    When I saw them, I immediately checked out. The manager refused to refund the money for night I didn’t stay because I didn’t cancel 24 in advance! If I had known of the infestation I never would have booked in the first place!!

    Had a small continental breakfast (worst I've ever seen). Had a room with an stove to cook but no utensils (pots, pans, plates, or silverware in cabinets). I've stayed in other hotels with this setup and had these available to use if desired. Dehumidifier in room completely full had to empty it myself. No ice machine on any floor and no ice bucket in room. Although convenient and easy to locate would not stay here again. Staff very friendly.

    Room could use some TLC. Microwave was filthy. Used paintbrush left in bathroom sink. Water drained very slowly in bathroom sink. Couldn’t get in the side door as the key card reader didn’t work. When checking out, the clerk didn’t even ask what room we had been in. I guess you get what you pay for.

    Front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Didn't hear noise or roughty neighbors. Rooms looked clean. The rooms could use an update. As well as the kitchenette. Painting would do wonders and maybe new shower heads.

    Hotel needs renovation and rooms are dated. Roaches were present in my room, climbing on ceiling. I killed with shoe. I refused to sleep on sheets and experienced being bitten all night. I will refrain from booking any Extended Stay in my future travels. Awful experience and cannot recommend this hotel!!!

    The hotel room had lots of roaches that I had to constantly kill mainly coming from bathroom. The shower was not cleaned well which made me uncomfortable. Also last day of my stay, the elevator was not working! I was on the 3rd floor. I received no courtesy call but the man cleaning the floor in the front entrance did apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel was not worth what I paid.

The worst experience I have ever had with this hotel . I spent my birthday vacation on the phone trying to get my money back and 300.00 less for my bday to tour the city. I HATE THIS HOTEL

    There was know one at the front desk to let us check in. We waited 15 minutes and left. It smelled terrible when we walked in and the smelled stayed as we waited. The parking lot was dark. Would not recommend!

    Was not able to check in. Office was closed even though we were there at a time that was posted for them to be open. Found an employee who said they could check us in but then they locked their keys in the office. They said there was another employee on site possibly somewhere on the 3rd floor but they were not able to be located. Ended up having to stay at another hotel. Have tried to contact through hotels.com for a refund but have had no response. Had to dispute the charges with amex.

    The lack of communication on the website about a deposit is required at discretion of the property. My room was a nonsmoking room and it smell like cigarettes and marijuana and very dingy. Joyce was very helpful and provided the excellent customer service to resolved my issue. .

    Although the room was non-smoking, it reeked to high heaven of cigarette and marijuana smoke, like it was seeped into the walls, carpet, and tapestry. The bed wasn’t very soft and I had trouble sleeping the whole night because the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The elevator smelled as if someone had urinated in it days ago without cleanup. Can’t say that I would be back here even if it is the cheapest option around.

    While there was a minor hiccup with the first room we stayed in the staff were quick to help us move into another room. While I would have appreciated a more comprehensive breakfast it was acceptable given the space limitations. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. The sheer convenience of the kitchenette and space were absolutely worth it. I will now be looking for ESA hotels for all my future trips.

    This place was not just disgusting, it was terribly unsafe for my daughter. She pulled into the parking lot, just as a gentleman was using the bathroom beside his car. As she began to check in, and realized that none of the elevators worked, she had to schlep her things up three flights of stairs, while a group of people smoked weed in the parking lot. The room looked like something in a prison cell. Rusted refrigerator, and cigarette burns were all over the laboratory counter. When she checked out the next morning, someone was smoking weed in front of the building, in broad daylight. Thankfully, we were reimbursed for the next four nights, and she went elsewhere.

    The pictures online weren’t so bad and I figured it would be fine for an overnight stay. After check in I came up to look at the room and do some cleaning and from first glance it looked pretty old but again, it was just for 1 night so I didn’t make a big deal about it. I went out and came back around 12:30am and there was a small roach on the wall. Then 3 more small ones in the bathroom. I noticed the bathroom ceiling looks pretty bad also. It was just the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I will never stay at another extended stay. The only positive was the lady working the front desk who was very nice. Don’t stay here if you can afford something better.

    Our stay at the hotel was okay but not wow! We had two rooms Room 230 and 237. Room 237 had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was brownish mold on the carpet under the beds. We informed the front desk and also showed it to the cleaning crew. My husband had a terrible headache, and we thought it was due to driving. It cleared when we checked out of the hotel. Let's hope that room was taken out of service temporarily to renovate it. Thank you.

    I actually choose this property as it was not far from the Ritz venue and was the same price as The Days inn down the road.. maybe I should have gone there.. staff where nice, but my room was not so nice 😔 wasn’t exactly clean, lovely hair on the wall in the bathroom ( definitely wasn’t mine!) stains on the carpet but the creme de la crème was coming back to my room after the show, to find cockroaches running around the kitchen area, in the bath and by the bin under the sink! At One in the morning who am I going to complain too! I told reception when I left, and all I got was I will tell the manger, well I hope you did, the room needs fumigating! I think I managed to kill 3 roaches before I went too bed.. though I hardly slept! Who do I complain too to get a refund! I hope someone sees this review! People be where!

    Made sense for the price! Staff was friendly & it’s a 12 min walk to shopping strip. There was a very good viet place in that area called Midtown Viet, def recommend. Room was clean 4.5 on cleanliness, would recommend for price & location.

I was expecting a much better place, but the whole room was really deteriorated, I didn't like it, they ask for 100 as a deposit, for damage reasons but the place is extremely damaged, only one night but I won't stay there again, all dirty! The room has a kitchen but there is no tableware, according to what it tells you there is but it is a lie, I do not recommend it, I leave photos so you can see what condition that room was in!😡

    Did not resemble photos of property at all! Sooooo disappointed! Furniture chipped and dinged, desk chair peeling and scratched, carpet in hallways threadbare, light switches and countertops did not appear cleaned, seat of commode obviously extremely loose, lingering smell of past smoking though property states it's a non-smoking property, we smelled something. Front desk staff didn't even smile or show any concern. Breakfast was dismal breakfast bars/muffins. Extremely disappointed especially in how much charged. Mostly upset that is was nothing like Expedia 's description:( False advertising...

    When I arrived the front desk person told me that there was a $100 hold for incidentals. Have never heard of that before. The room was partially clean, restroom was small. Major issue was loud music at 3am, contacted the front desk (after the in room phone decided to work) he asked them to turn the music down. At approximately 430 am is when music finally stopped. I left @ 7am. I would have left earlier if i could.

    We were very disappointed in our room. It had old dirty carpeting and a strong chemical smell. We specifically stayed here for the kitchenette due to dietary restrictions. The hotel was unable to provide pots and pans as advertised. The no smoking rule was not enforced as there was a strong smoke odor in the elevator and in the hallways.

    I was told I must stay for two weeks before receiving cleaning service. Perhaps that is why I saw a huge bug upon entering the room. I had to clean the tub and spray the room. Although, there was a no smoke room it smelled a mixture of cigarettes and weed. ( instead of holding a $100 of my money, they should of paid me a $100 for staying). No, I will not stay at the Extended Stay on Wake Towne in the near future.

    This property is dark outside and a lot of garbage and trash on the ground. Windows look dirty and dingy from parking lot. I asked to see the room I was going to be assigned, I was given the key and I went up to examine the room. I walked in the carpet was dirty.. the bed linen looked dingy. I went back downstairs and refused to take the room. I went up the street and stayed at the courtyard.. I don't recommend anyone stay in this property.

    The hotel was not clean. The carpeting was disgusting. There was black fuzz on the towels. The shower was gross. Had to clean it myself. The A/C went out on us. The TV would not turn off and when I requested a toaster I never heard back.. they did have a full kitchen which was nice but that lead to an interesting smell throughout the hotel. I can say that the staff was extremely pleasant though. I will never stay there again.

    Dont stay here! Everything is dirty & the smell of smoke (supposed to be nonsmoking room)& mildew/musty is horrible. There was green paint spilled all over the bathroom floor& counters. The carpet was so dirty our socks were black. If i had any other hotels i would have left but everything was booked for the night. They also charge $100 deposit that no one tells you about until you check in. This place needs major overhaul!

    This hotel was filthy. After seeing it we canceled the rest of our stay. Debris/garbage in all the hallways, Huge stains on the carpet, cigerette burns on the counter tops and the smell of cigerettes was awful. The worst hitwl I have ever been in.

    I rented the room for my daughter and granddaughter for 1 night they check in around 11pm and check out was a 11 am my daughter enjoyed there stay I would stay here again

    Entrance/lobby smelt of cigarettes. The elevator also smelt like cigarettes and didn't look clean. Breakfast was told it was coffee granola bars I think ready meal oats and grits which didn't sound pleasing/appetizing so opted in getting food delivered. Overall it was okay

    The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were no clothes hangers available. People were yelling down the hallway. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

    Staff was super nice and helpful. Just the area of the property i don't feel was safe enough, alot of traffice b/c people live on the property. Overall decent for one night.

    I checked out and asked for a refund. My bags and my family never left the car. I went literally 30 seconds down the street to the Comfort Inn and their establishment was $60.00 more than the Extended Stay but it was the best $60.00 I ever spent.

    It was nasty, drug deals, and drug products left on the ac unit in the room. Water had black stuff coming out when you cut it on and it sputtered.

    Dirty, unkept, confusing to find with 2 other Extended Stays on same street. Did I mention Dirty? Windows didn't lock. Trash in elevators and halls. Low water pressure in showers. Went back to car to keep my pistol in the room with me as lots of people wandering the halls at all hours.

    I guess for the price it was OK. The toilet was running slow but I borrowed a plunger for my son and got it to work. Overall condition of lobby, elevators hallways, etc. was dirty. The bed bed was very comfortable and clean however.

    The building looks rundown. The hallway carpet is stained and dirty with litter in the hallway. At night the hallways smelled of cannabis. The shower had mold in the corners. The furniture in the room had stains and I did not even want to sit in the chair. The appliances were dated. The fridge was dirty on the outside. The stove was a joke. it looked like two hot plates. The walls were dingy and stained. I would never Stay there again. I book for two knights and if I did not pay in advance I would have never stayed there. Even the sign out front that you see in the picture was not there. It was missing. The room was not a Suite... not even close to a Suite. It was a room... a very bad room at that.

    Carpet was filthy, parking lot full of trash. People sitting outside next to their cars smoking and listening to music. Smoke was blowing back towards our room, ac was pulling the smoke into room.

    The staff are friendly and helpful; however, the condition of the property and the rooms are terrible. The room smelled of smoke, the drapery was old and tattered. The kitchen though clean had cracks in the cabinet veneer. the dressers were damaged. No one had cleaned under the bed; we found a pair of sneakers. It looks like a welfare motel. It is not that inexpensive and this company should be ashamed.

    The property is not very old but it could be maintained better. The room was clean, the lobby and hallways, however, needed a lot of attention. I most probably would not have stayed if I was traveling alone.

    Checking in was very good. No prom lens at all. Overall the hotel was not clean. The elevator was horrible. There was a dog down the hall way barking. The room was pretty clean.
