Clean rooms, friendly staff, very helpful. Pool/hot tub area nice and relaxing. Breakfast was what you expect, but better than average. Staff was really nice, even let us hang out in the lobby and play cards for several hours, and check in was super smooth.

Only issue we had was an unexpected wake up call at 2am due to a noise complaint from a neighbor. Apparently they told staff the wrong room, so we got the call. We were told that they then checked cameras and were able to see it was the room on the other side, not us. They were very apologetic when we brought it up to them. My only thing is - cameras should of been checked first to confirm the room when calling at 2am. I was then unable to go back to sleep and my kids tossed and turned for quite a while. Made for a crappy ending to our nice stay. Would return again with hopes of no problems.

Room was clean and staff was very lovely to deal with.

I never got to eat there once. Surrounded by sport teams. I booked a room for peace and they stomped and slammed doors until 1am. The pool and hot tub were packed, never got to try.

The room was okay, when we went to check in we were at the desk for around 15 minutes with no one to help. I had to call the hotel to get the night shift clerk to check us in. The breakfast was okay it was a full house at the hotel and it was hard for the staff to keep refilling the breakfast items.

The breakfast was not great- the oatmeal was watery and the sausage was hard. Glad there were gluten free options for our daughter who has celiac, that was a plus! The pool was good, however, it lacked seating for those that were non-swimmers, but it was a busy weekend so I imagine that’s not a common problem when there isn’t an event.

We enjoy staying here. We visit the area frequently. The staff is great. We love Nicole at the front desk. It's wonderful to see a friendly face when we stay there.

We checked in and carried all of our luggage up to the room. The room ended up being a nonsuite room. It was a standard room. I went down to the front desk to ask what happened to my reservation. At first they denied that I had paid for a suite. Then when I showed them my reservation confirmation they said they didnt understand why the mistake happened. I spoke with the manager and they admitted that the room I had reserved was rented amd thst they didn't have another suite with 2 queen beds. My complaint is that the front desk was dishonest and didnt inform me that the room was rented. They said nothing and tried to give me a nonsuite room even though I paid for a suite. Very unprofessional. Did they think I wouldn't notice that the room wasnt a suite?

My only two small complaints would be, the pillows were awful and there should be a fan in the bathroom.

We stayed here so we could walk to the fairgrounds for a concert. The room was very nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. TV channels are very limited but fine.

Although the room was great, the bathroom was in need of both a deep cleaning and the Latch/ handle is broken. The resided shower curtain let a great deal of the water flow out of the shower base. Sorry guys, but that was just bad design.

We were there for the Good Guys show. The Hotel was very conveniently located. They also had security every evening of the car show to ensure that people's classic cars weren't touched or damaged. Fantastic staff. Look forward to going again next year.

Fantastic hotel! This was our second time staying here. Wonderful customer service, great location for our needs and just an all around joy to have this be an option for us.

I feel like when a customer decides to extend there room, it is the responsibility of the staff to advise of the room charge increase verses a customer finding out when it is time to checkout and we think we are still paying the original rate but when no one says your daily rate is increasing significantly. Guests would assume the rste is still the same as when they checked. I was surprised with significant price hikes and was not made available at time of extension.

We booked a suite well in advance (over 30 days) and when we arrived we were informed that they over sold the suites and put us in a queen double. It was a nice room but the water temperature in the shower was at best lukewarm. Ì I

Rooms were comfy and spacious for me. My mom and my sister I enjoyed the breakfast. Breakfast was always very fulfilling a lot and lots of options and in a very convenient place. It was easy to get to everything.

Waffles were way too sweet! Pool was great. Pillows not too bad. Front desk staff were helpful. Needed to get extra blankets as sheets and covers were pretty light. 10 minutes to the Outback.

The building was lovely, reception was wonderful. We needed the pull out couch bed, it was a thin worn mattress, the frame bowed in the center like a hammock and we had to make the bed ourselves. I asked for daily service but we did not get that. No extension cords available. Had to ask for an extra blanket. Although front desk staff were lovely, we will not be back. There were no suitcase holders available.

My plane got canceled hours before I was to arrive in Pulaulip (spelling)… Nicole helped me rebook. She was terrific. Clean place. Good location. I will be back.

Nice, quiet room for our overnight stay. Comfortable bed. The shower wouldn’t get to putting out really hot water until running it for some time, and turning the dial 360 degrees. Delicious breakfast with plenty of food options; I enjoyed the egg sandwich, scrambled eggs, and plenty of bacon, capped with a yogurt serving, coffee, and orange juice.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel within the last month. I had early morning appointments scheduled at Good Samaritan Hospital, which is just up the hill. Rather than having to get up super early & contend with traffic, it made more sense to book a room. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. We would deff stay here again. Easy access, just off hwy 512. Free parking, free breakfast, & friendly, efficient staff. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised to find how well taken care of the hotel is. The lobby area is inviting. The rooms were well cleaned. Our family had three rooms and were pleased with them. The entire staff is friendly with great customer service. Breakfast had a variety of options - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, fruit and yogurt.

Check in was easy and hotel is easy to find off of Meridian. Parking lot seemed large and well lit.

Staff said breakfast was at 6. It was at 7..Terrible breakfast. Watery formed eggs, paper thin bacon rubbery. Stale muffins. Cold food. Very few options. 10/10 do not recommend. Expedia listed check out time as noon, housekeeping was knocking on the door at 10:15.

We stayed in a suite at the property during Oktoberfest weekend. It was within walking distance to the event and near the highway, shopping and dinning. The staff was helpful and kind. We made use of the amenities, such as pool and free coffee. We will be staying here again.

Very clean inside and out. Quiet and a nice view. Everything worked in the room. Staff was very nice and friendly. Very secure after hours. And a key card was required for the elevator at all times. It made us feel very safe. We will only stay here if we go back.

Room was very clean, garbage bins needed liners. Spa was closed so that was a huge disappointment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Waffles a little too crunchy overcooked. Egg frittata was yummy. Plenty of parking.

Going out with the lady to bar hop and it was just convenient and nice. Very comfortable. Plus the pool was a plus

Loved staying here it close to the highway but tucked back in a safe area and it’s super clean!

Convenient, central location for heading to Mt. Rainier or Seattle/Tacoma. Puyallup is a nice town to explore. The only complaint, and it is no fault of the hotel, is its location next to the highway. Our room was closest to it and we had a fair amount of highway noise in the early morning.

Amazing hotel, so close to the Puyallup fair grounds. Bed was great, our room was perfect for our stay. Having a breakfast option in house made our stay so much better! Every staff person we interacted with was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfy bed, friendly people. Only real complaint was that the “hot” breakfast was mostly cold. The eggs, the bacon and the waffles. Also the eggs were rubber.

The only complain is that I was not able to use the gym because the door readers was not reading cards.

The ladies at the front desk upon check in, Ms. Lo and Ms. Carmel were amazing. They make you feel welcome immediately. They had all of the answers for all of the questions and made our life easy. After a long day of travel, it was nice to have a friendly face who cared upon arrival.

I always gauge a hotel by the front desk welcome and open arms hospitality you receive upon arrival. The two names that still jump out at me at the front desk were Ms. Lo and Ms.Carmel. Professional, engaging, happy to help and absolutely go above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. These two make travelling an easy day. Thank you for being amazing at what you do!!!

Another adult size chair and table for reading would be nice. It felt very secure and clean. The price was very high for the room size. Front desk clerks were friendly and accommodating.

Beds were comfy I liked that there was a white noise machine, room was super clean. What more can you want clean, comfy beds and linens and great customer service and location. My only suggestion if I had one would be to add in bathrobes . Thanks for a great stay

Excellent customer service. We had multiple family members staying and they got us all on the same floor. We had a conference room booked for a family gathering and it was set up and ready in advance.

We did not get the room that was booked. Upon arrival I was told the only room available was for hearing impaired. The mattresses were low and very saggy. The room was ok but nothing to return to.

Hotel is nice and clean. I had two bad nights because my neighbors were watching the television very loud till at least 12:30 am both nights. I am pretty sure the interior walls have no insulation/sound barrier. Definitly will chose other hotels in the area moving forward.

Upon late arrival the room we reserved was waiting for us. Great desk people! Breakfast was the best. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.

Somehow we got marked down for a handicap only room and couldnt be moved which is kinda sucked. For breakfast they didnt really have many options. They only had bacon no other meat options at all. Check in and out was great. The staff was great. The rooms was clean and spacious. If i was in the area I'd stay again.

Cold in dining area. Food was also cold, Room was set to 65 degrees so also cold but we could fix that. All in all not very comfortable.

Not what I have come to expect from a Fairfield property. Run down, and unfriendly staff. I would pass on this property.

The a/c malfunctions at 2AM waking ever periodically jamming apparently. The bathroom does not vent. There are no USB ports on the night stands. There are no night lights to navigate the totally blackened rooms. Have you ever tried to find a commode in the back corner of a room in pitch black? The tub water valve doesn't shut completely without a wrench. We begged for towels. The carpet was never vacuumed. We only slept in the room , but paid full price despite "short staffing". The breakfast buffet was awful. Coffee cups and juice cups were rare. We ate off paper plates and flimsy plastic utensils. The weekend desk clerk was so engrossed in his computer screen you could have walked in with a gorilla and he wouldn't have noticed.

No shuttle bus to the airport.

I love everything about it, especially the breakfast. When i visit in June im definitely returning back here
