- Issues with hot water, heating, and plumbing
- Overpriced and limited breakfast and food options

I liked the convenient location of the property and how well maintained the grounds were. The deposit wasn’t too bad and the experience was very good.
- 5/5
Location was great . Staff was always helpful . overall 100/100
- 4/5
The breakfast bar food and coffee were great but not enough help there to get orders out in a timely manner. The rooms were clean but the walls are paper thin.
- 2/5
I wish I would have stayed across the street at the Fairfield Suites - those looked much nicer.

Room was nice and clean. Ice machine only worked on 5th floor , finding this out after hitting up all the floors. Staff was so nice and helpful. Loved it so close to riverwalk

The gym has a lot to be done to it before I would give it a thumbs up. Very small, weights were not conducive to what I needed. One set of dumbbells is not enough when you have multiple people wanting to use them and they were very light on the poundage side. Need to get a cable machine or something else to help with variety. I would Love to help you design a weight room.

Great stay

Close to the convention center Close to homeless populations, no hot water, no on-site breakfast, pool was down and everything in the room was old and run down. Sad state for a Marriott. Should have "Motel" in the name.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
Staff was delightful. Room had some maintenance issues that we reported when we checked out. Kitchen issues precluded a full menu.
- 1/5
In the morning our toilet was plugged, we called the front desk, they said they would come up and fix it. We waited in our room for an hour, we called back down and they said they could not find a plunger, that they had bathrooms downstairs. We weren't going down when we were still in our pj's.

Nancy at the front desk was amazing. Personable, knowledgeable, efficient.

Great room!! Very clean and perfectly laid out. We had plenty of room for everything we brought. It was very convenient to our friends and family and shopping. Just like home.
- 0.5/5
We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. Plus after 4 people showering the water got cold by the time the last shower. Also the toilet kept running stuck on the last night.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was ok location perfect . The evening we arrived it was a zoo to get checked in we also checked out right away with no refund Front desk
- 0.5/5
Nothing Check-in was horrible. I don't think anyone at the front desk knew what they were doing .
- 0.5/5
Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would strongly caution others—especially those traveling for a special event—to consider alternative accommodations. This property is in serious need of improved training, staffing, and guest service standards. We recently stayed at the Courtyard Downtown by Marriott in Pueblo for a family wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We were unable to check into our room until around 7:30 p.m. due to a complete lack of clean rooms. Despite arriving well after the standard check-in time, we were told to join a waiting list—a first for me at any hotel. There appeared to be multiple people acting as managers, yet none of them seemed properly trained or capable of handling the front desk operations. The level of disorganization and confusion was simply unacceptable. The check-in process was the worst I've ever encountered—chaotic, uncomfortable, and frustrating, especially during what was meant to be a joyful and important occasion for our family.
- 5/5
Great staff, nice rooms, walkable to the Riverwalk. Highly recommend!
- 1/5
Nothing worked- from ice machines, swimming pool, hot tub, fridge In Room, toilet didn’t flush right, to Starbucks coffee house not having anything working so it only had cold and hot black available Hotel looks to be under renovations so it’s a mess.
- 1/5
Terrible in every way. Avoid this place.
- 1/5
Unable to shower
- 3/5
Coffee not available until 7 am. Ice machines out of order on floors 5, 6, 2, 3: or4 (of 7 floors.. TV picture very dim. Moldy smell on first floor combines with strong cleaner odor, nauseating. Entire hotel run down and in need of intense cleaning. Very disappointed.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff friendly. Did not know some areas were under construction and the indoor pool was closed

The one good thing was that after a stressful drive in a winter storm we were able to check in early and get some rest. Unfortunately we had a bit of time on our hands with no WiFi and no satellite TV. I guess maybe we could have paid extra for WiFi but expected it to be included. Also no breakfast- not even lousy lobby coffee. They had a pay-by-the-cup machine that was out of order. This is strike two out of two Marriotts. The name used to mean better than average. Not anymore. The Holiday Inn Suites is always better and less expensive.
- 5/5
Unfortunately staff was not very friendly, and there was a leak in the lobby that was not fixed with in the 4 days of my stay..I hoe they fix it soon.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Seems like the hotel could use some work in general
- 4/5
Staff was amazing and so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were good in that the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The issue was the building itself, hot water took forever to get hot and the roof leaked in the lobby. Overall a good experience but the folks working there need some help from corporate

Nice hotel, nice room, clean and very quiet
- 5/5
We enjoyed ourselves
- 1/5
No hot water, bad to start the day, the bed sheets were on backwards, wonder if they cleaned them, no help from the front desk
- 3/5
This is a really loud hotel – also the Internet was out and I had planned on a pretty full night of working. I wish this had been communicated to us at check-in.
- 4/5
Ugh the area, not so good. A vehicle was broken into in the parking lot we parked in with security
- 2/5
The employees at the desk were great. The issue we had was the bed had soiled comforter and kinda smelled. The shower had what appeared to be mold in a couple corners. The breakfast was terrible...I got mine 15 minutes before my wife got her's and her's was terrible, the bread wasn't toasted, The eggs had to be cut with a knife and the butter had just come from the freezer, we declined that and they took it off the bill. Overall, I would not stay there again or recommend to others
- 5/5
The staff was amazing ! Each and everyone we met !
- 5/5
Great clean room. Front desk was polite and beds comfortable.
- 3/5
I wouldn’t use the glasses in the room. The looked filthy.
- 4/5
It needs some cleaning on the common areas the elevator fixed and our shower had hair in it
- 4/5
Nice room, a little outdated for the price but nice enough. There's been a pretty awful smell there the last few times we've stayed. Not sure if it's mold from the AC units condensation issue or what. Smell musty/sulphur strong on the first and second floor. Also hard to cool the rooms below 70, grateful for the standup fan in the closet. Staff is friendly, bar staff is great. The pool area was clean and we'll maintained.
- 3/5
I did like the location of the hotel, but parking was scarce. We had to park down the street several time. The Starbicks machines did not work the entire stay and breakfast was not complimentary. Also there was not an office or business center where i could go to work in private.
- 5/5

I didn't like the parking accommodations. They had additional parking across the street, but not very convenient if you have to carry things back and forth.
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
Trashy looking curtains were tore it stinks I would not recommend it to know one and to expensive for what you offer
- 2/5
The air conditioning didnt work very well. The coldest it got was 73 in the room
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Comfy bed.
- 4/5
Very dated property. Run down bathroom fixtures, carpet and tile. What I would expect from a budget/value chain but not from even a mid-grade Marriott property.
- 5/5
This was a couple get-awau weekend. The acomodations were nice, I have stayed there for a business eventvat the Pueblo Convention Center and since my gf wanted a couples weekend and I had already stayed there it was an easy choice. The front desk staff were very accommodating.
- 4/5
Water leaking from ceiling in pool anr hot facility. Homeless people walking around. Would never go to Pueblo, CO again.
- 4/5
This was actually a pretty nice hotel for the area.
- 3/5
Huge stain on chair in bedroom. Because of that it causes us to think everything is not clean! The sink clogged upon first use.Fir the price point of 245 the room should be in tip top shape!
- 1/5
The person that checked me in was rude and snappy he wouldn’t look at me when he talked so I could not hear or understand him he got frustrated and became even more rude. His name was Fredrick. He is not someone you should have working the from desk.
- 5/5
Best of chain hotels for downtown Pueblo. Very mediocre compared to other cities or other Courtyards. Oh, and this Courtyard doesn't have a courtyard.
- 2/5
Location was great. It was a walkable distance to the Riverwalk. However, there were flies and bugs in the breakfast area, shower wasn't clean, curtain had a huge rip, and we could smell cigarette smoke at times when the air kicked on. I understand renovations ran over schedule, but that's no excuse for insects. We picked this because it had a restaurant and bar, but the menu was limited to 4 choices. Also no coffee available until they opened the Starbucks counter.
- 1/5
Easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stay in. Slovenly staff, TV no working, floors never been vacuumed in weeks.
- 2/5
I've been staying here for work for several years now. Every year I come back the hotel gets a little worse. This is the last time I'm staying here. The curtains were tattered, walls were dirty, one of the elevators was out of order, leaks in the lobby ceiling, furniture in the lobby was torn, etc. This used to be the nicest hotel in Pueblo. I'll stay across the street from now on.
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 2/5
Uniquely bad in that were “renovating” while paying customers stayed at the property; with pounding on the walls and floors when you were trying to sleep. No warning on the reservation web site. Will make me think twice about Marriott.

We were in Pueblo for a car race and choose this hotel because it had the best ratings, even though lower tier hotels were closer to the track. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the room we were told that the room we booked, a king suite, had been sold to someone else. Instead, they put us in a room on the second floor with tattered curtains, a musty odor and facing the hvac system on the roof. We were thankfully moved to a room that was not falling apart, but the whole property seems very worn and dated. Would not return here.
- 4/5
Nice place, well kept.
- 5/5
It was great enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
We stay every year for a Bowling tournament. The hotel is always under construction, but not sure what they are doing. Its just a 2.5 to 3 rated hotel. Yogurt from the cafe was spoiled.
- 3/5
Staff was helpful, attentive and kind. Rooms were okay. We had a suite with 3 people and only enough towels for 2. Climate control was a little wonky too. Bedroom was controllable but the living room was warm and stuffy. All in all it was fine for a 1 night stay. Great area to stay in Pueblo, there were many great restaurants witjin walking distance.
- 2/5
Told the manager she should eat off the disgusting breakfast bar .no hot water ..food had not been brought in for dinner service or breakfast off the menu..the staff knew it was all bad and were so pleasant to us..the no hot water was for the shower!!! Great staff!!!
- 5/5
Great service. Clean, comfortable. Convenient location
- 3/5
There was construction in the I’m above us. The constant use of a jackhammer was not great. The curtains in our room were slashed and ripped. We called the front desk to take an order for the restaurant and they were rude.
- 5/5
Smooth check in! Front Desk was amazing, she was super friendly and took care of all our needs throughout our evening. Hotel has the best reviews online, and was clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!
- 3/5
This Courtyard by Marriott definitely did not meet the expectations a person has of this hotel brand. They should enforce their no smoking policy.
- 4/5
I liked the fact that someone came as soon as I call because the room was so cold! They fix the air so it would turn off as needed ! Thanks
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Good place
- 1/5
The room was filthy.. blood on the sheets, plastic rose petals on the carpet, the tub had hairs.. There was a man yelling right outside our window, really not what we were expecting out of a brand like this. Conveniently the app isn't letting me post photos, but but I took some...
- 4/5
As for the hotel, our experience was excellent. As for the surroundings, well, it's Pueblo. However, we did enjoy being able to walk to the river walk, the Paint and Bubbles, and several bars.
- 5/5
Always very clean, top notch service. The bistro downstairs has great breakfast options, and we got to watch football in the lounge! Will stay here over and over again.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and friendly service
- 5/5
Best bang for the buck in Pueblo. And it's next to a Carl's Jr. Thanks guys.
- 2/5
When we checked in the hostess was incredibly rude. Our room’s TV didn’t work, the thermostat in the room was stuck on 80 degrees and the shower dripped. We ate dinner in the lobby and the woman who took our order was wonderful. The other woman who delivered the food was extremely rude and left the food sitting out so it got cold. Then the ceiling started pouring water.
- 2/5
Our room was filthy. The bathroom and sheets were covered in long black hairs. You can tell they definitely didn’t clean. Having two young kids I expect a clean room. I will not be booking a room here again in the future.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!

- 5/5
Close to chili festival. Very clean
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 1/5
People outside smoking m**h , room was dirty. Took almost an hour to check in. Will not stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
It was relaxing and everything we needed was provided. The night clerk was extremely helpful and friendly and the morning clerk, Tammy, couldn't have been nicer!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
The AC did not work in our first room so we moved to another. Some of the wallpaper in the hallways is badly scratched and does not look worthy of what I've come to expect from Marriott. There were red stains on our bed sheets (did not appear to be blood but more like wine). Overall, I was not impressed qith our atay here.
- 4/5
The hotel is near the river walk.
- 5/5
Great central location.
- 5/5
Nice room. Clean and comfortable

- 5/5
Otherwise, the staff was amazing - very accommodating to get us an air mattress to allow enough room for my kids to spread out. The Bistro in the lobby also had great food and kind servers. The downtown traffic was a bit noisy overnight - but I think it only disturbed me, not the kids. The pool and hot tub were excellent! All in all it was a lovely stay and we would happily stay there again.
- 5/5
Only stayed one night but very helpful staff and nice property.
- 3/5
The reception desk staff were wonderful! The food counter/starbucks set up was very inefficient. On Sunday, I went down to get coffee at 7:15 and they weren’t open. They are meant to open at 7:00. Staffing may be difficult though. The property is getting run down and could use a refresh. The bathroom was not super clean. Location was good with a short walk to the Riverwalk area.
- 5/5
Enjoyed how amazing the staff was. The whole hotel plus the rooms were so amazingly clean! Outside hotel felt safe and clean as well! One thing is when booking the hotel make sure not to list “breakfast includes” as people think that means FREE breakfast and it was not free.
- 5/5
We had a great stay we arrived about an hour or so before check in time but had been driving all they was through and asked if there was any way we could get in a little earlier they were able to accommodate us and we got checked right in my daughter accidentally locked the bathroom door after her shower and maintenance was right up to open it for us we didn’t want the room cleaned we were only staying 2 nights but called down for extra towels and they were sent straight up
- 5/5
Needs a non slip mat in the bath. The floor is also slippery when wet.
- 3/5
Very noisy at the time of our stay
- 5/5
Amazing spot.
- 5/5
Check in service was good and easy. It was the most convenient hotel for what we were there for that we could have chosen. Everything we needed within walking distance. The only negative was, there was no service in the room, no new towels, no making of the beds, or emptying of the trash. Other than that, great say. *warning* the area is a bit shady with homeless folks, but they were no bother to us on the property!
- 2/5
People at check-in had no interest in customer service. Room i was provided had inoperable AC and I was told they had no other rooms available. Once they decided they couldn't fix it, a room was suddenly available. Wait staff at the Bistro were more interested in talking to each other than helping patrons. Mold in shower. Worst experience I've ever had at a Marriot. Room way overpriced for level of service. Will not stay here again.
- 2/5
No parking.
- 2/5
We stayed for 4 nights. Upon checking in they asked if we wanted housekeeping, we said yes. Three days later they still had not cleaned our room. Called and spoke to the front desk who said we declined room service. I told her we did not and needed our room clean and fresh towels. They sent us clean towels and promised the room would be cleaned the next day, it did not happen. Bathroom was not clean and there was hair in the corners. Will never stay at a Marriot again.
- 2/5
Stayed in the 6th floor and there was no hot water for at least 20 min. Then after showering the heater stopped working and started blowing cold. When going to complain I only got a 20$ voucher. Unfortunately this was a bad first impression and will no longer be returning.

- 4/5
This is a very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful and professional!
- 5/5
Great to see this property still going strong!! I’ve been a repeat guest for years. This is always my go to place to stay in downtown Pueblo. Convenient, with all the right amenities, and the staff is consistently hospitable.
- 3/5
Parking was awful, housecleaning never happened for unknown reasons and food was super expensive and not very good.
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 5/5
Great place to stay and surrounded by restaurants, stores and sites.
- 1/5
Pool and hot tub were closed and red flagged by the state.
- 5/5
Rooms were spacious and clean. The facility was nice and so was the staff
- 5/5
Great Service! Service staff has gone above and beyond expectations and standards to give me all the help I’ve needed! I will definitely be booking again when I need to be in Pueblo
- 2/5
Area felt unsafe, property was outdated, bathroom toilet was not functioning properly, black out curtain was off track so we couldn’t open one side, there were 3 sharing room but only cups for 2, first hotel we have stayed in 20 stops that did not offer coffee in the lobby. Also first one without comp. breakfast.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay. Staff is always friendly when I stay here. This place is my getaway since it's the only local hotel that will let me stay for a mini staycation
- 5/5
Quick check in at the Hotel counter, friendly. Bistro was fast and very good. Relaxing
- 5/5
The staff were amazing! Very helpful and kind. The food and drinks at the bistro were fantastic. The hotel itself was conveniently located, just had trouble parking one night but other than that I really enjoyed my stay! I felt safe due to key card required access after a certain hour, room was clean & comfortable, and I was able to have the hot tub to myself one night (bonus perk). Overall, highly recommend.
- 2/5
There was only 1 person to check in arriving guests. He was very slow and couldn't seem to understand requests from customers. We were assured that we would have a room with a bathtub, that did not happen. It took 14 minutes for hot water to show up in the shower. Hot water showed up in the sink, but the hot/cold faucet was reversed. The sink drain stopper did not work. The thermostat in tha room could not be adjusted. No free breakfast. Two cups of coffee, oatmeal and a muffin cost over $21.00 with very slow service. At the price they charged, things could have been much more comfortable. We will stay across the street from now on and save our money and have a much nicer experience!
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue that I had was the shampoo/condition/soap were in the shower in pump bottles that were hard to pump. The room and bathroom were very cleaned. The swimming pool and hot tub was great after a day of visiting museums.
- 3/5
The bathroom in room could be cleaner and the guy that was at the front counter was not very nice. He did not make me feel welcome or tell me anything unless I asked. When I asked about complimentary water bottle he asked for my bonvoy number which I do not know but I know he could look it up by email and he did not offer.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Great stay but toilet leaked and difficult to flush. Also, lacked all shower gels.
- 2/5
When we arrived, I noticed the carpet in the hallways was dirty, our room had what looked like black mold in the shower in the bathroom. We relocated to a different room and there was a horrific odor coming from the bathroom, smelled like sewer gasses.
- 5/5
Cool
