There was NO central heat because it had been "turned off for the season" which is absurd. There was a cold front and it was horribly cold in the rooms. The front desk loaned us old space heaters that were scary. My bed was horribly uncomfortable with a huge lump at the end. The entry door had a gap on the side and another huge one of about 2-3 inches under the door. It obviously had no weather stripping whatsoever so it only made the room colder! I've been a customer of Motel 6 for years and this was by far the WORST location I've ever been to! I wanted to go to the front desk to tell them I wanted my money back because I was so uncomfortable and so cold I only slept three hours. But, I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and my son who helps take care of me didn't want to because we were driving from Texas to Washington where we are moving. I really feel I should be compensated for this.

They have a washer and dryer available in the office.

no AC !!! it was so hot. terrible sink no water pressure and lose sink. Dirty bath fan with no cover. NO refrigerator so no cold drinks. over all horrible .

I was very pleased with a good shower head and hot water. I was on the lower floor so people going up the stairs and in the room above me were loud my second night. Not bad at all for the price!

The bathroom door was partially destroyed, the microwave had burn marks inside, the kitchen cabinet front was ripped off in one part, the bath faucet was almost disconnected and would provide only cold or hot water - not both, one kitchen chair was broken.

Location The room was not very well maintained, lots of repairs needed.

It was cold and would have liked a refrigerator and microwave.

I tried to get moved to another room, but the agent customer support could not because of the owner not being available at the time 777 312

I didn’t they got roaches bad and the staff is really nosey can’t even have guests with out them banging on the door or sitting up from watching. Everyone move the fat white girl is super rude and there’s at Hispanic male that has the worst attitude ever and they always try to say they don’t have any one beds but that’s a lie just by looking at how full there parking lot is they just take advantage of people and for a two bed on there guest to make more money there rooms are gross with roaches everywhere and every-time I stay there I always feel like someone’s either watching me secretly or the staff is standing at the door listening or trying to peek into the windows they also poke holes in the curtains so they can pretend they are walking by but really trying to peak in and spy or they will go into the room next door and listen to who ever they can so they can try and call the cops for disturbance… probably the worst motel in Pueblo… they don’t even make you feel comfortable it’s honestly like a prison if you ask me I use to love staying here but now it’s so uncomfortable cause they sit up from watching from the cameras… if someone knocks at your door or enters it there they come to invade your space and scare away who ever they can

Do not stay here. Filthy, roaches, staff was trying to kick us out at 2 am because when we checked in whoever was working, didn’t ask for all of our IDs so at 2 AM they decided to come ask and my mom didn’t have her wallet so they wanted to kick us out but didn’t because I threatened to call corporate. Wasted my money because I didn’t get any sleep.

Nasty room with no hot water when I checked in and no hot water in the morning 😒 very very little toilet paper, no air conditioner or heater, Nasty towels, cigarette burns on the shower floor base, paid in advance and was woken up at 6:30AM with crackhead looking crazy wanting dope money demanding I own money for rent even though I was given a key to the room. Prostitution and drugs on the property all night long. Very very unsafe.

My reservation was canceled since we did not arrive and check in before 6 pm. I have never had this issue anywhere else. I made my booking through hotels.com. Nowhere on hotels or motel 6’s website says they will cancel your reservation if you are not there. I was not contacted to see if I was still coming or that it was canceled. It was not just a reservation and pay when I arrive. I had already paid for my room. When I arrived to check in the girl at the front desk she could not find my reservation and then explained that their policy is to cancel at that 6 pm mark. I had to pay for the room again and then speak to a manager the next day. She took my info but refused to give me a phone number or management she said she was not allowed too. When we finally got to our room the door did not lock. The only way to lock it was with the security latch. You could just push it open with out a key.

Run down rooms

The property was older and not accommodating, very dated. Furniture was old.

No plug ins outside. Had to run an extension cord from the room to charge boat batteries. TP was better at the outdoor facility at the lake.

I hate giving a negative review to a privately owned business but upon checking in I was told the Freon was recently changed and the AC was having a hard time catching up. There was no air conditioning all night on a 90° day. There were no screens in the windows so once it cooled off, I couldn’t even open a window to help the room cool down. Lastly, at 2:51 AM, a massive fight broke out just outside my room that ran 15 minutes long. It must have been 8-12 people screaming and yelling and I was in I fear of gunfire as it escalated.

There were no covers on the outlets, a hole kn the bathroom wall, sheets covered in stains, curtains see through, cockroaches

The air conditioning for the entire building was broken and everyone was outside around the building. I will never do business with expedia again in my life!!!!

The table, the floor, the bathroom and the linens were all dirty. They were bugs, crawling around, and I have no idea how flies were getting into the room, but there were several. It made for a very uncomfortable 10 minutes that I actually stayed there. I knew I couldn’t get my money back so I just left the key card next to the TV and left. I stayed in the room for as long as I could and as long as I could feel comfortable, which was like I said 10, maybe 20 minutes tops. I left and rented a room elsewhere for the weekend.

The hotel was very cute they had obviously done renovations and the room was very nice. You may not expect it from the outside it looks older from the outside but the room was very nice and the neighborhood felt safe. Overall great experience

The air conditioner was not working

I liked the fact that Security was present.

Beds are hard. Room stunk. Half the lights didn’t work. You can hear everything in the rooms around you even the tv. Toilet would flush right. No actual towels to shower with. No shampoo or conditioner. No AC so the room was hot muggy and stinky.

I was first checked a room where there was no a/c in 95degree weather. Then I was moved to a room where the smoke detector was sitting on the table, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the floors were filthy. The TV didn’t work in my room, and half the lights didn’t work. This was in the worst condition I have ever seen amogel and am incredibly disappointed in Motel 6.

It has been generally ok in the past, but the air conditioner was inoperative

Walked in room, had a strong odor despite being a no smoking room. AC broken. Sat on bed, the bed tipped over because it was missing one of its feet. Other bed was the same. Found the missing feet in window sill. Wedged them back under the bed. One bed had sheets with stains on them, I slept on top of all the blankets. It was cheap and we just needed to sleep for a few hours so we made it work, but would never return.

We booked non smoking room . The room we got is not clean yet and look someone just used it. As in dirty at all and smells smokes in the whole room and end up we check out right away . We booked through Expedia its look like we’re rip-off on this. We complain through Expedia but the lady we talk it’s not helpful at all. So disappointed because we drove from Canada . Not all Expedia people likes to help .

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm was covered with Saran Wrap. The walls had a few holes. The AC did not work that great. It took half the night for the room to cool down. Staff was helpful but place was full so no other room.

From going to one motel it was not the best here in Pueblo but it was more better than this one I have a kid and I can't have him in this room that's felt it's like really bad who don't clean their rooms I thought they were supposed to clean rooms and if they're booked wouldn't you think that they're supposed to be cleaned that day and make sure everything's cleaned up I mean hair in the sink hair in the shower the toilet was dirty the toilet seats broken the vent the van above the screens off on in the sink what else I'm just not happy I'm sorry I should be grateful but I can't be not having to sleep and I I just not I'm just going to do it

I had no air conditioning, a three night stay, the room was hot stuffy and the staff had no way to fix it. There was no refrigerator, no microwave. Upon check in, there was no internet and could not process payments, they wanted cash. You get what you pay for, low price, low grade amenities.

Hahah this place was a joke! It should’ve not even been an option! Falling apart sink didn’t work and leaked everywhere! Beds were dirty Celine’s falling down no a/c!

Ac wasn't working very hot. But not to bad to complain

The room wasn't serviced (cleaned) at check in time. The none smoking room was reaking of cigarette smoke and still dirty. The second room was cleaner but even though clearly marked none smoking still smelled really bad of cigarettes. The staff was polite about it but we still ended up scrambling to find another motel.

At first I had a room with no air conditioning only Heat so I upgraded to the room that has air conditioning. It was a kitchenette and I loved it. The best the mattress, not so comfortable

Well I did like that it was furnished as a modern thing but there was no heat it didn't work an frozz my buns off the walls were thin an could hear other people all night an the door doesn't stay closed even wen it was locked so it made it unsafe it wasn't the greatest hotel at all

Easy checkin

The first night the toliet didnt flush right,same the next night!! Call front desk was told to come get a plunger!! Plunged my toilet no help! Got moved to new room and about 3am i smell burning wire,and see smoke coming from the heating unit,i unplug it to find the cord melted beyond believe!! Freezing outside, i decline moving to new room because 1 yr old is sleeping. They bribg a radiator type space heater that did no good at all!! Had the kitchenett,no dushes silverware,glasses,no pots,no pans,no nothing!! You kinda expect those to be supplied,because who travels with the items you need in the kitchenette!! Did not get a free night or a discount at all. Sorry to say i wont be going back or recommending it to my people!!

Light in the kitchen area and in the shower did not work, the stove top was broke, the bed is extremely hard, the rv was missing the wall plug and the cable box, and the guy that first checked me in was extremely rude.

First room was very cold, locks didn't work right and sheets were stained. Second room was ok but the phone had no cord (couldn't call front desk as requested). Night was interrupted often by people fighting outside.

Upon arriving the front desk clerk couldn't validate the room that I had already paid for on the Hotels.com app hours earlier. Even though I had booked and paid for a room with a single queen bed there were no more single bed rooms available which confused me because I was under the impression that was the point of booki ng and paying for the room in advancee. I was informed I would have to pay the difference which was only $4.48 but then he said that it showed that they never took the payment when I made the reservation and I would have to pay $44 or $48. I told him they already took the money from my bank accout and after 10 or 15 mins I guess he found it so I only had to pay the differece for the double beds. I would like to note the clerk was very nice and helpful in making sure to get me taken care of. The shower had many pubic like hairs pasted on the shower walls and brown grime around the shower bars and on the shower floor. Luckily I bring my own scrubbing bubbles which easily removed the grime. The TV worked but the screen had about 24 lines running down the middle. And finally the extremely loud snow plow scraping the lot of the property next door. No fault of Motel 6 but good greif the first time we stayed here last week they started at 6am and this time at 7am. It snowed less than 2" last night and the scraping sound ridiculous I'm assuming because they are literally scraping a thin layer of fluffly snow powder.

We stayed 5 nights, if we wanted a clean room we were informed that we would have to clean it ourselves. If we wanted extra towels we needed to take our dirty ones back (extra means more than what we have) if we needed toilet paper we needed to go to the front desk. It was awful

Motel 6 is still the best option for travelers who are on a budget. They made my trip possible with their inclusive dog policy and the room is clean, the beds are clean and the staff are wonderful people. They give you a parking permit and there is mobile security that patrols the building. Having a place to stay that gives you a sense of safety makes a difference.

the staff was friendly and it is clear they are doing their best but whoever is in charge of the property isnt giving the staff much to work with in regards to maintaining it.

I love the Motel 6, it's my dog and my favorite place to stay.

it was very sketchy. vegrants in the stairwells and parking lot I Made sure my 357 pistol was withun arms reach. Police patrol was 3 cars piedrolicly throughtout the night. I love patrol!

Clean Friendly

There were tons of homeless people all over the property from the walk to the parking lot 10 people asked me for money, offered to sell me drugs and personal items. When I went to the laundry room to wash my laundry they rushed in behind me to plug in their cell phones.

This location is not good. Avoid it by all means. When I arrived there was a policeman making a tenant remove his motorcycle from his motel room. I spoke with the owner of the bike later and he said somebody was casing his motorcycle. There was quite a party going in the room over the office when I was checking in. When I went to the first room i was offered i rode around to the back of the motel and it was not well illuminated. Homeless people came out of the shadows to stare at me and my Harley Davidson. I went back to the office and Roger offered me another room. It was gross. It wreaked of cat urine and there were lots of flies and the front door didn't seal well. I left the room to find some druggies checking out the luggage on my motorcycle. There were 2 prostitutes physically fighting in the driveway by the office over who's territory the motel was. The night manager apologized that me and my motorcycle were not safe there.

Was giving a room that smelled like smoke. Actually cigarette butts were in the toilet that didn’t flush. Lights and tv were on when entered the room. It was like someone was in there and took off when we came. Staff rude.

The great customer service and room was clean

Bed was stained all into the matress, burn holes everywhere. Drug deals going on 24-7 in the parking lot. Like 16 people in the room next door with security being over there multiple times in the night. Absolutely filthy and way overpriced.

Had problem with dates

Our room was a pit. Holes in the wall, filthy shower, broken fan ven, bug filled bathroom light (seriously), burn holes in our sheets and curtains, peeling paint.

Showed up and the A/C didn't work had to wait two days to switch rooms when asking for pots and pans they gave dirty dishes the stove made loud popping noises when on bathroom and room had pest. They seem like theyre trying to change things up and make it better.

Very loud, dripping shower all night. No television/screen in room. No fan or noise to drown out the shower. No deadbolt on the door (despite sign that recommends using deadbolt for safety).

We were forced to sleep with the window open and of course it was extremely noisy Not happy about any of this. Front desk said they would put in a request for a discount but haven't heard anything. I was under the impression that they knew that the room had a broken AC but they rented it out anyway. Turns out we were the unlucky ones. Please comp our stay as it was a miserable experience for my son and I.

Like the floors need cleaned and desk has stuff on it and along the side (some like sticky brown). The cleaning staff early morning was so noisy. But could have been because our door wasn’t fully closing (it would lock but there was no seal and gap outside.) the people at the desk were nice when we had to get a new key because our room key was too close to our phone. We tried to Uber but no Uber in the area wanted to accept a pick up here? Not sure if it’s just that area or motel 6.

Room was not ready not queen beds, Room should have been a single room not double. so space was small.

It wasn’t overall horrible. I will not stay again. The first room assigned didn’t have a working toilet. The next room had a shattered TV. We were compensated, but the conditions were not favorable.

This was the only time I ever had a reservation not get confirmed and now need to follow up with Expedia to ensure I'm not double charged for a room.

There was blood the sheets in the room. They send me to another room. The refrigerator didn't work, the microwave was dirty with no plate, the fronts is the drawers were broken off. The curtains were filthy. Looked like someone was working on changing oil and wipes their hands on the curtains and walls.

I paid for two days and left a day early with my son due to no ac and the drug activity!The outer property was filthy multiple people aloud to sit in vehicles and do drugs or loiter! Front desk clerk THE MALE at about 10pm when we checked in was so rude and smart in front of my son he was lucky I had my son with me if I’d been manager I’d fire him! Private security car is ah joke watched the car just sit there and not do anything when it came to drugs and loitering! Why revise review it’s the truth

Staff was nice and helpful. There were a whole bunch of people outside every hour of the night. Police and Security constantly driving around. There was a little girl sitting on the stairway looking at sexual videos and pictures. Once we checked in we went up to our room, the walls, ceiling, sheets, and curtains were covered in blood splatters, along with hair on the bed. The bathroom was not clean, there were hairs all over the toilet and floor. We ended up leaving.

Room was clean and staff was nice. Parking was the only issue, we were 1st level but still had to walk a long ways to get to our outside entrance into the room.

While there were obvious upgrades, more are still necessary. The mattress was lumpy. The a\c put cigarette smell into the room. The ceiling showed water damage. The room was clean and the flooring, sink and shower appeared to have been upgraded.

The room smelled like urine once we opened the door, the curtains were hanging off on one side. The people staying were very weid and we even got flashed by the guy staying in the room next to the o e we were going to stay in, so we felt very unsafe!

Good price and attentive staff

Gross. Aa soon aa we openes the door, the stench hit ans just about knocked me over. Room was clean but very used. Shower floor was nasty...only two bars of soap and no shampoo. Lots of sketchy people loitering around the parking lot. I was complelled ro check on our vehicle from time to time to make sure it was still there.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in my first room - I was about dying - so I ended up having to pay to upgrade to a suite. Also there were scary people around the back of the hotel going in and out of the hole in the fence - I think they were smoking something out there in the middle of the night, because I kept seeing fires in the dark.

Heard gunshots around 2:30 am the following night and lucky for motel 6 it was on the property next door. However; avoid this place like the plague. Further down the road there’s nicer safer places to stay for around same price.

Bugs on top of the bed. Removed top sheet and found huge burn hole in under sheet cushion. Poll broken. Asked and received a refund. Worst experience ever.place should be shut down.

Sketchy

I was informed on arrival that no rooms had air conditioning, except for their “kitchenette” rooms. After looking at reviews online, seems to have been the case for months now. The room is moderately clean, with stained bedding and dirty walls. The surrounding area is surrounded by the unhoused community that gets a little rowdy. I know you get what you pay for, it a property on your platform should at least be reasonably safe. This property should honestly come w a warning about safety. The check in process was a nightmare as I was told at 2/30 that check in was at 3 with aplomb by the front desk. I waited until 3, and while I waited, I went ahead and upgraded to the kitchenette room so I could have AC on a 90 degree day in June. This feels like a waste of money and only made my trip worse as sleep was hard to get in such a property.

When me and my husband showed up there was people sleeping on the stairs and all over the property. We were there maybe 20mins

They had roaches. I requested to change rooms because of the roaches and staff didn't let me. To me that's safety concern and issue. I requested my money back and they refused. This motel didn't handle the issue. I'm looking into to getting reimbursed my money for roaches and bad service

There was a 110 plug by the bed plugged in 2 laptops one started smoking the other one stopped charging found the charging cable transformer fried. Found drug needles in the rocks my dog almost stepped on it. there were homeless people hanging around the property.

Staff was excellent - they're lucky to have them. Room on surface very very clean BUT dirt in corners and found a roach. Bath ran hanging by one screw; water hot fast but sprayer dribbled. Heat/air unit screen so packed with fuzz I had to use plastic fork to improve flow. Wind was blowing full sized leaves under the door. These are lack of maintenance issues, which I believe is an owner issue not wanting to spend $ - not a staff issue. Mattress so lumpy I could feel springs - made with clean fresh sheets and as I said clean...clean...clean. Just lack of details. Such a waste of pleasant thoughtful staffing.
