Asked about dinner options but front desk didn’t have many suggestions. Recommend they have a list to share. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned 2 of our 3 days (yes the DND sign was off the knob). We had trash and towels piled up which trash was emptied, and used towel retrieval, at our request to the front desk But beds weren’t made, nor carpet vacuumed, nor bathroom counters cleaned after 1st day (4 night stay). So not cleaned 2/3 days. Breakfast was ho-hum. If you like their little omelettes it was great. Friday and Sunday the hot food was pretty empty during prime breakfast time. No biscuit gravy on the days they had biscuits (I was looking forward to it being in NC). So I went with butter-substitute and honey.👎 Parking was fine and available.

The only thing was that the carpet in our room was little dirty.

I had to change room three times. Stain on carpet, lock wouldn’t work on 1st floor. Manager said she would refund if I booked through them. I called Expedia and they said we will get her to refund. They gave me bogus points to stay another night with their properties. I haven’t seen points and I was very tired and frustrated packing up twice to keep moving.

Staff was excellent!! I made last minute reservations and the lady was so sweet and got me in a room within 10-15 minutes! Room was very clean and comfortable! Loved every second being there!

First day I came there about 2 o'clock to check in, I had some grocery with me. I just wanted to put the stuff and run to my son's activities. I flow from Oklahoma to there for my son activities, it's was in hour drive I couldn't wait for 3 PM, so the lady in front office was not ready to help me and even asked me more money for it. So l left and I could come back just 9 PM, coming 6 hours after couldn't give any money back but coming one hour before she couldn't even keep my stuff, I had to Cary it in Thai hot weather in the car

The beds were a little firm for my liking but the breakfast was great and rooms were clean. The coffee was wonderful, every cup freshly ground and brewed.

Had to change rooms as the original room had a sewer gas leak from the tub that became apparent after our morning showers. We were quickly moved to a new room with no problem but should not have been given that room to start with. The staff was excellent at the front desk. The only other problem was that the pancake maker was not available for breakfast.

Cons: room cleanliness and broken amenities - there were boot prints on the ceiling, mystery hairs in the sink, the iron had a weird sticky substance on the bottom and the ironing board was coated in dust. Like it had been renovated but never cleaned. Pillows were in name only, they were inch-thick mush. Phone didn’t work in the room at all. It was cheap and it served a purpose for a place to sleep, but I don’t expect this place to last too much longer, it was pretty empty and I understand why. You get what you pay for.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable to relax after a long day. From the time I drove up and park and went to my room was perfect

No hot tub as was advertised. The tub was very slippery to be an accessible room. You had to put a towel in the tub so you did not fall. There was a major light switch that had to be on for any lights to work. The ac/heat was regulated by the unit in the room although there was a thermostat on the wall, and no indication that the thermostat was useless.

Check-in was very smooth, easy and fast. The young man wo checked us in was very friendly, made us feel welcomed. The overall stay at the hotel was ok, the only issue we encountered was Saturday night/Sunday morning. The front desk clerk was less than helpful. Went downstairs to ask her for a bag for the ice chest, however, she was so busy paying attention to her phone she 'claimed' she didnt know where they were. I guess I should have called downstairs before I went down.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in and checked out. The room was clean and spacious enough for three adults.

Toilet didnt work staff was no help. Said they would notify maintenance, left for hockey game and came back about 4hrs later and still wasnt fixed. Went back to front desk they acted like they wasnt aware of the issue, so i checked out early. Next time ill stay elsewhere...

The only thing that could have made it better were having another person working at check in, I waited in a long line for more then 20 mins. With only 1 person checking guest in. Was there for an event in the area so to me it would make sense to have plenty of staff during those times. But overall it was a good stay.

Front desk staff was courteous. Overall hotel was decent, but the cleanliness of our room was not good. There was a huge brown stain in the center of the floor, and it was apparent that it was not vacuumed prior to our stay because there were lots of crumbs on the floor along with “pieces of smoking items” which was quite shocking! Gym was nice along complimentary breakfast.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights to attend a concert. The entire hotel was clean!! That is one thing that I really look for in a hotel, over everything. The hotel was also up to date. The breakfast, was really good as well. A lot of good options to choose from. Will definitely stay here again, if I'm needing to in this area.

The room was very nice. However, the elevator was making a piping noise like it was going to short out and it shook. Do not recommend taking the elevator to the left if you stay there.

Broken elevator, people took up 2 parking spots for one vehicle (3 separate people did this) had to park in sketchy area because of that. And the hotel workers act as if it was no problem and turned to walk away. Bathroom tub handle easily pulled off by kid. All this stuff would have been more tolerable if the price was lower. Can't expect people to pay high end prices for crappy stays.

My stay was fine except for the fact that I could not close the shade that would’ve darkened the room. My window faced a parking lot and the light coming in made it look like daytime. If it hadn’t been so late, and I hadn’t been so exhausted, I would’ve called the front desk for help. Instead, I found it difficult to sleep because of the light. Other than that, the room and service were fine

Dust everywhere, do not cross tape around the entrance. No place to sit while waiting forever to check in. The computers were down. The poor staff was trying their best in an impossible situation.

The room was amazing, it was the property. It is undergoing a change in ownership from Holiday Inn to Wingate. Finding the property was not easy due to poor signage. Checkin we in the back amongst the construction . Tile was partially down and wet, checking in was behind a plastic wall, construction workers were trying to do their job while we were trying to get into the elevator. It has potential but I would wait until complete.

Clean rooms, didnt eat breakfast. Parking was a little messed up due to remodel constrution dumpsters and trailers/equipment etc. Had to use rear entrance. Exercise room was unavailable due to construction. Would have liked to know about contruction prior to visit.

It was a very good experience. It was convenient to the Lenovo Center and it was very clean. Even though you are under construction it still was a pleasant stay. The fire drill sort of freaked my husband out but all in all great stay.

The remodeling created space problems for guests. There is no lobby for people to meet. The dining room was very small to accommodate enough number of guests. But the employees are friendly.

The hotel was going through a massive renovation which was not advertised as such online. The make shift reception area was very small and made on to the back of the building making checking in feel cramped, unwelcoming, and extended the time to check in. Since you couldn't use the main front entrance parking was slim in the back and we had park in front and walk with our bags around to the back of the building.the rooms were very nice once we got in, but overall the stay was not up to our usual standard and we will likely use another hotel when we stay in the area again.

Hotel was under construction. Never told when making reservations. They had a so called Happy Hour. Beer and wine which was in a bucket on the make shift reservation desk. Trail mix in a jar was the snack. As guests are checking in an employee was eating a salad out of a container right in front of the people checking in. Breakfast was awful.

When I booked and looked the pictures hotel look good , when arrived NO ONE has mentioned that the hotel was under major remodeling and it was a mess!! People on the temporary desk on the back door when checked in where very good. The room was Ok but what did NOT like was the breakfast, they acomodate the gym as a dinning room very improvised, and the men that was on duty got a big attitude!! Something I not need when I just wake up. I will never ever reserve a room on that hotel, it would be nice to inform beforehand that hotel is being renovated so People are aware of and decide to take the risk or not!!

The receptionists were nice it was the general manager that was rude did not introduce himself to him to us we said who is the manager he says you're speaking to him then told us that the room the carpet was clean but the carpet had blood juice and all types of the reasons and food stains old stains the tub was Rusty and the towel was coming off and it looked like something was growing out of the out of the tile and the toilet overflowed overnight and I had to plunge it and I took pictures I had to wake up out of my sleep to punish the toilet I flushed it and it did not go down and I had no knowledge of that until I went back to use the bathroom told meto give him a call why would I give you a call you're the manager you're supposed to give me a call he was already coming off rude and uptight no professionalism at all he did not introduce himself he did not say his title or his name then told us that we had to write down his name and his title we said we're not doing that you're supposed to give us your information then said you're coming off at him wrong but we won't cuz my son is autistic and he was screaming and hollering so we were talking to him so that he can hear us he said he can out tune him but he couldn't because he was already upset because my son was crying so he was lying i said how was we being rude or disrespectful to you I am talking to you so that you can hear me because my son is screaming I'm not being malicious to you ask him how he can accommodate

Nobody sent an update that the hotel was under construction. I booked the hotel based off how the lobby looked and was forced to enter thru a trash exit with a tent out the back and never even saw the lobby. And subjected to only use ONE elevator and ONE door with no parking. I feel catfished and I felt like I was pranked with the horrible hotel conditions when we arrived. A/c in room rattled all night keeping you up if the construction noise didn’t keep you up. I feel as tho I should have been compensated for a half way put together hotel. Do better!!

This property is under remodel/renovation and the lobby/check in was just a back hallway. The hallways and many of the doors were covered in plaster/drywall dust. The a/c in our room was cold when we came in but the room quickly heated up after we showered and adjusting the thermostat did nothing to bring the temperature down. If I had known the condition of this hotel before booking, I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. The staff was friendly and brought us extra towels right away when we asked. It seemed like everyone is trying to make the most of a bad situation but it doesn’t seem like they should continue to book rooms until renovations are further along. We were so tired after two soccer games in the rain and being on the road most of the day that it was just easier to stay then trying to find another place.

Hotel under construction didn’t say that anywhere when I booked it. The front desk people acted inconvenienced with everything. Room had no towels ! Asked for some and they gave me 2 when we booked for 3 people didn’t give any wash cloths or hand towels! The toilet paper was almost empty and couldn’t get more. Room hardly has ac. The property is undergoing substantial renovations so the front desk and dining area are relocated to the back of the hotel. Not a problem, but just less inviting than it would normally be. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was loud when it cycled on and off throughout the night. I could hear the train pass by when we first arrived and I thought it might wake me up, but it was the AC that was the problem. We only stayed one night so I didn't bother complaining. Would stay again if in a different room.

We asked three times that the deadbolt be fixed in my daughter's room. It would not lock. She stayed five nights. It was never fixed. I stayed in a separate room one night. Again, the deadbolt didn't work properly. The hotel is obviously in the midst of construction or an upgrade. This was not told to us when we booked. We had to use a makeshift back entrance that was dirty. This morning, when I left, the desk clerk never bothered to look up. Didn't speak, even when spoken to. But he could speak to another worker about rap music. Also, our car had been blocked in by big trucks. Poorly run upgrade, if that's what's going on.

I booked the my stay for a birthday surprise for my young child. We saw pictures of a pool, but found out the hotel did not have a pool for over a year. Then there was active construction the hotel that we were not aware of. The breakfast bar was minimal and had minimal options for my family member with food allergies.

While the hotel room itself was perfectly fine, the hotel lobby/reception area is under construction. The area is “make-shift” at best & generally does not create a positive first impression. The night shift front staff was not able to check me in & I had to wait quite a bit for the manager to come. There was no “welcome” - just “we need a credit card for incidentals”. Wyndham, you can do better.

The only issue was all the construction that was going on for the remodel. Even with that though, we had a wonderful stay. The staff, beds, cleanliness of the hotel, It was all top notch. Even the breakfast was one of the better ones we had experience with.

I should have been notified that there was construction going on. I worked until 4:30 am and they were working so loud I could not sleep at 8am. I still had so much work to do and it was nerve-wracking trying to accomplish that. The parking was horrible with the front being blocked off.

I booked this hotel for 3 days and when we arrived after 10 hrs of driving it was undrer renovation. They are drilling and dusty all over the reception area in the back. not the whole building but a good part of it. I stated that I cannot stay in their hotel because of my husband and my health and that I wished they stated that there is renovation ongoing on the bookings so people would know. Refused yo refund my money I called expedia and after 24hrs still refused my refund. How is that fair? If not for the health issues I would not mind staying.

I worked until 4 am this morning and was woken up by drilling so loud it scared me right out of bed at 11 am. I'm about to jump out of my skin with the noise all around me. The maids try and come in a couple times a day with my sign on the door stating privacy. I had no idea that this hotel is under construction. There is nothing on the site that states this!

I enjoyed the quality of care the staff gave, and the cleanliness of the room.

I think it would be more proactive to let guests know to flip the first switch in their rm, for all of the other ligjts to work. The sign is easy to miss in the daytime.

Just ok…lots of loud construction including right by my room starting at 7am….not acceptable at all. The front desk clerk had horrible body odor. I was sent a text asking me to respond if I needed anything. I responded that I did and never got a response after 30 minutes so I took care of it myself. So we walked found a massive roach on the floor i had to get rhe 2 cups we had in the room to rangle it up. Then we went to take a shower and then little plunger on the shower spout to make the water go up to the showerhead wouldn’t work so we had to hold it and it went halfway and then the whole thing almost came off was ridiculous so we got a pousy shower With no pressure. And after that, we’re all packed and ready to go to bed and try pulling the blinds down and then I’ll go all the way down there about 4 inches of space of light shining in all night all morning, especially the sun came up. It was horrible. We didn’t sleep. Then at brwakfast at 830 there was no bacon, the eggs runny the sausage wasn’t cooked. It was gross. I’m afraid to eat it. And so was my wife.

Convenient location

The location of the property was ideal for what I needed, and I want to emphasize how kind and helpful the staff were throughout my stay. However, the condition of the building itself left a lot to be desired. From the moment I noticed the elevator light installed upside down, it set the tone for the rest of the visit. The room had several maintenance issues, including visible wear and tear, noticeable noise from adjoining areas, gaps around the doors, and concerns about cleanliness, such as stains. Given the Wyndham name, I expected a higher standard of upkeep, so the overall condition of the property came as a surprise.

We were not impressed with our stay. The toilet was broken. We told the front desk and nothing was done about it. Our room did not get cleaned. The maids didn’t make the bed and we only got fresh towels 2 of the 4 days we stayed there.

The property was beautiful. Customer service was excellent and it was a very nice & quiet stay. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Simple, dirty coffee machine, soft pillows, good breakfast, limited food choices at hotel sundry store and the items are all covered in dust.

We were in town one night to see a play, and stayed here. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. All staff members we encountered were helpful and friendly.

Overall the hotel is good. The room had musty smell whenever you enter from outside. The breakfast items are average. The staffs at the reception are nice.

Place was overall okay but won’t be returning.

This was a good place to stay for my daughter’s graduation weekend. It was quiet and clean close to the university. I didn’t like the breakfast too much though but other than that it was good. I would recommend.

The lady that checked us in was very pleasant.
