The check-in staff was efficient and friendly. My room was ready on time, clean, and comfortable. I had breakfast, but had to go out for lunch. Wegman’s is a short drive/ride, so you can get options to bring back. We enjoyed the bar and had dinner there one night. The conference rooms were comfortable, and perfect for our event. Plenty of parking, and it’s hot in June, so I was glad to get a spot under a tree!

the lobby is super clean there is no way to change the thermostat so it was a constant 72+ degrees all night. the pillows were non existent, you'd lay your head on it and immediately it flattens to where it's as if you aren't even using one. the air outside smells like sewage.

Crumbs on the floor in my room (before my check in), strange syrup smell on the pillows,, the ac didn’t cool, weird ass paint patterns on the wall that I don’t believe were a part of the actual design, and confusing ass events center.

When we ask water bottle to drink, staff hardly responds. I was staying at 4 points Sheraton, go and check how staff behave. Extremely disappointed 1. I asked drinking water, they thought I asked for gold. 2. Rude staff 3. Poor cleaning 4. Poor bathroom 5. Poor life 6. Ground floor keep water to drink
- 3/5
The lobby and bar area was very nice. A/C went out. Last day there the pool door was not functioning correctly so we had no pool access. That was the main reason we chose that location.

Service was great we came in at 3am from Jacksonville FL, they communicated our late check in. Rooms were clean, the hotel is a little old; but overall great.

Overall, I am disappointed in my experience.

Had a good stay, but they forgot to clean the glass in my room so there was mold growing in it. Please be more mindful moving forward

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. There was a Starbucks on property.

Common areas were nicely renovated. The hotel rooms needed some updating. The bathrooms had no vents and the wallpaper was peeling.

The property was nice, well kept in a great spot. I did not like the walls which could use an upgrade and the fact that the worker at the desk messed up, and if the lock was not on the room door that I was in then someone could have walked in on me and my husband.
- 2/5
Elevators need to be changed as they are very old and had to wait very long each time u need to go to your floor and very noisy when the doors close and very rough riding in them. Light bulb out in bathroom and foul odor.
- 4/5
Overall, the property is nice, but I believe the common areas could be maintained a bit better in terms of cleanliness.” The location.
- 4/5
I am disabled and I had to have a procedure the next day across the street at Duke Raleigh hospital so had to eat broth but had a long distance to walk to use the microwave why don't have one in the room had me hurting really bad just to get there to heat up broth and walk a mile back spilling some as I went back to the room.

Hotel was old wallpaper peeling carpet stained bath fixtures old rusty.
- 5/5
Stayed there twice during our recent visit to Raleigh. If was good the first time, why risk somewhere else.
- 4/5
Flip side, the pool is FANTASTIC!! Really lovely, well maintained, and large.
- 2/5
There were a few issues with our stay. My wife and i were in Raleigh for sugery at the Duke Medical Center. We needed to get up at 5 am. There were guest in our hallway speaking loudly and laughing off and on for a couple of hours. The room clock was not functioning properly and the USB charger didnt
- 3/5
someone tried to use my room number to order things but the staff at the desk took care of it and verified everything with me I appreciate that
- 2/5
No microwaves in the rooms, had to walk the entire floor to get to one. No ice. Some staff unfriendly.
- 4/5
Clean room, soft bed and pillows
- 3/5
Hotel was dated, provided coffee machine was not working properly. And checked in hotel representative wasn’t as professional.
- 1/5
This hotel needs a complete refurbish including pest control. Staff needs to be trained to recognize guests and provide the quality of services expected at a Hilton. Especially when they ask for guest ID to key new card keys knowing that their identification is at the rooms. The breakfast table needs to be set in logical order (food is not logically organized), etc. I rarely leave reviews, but this property is one that I will never miss and I cannot recommend anyone staying until some serious changes are implemented.
- 5/5
There was a sold out hotel due to a soccer tournament, so there was some trash around the lobby, but I felt that was understandable given the situation.
- 5/5
Great property Clean rooms
- 3/5
The property was old, but they did their best.
- 1/5
The bed was poor and bathroom had 1 towel rack. The handicapped shower flooded the floor and when the bath mat was picked up it had a Black strip of dirt on it. I can’t believe it was rated high Our stays at other hotels were clean and the bed had No metallic noises
- 4/5
It was older Hilton property but clean and nice staff.
- 4/5
Very clean but expensive asf
- 3/5
Room was clean and spacious. But the two tvs did not have enough channels. The receptionist at the night was not very helpful and nice. From the room were missing stuff like freezer and microwave. Also some information about the stay and parking were confusing and unexplained at the time.
- 4/5
Good place to stay, staff was great and room was clean
- 5/5
Third time staying here, always great.
- 3/5
The carpet in the room was dirty and nasty, I felt like i was in a motel
- 3/5
Room was clean & staff were helpful.
- 3/5
Decent place for a short stay. Does the bare minimum.
- 3/5
No hot tub. Roll away cots unavailable
- 3/5
Robert at the front desk was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. My rating concerns the OVERLY STRONG scent in the rooms. I sense housekeeping uses a spray to mask odors rather than steam the carpets. It was so strong it gave me a migraine… not ideal when traveling!! This is the second time I’ve come across this issue when staying here. I’d like to say the 3rd will be a charm but I don’t think I will take that chance as it was not worth it… I will no longer book a room at this hotel.

Last Tuesday, May 19-20, 2026. Air Conditioner was not blowing cool into the room and a large frame or small table was blocking the air flow. I was getting out of a shower. and only had a very small towel about a size of an hand towel! A larger bath towel would be nice. I don't think I will stay at the Hilton hotel again. I think I should get a refund. I am very terrible disappointed.

- 5/5
Clean. Great breakfast!
- 2/5
Housekeeping came to our rooms to collect our dirty towels but never made the beds or replenished the coffee.
- 4/5
It was convenient to Duke Raleigh Hospital. Room was nice but property was older. There was hair stuck to ceiling in bathroom. Door was warped from water damage. There was a hole in the closet next to the safe. It seemed like a place that was used for one night rental often. Towels were on a rack that had water damage and the finish was flaking off. It was fine for a short stay. Starbucks in lobby had barista that served three men before we got our order. Even though one was a hot coffee like ours. She complained she was the only one but my daughter saw someone else working later.
- 1/5
Breakfast not included, 22 dollars per person, super expensive. One microwave for all floors and rooms, you canget 20 dollars microwave for each room. Holding 150 dollars for incidentals will take 5 days to be refunded. You got to pay for parking. Bad experience, poor quality, not at hilton quality. Awful experience.
- 5/5
Excellent would stay again was on a business trip
- 4/5
Clean room good staff but no microwave
- 4/5

- 1/5
The place is old, out dated, filthy and with all of the cracks in the concrete structure, not sure how the building is still standing never less up to code. You can see where mold has been painted over in lieu of mitigation. Save yourself and your health. Stay some where else.
- 4/5
The hotel is like a time machine back to the 1990's.
- 4/5
Miss Bliss at the front desk was very helpful, I LOVED LOVED the showers and the bed, everything was spotless, some of the breakfast ladies need to be a little bit more friendly and the snacks should be free, they are doing construction outside but the hotel and the lobby were MAGNIFICENT 🙏😇🙏😇

Very old property. Bathroom shower is leaking
- 3/5
No breakfast, bathroom had mildew
- 3/5
I did not add the breakfast bar. However, did experience two issues with the key card for my room. Staff responded quickly when called. Everything else was satisfactory with my visit.
- 5/5
The property was undergoing renovation but still was an amazing stay. The rooms were clean and qell maintained. Plenty of hot water for bathing. The dining area was really nice and the bar area had a really nice atmosphere. It would have been nice to have free breakfast but other than that it really was a nice stay.

- 5/5
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even though there was some construction happening during my visit, it didn’t take away from the experience as much as I expected. Noise was minimal and mostly limited to daytime hours, and the hotel clearly made an effort to keep things running smoothly for guests.

Friendly staff, limited hours for coffee shop, limited parking
- 4/5
No, it was very nice. Very close to a lot of locations. I would book again.
- 4/5
The Dining was good.
- 1/5
Our AC didn’t work, phone in room don’t work so couldn’t call to front desk, coffe and towels were not replenished and only one front desk staff person was helpful - the others ignored me. Maintenance staff not polite. Had to move to another room and the floor was duck taped and lamp shade broken. Was not nice. The hotel manager was nice but we still paid our full rate and the rooms were terrible.
- 5/5
Sorry but I don't do breakfast
- 4/5
Paying extra to park at the hotel you are already paying to stay at was an unexpected fee to encounter at check in. Staff was helpful but not friendly or welcoming. Room was clean the property is looking older and needs some refreshing.
- 5/5
Clean room.. walking distance to breakfast options. Staff very friendly

- 2/5
Very dated hotel in need to significant room upgrades.
- 2/5
Room was dated, hotel needs to be updated.
- 4/5
Hotel is clean for the most part. They are an older hotel so somethings need to be updated. Wanted to get in the inside pool but there was a hole in the ceiling , a few panels were missing so you could see straight up through it. MAJOR TURN OFF! Bar was cool, food seemed good . Lobby is welcoming PARKING IS $10 per day!! Which is insane . Also $75 per night for “incidentals”, crazy!!!!
- 5/5
Clean rooms and friends staff
- 2/5
I was extremely disappointed! When I arrived to my room there was food left over in the fridge from a previous guest. There was a dead insect on the floor, and there were footprints on the bathroom floor.
- 5/5
Top notch facilities. Clean and spacious room. Great restaurant and staff.
- 2/5
Skip the breakfast. It is the same thing every day. After two days with cold, salty, greasy potatoes, I should have knew better than to go back. The breakfast service is terrible. The bakery items taste like they are from a vending machine.
- 1/5
The room was already paid for by my father but I was charged for the room again. There was an additional $90 charged to my card on top of the incidental fee of $75, despite me explaining that the room was paid for. This is unacceptable at a Hilton.
- 2/5
The key reader battery died when we got back at night and staff said there was no way to get into room or to our things until morning. They put us in a room with 2 double beds instead of a king. Night staff was not apologetic or helpful. Would not stay here again.
- 1/5
This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had at a hotel. Our floor reeked of marijuana the whole second night with noise in the hallway all night long. I called the front desk twice. Nothing was different after the first call and nobody answered the second call. I considered calling the police, but at this point I only had an hour and a half before having to get up for an early flight. I finally stuffed towels under the door in an attempt to keep the smell from my room. The room was in bad condition. The bathtub didn’t drain and the lampshade was broken. I will never stay again.
- 2/5
The hospital I was going to was across the street from hotel main reason we stayed there.
- 5/5
Our room was very clean! It was also very quiet, which was a wonderful thing.
- 3/5
The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. Hot tub was not working The rooms were dirty underneath the bed bathroom had damaged tub toilet seat was rough and old also water damage was on the walls. Also when I checked in they gave me the wrong room and I had to carry all my stuff back down so they can give me the right room
- 5/5
Great room, good location.
- 5/5
Clean room, had a excellent stay.
- 2/5
BUT if you stay down there long enough you will realize how hot it is in there. We decided to have dinner at the bar so we could watch March Madness. It was so hot that the bartenders have commercial fans behind the bar and then they have little, tiny electric fans they have blowing on the customers. Rooms: Upon arrival, it appears to be very clean and nice until... they left us with less then 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, old used coffee filters in the coffee pot and the ac in the room never got below 71 degrees. The rooms were clean but they are old. Definitely disappointed. Not up to the Hilton standards
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
Room was out dated. Staff was grumpy.
- 2/5
I could hear loud noises from next door and top even someone showering. I reserved through Expedia and there was no parking fees involved. When I was checking out, they said they subtracted $10 for parking. I informed them that I wasn't aware of that, even when checking in. I was informed it's on the website. I didn’t book directly with hilton - Well maybe let that third party companies have parking as part of of check out process. Little things like this matter. Customer Service is important. And when someone complains, the least you can do is be empathetic. Telling someone it's on the website with no acknowledgement or empathy, doesn't look good.
- 1/5
My preference is by saying I do tons of traveling for work and really ever do any hotel reviews however, in this case, this is not a review but a warning I stayed in room 312 checked in from Monday through Friday and throughout my stay My room was never clean on any of the days. What’s odd is they swapped out my towel but my bed was never made, my trash was never emptied. The gentleman that checked me in seemed upset and not noticeable unhappy and while checking out I asked the young lady for a receipt to be sent to my email since I had daily parking and she loudly shared that since I booked through a third party I’ll have to go through them for a receipt. Also after sharing feedback about my room she then followed up by asking if I came down daily and requested service. - every single day I was out the room from 8am and returned at 6/8 pm daily and the end of my long day I’m mentally drained. All in all this place is a dump and would not recommend outdated dirty dump. Curtain in The room filthy, faucet in the bathroom filled with visible dirt stains from I’m assuming the previous people brushing their teeth.
- 5/5
Restaurant should stay open with grab and go things for late arrivals.
- 4/5
The rooms were very spacious and clean. Good job cleaning ladies. My dog loved it! I would definitely stay again. The TV was glitching, but other than that, we had a wonderful time.
- 3/5
Room was very hot, it never cooled down. Couldn’t sleep very well with it being so hot.
- 5/5
Lovely place for a getaway, nice restaurant and nice environment.
- 5/5
Staff was always helpful. I had to print off some legal documents and they were amazing. Only wish I had known there was a shuttle I could have been using for my conference
- 4/5
Overall good stay once the confusion of our room was figured out. We arrived to the hotel, checked in at the front desk, and went up to view the room. Few light bulbs were not working in Room 309. Few cosmetic issues for a Hilton hotel. We went down to the truck to grab our luggage. Returned to the room to find our key wasn't functional and someone else was know checked into our hotel room. Made the trek down to the main lobby again with all our things to find they were having system problems. The staff switched us to another room on a different floor. Better room in 462 with all the lights working and no cosmetic blemishes. Exhaust fan didn't seem to work in the bathroom. Was unable to eat the breakfast buffet we paid for since it starts at 6:30 and we had to check out to get to our baseball game. Kinda sad because we enjoyed the breakfast at our last Hilton stay in Richmond Virginia. Pictures on the hotels.com website don't show the age of the building. The online pictures give the illusion its newer and more modern. If given a cheap rate we would stay again when in the area.
- 3/5
Property under construction. Rooms are clean but out dated.
- 1/5
There was an event the weekend i stayed here and could not find parking that i apparently pay for????? circled the lot for 20 minutes and got lucky and saw someone leaving so i had to literally ask and follow them to their car to get a parking spot. rooms were dirty and the shower drain was clogged. there’s also construction going on so there’s the noise. the price you pay isn’t worth it here. stay somewhere else. never staying here again.

I did not get breakfast!
- 2/5
Front desk was rude.
- 5/5

- 3/5
I wouldn't stay again. Not worth the money. You can tell all the money was put into the front foyer, but when you get into the room it was nothing special. Money is spent on the wrong places. I don't need nice fixtures in the bathroom, I would like a fan. Towel rack was hanging off the wall broken. Bathroom is like a dorm bathroom. Very small
- 3/5
I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Worst star experience I ever had in any hotel stay.

Property is clean with nice amenities. The staff is friendly. Have stayed several times and will continue to stay when in town.

Nice spacious room. The breakfast was very good. The wait staff in the restaurant were very attentive. He k in was a breeze. The bed was very comfotable.
- 4/5
Breakfast was tasty, nice choices! Room was hot and humid even with air all way down.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and cozy

Construction out in the front of the hotel which probably contributed to the "much-needed repairing" pothole in the front drive entrance.

Great room and central location in Raleigh. The ease of checking in and out, friendly staff.
- 3/5
The staff here was awesome but our room was not. Ceiling was peeling, lamps not working, sink clogged and key did not always work. It advertised breakfast but it is not included. $21 for the bufffet! The hotel is in much need of a facelift!

- 3/5
Clean room, just needs some TLC. Looks like there was a leak around the window, could lead to mold issues. Staff was friendly, and it was clean.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice! Only problem outside of the hotel is that they are doing construction so it is pretty tight near the front entrance... Other than that I really enjoyed my stay!

- 4/5
The room was clean and although check in staff were very nice and gave me a "quiet" room, the room/door were not insulated well as conversations outside the hallway could be loudly heard from my room. Not sure if noise was coming from other guests or staff. The bed was a bit lumpy but pillows were perfect.
- 5/5
Everything was great and staff was great
- 1/5
I reserved a KING bed for me and my wife on VALENTINES DAY, when i checked in (4:00 pm) they told me they did not have a king bed, but gave me a 2 full bedroom. Not ideal for a Valentines Day get away. The room felt neglected, walls are thin and you can hear everybody in the hallway and rooms next door in normal conversations. bathtub faucet had a constant small flow of water and could not be stopped. NOT what i would expect from a HILTON property and i have stayed at a lot of them. Very disappointed for the price they charged!

Room was clean, staff friendly, busy hotel, and has construction going on in front of hotel so it’s a bit noisy if room is in the front

Staff, pool, bar.
- 1/5
No hot water the entire stay. Was told due to booking 3rd party they could not compensate me in any way. That’s an insult and I will be back.
- 1/5
The beds were advertised as Queen sized, but they felt more like a full size. The mattresses were lopsided, and uncomfortable. The shower head would not sit up and was loose. The handle on the toilet was loose. Also, one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty.
- 5/5
Got to check in early! I was very thankful! Overall the stay was nice but more amenities like breakfast and blankets would have been nice!
- 5/5
The room is clean, warm, and welcoming.
- 5/5
My stay was so peaceful, solo birthday. Clean, relaxing. When I come to town will be my go to!
- 5/5
Ronnie is always friendly at the front desk. The room was lovely. The bartender is very good, but i didnt catch his name.
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 3/5
Shower had a slow drain. After fixing the drain, the staff member spread the soot from the drain throughout the bathroom on the towels and floor.
- 5/5
Everything— checking in/out; the room was great!
- 5/5
Very clean (Most Important for me) Comfortable, Lots of dining options, Friendly Staff. Convenient location for my purposes.
- 3/5
Surprised Hilton has let this location decay to the point of wallpaper bubbling off the walls, carpeting bubbling up in ballroom hallway, clock that doesn’t work, glitchy tv reception.
- 5/5
Large room. Bartenders, Chris and Lindsey were great
- 5/5
The room was clean. Front desk was professional and friendly.
- 1/5
Customer service is awful
- 2/5
Room was noisey location when I asked for quiet . Room was run down. Bathroom was very small. No microwave oven.
- 2/5
We were charged additional for parking 10$ a day which we have never encountered in all of our hotel experience. Plus an additional 75$ a day for accidentals policies. Staff overall front desk was fine but Starbucks employees could use some more hospitality training. We weren’t greeted or asked if f we were ready to order they only spoke between each other so we walked away.
- 4/5
Yes, the room was clean and the front desk took care of everything.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Staff was great the amenities clean room 5 star service.great!!!!
- 4/5
Staff was courteous and helpful, and the room was clean. The TV was glitchy often and there were few electrical outlets in the room.
- 5/5
Clean and large lobby with very pleasant hosts that were efficient and fast.
- 5/5
Every staff member is friendly and helpful!
- 2/5
Rough night! I will not stay at this property again and maybe no Hilton. I stopped on the way out and ordered a coffee and was charged $1 more than what the board/price-list said. I was told that those prices were old and she would get in touch with someone.
- 2/5
Old, needs a refresher look
- 4/5
The room was ok.
- 5/5
The customer service I receive when check in
- 5/5
Always a pleasure
- 5/5
Yes, the room was spotless. The staff is professional, efficient, and showed kindness.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and had a great view
- 4/5
The room was clean but the wallpaper was peeling; carpeting and heating/air system was dated and need to be replaced. My 4th floor window needed to be cleaned inside and out also.
- 5/5
The room was fine. Breakfast was ok and for sure overpriced. I regreted not going somewhere local. Probably cheaper and certainly better.
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean! Great location. Only complaint is the parking is horrible. To far to be walking carrying bags and such. Front desk was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here twice before and I’ve loved it every time. It’s your average hotel, but service is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, air conditioning worked amazing. I definitely recommend.

Everything was clean .
- 3/5
Small trash cans poor lighting and they charge to park No free breakfast at the cost of the hotel is unheard of.The front desk person in check in was great.Reginald I think.
- 5/5
Yes it was clean
- 5/5
Yes staff was courteous
- 2/5
The rooms themselves are clean enough but could be updated. The staff is nice though!
- 4/5
For what we paid it was just fine. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice. The hallways bathroom and some of the furnishings are looking a little worn and it’s probably due for an overhaul. But for what we needed an affordable place for two nights, it was absolutely fine. Lobby was nice. Location was convenient.
- 5/5
Rooms were amazing. Clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 4/5
Nice accomodations
- 5/5
Room clean and staff helpfful didnt have breakfast but had dinner and very friendly service
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay at. The staff is fantastic and I highly recommend it.
- 3/5
Staff wonderful, room clean but quilt did have what looked like a blood stain on it so I only used the sheet. Lamo didnt work and overwhelming sent coming out of ac vent.
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. The king was awesome and felt like home.
- 1/5
I left my room to go grab some stuff. When I returned housekeeping had came in my room striped the bed threw away my stuff and also stole stuff. When i inquired they said they would return my stuff. I waited and waited they never return. The person at the front desk wasn't any help. For what they charge for the room . Things should of been so much better.
- 3/5
Overall good stay. However, for a Hilton, I expected better. The wallpaper is peeling in the hallways and rooms, carpet is old and worn, and room door had like 3/4 to an inch of space at bottom allowing noise and smells from conjoining room to permeate my room. Interior of the hotel needs upkeep, and rooms need to be updated with better fixtures. The pool was the best part of our stay, as it was warm and perfect to swim in. One of the best pools.Breakfast and serving staff were amazing. Check in staff was great, but one day of my stay I had a check in staff not very willing to give me an extra bottle of lotion and seemed they hated moving to do it. Again, rest of the employees were very helpful and friendly.
- 2/5
Room.
- 2/5
Not applicable as we were tod breakfast is not included in the package
- 3/5
Nice room, unpleasant location
- 3/5
Charging to park at a hotel you just paid for it is crazy
- 4/5
Clean room great breakfast
- 3/5
No option for prime or Netflix Very good breakfast strong coffee Clean room comfortable bed
- 3/5
One of your employees was super rude and condescending towards me when i asked if I could book my hotel for another night. And was surprised when i pulled out my card to pay. I get it i have tattoos over most my arms and legs and in other places. But i don't like feeling as if someone is being condescending. Or didn't think I'd be able to afford the room for another night. And when I told him this was for the start of my honeymoon, he gave me the driest congrats I've ever heard. Normally this wouldn't be a issue. But when I'm paying over $200 a night for room is unacceptable. This was not my first time staying in your hotel. So your staff and service absolutely sucked.
- 1/5
The room wasn’t horrible conditions. The air system was really poor and noisy. The food was really bad as well. Overall, the state was terrible even worse that I was having surgery and I was not comfortable
- 5/5
But to our surprise the first day we wanted to take a shower no shower Gel had to come out the shower to requested! Left room as her to please give us shower cup and 2 waters for medicines , nothing was provided and on the shower we had and empty bottle of shower gel and she never pic it up! No Matt for the floor was provided!!we had to use 1 of the two towels , so we had one for shower !! Went down to ask for shower cup and the gentleman told me we don’t have and I said yesterday someone ask and it was provided, then he point out some drawers look there, we said excuse me? Yes look there! I said I don’t have my glasses so he finally went and get it !! First time on a Hilton to look or open a drawer! Ask for the manager and he said I am the manager!! That happen on 23/10 at 630pm
- 4/5
The staff were nice and helpful. No issue during my stay.
- 4/5
The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been, but I was able to clean it and we were fine.
- 2/5
Check in took forever. They didn’t know how to check people in. 20 mins. Hall way was dirty, room had a stain on the bed headboard and on the walls. Was the executive floor. Outside was littered with trash and just over all dirty.
- 3/5
Old and antiquated
- 2/5
Did not eat breakfast
- 4/5
It is a reasonable room. The standard stay doesn’t include breakfast. The sanitation rating for the lobby cafe is 87, which to me is less than desirable.
- 3/5
Reserved an accessible room which Clerk would not give me because I did not have a "handicap placard." Staff otherwise nice and accommodating. Clean room. Comfortable bed. D did not use the Breakfast or Bar.
- 1/5
I booked for two double beds and they only had a king room. They blamed Travelocity which I don’t understand…
- 3/5
Construction. No breakfast.
- 5/5
I love it
- 5/5
I loved it hear
- 5/5
Great staff, great place to stay.
- 5/5
The room was clean and warm. Each staff member is courteous and friendly.
- 2/5
We reserved a queen room.
- 4/5
Quiet. Peaceful. Easy check in
- 5/5
The room was great. The beds were comfortable. We were glad to have stayed
- 2/5
not feel welcoming at the entrance, hallways were loud at 2am, associate did not ask what level we would like to stay despite the app have all stories availability, Hotel charge parking fee without letting us know at the beginning which our reservation have been done thru app.
- 5/5
Great room with excellent service!
- 5/5
This place in general is crazy clean, the staff is friendly and I absolutely love the fact they have a restaurant in the lobby as well as Starbucks, a church and so much more I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area
- 5/5
The room was very clean and staff was nice and professional.
- 5/5
Everything was awesome .. I will definitely be back
- 3/5
The cleanliness could be improved. We stayed 4 nights and they never once restocked the coffee supplies or bathroom supplies.
- 3/5
There are no amenities except for the indoor pool. The in-room coffee maker was lousy and the shower in the tub was slippery. The bathroom could not have been any smaller. The indoor pool does not have towels or a nearby bathroom. Used once - overcrowded with outside kids. Overall opinion - the pool was not a sufficient reason for staying here.
- 3/5
Overall, the hotel itself was fine and well run, but I had to call the cops on a rowdy couple that was staying in the room next to me. In general, there were a lot of low class guests.
- 5/5
Very nice employees. Front desk day and night were awesome as well as staff walking around
- 5/5
Great two days stay
- 4/5
Other than the front desk clerk with attitude, the hotel was sufficient and sort of old.
- 2/5
The room has peeling wallpaper. The ceiling was cracking. The bathtub doesn’t instantly drain so when you take a shower the water fills up in the tub. The outside hallway that leads to the rooms are dirty, the wallpaper is peeling.
- 1/5
They took my payment. But said they didnt. Now im waiting for my bank to give me my funds back. They wanted me to swipe again but i showed them that payment was already taken after i swiped the first time
- 5/5
Great!
- 2/5
This is the second Hilton hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Raleigh. They were both visibly run down on the interior. The beds were screaming for new mattresses. The lamp shade in our room look as though someone punched right through it. The front desk staff could work on their customer service skills. Details do matter. Where we stay matters. Do better!
- 1/5
The wall were so thin I could hear footsteps and everything the next room was doing. There was a gap under the door so all the noise from the hallway was coming through. Honeslty I will not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you want to sleep and a clean room. You won’t get your rest I was supposed to stay 2 night but had to leave because I was up all night there was no point staying an extra day.
- 5/5
Again, overall excellent stay for the price , just sharing my honest opinion.
- 4/5
Room was great but the water in the bath sink took a while to warm up no mircowave in the room
- 5/5
Clean room, staff specially the front desk worker by the name I am not quiet shire his nam Jayit is three word very professional very helpful he has all the packages, I really thank you for his incredible customer service.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 1/5
Room was dated with peeling wallpaper and tired old carpet. The AC was so loud that we had to change rooms at 2am as the kids couldn't sleep. Overall, this hotel either needs to be torn down and rebuilt or a full renovation performed as it is old and showing it's age. Surprised Hilton keeps their name on it.
- 4/5
Paid for breakfast was good, great variety and the very best service.
- 1/5
They got the wrong room. they did not have king beds
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean. Was disappointed that there was only one usb port in the room.
- 4/5
Surprised by stains on carpet, stains on shower curtain liner (should be replaced or bleached), lamp on nightstand not working. Bathrooms need update
- 3/5
The room was ok. The bathroom needs updating and there was a sewer smell coming from the toilet.
- 3/5
Food is expensive rooms need an upgrade
- 3/5
The staff was friendly, lobby was nice and inviting. Elevator was scary with making noises and extremely hard stops. Hallways to rooms was very dirty and not even vacuumed. Room needs an update. The was bathroom awkward as everything was positioned very low.
- 2/5
Dirty tired rooms.Hall carpet that lead to the room was filthy
- 3/5
Not clean. Very disappointed with this stay.

- 3/5
The room and property were average at best. The rooms need some upgrades and the elevators. The elevators kind of make a sounds when getting on. And the parking lot is under construction. I will say the staff is very friendly and the room was clean. It is just old some of the wallpaper was coming off in the room.
- 4/5
Everything about the staff and the hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable but the hot water was not working the morning of my check out.
- 1/5
The room wasn't clean at all there was still trash from the last guest on the ceilings and on the floor
- 4/5
For the price the hotel needs to be upgraded in a major way.
- 5/5
Yes everything was perfect! Arrival was seamless and very accommodating to ensure we had everything needed. Breakfast buffet was really good with looks of great selections.
- 3/5
Hotel needs a refresh

The staff is very sweet, especially Sean at the front desk. I love the amenities of bar and restaurant in the front lobby.

Sean at the front desk was extremely helpful. Room and hotel in general were very clean and quiet. Although some areas were showing thier age, overall we had wonderful stay. Close proximity to Duke Raleigh hospital with shuttle service on request.

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned or replenished.

Room clean
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Staff was friendly
- 5/5
The entire staff was very friendly at check-in. Sean was professional and knowledgeable. He gave great advice on locations to Dying and tour of the city. The janitorial team was on top of all areas the pool the weight room and the lobby were very tidy with the beautiful Appearance and amazing clean fragrance.
- 1/5
Did not get the king room that I paid for. Was told that Expedia had over booked, therefore I couldn’t get a refund for the cheaper room I was issued.
- 4/5

- 3/5
bar staff did well
- 3/5
Hot water did not work on the bathroom sink, did not replace the washcloths housekeeping took and there was no mention of the construction going on out front.
- 5/5
The hotel looks amazing. Customer service needs a little bit of work on. I had a few questions in the morning. Person seem to be preoccupied on something else rather than show me, but I needed to do. I needed to print a paper and he was less than helpful, but I guess that’s on me for not knowing anything about computers
- 4/5
Very nice staff
- 2/5
The late night front desk people lacked customer service. They charged a parking fee, but all of the spaces were taken and they didn't have a resolution for that.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice hotel lobby/bar, nice staff, convenient location
- 4/5
I was only there for 1 night. Arrival was good. Parking was full because of an event that was going on. Lobby Clean. Guest services was good. Everything was Clean. Room was dated but comfortable. Water pressure in shower was GREAT. Toilet kept running. I could have fixed it but it wasn't a big deal for me. I didn't eat breakfast because we didn't have time. I wasn't sure if it was complimentary or a fee.
- 5/5
The lampsde was dirty like water stained. For an older hotel it was clean.

It was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and we had a restful stay after 8 hours of travel. I would stay again if in the area.

Everything was nice no complaints

The Bed slept great
- 3/5
Old hotel with uncomfortable mattress
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel
- 5/5
The property was nice, clean and staff was very friendly. The construction around the property was inconvenient because it caused me to have to park far away and in the night time hours I felt a bit unsafe.

Front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Restaurant staff were great! The hostess was polite and friendly as was the waitress.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Restaurant is great and hotel staff are great!
- 2/5
Lights blinking in room could not charge phone had to be moved to another room got in that room and the refrigerator did not work they sent some to get one from another room to put in the room I was in but it was better than my last stay we switched rooms four times this hotel is nothing like it use to be
- 5/5
Nice plce
- 5/5
Pay for parking? $10 day
- 4/5
I've been coming here for years and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. And the rooms are always clean and tidy. Things seem to be slipping a bit but still a decent place to stay. Tried to put my keys in the draw of the lamp table and the whole draw front and handle just fell off in my hand. It was just propped there. No view at all from widow. I didn't request one but i expected to see something at least.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Maria (breakfast service) who took extra care to make sure my 3-year old grandson enjoyed his breakfast and felt special both days! The pool was wonderful, the dining staff was also terrific, and the folks at the front desk went that extra mile to be sure the food we ordered in was held for us. We live locally but like to come off-season for the indoor pool and will continue to do so thanks to the staff for making sure everything was excellent once again!

You get what you pay for.
- 3/5
It is ok but require some renovation
- 2/5
The room had a sewer odor and was reported but no one followed up on it. The front desk states they would send house keeping but no one showed. It has no microwave or clock in the room and because of a Hilton I was very disappointed in the experience of this being like a subpar hotel. Definitely not a hotel branded hotel stay for me
- 3/5
We stayed at this location for a weekend wedding we were attending. The hotel was affordable but the room was dated. The wall paper was stating to peel in the room and the shower ceiling was starting to peel as well.
- 4/5
Neither of these questions are relevant to my stay.
- 2/5
The young gentleman who checked me in was kind, courteous, and likeable. However, I have a complaint regarding my stay. I'm hoping I'll be allowed to share once I click submit below.
- 3/5
Hotel room needs updating. Lobby was updated. Staff very friendly.
- 3/5
they rented us a room with a broken AC unit. they are replacing bad units and rented us a room with an old unit. We were told to pack up our 5 suitcases and move to another room. That was a no, fix my AC. they replaced the unit and didn't put the covers back on the unit. We stayed in the room with the dissembled unit. They never came back to fix it.
- 3/5
Parking was horrible as a lot of parking is under construction. The rooms need updates. The ceiling in my room was crumbling and the same in the bathroom and the ceiling I pushed on in bathroom and it started giving. The lights in the bathroom were both rusting on the wall. The wallpaper by bed was bubbling and coming apart. The remote for tv wouldn’t work so I couldn’t even watch tv.
- 4/5
Good overall stay
- 5/5
Everything was great room was clean and comfortable. Nice bar and the surrounding area was great.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the location was very inconvenient, to the things I had booked for the weekend
- 3/5
It’s old needs a big revamp
- 5/5
Good service
- 2/5
Room dirty. Carpet disgusting. Hair in shower. Stained wallpaper peeling off. Ac unit rattled all night
- 2/5
Communication was horrible even prior to arriving. I attempted to communicate through text as requested and it was absolutely horrible. The AC did not work in my room and I wasn’t offered a different room until 3:57 in the morning which was a total inconvenience.
- 5/5
Todo muy limpio y agradable

Clean and nice staff
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Very nice staff
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Regeniald checked us in and was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean as well as the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
- 3/5
Overall the room was clean, but there was dirt caked into the corner between the bathtub and the wall. It is visible from the commode. There was a large liquid spill on the floor of an elevator. The front desk had 2 employees. The first one was working with customers. The second one, a woman with rose gold colored metal frame glasses, had no one. When approached to relay the information regarding the wet floor, she basically said, "I'm busy." Didn't look up from her screen, no eye contact, just basically 'go away.'When the other person had no one left in line we went over and told him about the wet floor. He thanked us and said someone was on the way to take care of it. If the woman was too busy to take care of customers she shouldn't have been at the front desk.
- 5/5
Real quiet
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Didn’t like the parking situation on first night. Didn’t know it was parking in the rear of hotel. Was never informed.
- 5/5
I stayed here with my child and it was safe and quiet. There is a mall and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, also close to the interstate. There is a parking lot with plenty of parking and it is well lit. Breakfast was a buffet style and really good with many options like eggs, grits, bacon, and oatmeal. I think it was definitely worth the extra charge and the grits were perfection! The pool was a good size and maintained. Every staff member we came into contact with from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff was very hospitable and customer service oriented. I would definitely stay here again!

Was not impressed with this property won't be back
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and the room was clean.
- 4/5
I realize it’s an older hotel but I expected better from Hilton when it came to bathroom. Noticed what I thought was rust on light fixture but actually a dry Kleenex cleaned it. Needs caulking around tub and floor near tub not pleasing. A small microwave would help if guests need to warm up something late at night after mtgs. When I wanted to pay from pantry, drink and snack the African American lady at desk was pretty rude maybe she just wasn’t suppose to be there. I was unaware hotel had a self checkout, she could have been more polite. Too late for me but next guest might like it. Young men at check in were above helpful and welcoming.
- 5/5
Salons not well labeled. Hard to find the event
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
I just needed a place to sleep when I realized I should break up my drive. The hotel was perfect — convenient, well appointed and very friendly staff. I drifted off to sleep in a comfortable bed with lots of pillows.
- 5/5
The room was clean, nice looking. Bathroom was average. Nice lobby & breakfest area. Lots of breakfest choice. Nice conference areas. Ok front desk.
- 5/5
The hotel decor was a lil’ older and the bathroom door was stuck and there was no cell phone outlets. But other than that it was nice
- 4/5
Hotel was exceptional clean. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Pool was heated however several parents brought the kids and basically forgot them. Ran into multiple times and my 3 year old kept getting bumped, and pushed into the water worst part about it I was standing right beside him. Was happening that quick. I understand there kids but the parents definitely need to keep a better eye on them. I know the hotel is not responsible for this but the parents should be. I will warn you there are extra fees to your room that you will incur after you initially pay for your room. Such as parking fee and a incidental fee. Breakfast isn’t included in your room unless you add it to your room order. Lots of parking
- 4/5
I think the room needs an update. The staff were very friendly.
- 4/5
Stayed for a concert and was decently quiet and an overall good experience. Would stay again and would recommend

The front desk clerk was efficient & friendly. My room was very nice, no musty smells, and had good lighting. Would definitely stay there again. Plus that Trader Joe’s is nearby!
- 1/5
The employee doing check in didn’t greet us. Overall the initial first impression told us we weren’t going to enjoy this stay. Room was dirty, toilet seat had urine left from previous guests, not vacuumed, hair on counter, used open soap on bathroom counter, surfaces not wiped down. Just gross. The hallways, tables in walkways, elevators, etc. were all dirty with trash in floor. The guests we encountered were undesirable sloppy dressed & poor behavior. Low grade hotel with low class guests. Only reason they get guests like ourselves I’m sure is those of us that don’t know the area enough to have known to avoid this hotel. Upon check out the woman at the front desk was rude. Not a thank you for being a guest and no print out receipt she said she’ll only email it. She acted as if we were an inconvenience to her day. Won’t recommend and will never stay at a Hilton hotel again.
- 5/5
Check in was great as always. Guy at the desk was super nice as well.
- 1/5
Line for check in took forever and when I finally got my key, It didn't work. I saw like 2 other people have the same issue. Only 2 of the 3 elevators work and they are barely big enough for 5 people.
- 5/5
We enjoyed that it was convenient to everything
- 4/5
Nicely done
- 5/5
What I like about it was the accessibility to different places, very centric, quiet nice place to relax, pool was empty most of the time so we had all to ourselves.
- 4/5
Main lobby was very nice. Room was ok.
- 4/5
Close to other amenities
- 4/5
Room was clean. The room had 1 small chair and ottoman that were uncomfortable. We prefer a loveseat or sofa. Elevators were small and 2 were not running.
- 2/5
Hotel rooms are in need of a serious update. Small bathrooms with outdated equipment. Doors and carpet are in disrepair. Mattress needs updating. Furniture banged up. In general just not a nice Hilton to stay at and certainly not up to Hilton standards. Only positive was close to hospital.
- 5/5
The staff breakfast was perfect
- 2/5
Trash in the hallways. Bathroom was old, dirty, and there was rust. There was a bug (pretty sure a roach) in the room. Parking lot is not very well lit and appears unsafe. Overall, not Hilton standards if you ask me.
- 5/5
Nice place, nice location
- 1/5
They did not have the room available that I booked, paid extra for a double bed room. When I arrived they stated they only had single bed king rooms. Super inconvenient.
- 3/5
There’s a $75 incidental fee (hold) PER day added at check in. That is not clear when booking. One of the elevators was not working and the breakfast was not worth $20, I could have went to IHop.
- 3/5
It was convenient for where we stayed but a little out dated and not that clean
- 4/5
The room was very musty smelling. The bathroom the worse. They offered to spray the room, but I didn’t want chemicals in the air. I was surprised they charged me $10 a day for parking. The lit was over half empty and it certainly didn’t cost them to let costumers park.
- 3/5
This property needs an update! I was checked in by a young man

- 2/5
For the price i expected more.. The first room i had smelled of mold, had wet carpet and a broken toilet. The incidental charge deposit is too high and the breakfast that's offered is overpriced ($21 for a BASIC continental breakfast). Some rooms do not have proper lighting and they are aware of this so they place extra lamps in the room.
- 5/5
Rooms need major updating but aside from that the staff was pleasant
- 1/5
Lots of roaches!!!
- 5/5
Good service.
- 1/5
I checked out immediately after checking in due to lack of cleanliness. The walls were also coming apart. I am waiting to be issued a full refund.
- 4/5
Overall I would say this was a very nice hotel for the price. The employees at the front seat were very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaints would be the noise from a housekeeper on my floor whom I had to ask twice to be a little quieter. She was having a regular conversation in Spanish, but it sounded like she was yelling. I could hear her with two pillows over my ears. Also, when I returned at 6pm to my room, none of the beds were made and all linens were on the nightstand. Not a big deal, but just a little annoying.
- 5/5
Clean room clean indoor pool
- 5/5
We really liked this hotel. The first floor was huge with a restaurant and bar, feeling of a modern grand hotel. We got our rooms late so we were back on the first floor behind the conference rooms but it was very quiet, room spotless, good amenities. Staff was friendly and professional. Definitely planning on staying again when we are in Raleigh.
- 5/5
I just love this hotel! Always a class act!
- 5/5
The property was centrally located around shopping and dining, and was easy to access. The experience was pleasant because the staff was friendly as well as professional. The room was clean and accomodating.
- 3/5
Hotel is clearly showing it's age. Room is outdated. Towels were worn. No shampoo was provided, just two conditioners. Bed and pillows were fine. Overall, hotel was serviceable but nothing special
- 5/5
It was ok but it was weird that their staff ignored the service please signs
- 4/5
Nothing was open at checkin time, 2-3pm. Starbucks closes at noon and the restaurant / bar opens at 5. It would be good to have something available in between those two times, with people waiting to check in or wanting to hang out in the nice lounge area.
- 3/5
Vivian at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful. Clean service is not very good missing bathroom amenities.
- 5/5
Didn’t like paying for parking
- 5/5
The motel was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

This Hilton has been around for years! The rooms are renovated, huge, quiet. The location is perfect. I love the full service bar for evening drinks, and then a delicious buffet for breakfast. The best bang for your bucks!
- 2/5
Customer service was excellent condition of the hotel for it to cost as much as it did terrible. The worst Hilton I’ve stayed at
- 3/5
Hotel was very noisy and people were rowdy. Lots of big groups in common areas making lots of noise. Parking lot seemed very busy and unsafe.
- 3/5
I specifically remembered staying at this property in 2010 and loved it so decided to book it again. Unfortunately, it looks like very much has been done to the property in the past 15 years and is in major need of some updates and repairs.
- 4/5
Carpet in room was damp upon arrival. In the junior suite the king bed was around a corner so the AC did not reach it. Pool was advertised as heated year round, but it was ice cold and no towels available. Lobby was beautiful, but rooms were poorly renovated. Parking was easy.
- 3/5
Wrong size bed and my pillow was dirty
- 4/5
Only complaint is that the front desk girl gave us the wrong room number and we were walking around the floor looking for the room for like 15 mins, and we were already tired by the time we arrived at the hotel.
- 5/5
We stayed two nights on our way down to and two days later on our way back from Georgia, the second night with a new dog. The hotel was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating and reserved a ground floor room on the second night so that we could easily access the exit to take our dog for a walk. Would certainly stay there anytime we’re coming through Raleigh!

I expected clean room from pictures but room had a musty smell and cobwebs in corners
- 3/5
Loud guests but we were able to transfer to a different room
- 5/5
Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Overall great experience. Friendly staff! They could use more elevators. The wait for elevator service is not good.

Expedia information is incorrect and misleading. Failure for Expedia.

I love this property!

Roaches. Cigarette burns, ac not working, dirty smell
- 3/5
The hotel is obviously run down. The 1st room didn't have a working telephone. Things were just a bit broken here and there.
- 5/5
The breakfast was fantastic!
- 5/5
It was good

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere

While your food was delicious,(breakfast)You should add more choices to your dinner menu.

I like the breakfast in the morning. I likecthe bar at night for a drink.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious. The live music in tbe lobby was relaxing.
- 5/5
It was clean and people were amazing
- 5/5
Is nice here! Thanks.

Exited😍

Love the layout of the rooms
- 4/5
Welcome desk for check in & out was mediocre at best. On the way in there was a line to check in with 3 at different desks, but only one was helping check people in. Room was clean but dated. The a/c sounded like an old car that needed oil. Turned it off during the night or it would have been impossible to sleep. Luckily it’s still cool outside before the summer heat started.

Great stay

If staying at this Hilton you are definitely not “Sliving”, as Paris Hilton says. You’re totally slumming it here. This place needs serious help. The rooms are filthy, lamps were all broken and leaning sideways, carpets stained and rumpled. For $232/night, I expected much more. I’ve had better stays at Holiday Inn and Motel 6 properties. Dismal is the only word to describe the hotel.
- 5/5
Thanks for a great stay, we never get hotels and had to for a surgery and this was perfect.
- 4/5
You can walk to most of the services and shops near the Hotel
- 5/5
Nice hot
- 3/5
Staff was great, room was very spacious but lack of a microwave sucks. Chair handle was broken, sucks everytime it would fall off at the slightest touch.
- 5/5
Room, not so much. Carpet old and stained. Maid did not clean the toilet. Had to ask to have it cleaned.

The restaurant is way too expensive. $30. Per person for breakfast is outrageous! Cheaper alternatives should be available.

Nice location. Easy access to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.
- 2/5
This hotel is pretty dated for a Hilton. If it was a lower level brand then it probably would have met my expectations but I was surprised this was a Hilton property.
- 3/5
Coffee creamer spoiled. Room not cleaned after checking in. Had to call for clean towels and coffee packs. Entrance area pavement was very dirty. Bed was very comfortable and quiet room.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay for three nights and days while attending Grandson’s graduation
- 5/5
Great!

Liked cleanliness & food
- 5/5
Very Clean hotel
- 5/5
Room was comfy and breakfast was great!
- 3/5
Hotel needs many upgrades, dirty and run down
- 5/5
Great stay and staff very nice
- 5/5
The property was directly across the street from the Duke-Raleigh Hospital.
- 5/5
I feel it lived up to the Hilton standards, front desk staff and restaurant and bar personnel also housekeeping was ready to serve and help you with anything if you needed them. Next time I'm in Raleigh I definitely will make this Hilton my home away from home
- 1/5
By far the worst. Wall paper was peeling with mold on it.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice.
- 1/5
Air conditioner didn’t work in room
- 1/5
The facility is extremely old with wallpaper peeling off in hallways including my room. The breakfast is overpriced at $21 for fruit and a bagel! The front desk supervisor was very sarcastic and rude. He doesn’t listen to customers nor have the ability to problem solved. I will NOT be stay here again!
- 4/5
I wasn’t impressed with anything but the food and location I expect more from the Hilton it wasn’t the greatest experience and the help didn’t inform us of having to place the placker on the rear view mirror which could have cost us money if car had been towed
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and personable.
- 1/5
Charged me twice for a stay, after being told that I’d be reimbursed for one of the stays.
- 3/5
Room was clean, however had issues with room keys not working. Once I able to swap rooms I did not have any issues.
- 4/5
Shower didn’t get hot that’s only issue
- 3/5
There were 6 cop cara outside as we walked up which definitely made us question our choice of hotel. But we booked this specific hotel as it was the only one in the area with a hot tub. Imagine my disappointment when we check in and find out they got rid of the hot tub about a year ago. The cops stayed for a couple hours but assured us it was an isolated incident that was taken care of. There were a million kids at the pool and no chairs available, and when we came back exhausted at night there was continued loud groups of people moving thru the hallways until midnight.
- 5/5
The beds are so comfy. They provide everything you need for a fair price.
- 1/5
The services at the restaurant were not great either as the waitresses were not attentive to filling coffee or acknowledged we were needing refills or our plates picked up when we sought further food at buffet. I am definitely not staying here again.
- 3/5
Overall fine for a night or two. Pool was clean enough.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 1/5
When we arrived, we found mold on the walls, cracks in the drywall, and bubbling in the ceiling. There was a strong sewage-like smell throughout parts of the building, and the elevator was so loud it kept us up at night. On top of that, the cable/satellite TV didn’t work at all, and we were hit with a $75/day incidental hold, which felt ridiculous given the state of the place. We would’ve left immediately, but we had a concert to attend two hours after check-in, and there just wasn’t time to find another hotel. So we were stuck — and incredibly disappointed. Save your money and your sanity. This hotel needs serious repairs and better management before it’s worth considering.
- 3/5
Glasses were filthy, coffee machine was broken, rub/shower drained very slowly. The complimentary water was not there.
- 5/5
It was the Hilton through and through. From the service to the condition of the room
- 1/5
I hated it but already paid and couldn’t back out because it was supposed to be romantic… Not
