Room was nice and clean, breakfast was great

Staff was really nice. Rooms had old sheets, table in suite was dirty, comforter was not clean. We thought it was mold but were told it’s just “dark feathers”. Probably wouldn't stay there next time.

As a result, I had to leave the restroom without completing my shower and was unable to go anywhere for the day. One full day of my vacation was spent staying in the room due to this inconvenience. My family and I were very unhappy with this experience. I paid $200 per day for the room, but I was unable to use the basic facilities and services that I paid for.

Pool needed cleaning but was nice otherwise

Breakfast was OK. They have cereal, breads and juice. I liked these. The hot food was reheated frozen food from years ago, I don't know how long it was frozen. I could tell how tasteless the reheated hash browns were, just after 1 bite. So I would avoid the reheated frozen breakfast. Overall, this mid-sized hotel is nice. Close to Lenovo, etc.

Hyatt staff in Cary is always a delight to every customer. Hyatt’s breakfast bar is outstanding but I wish they would prepare more hash browned potatoes than scrambled eggs because they off boiled eggs that are delicious and lastly the room choices are very welcoming and spacious for my comfort. Very good Hyatt Raleigh West, keep up the great works. One more thing the night bar staff is awesome too and they offer a variety of alcohol choices, my favorite mix drink is “Lemon drop with Tito’s”😉

This was a Great place to stay. The area was convient to attractions we wanted to see and the Hotel didn't disappoint in any way. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating. My family felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was really nice and the bar area was very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again in the near future.

The front desk people were great! The breakfast was ok I guess. Even tho the room and bed were clean. The dark features made it feel like I was gonna see a bug at any given time, but luckily I DID NOT! The carpet needed cleaning. I Did not like seeing the stain even though the carpet was brown, which I did not like. I did not like the dark brown doors and trim , made the room feel dated and heavy. But once morning came I did see that the rooms on the opposite side of the hall had the sun and also had the glass door shower instead of the dark one with a tub which I had, and they looked more modern and clean. I would have chosen one of those if I had known better. But overall it was not bad , except for those things mentioned. Just needs some updates in my opinion.

Nothing stood out

I was amazed to find out that this building is 16 years old. It looked brand new to me - almost unused! On top of that I learned that they are planning to renovate the rooms starting later this year. If I ever need a room in the Raleigh, NC area in the future, I'll certainly put the Hyatt Place Raleigh/Cary at the top of the list.

I was here for an event at the Lenovo Center. This was my second stay here in the past 2-3 years and my first stay was perfectly fine. However this time the sheets weren’t the cleanest and neither were the pillows so we just got ready for our event at the hotel and afterwards we came back and checked out and drove back home because we did not want to sleep in those beds. Will probably not be staying here again unfortunately.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were spacious and nice, though the bathroom felt outdated, with no ventilation, and could use an upgrade. The pool was not open so I cannot attest to that. The fitness center looked really nice. I recommend having a designated smoking area away from the patio and main seating area outside. Some ongoing upkeep and cleaning of the eating area and tables would be helpful. Breakfast was good, loved the waffles! Overall I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. I would give it 5 stars if the pillows matched the bed size. They use throw pillows for a king size bed. ( this is why I bring my pillow from home)

Was a great hotel, we really liked the room we were in. The fire alarm kept going off multiple times throughout our stay and woke us up really early in the morning. Otherwise it was a good stay.

8 cars got broken into in the parking lot my first night there. My room was dirty, the shower head was very small, and no hot water-only luke warm water. Terrible experience.

We booked a double room through hotels.com but when we checked in they didn’t have any of the rooms that we booked. We booked this hotel for the extra couch (with two beds). We could have stayed somewhere much cheaper for a room with one bed!

This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in Raleigh! The rooms are always so nice, regardless of which size I book. The front desk always has a friendly face that makes sure to remind me of the amenities they offer. I haven't gone to the pool or the fitness center, but I always make sure to stop by the complimentary breakfast before I head back home. The Hyatt never disappoints!

The room was especially clean and large. The lobby had a very weird smell that actually made my head hurt, but that did not affect our room. Staff was super kind and checking in was quicker and easier than all of the other 3 hotels we have stayed at this week. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t too good. The AC and heat worked well.

My sister and I had adjoining rooms. She locked both doors and went out my door. So when we returned late that night. She discovered she could not get into her room. We called the front desk spoke with Evan. Him and Ray came up and was able to get her door latch open. They both were very professional and kind! I give them a five star!!!

This property is dated and needs a refresh. The linens are OLD and literally scratchy, the pillows are uncomfortable, there were numerous ugly dirty looking stains on the carpet in our room. They refused to provide us WATER for the room. The location is near the Lenovo stadium which is why we booked it, but I won't be returning.

Spacious room - very comfortable. Sadly when you took a moment to look the room really isn’t clean. Lipstick-type stains on the bed-skirt, spills in the refrigerator, the sofa side table was positively disgusting with spills and hair and guck. Beds were clean - though there was a random pillowcase that didn’t match any of the hotel linens on the bed. Staff was mostly nice, but when I treated them (group of three) on our last night no one even looked my way. Their market is not a market. It’s a few items in an open cooler, mostly drinks and some chips on the counter.

Your hotel was THE choice for my needs on this business trip. I was attending two days of CLE at the NCAJ in the office complex across the road, the second day at which I was speaking, and I needed a hotel near the NCAJ at which I could get well rested during the night between the two CLE sessions. Although I did not have the opportunity to use it, I was highly impressed with the panel near the desk into which I could plug my computer or a streaming media box with an HDMI cable to use the TV as a monitor. The continental breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again the next time I need to stay near the NCAJ.

The hotel staff (front desk) were fine and accommodating. The general condition of the hotel is poor. The room carpet had multiple stains, was not recently vacuumed. No shampoo or conditioner, ice machine inoperative. The lobby did offer purchase of a few different sodas, but overall very depressing hotel. Would not recommend .

Great location between Raleigh and Cary, NC

I was in town for a concert with my 2 daughters and their friend. We drove 3 hours and arrived at 2:20- 40 minutes before the designated 3pm check-in time. This was my girls’ first concert and we were celebrating my 14 year old’s birthday. We wanted to arrive with enough time for them to get ready before heading over to the venue. The front desk told me they were not offering early check-in. When I came back at 4pm, they had no queen rooms available, and there were 20 families waiting for those rooms. They could not provide a wait time for when the rooms would be ready. So, instead of waiting in limbo, and not having a space to get ready for the concert, I chose to cram one adult, 2 teens and a pre teen into a king room. It was my only option. It was 4:30- our uber was coming at 5:45, and I had 4 people needing to get ready for a concert. In addition, I called down to the front desk and requested extra bedding for the pull out sofa that 2 teens needed to share and that was never sent up. I needed to call again when we returned from the concert. It was just a very disappointing stay to say the least.

Nice hotel in the Business corporation park. Rooms are very roomy and clean. Bed was comfortable! Only draw back was the drag racing in the adjacent building extremely loud with billowing smoke! Be awake!

The down side was a popup drift event in the parking lot across the street. There was hundreds of young people there and cars doing doughnuts while smoking their tires. I guess the cops came because the noise stopped around 930pm.

Overall hotel was well presented. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was wonderful. Only downfall was that I booked this hotel because the pictures showed a hot tub next to the pool. This was not the case, the hot tub has been covered.

This is the secind time I visited North Carolina and the second time at this hotel. I love it here. The rooms are huge and are white glove clean. The tub sparkles. The front desk associates are extremely friendly and Joshua was full of knowledge of places to eat and nightlife around town.There is a free buffet breakfast as well.

We only stayed a night but was really good and we had a proper rest. Room is spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. Really nice experience. Recommended

I was surprised with the variety of breakfast items. Bed was very comfortable.

The Hyatt was good. The first night we were there we had a room on the 3rd floor rooftop out the window and when we started to go to sleep we noticed a hugh noise outside like a compressor running. Didn't think we'd sleep so Manager came up and moved us to the 5th floor. Great attitude no problem at all. Breakfast was also good lots of choices.

Beds here are TERRIBLE. The mattresses are rock hard and killed my back, hips and legs no matter how I tried to lay down. The pillows are equally horrid but because they are FAR too soft. My neck is horribly twinged after two nights struggling to find any comfort, and the friend i was travelling with had very similar complaints. I think i slept maybe 2 hours, on the couch, during my stay. The room was also very dingy and outdated, the tub was dangerously if you accidentally stepped on the surface not covered my the tub mat. Floor tile also very slippery when. Just not at all a comfortable stay, especially considering the price.

I love the way the king rooms are set up here. It makes it feel almost like a suite. Plenty of space! It's really convenient to the horse show grounds and great places to eat.

There was food left in the refrigerator. There was an odor in the lobby and hallway. The carpets were stained. The room overall was clean. The odor was better the next morning, I could smell cleanser instead. Breakfast both days was great.

Gym was great and breakfast had many great options.

The man at the front desk was so friendly and polite. Room was spotless. EV charging station across the street was convenient. Feels really safe in this area as well.

Everything was great except the bathroom vanity sink is directly in front of both beds so if someone gets up at night to use the restroom the light shines on everyone. Great breakfast with several options and rooms are spacious.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. I like that you can watch the TV from a couch rather than sitting on the bed.

The property was clean and well kept. The room was large and had all the comforts we needed for the weekend get-away. The breakfast options weren't thrilling but sufficient. We can stay there in the future, no doubt.

Clean, efficient and family & dog friendly place with easy highway access, free and safe parking, and attentive staff who inexplicitly are forced to count out change during busy times of the day. If management's job is to create a productive environment in which staff can thrive, forcing staff to count out pennies at the reception desk should be reconsidered. A clean gym and pool awaits the ambitious traveler. A serviceable breakfast rounds out the excellent value this hotel provides.

The couch in the room had stains on it and had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Paid for a double bed room, got a single. Otherwise excellent stay.

Great front desk service and welcoming lobby area. The room was clean and housekeeping was amazing. The only complaint was that the plumbing in the sink was backed up but the staff was on top of it as soon as they were informed.
