I think lots kids might be the people working there kids they all over the breakfast area destroyed it and screwing with elevators

One of the receptionist was nice on Sat afternoon the other was just a snot. On Sunday when we checked out, that lady was so nice. I do plan on staying at Springhill again in the future. Hopefully they will have these issues resolved.

The beds were AWFUL (gaping human sized dips in the mattress- left both my husband and I struggling to sleep and with terrible back pain the next day), mildew and mold all over the shower, and utterly useless pillows. The front desk staff was very pleasant and kind.

Rooms are huge! Great location to walk to Riverwalk.

The toilet did not function properly and there was no one in maintenance when the problem was discovered. The front desk man, Pablo, offered to try to break away and come look at it but the man was already dealing with a lot. He did find a plunger that allowed the water to drain from the bowl but the seal was leaking and the toilet ran continous. Numerous times I had to stick arm into toilet to get it to seal. Several previous trips things were ok at this location BUT the recent trip seemed to be filled with people that did not care with the exception of Pablo who apologized numerous times.

The front desk staff could use some training in guest hospitality. They were efficient but not welcoming at all. The gentleman who checked us in hardly spoke and seemed perturbed we were there.

We had a quick stop over in Pueblo and this was a good value for a nice hotel. Staff was friendly and room was nice. Breakfast had a good variety.

Very clean

Daytime staff was not friendly. Shower was lukewarm at best for 2 nights. Rooms were pretty filthy - corners and carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. I’m a Hilton honors member and this was probably one of the least clean properties I’ve stayed at.

I was not impressed our room smelled like dirty socks, the shower was not clean, something is wrong with the elevator, it smelled and squeaked really bad, you can tell someone needs to look at it.

Family friendly

Now having stayed at our fair share of hotels in Mexico, Jamaica, and all over the US, we have never had it be that the room was not cleaned and at minimum the bed fixed daily unless we requested it. Well it does not happen here. They have two very very small trash cans that fill up with literally only a few things and it will not get emptied until your third day staying there. Beware if Brittany is working, she is very rude and should brush up on her customer service.

It was warm in the room for March and I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the thermostat and I was too tired to ask for help

The room and hallway had a strange smell. The entrance to the hotel was not well lit at all. I really wasn't sure where the entrance was. The food on the breakfast buffet was barely warm and the selection was very limited. I have had much better.

The hotel was close to the downtown area. The gas station next door had some sketchy people hanging around at times but nothing obviously unsafe. The HVAC in our room did not work very well, the room would get warm and no matter how cold we set the AC, it would only kick on for a few minutes at a time and never really cool the room. The cleanliness of the room was OK, the biggest issue was we found long black hairs (neither me or my wife have long black hair) in several areas of the room, on the toilet, in the bathtub, on towels, on the bathroom floor. That was a bit of a turn off. We never ate the breakfast but the coffee was really good. The staff was very, very friendly and gave us good information on the local area, places to eat, things to see. etc.

Cockroach in bathroom and manager did not care did nothing even after we checked out manager was insensitive to disabilities and of having service dogs saying we had bought the vest and they were not real service animals.that they should not bark at all if they were service animals so she charged us a pet fee and said there was a complaint.

i was lucky to hace juilana at the front desk when i got there early. she graciously held my bag, allowed me to change, and made sure my room was made ready. it made my day.

Front counter staff was excellent. Breakfast food staff was putting out food not wearing gloves which is a good safety issue. Ice bucket in room had water from a previous guest.

There was a literal shootout in the parking lot. Eight cars ended up with bullet holes, broken windows, and flat tires. At least the staff was very forthcoming and helpful about it.

Their computer system was down the entire 2 night stay which led to check in problems that staff punted to Marriott which couldn’t do anything. Also affected the WiFi system negatively.

I would have liked to have stayed here, but I was unable to due to a family emergency. I reached out to the hotel and never heard back. Very unfortunate.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was close to many things we wanted to do. Unfortunately there were a number of gunshots one of the nights and cars out front had windows and tires hit. Felt very unsafe.

The front desk staff was superb. Juliana was so friendly and helped me see the highlights of Pueblo by taking the extra effort to explain the fun parts of the city and how to get there. Isabel was a superb housekeeper and gave me some bags so that I could carry my painting from the fair. Kristy was an excellent manager. My bed was so comfy. My room was spacious and quiet. The gym was super good. The hotel location was close to everything. Superb hotel

The suite we were in (#428) is quiet, roomy and well laid out in 3 sections and includes all the amenities a guest would need: the entry and separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo, the living area with a good-sized fridge & microwave, couch, a desk, and a large screen TV, and the bedroom area with good lighting for reading, and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast was outstanding with both hot and cold offerings, and the staff kept the dining tables and food/beverage areas replenished and clean. The front desk was extremely welcoming and answered our questions. There is a well equipped workout room with free weights, treadmills, etc., but it lacked mats, disinfectant wipes to clean the equipment, and the water cooler was empty. The indoor pool area which includes a hot tub could be better ventilated as it was quite hot. Overall, an excellent stay, a good value, and we would gladly return.

Comfortable bed but shower didn’t work. Had to wash from sink. Tv was going off and back on every ten minutes or so. I-25 loud from room. Shower was the main issue! Called to report and then told desk clerk upon checking out. Not a great stay at all. Steve

Mainly the convenience store next door and liquor store across street have lots of homeless activity. The downtown area and restaurants / streets are very nice, clean and safe. The room amenities could use some updating. The TVs look to be 10+ years old and the furniture is worn. The free Breakfast is actually not bad. Id stay again.

Breakfast was pretty good. I guess I was expecting a suite for the room (small kitchen at least) but for an average room to stay the night, this place did the trick. A downside though is that one of the elevators wasnt working properly and had to wait about 5 minutes for the other one.

The room was excellent. I loved the setup for the suite as it gave a smart separation between the bed area and the "living" area. Nicely appointed. Newly remodeled and very very clean. Pool and exercise areas and all other common areas were clean, well-kept, and comfortable. Everything was new. The staff was friendly and quite accommodating, not just for me but others. Kudos to management for your hirings. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Springhill Suites was a great place to stay. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Employees were friendly and helpful. Julianna was so special! Greeted us with a great smile, explained everything around the hotel, and helped us find a great place to eat. Our room was amazing! Spacious, cozy, CLEAN, and nicely decorated. The beds are the best! Talk about soft and wonderful sleep. The hotel is easy to find right off the highway. And so close to the beautiful riverwalk! Highly recommend.

I had booked a room here for the 2nd year in a row for the CHSAA 4A State Speech & Debate tournament. Last year went well and we were pleased with our stay. However, this year Jefferson County was hit with a snowstorm that resulted in all Jeffco schools having to withdraw from the State competition and no one being able to travel to Pueblo. I cancelled my reservation as soon as I was notified we could not go. Unfortunately, the general manager would not refund my money or provide a voucher due to what she said was Marriott’s policy on cancellations. Knowing the events that occurred that necessitated my cancellation, she was still unwilling to assist so I’m out my money for the one night. I guess I’ll have to look at it as tuition paid for the lesson learned about SpringHill Suites in Pueblo, CO.

There were homeless everywhere. Two abandoned buildings right next door. Homeless tent next to the dumpster across the street. Half a dozen homeless wandering around. I did not feel safe. Clerk said even with security they still get some breakins to vehicles. Did not stay. Travelocity automated customer service line states non-fundable and hu g up.

Check in and check out was quick, easy, and friendly. The pillows were a bit too soft but if that’s my only complaint I’m perfectly content.

Nice location, close to river walk and Downtown. In town for gravel race and they didn’t look twice when I wheeled my dirty self and bike into the lobby to check in - appreciate that! Pool and hot tub were nice.

Room had not been vacuumed -- there were peanuts on the floor from the previous guest.

The bed was so comfortable. We had a sofa to watch TV and one in the bedroom too. Lovely room, safe and staff was very nice and welcoming.

The mini fridge stopped working and our food went bad, the tv kept glitching/freezing the staff did nothing to help. Family stopped by and asked to call my room, again staff not helpful. There’s more I could say, but bottom line is I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Great location to downtown Pueblo, but downtown pueblo has a lot of street people. Didn't feel safe walking.

Spiders were found in our second floor room. Told the front desk at checkout. Was told weather is getting colder and they are coming in.

the baggy did not match any of the hotel plastic wrappings around the cups or soaps in the room. i looked to make sure. i also left the baggy, that looked chewed, on the furnishings area where the microwave was, near the entrance to the room, across from the bathroom.
