to the man who did the breakfast on Sunday morning. The safety of our vehicle was questionable, given too many men were hanging out either outside or in the seating area in the lobby, and I must not have read any reviews, nor did the clerk say there were train tracks next to the hotel, and literally outside our window, when I asked for a quiet room. Thankfully, ear plugs were provided in the room, which drowned out the highway noise, what little train activity occurred during the night, and the competing noisy mini fridge. Having actually slept fairly well, we got up early and went down to unhealthy breakfast offerings of biscuits and cold gravy, cereal, waffles, and breads, with sugary yogurt as the primary source of protein, and sadly, weak coffee. But the staff was friendly, the guests we dined with in the cramped breakfast area were courteous and low-key, and to our relief, our vehicle was untouched.

This was the most unfriendly hotel I've ever been to. When you come in to the lobby you are greeted by a sign that says we will not rent rooms to locals. I asked why. Just out of curiosity. And I was told that some people come in and they have dirty fingernails and such. And since they are independently owned, they do not have to rent rooms to people like that because people like that trash rooms. They also said sometimes homeless people want to rent a room and they're not going to do that. When you get in the room you are greeted by a sign that tells you how much you have to pay for any damages. For example, if you damage a washcloth, you have to pay $10. Sheets, towels, bedspread, everything is listed out as to how much you will be charged. It does not define what damage is like to a washcloth. Then this morning when I went to take my shower there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and told him there was no hot water and they treated me like I was a criminal which goes along with all the signs. They said that there was hot water in the lobby so I should have hot water in my room. I checked out and there was no adjustment for the fact that I couldn't take a shower or shave before I went to the courthouse where I looked like a very sloppy attorney. They did not care one bit. And after I had explained that I need to take a shower I need to shave, he said sorry. Have a good day. Very sarcastically. Won't ever say here again

The night guy was so rude acting like I was up to no good. I was separating from my husband and gave me lots of attitude. My keys worked off and on. So annoying having for go down 5 times before he offered anything other than a key remake. The pool litterally had swimming spiders in it the only reason we choose this hotel and we couldn't swim it was covered in spiders that swim. I tried to tell the night guy (feminine dark haired man) he kept right on and glared at me.

CONS: Worn carpet, limited breakfast (mkakke your own waffles, but no prepared eggs and bacon), rough parking lot, front desk staff was hit or miss (One was very attentive and friendly, one was all business and no hospitality, one was in the other room with ear buds in. There is a busy train track that runs directly behind the hotel. Be sure to request a room on the front side. BOTTOM LINE: I travel frequently and often to the same cities. When I find a great hotel at a great price with great service I actually record that hotel for future stays. This one didn't make the cut. I would stay here again, but would still shop for another hotel.

But it was like walking him on land mines full of dog poop.. Not yalls fault.. but maybe some kind if solution to require people to clean up after their dogs. True service dog people understand that rule

We did not use the pool so can’t review. I expected the room to be clean and comfortable but it exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean and fresh smelling. The sheets were not thin and the pillows were comfortable. There is an A/C in the room which kept the temp like we like it. The room we had had a walk in shower. It may be older but it was in great condition - no stains or buildup of any kind. The water pressure was amazing helping to relieve the body after a long day of travel. There are a ton of restaurants nearby but two are in the same parking lot, a Mexican restaurant and a fish fast food place. It was nice to walk across the parking lot for a good meal - we ate at the Mexican restaurant - try the blue margarita - it was delicious. The last experience at the hotel to review is the breakfast which is out from 5-9 am. It was pretty good - juices, coffee, fruit, yogurt and smoothies, bagels, biscuits and toast, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and make your own waffles. They kept it very clean and restocked as soon as something was depleted. Would definitely stay here again if I was driving through Pueblo.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and quiet for the most part. There were ear plugs on the side table and we couldn't figure out why because it seemed quiet. At about 2:30M we found out there are train track right behind the building as a train roared by. Another passed around 5:00am, we had ear plugs in by that time but still heard it. It would have been nice to have that mentioned. Breakfast was ok, more protein options vs. carb options would have been appreciated. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean: Overall a good stay for one night.

Actually, the smell of cleaning agents was a bit overwhelming, and I had to run the a/c and heater fan on high to clear it out. That was a good thing, since the noise from the TV next door was really loud and the freeway runs past the front. I would have tried to drown it out with my TV, but I couldn't get past the home screen with the remote (which was taped together). I tried the buttons under the TV, but there is only one that scrolls through and I couldn't lock in on anything. It was getting really late, so I didn't get involved with the front desk (not sure of the exact time because I was not able to plug in the clock, my phone was dying and there are no USB ports to plug into) After digging out my only outlet adapter, I could charge my phone. Continental breakfast was a no-go. The room was filled to capacity with people and the counter with the food was a wrecked s---show. Coffee was cold and meh. I checked out by 8. Other than that, it was fine.

I liked the location, a female staff member with tattoos was very kind and helpful First, there were a ridiculous amount of work trucks taking up so many parking spots, which made parking difficult. The wardrobe in the room also was not anchored to the wall, which is a safety concern. Employees were also smoking cigarettes right by the entrance door of the hotel, which was disgusting and extremely off-putting. Guests should not have to walk through cigarette smoke just to enter the building. One of the biggest things I look at in a hotel, besides safety and location, is breakfast, especially when I’m staying for more than one night. For how expensive this hotel was, I felt extremely deceived by the images posted on your website. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and did not match what was advertised. The breakfast was also the same thing every single day. At almost every hotel I’ve stayed at, there is some kind of rotation, especially for longer stays, and usually more than two hot options. Here, it felt lazy, repetitive, and nowhere near what I expected for the price. Every time we grabbed what we thought was a boiled egg, it was raw or uncooked inside. We opened five of them. That is not a small mistake. That is a food safety issue. The sausage gravy was also being served out of an at-home crockpot. Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment enforces the Colorado Retail Food Establishment Regulations, which state that equipment designated for home use is not acceptable for commercial food operations. And not that this is the biggest issue compared to the safety and food concerns, but the room itself also felt poorly put together. The artwork on the wall was not centered with the bed, the outlets on the lamps did not hold a charger box properly, and there was a regular at-home extension cord being used for the lamp, which again does not seem appropriate or commercial-grade for a hotel room. The wardrobe in the room was not anchored to the wall which is however an extreme safety hazard Overall, I was extremely disappointed.

Room was decent Front desk guy did not listen to me when I told him one of my reservations was supposed to be transferred to the person who was with us. Instead of putting the $100 hold on their card he did it on mine resulting to two holds leaving us with no money for dinner. People above us sounded like a group of wrestlers banging around. Got worse when we called front desk to ask them to quit. Woke up at 4am to person next to us with tv so loud it sounded like our tv was on. Shower is disgusting. The breakfast had your typical choices with the exception of biscuits and sausage gravy!! And the young lady was continuously checking the coffee and food were full. We will absolutely stay here again. And the bonus is the Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot!

Breakfast had a good variety. All carbs. Yet no protein other than boiled eggs. Room was decent. Towel rod came off the wall when we took the towel down from above the restroom. Our room had their disposable coffee cups over the lights in the ceiling and the lamps. They have been their a while. And my kids noticed something gross under the bed on checkout when we were collecting our things. So obviously they don't vacuum well. And lastly the pool is freezing..

The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. The room was clean but had things in obvious need of repair such as a crack in the sink and a crack across the ceiling that looked like it had been repaired once before. The water temperature for the shower was luke warm at best. At booking, it listed an indoor pool and hot tub as an amenity but the pool was too cold to stay in for long and the hot tub had a sign from the health department that it was not in use. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy, but we enjoyed it. Check in and check out was easy. Overall it was an okay stay.

The desk attendants were professional and polite. The room had issues. The breakfast was fair. The bed had hair in it. The shower head was so stopped up with deposits, it barely flowed water. When I went to replace the toilet paper, the bracket was not connected to the wall. No biggie. Just an Allen wrench. Didn’t realize that the train tracks were right behind the building. That was fun twice last night. Not the worst, but a little warning about the trains coming through and some simple maintenance would have elevated the experience.

The breakfast is just bagels/bread, cereal, and waffles that you make. The milk was expired and the juice was warm and so was the water. The AC didn’t quite work and the area around the hotel was dirty and not safe at night due to all the transients hanging around. The property itself tried to be clean but everything was worn. The rooms were small and so was the bathroom. I wouldn’t have stayed here if it wasn’t reviewed at an 8,6. This is more like a solid 7.

Front desk staff was nice our first room was dirty but it was from maintenance using the bathroom and tracking dirt in. Not even 2 minutes later the man who worked front desk got us into a new room me, my husband and our 2 year old son . Second room was clean. Just on the opposite side by the train track definitely loud but they do provide ear plugs my son slept fine . We did swim the hot tub could use more frequent cleaning but was good. Next morning breakfast was alright biscuits and gravy i did expect eggs but they didnt serve eggs. More like quick breakfast options yogurt oatmeal, muffins. But they had waffles and fruits which was good . Overall our stay was good this was my second time staying here better then wondering if theres roaches at another hotel for cheaper price would stay here again.

But the cherry on top was when I reported an incidence of theft to the staff. He did not make you feel heard, had ridiculous excuses, and admitted they have cameras that “don’t work”-all while insulting my intelligence. I feared for my safety and felt it was greatly at risk after finding out about the cameras and poor monitoring of who may come in and out of the place. So after my incident, I checked out and moved to a hotel down the road. They refused to give me a refund on the remainder of what would be my stay. I reached out to Expedia but reported they did not get a response after multiple tries. Not surprised. At this point, keep my $80 Baymont! My regret was not leaving sooner! I do not know how such a place stays open. Poor customer service, poor facility, poor safety, poor management. I do not recommend this place and will never return.

The property seemed pretty decent when we arrived, but when we were checked into our room, we found that it wasn't cleaned at all. The bed was unmade, trash was all over the room, etc. We returned to the front desk and got checked into a second room. Same exact thing. The room was not cleaned at all and the front desk clerk literally rolled his eyes at us when we went to talk to him about it. After being on the road for 15 hours we just wanted to get some sleep so we decided to try for a third time. On the surface, the room appeared to have been cleaned, but when we pulled the comforter down, we saw what appeared to be semen stains on the flat sheet. Upon further inspection, we found pubic hairs between the fitted and the flat sheet, hairs on the toilet rim, and even hairs around the bathtub. Luckily, we had taken our own blankets and pillows, so we just threw them on top of the comforter and caught a few hours sleep. The hotel seems like it could really be a nice place, they just need to get better employees, I think.

I was tired from a long shift and was hungry on the morning of the 28th. The guy at the desk was cleaning the breakfast lounge and I approached him to check to know if there was any breakfast available and he went into their kitchen and prepared something for me to eat. Wow!!! I was impressed by his kindness and the compassion and dedication to taking care of his customers. Well appreciated.

We stayed 7 nights. First of all, the room is not deep cleaned. We found 2 different types of pills under the bed and lots of underlying filth. Our room was not cleaned one time after we checked in. We had to go to management and ask for our room to be serviced 4 days after we checked in. It was not done until my husband went back a second time on the same day after 4:00 and asked what was going on. All that was done was bedding was changed. Bathroom was not cleaned. Surfaces were wiped in some areas. Coffee station, soaps, tissue wa not filled. Room was not vacuumed for the whole stay. We are elderly and had to go ask for towels, soap, toilet paper, tissue, cups and coffee 3 nights when we would arrive back late. We are in Pueblo often and will never stay there again. It was a terrible experience. Very unclean

Stale cereal, warm yogurt, and a few packets of oatmeal. This was hands-down, the worst breakfast in my two day stay that I’ve ever had in a hotel. I watched in front of my own eyes. The manager fired someone on the spot. And when I asked for an extra towel, the X employee said I no longer work here. This guy can help you. The price for the hotel was good. But at the same time they say you get what you pay for. Which is exactly what it was. Spend a few extra dollars go down the road. Don’t stay here.

The breakfast was ok. O the plus side they had dove shampoo, conditioner and bar soap.

I was able to check in at 4 pm, but had to work until 11 pm. At 4 pm, the room felt hot. So I made sure the air conditioner was turned on. It was set to cool at 60 degrees F. I left and came back at 11 pm. It was still hot in the room. I set my thermometer at the AC vent and it was putting out 80 degrees F. I sat down on the side of the bed to remove my shoes and the entire mattress came flying up in the air!!! At 11 pm it was too late to go look for another room. So we tried to sleep. The air conditioner ran all night and it was excessively noisy. I could not sleep. I gave up at 4 am. I was exhausted all day from the hell night at the Baymont in Pueblo. It is clear that the staff at Baymont do NOT do any maintenance. I should get a full refund for this horrible experience.

This hotel is in a poor location. It sits behind a seafood place and Mexican restaurant. The Railroad tracks are on the other side. It seemed clean but all the furniture and carpet are old and worn. It definitely wasnt worth what i paid to stay there

The carpets were gross - it looked like they haven't cleaned them for a really long time. The room smelled like stinky feet when we got in and we had to leave the window open the the whole time. They said there was no Wi-Fi password (sketchy and unsecure) but the Wi-Fi they were broadcasting didn't even work. Tons of signs up everywhere with rules rules rules which sets a weird prison/childish mood. It sounded like water was running in the next room the entire night.

We had stained sheets on one bed, were put in a different room which also had stained sheets. When I went back to get this remedied the man at the desk acted like we had done something wrong, and finally gave us a set of sheets to remake our own bed. The whole place smelled like marijuana, and had many loud people staying in the nearby rooms.

We've been coming to Pueblo every year for past 22 years, & this is our go-to hotel. After staying in many other local lodging in earlier years, found this to be the best. Nice comfortable rooms, great breakfast & internet, nice pool & hot tub, & convenient location for our needs.

There was bug traps in hallway full of roaches the price for this hotel is not acceptable.. we was charged 185$ for one night this hotel is definitely not worth the money ! Also the breakfast was not fresh at all they give you cold breakfast sandwiches to heat up in there microwave and you cannot leave there designated area with these sandwiches to heat up in your own room which is just ridiculous..

Even though hotel is not new, it was clean, quiet, comfortable. Clean, bed, linen, towels, good basic breakfast. Owners were nice. Swimming pool quiet, hot tub was relaxing. Wish there were more door entrances rather than just the front door. When parking far, then we had to walk and or carry the things longway to the front door. I can understand due to security. I liked the fact that local people cannot stay at hotel. Only out of towners. From TX had a pleasant stay.

Very nice guy working the front desk. Check in was one of the easiest I've had. Rooms were not fancy but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good for continental, they had several hot options including jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, which were perfect. My only critique is that the pillows were part their prime. Very bulky and lumpy, but a minor inconvenience during an otherwise excellent stay.

I didn't stay, I was lied to and told that elevator was working. It wasn't and the room was on the 3rd floor. I had knee surgery recently and can't do stairs. I was in another Wyndham property the two nights before and was put in a smoking room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Why would anybody want to drag all their stuff up and down stairs while paying for a hotel! Wyndham needs to get their act together. I went to the Marriott, they maintain their properties

Room was nice and clean, thank you. Unforturetaly the water diverter in the tub seems to be missing, so no shower. also the stopper in the tub doesn't work and so no bath. Finally, the stopper in the sink won't hold water either. Someone is using a rug to prop open the back doors which is a security problem. Last and this may be due to Hotels.com but the price quoted for the room has less than what I paid, I believe, and the price for pets was $5 more than shows on their page for your Hotel. Overall the rooms here clean, quiet and comfortable the young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. That is always appreciated.
