The staff was so attentive. We got texts every day of our stay asking if we needed anything. At one point we asked for a crib for our baby, and they brought one up in just a few minutes. The hotel was also very clean and the breakfast was very tasty.

The rooms are clean and well appointed. Pool/hot tub are well maintained and the gym had plenty of equipment. Breakfast was high quality and had lots of variety, especially if you stay for more than one night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The check in lady was such a sweetheart she had a welcoming smile and just so nice and made me feel special. Only negative was the road noise couldn't sleep 😴 so if your a light sleeper like me ask for a room not facing merdian street.

Stayed just 1 night as we had a soccer game in the area. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Views back toward the mtns were beautiful. The warm complimentary bfast was exactly what we needed to start our day prior to soccer. My biggest draw was the free EV parking in their covered secure garage as our schedule was tight and didn't want to fuss with finding a charge somewhere. There were 2 stalls and did have to wait but got lucky with timing. The pool/hottub were also nuce although maybe a bit too chlorinated as we all came away with burning itchy eyes. Was still a nice bonus! No complaints about anything! Would definitely stay again.

The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken, we had a rude customer service agent that was trying to force us to book through their website and not a third party.

From start to finish nothing but professional. I even got text asking how the room and I was more than once. I don’t understand why anyone would leave a bad review unless they’re the problem. When I come back I’ll probably stay here again. The hospital being near by didn’t make any difference never heard the ambulance except occasionally during daylight.

Weird alarm clock that didn't look like an alarm clock woke us up at 6:00 am. Breakfast was completely unappealing. American hoteliers should visit Germany to find out what a breakfast should look like!

We always stay with Hampton. This stay was gross and we’ve since stayed for three other weekends in other hotels. The woman who checked us in was SO incredibly rude. She did not welcome me in. We were a bother to deal with and she lectured me about not staying my first night- we booked multiple nights and didn’t make it as far north in our journey as we thought we would. In our bathroom was other people’s hair and other personal things. The pool is loud. It echoes. No more than three kids in there without being completely overwhelmed by the noise. We would never stay at this hotel again if we were to come back to this area.

I like that there’s a gym, pool and free breakfast. Room was clean, comfy and prepared well. Only downside is the EV charging stations offered is for Teslas only, which really caused an inconvenience during my trip

Yes! But the car rental company and the car I got was atrocious, to say the least! And neither them or you was any help! Probably going to skip your package deals and buy everything individually from the airlines, hotel, and car company ( and not the car company you chose )! Cause any savings I supposedly got buying the package from you evaporated when I was charged 125 dollars for roadside service for a car that died on me after only driving about 30 miles! Absolutely ruined the trip! Thanks!

It was a GOOD stay, not a great stay. The staff, amenities & cleanliness of the hotel were great! However our room should’ve been cleaned better each day we were there - we were there for 4 nights, beyond just making the beds & “straightening” the bathroom & fresh towels. I come from an era not more than 10 years ago (before I retired & traveled 50-60 nights a year) where the floor got vacuumed, fresh sheets everyday, etc. I know for a fact the toilet wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there was blood from a cut we had on the outside of it that was there for 2 days.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is because the room had an extremely strong bleach smell when we entered it. So strong that it was burning my eyes. Was also woken up early because of a dog barking in a room. But those were my only cons. The rest of the experience was great.

Clean room, nice beds

Ended up packing up and leaving at 8pm the day I checked in. The front desk burnt popcorn or something in the microwave and set off the whole hotels fire alarm. Woke my 4 year old and 4 month old up in a pure panic. The front desk lady just laughed and said “oops”. I couldn’t get my 4 year old to calm down, she was terrified it was going to happen again. I understand accidents happen but the lack of accountability was disappointing.

We enjoy staying everythign its clean, staff is great parking is pretty good. food is just right. plus its near our freinds place and when working at summer con its just perfect for us since its right on the otherside of the space. only a few min drive to the hotel.

Yes, kind of expected because its a half a block away from the fwy on ramp-- Yet you'd still think that there would be better noise reducing measures placed because of it. I would stay here again but next time ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

Facet handle was not secured and fell down when I turned the water on. They moved us to other room was okay, but next day of our staying the key was not working. They reprogrammed the key but why I needed to spend time on those things. Feels like the lack of attention to details I haven’t had before with the Hampton hotel.

Quite possibly the best hotel I've ever booked. The room is designed with comfort foremost. Optional secure parking structure. Excellent breakfast, better than going out.

They need better ventilation in the pool area it was way to hot to enjoy maybe a window or door that can be open every once in awhile. Coffee hot water area definitely needed to be restocked more. But overall not bad just a little pricey for the area.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is a great place to stay. It has become our preferred location when visiting family in the Puyallup area. We favor it over other hotels there due to its cleanliness, quiet rooms, and comfy beds. The interior looks quite new and stylish!

We enjoyed the ample parking along with a key entry garage made parking simple and felt secure. Staff was friendly and property was generally clean except for our actual room. Within minutes of getting into the room, one of our kids stepped on a goat head, we noticed that there was leftover food/trash in a trash can from a previous occupant, and the shower had obviously been used and not cleaned, evident by the residual hair and yellow soap (shampoo/body wash/conditioner provided by the hotel are clear/white,) and the bathroom door did not lock. And to top it all off, the free breakfast was sub par. Watered down juice, fake eggs, flavorless sausage patties, pretty unappetizing.

The location is a little noisy being right by the hospital and major on and off ramps for the highway, so definitely bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall a good experience.

The room was so bad I had to book another to get some sleep. Room had one window that faced the back entrance so the blinds needed to be closed to have any privacy meaning basically it had no windows. Room was near an elevator that binged louder in our room than the lobby. Got about an hour of sleep. Was promised Hilton Rewards points to make up for a nights stay…two months later I still haven’t received anything. Would not recommend.

This was a nice place but someone started a vehicle up about 3am and it was directly under our room. Engine reved for about an hour. Also the hot water is not hot at all.

I got an upgrade for this visit to the King Suite, as I was traveling alone and they needed the 2 queen bed rooms. I stay here at least 2x/year. Always nice. The TSLA chargers on site for the guests conveniece is a great perk, too!
