Reviews

- Rooms were consistently described as dirty and unkempt
- Safety was a major concern due to drug activity and suspicious individuals on the property

The room was filthy. Big toenail cut off on the nightstand. Sticky floors and even stickier in the bathroom. Microwave unplugged and gooey. The good news is the third floor corner room is quiet. The bad news is the mattress on the bed very soft had some lumps in it but I made it work with the one and a half soft pillows I provided. TV and its remote barely function but I worked around it by hitting buttons on the TV. All in all reasonably good location and what do you want for this kind of money.

Holes in the bed sheets and cover. Floor needed a good cleaning.
- 1/5
Worst hotel I have stayed at in years.
- 2/5
I rented this hotel for one night on our way to Denver, I thought why rent a more expensive hotel when it's just one night to sleep. this hotel was awful it was so dirty and underkept. the curtains were dirty; the light fixtures were torn. the door to the restroom was hard to close and just over all dirty. I got the two-bed option, and the bed was too small for two adults we had to sleep literally touching. we were so grossed out but we checked in like at 2am so too late to go searching for another room. we got out of there as soon as we could didn't even showered. in addition the room is noisy you can hear the bathroom water.

The location was in a difficult to reach spot off the highway. There were no extra amenities. The AC worked so that is one positive. The hotel was also walking distance from a Jack In The Box where I could get actual food. The man at the front desk was completely unhelpful and dragged his feet every time I spoke to him. My key card died on the first night I stayed here and I was informed by the man next door to me that it happens frequently. My accessible suite was at the far back of the building, and so I either had to drive my car all the way around or limp with my cane to the front office every time I had an issue with my key card. There were holes in the quilt on my bed that clearly came from some kind of burn and the sheets were incredibly thin. The pillows were lumpy and thin. Cable cut in and out and the WiFi was unusable in my room. If you have ever seen The Florida Project, this motel was extremely similar to the one in that film, except the rooms weren't so terrible in The Florida Project. One of my lights would not turn on and the shower & bathroom floor were filthy. I did not want to touch anything in the bathroom because of how nasty it was. The microwave in the room was also in terrible shape and had not been deep cleaned in a long time if ever. My room door hung over the edge of the walkway just enough that I was worried someone would easily break it down while I was sleeping. On my second night, everything smelled like cigarettes near my room, and the smell lingered in the air in my room. There were basically no positives about this stay.

Place felt sketchy. No electricity all night.
- 2/5
Needed: new bed cover and additional furniture. All of the preceding is expected with a 2 star motel and the price. This motel is a 1 or 1.5. Also, the Wifi was not consistently accessible from the 2nd floor room.
- 2/5
Man this place was in rough shape. The bedsteads are like cots, with metal legs at each 4 corners, perfect for stubbing toes. They were cheap* and it seemed they do the best they can (ie seemed clean) but floor soft and sagging in spots, everything beat up/chipped/unrepaired. Felt kinda like the place you'd get murdered in your sleep. * despite the cheap price ($47?) I think we actually paid ($66?) thru Expedia so the booking agents are making bank mebbe making place like this seem more respectable....

This is a rough hotel. You get what you pay for. Rooms are old, floors are warped, missing and dirty. Equipment is showing its age. Not the best part of Pueblo either.
- 3/5
Room clean .It had 1 end table by bed. No chairs or desk. Some paint missing on wall.Sink clean but stained. Ok for 1 night...bear bones hotel.
- 1/5
Mattress hard, pillows tiny, bed so close to the wall, we xoulsnr get in. Then the drug deals outside our room with cars and screaming music were icing on the cake.
- 1/5
The worst! I programmed the TV myself to operate. Bath area had trash on the floor. Toilet was filthy. Key card failed and had to be replaced by might staff on a day long absence. Bed frame did not match the mattress. Mattress was old and lumpy. Pillows were flat to non-existence. You want cheap stay here, you will get cheap.

There was SAND inside the bed sheets -- but the Staff personnel are super excellent, wonderful !

I booked my stay through booking.com the order was never emailed to the office and they refused me my room and didn't even want to see my transaction number
- 4.5/5
The staff is always friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable night in Pueblo, Co. Its definitely got a prime location for all the things you might need. Walmart is about 4 mins away. Plenty of convenience stores right across Highway 50. Has its own laundry facility as well as a full service laundromat about 3 blocks up the frontage road. The parking lot is a little beat up. Nothing a repave won't fix.

It was easy to find parking, and there were plenty of rooms available, but the room smelled weird…. Like an old barracks.
- 3/5
Its old hotel. You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Worst place I've ever stayed. One star is too high of a rating. They should have paid me to stay there. Room was not very clean. Stains Etc in tub and sink were painted over. Straight hot water was barely warm. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and I never got any sleep. At a quarter after 7:00 there was no coffee to be had.
- 1/5
The room was bad the sink didn’t drain neither the shower no hot water it was warm

Bathroom was not clean
- 3/5
The only downside we'd have to say is the poor Wi-Fi connection and limited cable channels available. We have a toddler and he was wanting Disney or Nickelodeon but none of those was available. And with the WiFi always going out he couldn't use his tablet.
- 1/5
Workers are a joke
- 5/5
Very accommodating for those in need of longer stay and definitely the best rate in town.
- 5/5
Great location and comfortable living quarters 😁
- 3/5
For the price deal i cant complain to much. however, the 2 pillows were razor thin, yes it was pretty clean overall. The toilet was dirty, and the shower which was designed for a 4ft human was missing the shower curtain and there was no chair to sit in. Thats all i got

I've been staying at Pueblo Inn a lot, and I have nothing but positive to say. Great overall experience!
- 5/5
Very nice staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
Very satisfied with my stay!
- 3/5
But you get what you pay for. Thin mattress & pillows, total 3 towels. Room definitely shows it age. Desperately needs a deep through cleaning, which is typical of low budget hotels. We'd stay again, just for the low price, don't expect much
- 5/5
Folks at Pueblo Inn make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay!

- 5/5
The rate is unbeatable in Pueblo and they let you stay longer, which I really appreciate. This is a great hotel for those on a budget.
- 2/5
Nothing bad happened during my stay, but all the people associated with this property, both guests and employees, made me feel uneasy due to their behavior or appearance. But again, no negative experiences.
- 5/5
The cheapest hotel in town, but meets all your needs!

Mold around bathroom tub. Shower head was really low. Had to squat down to rinse my head. Room was dated and flooring is coming apart. Shady individuals walking around premises.

Another great stay for me!
- 5/5
Great deal for the price and it's the cheapest hotel in town! Clean, everything working, very secure area and very nice staff. Another great stay for me!
- 1/5
One of the three rooms. Stunk so bad, light. Some type of smoke. And the AC. Didn't work. Although the guy was super friendly and moved me to a new room. It was kind of comical how ugly these rooms were. Also. When we got back on our second night, all three of our rooms. None of the keys worked, so we had to request new ones. They never once asked who I was asked to see an ID. They just automatically issued me new keys which I thought was really Dangerous. Considering we had teenage kids in the other two rooms and it seems like anybody could have said they were locked out. To get a new key. Would not recommend this place. Unless you're in a pinch.
- 2/5
Would not recommend a stay there - I do not agree with other reviews. The room was dirty and had missing chunks of wall paint - bathroom floor was dirty.
- 5/5
Overall was a nice stay & the price was very reasonable.
- 5/5
Great customer service low prices
- 4/5
I normally stay at Motel 6 because of their generous pet policies, but the motel 6 in Pueblo has to be one of the worst in the chain. I was glad to find Pueblo Inn nearby. Also good for pets (but not free), the rooms were fine, the staff was excellent and the rates affordable.
- 5/5
Another great stay!
- 5/5
The people who work there are great! Very kind n professional. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

- 1/5
Nothing like showed in pictures
- 3/5
The room was run down and had a smell to it that was bad and made it hard to breathe. It was like if someone smoked constantly in there and it was in the walls. The carpet needed to be shampooed and the curtain were not on the window. When I closed them for privacy at night to sleep people can walk by and still look in because they did not close. I felt unsafe. The maintenance guy was awesome, he came and fixed the TV because the one in the room would not work. The 2 ladies at check in/out were nice and very efficient.
- 1/5
Cockroaches, filthy room.
- 5/5
Another great stay!
- 3/5
Lots of dangerous happenings
- 3/5
A lot of homeless around. Owner was very cool but other staff not so much.
- 1/5
Run down not maintained, wouldn’t even wanna bring a hooker to this place people outside smoking dope, dogs, barking no place to bring your family. Do not recommend this place to stay. I’m surprised that Expedia recommends this place. They need to reconsider this.
- 3/5
The overall stay was ok. The price for the room was excellent. Broken towel rack in bathroom. Comforter had cigarette burns on it and 1/2 smoked cigarette on front window sill. The tv cable was unhooked from wall but I screwed it back on and tightened it.
- 5/5
Even though it's an older hotel I've been staying here a lot and I 've been pretty satisfied.

The a/c didn’t work and the refrigerator didn’t work. Cancelled reservation need my money back asap
- 1/5
The place was full of cockroaches, and they let my ex know I was there who then came and caused a big scene. I didn’t even spend a night there because of the situation, and they refused to give me a refund, and hotels.com didn’t help either, so I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, and hopefully, get a refund that way.
- 5/5
Another great stay at Pueblo Inn!
- 5/5
It is an older hotel, but it has everything you need! It's very quiet, peaceful and safe because they have a great security. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome with all the restaurants and Albertsons in the area. It is always great and pleasant stay for me!
- 5/5
Even though it is outdated I do enjoy staying here and I've stayed here like 2 months.
- 3/5
Accepted our dog without any questions
- 5/5
I like it!
- 4/5
Great price. Nothing fancy but it's clean and near a lot of food options.

The people that checked my family in was amazing but then on my second day a man i have not seen or meet came yelling at my husband to move his car cause it could not be on the property because of the lisece my husb
- 5/5
Quiet, peaceful, great security in a nice area with many fast food restaurants, right next to Jack in the Box, which is pretty cool!
- 5/5
Little outdated but friendly staff, clean room, quiet and great security.
- 3/5
No coffee in room no table or chair in room. Clean room old motel
- 3/5
Convenient and right off the freeway. Short distance to fuel and dining options. An older property, but adequate for a nights stay. Odd not to have a table or any surface area in the room. Ice machine is in the office.
- 4/5
Not bad for the price.
- 4/5
For the cheap price and location, it was fine. The building is worn and trash was scattered around the parking lot, but everything in our room worked and the bed was comfortable. Accessing it from highway 50 is a bit difficult, but restaurants are all around. Only coffee was available at breakfast. But again, for the price it was fine.
- 2/5
Nice staff , friendly. No amenities. But easy on and off from the interstate. Too bad they didn’t have vending machines or water that was drinkable , the area might be safe but seemed sketchy so we just stayed and checked out. Staff was great and nice
- 2/5
No dresser or desk or table to put things on.
- 2/5
Excessive increase in rates for special events.
- 1/5
I made reservations to stay at this hotel on a road trip from Los Angeles to New York. I pulled in, got the key, and headed to the room. As soon as I did, I started to notice some sketchy things around the hotel. First off, it seemed like there were a lot of homeless people and or prostitutes in the parking lot. Then I looked at the building itself. I noticed that the upkeep of the building was pretty poor, that there was a restaurant on the grounds that was closed, and that the parking lot itself was very broken up and full of potholes. Then I looked at the rooms and noticed that many of them had the doors open. Lots of rooms with the doors open had people sitting in the doorways. The people sitting in the doorways were either drinking or smoking something that was not cigarettes. I immediately felt very unsafe, returned to the office, and return the key.

Nothing
- 4/5
Little outdated but overall satisfied!
- 4/5
The young man that helped me, i believe his name was Dominic, made it all good. If it were not for his effort i would not have been happy at all!
- 5/5
Little outdated, but overall satisfied!
- 3/5
The people were very nice but it could use some updating. It wasn’t very clean though
- 5/5
Great for the price!
- 5/5
This property is great if you’re on a budget and don’t mind an outdated room/amenities. I stayed here two nights and heard a lot of commotion both nights from other guests but it didn’t ruin my stay by any means.
- 5/5
Very frieldly had a problen woth tv very prompt at attebding to and fixing nice room comfortable bed could use extra out let to plug in phone other than that adequate
- 1/5
If I had complained during my staff, either about the abusive employees or the deranged people harrassing me in my room; they would have kicked me out and said I was mentally ill. That approach to guest safety; which is the norm in hotels is also really insulting to the consumer.
- 3/5
The front desk guy was rude
- 1/5
They try to tell my guest my business
- 2/5
Microwave extremely dirty. Covered in old food. Toilet not cleaned. Shower barely worked. Not enough outlets. Couldn’t use microwave and refrigerator at same time. Was a handicap room with no furniture. Just a bed and small nightstand. Didn’t request a handicap room.
- 3/5
The place is cheap but the ratings were good so I booked it. It’s about as low rent a place as you can get don’t know how the ratings were that good omg
- 5/5
Amazing. Penelope at the front desk is amazing.
- 5/5
Cool spot
- 2/5
Its convenient

Nice

In the morning we ran the water for 15 min to get hot. We also had other guests create a disturbance, but the manager shut it down. I have no idea how it got the rating it shows.

- 2/5
Not sure how hotel.com give this place a 10. There was no hot water. There was one roll of tp. There was a syringe in the back parking lot while I was walking my dog.
