    The rooms were impeccable upon arrival, the supplies are stocked daily, and the housekeeping staff communicated efficiently. Breakfast was also great, there was varied selection to help get our day started. There was little wait time for any of the warm food, staff was consistent refilling the trays.

    The breakfast was good-fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, and some continentals. It wasn’t open until almost seven though so we could only go once during our stay. There was plenty of free parking. Staff seemed nice and easily accessible. The trash in the lobby and at the entrance was over full. Our room, though physically clean, smelled like cigarette smoke one day and mold the next. It had a clean ambiance however so I didn’t feel concerned about pests like roaches and didn’t see any evidence of them either thankfully. Ice machines were broken. There were gnats hovering when we walked in the room but they seemed to disappear as the evening progressed. A urine smell rose from the carpet (but I only noticed this when the room was warm). Check out was super easy and the dining area for breakfast was roomy and clean. I’m not sure why but both nights people were making noise in the halls after 10 pm. It just seems to me common knowledge that people sleep at that time and hotel walls are generally thin. For the price I paid, I’d likely return but was hoping for better. Oh well!

    I didn’t like anything about it.The pool was dirty, our stay was for three days two nights and we had no access to the pool.. The eating area was also very dirty. They had several employees, but they were all just hanging out conversation. We not once got out room cleaned. Just a very bad experience. NEVER again. Very poor management..

    The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A couple of issues were the toilet would not flush and the toilet seat was loose. I was able to fix both. Breakfast was typical, nothing fancy. When we arrived there was a drug deal in progress right in front of the front door. The owner needs to hire security for parking lot.

    Our hotel room was clean and had the appliances that we needed, all for a good price. More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice -- over all though the food was fresh, hot, and good. Front desk hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was safe and easy, however, the parking lot could have been more clean... as there were old paper bags / shopping bags in the parking lot.

    Location and it had a washer and dryer dryer. The a/c didn’t work and the toilet seat was loose. We told the front desk in the morning and as led for it to be repaired, we were staying for 4 nights. When we got back to the room, nothing had been fixed. I asked to be moved to a different room, in the new room the bath tub faucet would not shut off.

    They've put some "lipstick on the pig" here. The rooms have been redone, the beds were clean and comfortable and the linens were nice. Carpeting was clean. But the hotel itself was still pretty "creaky": The elevators are slow and shudder. The air conditioners are old and rattily and noisy. You get some freeway noise in the rooms. There is a very good restaurant next door we enjoyed.

    The property was terrible. My husband and I will never stay here again We disliked everything. Let’s start with the location, it’s located in a big parking lot where tweakers like the hangout. We upgraded our stay to the suite so we could have a balcony that we weren’t even comfortable hanging out on because groups of people were hanging outside blasting music and staring at us whenever we’d come out. When we got there and entered our room it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, we looked past it and settled in. Went to turn on our tv and the cable box cords were cut so we went to call the front desk and our phone didn’t work. So just for shits and giggles we look around more and our smoke detector had no batteries in it and that was the last call for my husband. We went down to the front desk to ask for a refund for our two night stay and they insisted on giving us a different room. We agreed to try a new room and into the new one and this time both tvs work. Phone didn’t work again. But our smoke detector worked. We go to Sit on the couch and there a spots of blood on the left arm and when we turned on the AC it smelled like cat piss there was black splatter all over the wall above the sink and our toilet hardly flushed. We go to ask for our refund again and they said they could give us a percentage but not a full refund and completely exhausted from our drive we sucked it up and stayed. We woke up and thought we would try the pool. And while that was probably the best part of our stay we went to sit at a table and there was a piece of tinfoil on a chair I sat next to with used drugs in it. Homeless are hopping the fences and doing drugs where our children are supposed to be running around carefree. Worst service. Worst location. Worst amenities. Worst rooms. Worst overall atmosphere. And I’ll tell you we payed 327.77 for the worst stay of our entire life. I believe this place should be shut down indefinitely.

    Clean and friendly staff. I liked all the art in the room. I really loved the shower and water pressure. The pull out sofa was a very very sad mattress, when we asked for linens for it I only got a pillow and sheets, no blanket.

    Good full choice breakfast not a continental breakfast. My only concern is that the shower has a very slippery surface with no grips for prevention. All 3 of us slipped in there. The water control in the shower needs to be updated due to poor water control. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay. Price for room was good.

    Seems like a lot of people are living at this hotel with questionable people throughout the building and grounds. Smells like Marijuana. We were excited to use the pool but asked the front desk how to get to the pool and proceeded to find a very green pool that that person obviously knew about before sending us out there. There appears to possibly have once been a spa that has had a wooden deck built over it. I asked the girl who directed us if they have someone who maintains the pool and was told they've all just been " very busy"

    Great location, easy parking. Seems like property is sliding. The room we had the tv was totally unplugged and dismantled. We figured out how to get it working. The elevators need a thorough cleaning- dirty floors/smelly. The staff needs a refresher as well for customer service- they seem apathetic and not happy to be there. We did encounter one gentleman who was friendly. Breakfast area was a wreck. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times as we use it as the middle stop in our trips. So we have seen a progress change downhill. Please put some attention back to this property.

    The room I walked into with it being a smoke free facility smelled and reeked of cigarettes and I have 3 kiddos who were with me . I went down and spoke with staff all they did was give me room freshener spray but when I went up to spray I then found a literal dog poop on the floor next to the bed where you can see some smudged into carpet and some just sitting there I told my kids don’t unpack anything went downstairs and showed the picture the cleaning lady tried to say she cleaned the room I said if this room was actually cleaned you would have seen that poop she said “where did you find it” I said out in the open next to the bed . We got changed rooms but after that I felt disgusted and so uncomfortable. The next room smelled better and had no poop but out bathroom door wouldn’t shut our shower doors wouldn’t stay closed they kept sliding open when showering our sink would drain properly and don’t get me started on how green that pool was when I took the kids . Overall I will never stay at this hotel again !

    The lady at the check in gave me a key that was not working and the room had a do not disturb sign hanging. She did not apologize for that mistake and just said ok I will assign another room for you. Did not acknowledge her mistake and I had to go back and forth and line up again because of that mistake. It was unpleasant. I was tired and hoping to already enter my room.

    The room key failed twice. Left elevator shook violently when coming to a stop. The maid service shut off the fridge and didn't tell anyone, so all my food spoiled. Walking out the rear entrance thru cigarette and pot smoke from the handicap parked vehicles. Shower had very little pressure and stain or mold spots around the tub area. Bed was hard as a rock, not good for someone with a bad back. Tv remote only worked within 5 ft of the tv.

    My first room did not have a tv. So I asked to be moved to a room with a tv. The second room was better. The price for the hotel was cheaper then other in the areas so you definitely get what you pay for. The elevator, hallways and rooms could benefit from a remodel. The room felt dirty and I could hear people all night but breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again but I would look for other options first. I checked out early because people outside and in the hallway were too loud. I checked out at midnight when I was planning on leaving at 4 am.

    This place needs to be condemned. It is a crackhouse. Please doing crack in the hallway. Brown stains on the floor. Whole place including the room stank like cigarettes.     This place is great. It was our 3rd time staying there and we will be back. Safe neighborhood, walk in lobby. Their breakfast is a real hot breakfast but they also have some grab n go items too. Coffee is always available. Prices for the rooms have always been on pointe!

    The outside of the hotel is deceiving. When you walk down the hallway all you smell is cigarettes. Then the room smells like wet dog and there was pet hair all over the couch. The pull out couch had brown stains all over. I wanted to take a photo but I was too grossed out. I wanted to call the front desk but there was no phone in the room. The bathroom door didn’t close. The breakfast eggs were watery. This is what $200 a night gets you here.

    The bed was flat so it was painful. I was afraid to use the shower with all the build up on it and no water pressure. The tv did not work the box for it had been ripped off the wall. Top drawer was broken. The faucet at the sink was not connected and moved. The elevator has graffiti the place was a mess and charges too much for being so bad. The toilet seat they had replaced didn’t even fit the toilet.

    The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response. The next morning, staff said they would reset it, but when we followed up, nothing had been done. Eventually, they moved us to a different room with a working shower.

    This hotel needs a remodel. The lobby is remodeled and very nice and we felt safe because one can only enter the main lobby with their key card or calling the front desk. The halls have chipped paint, the furniture is losing its veneer, the shower misted the ceiling and water droplets collected there. The windows were not fully closed and difficult to close, we heard a lot of noise from outside. The bed had a sunken area in the middle. Breakfast was ok but the only fruit were apples and no peanut butter for the waffles/bagels. Overall would not stay here again.

    The room and the beds were clean and complementary breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, the AC in the bedroom did not work, elevator was dirty, trash was left around the inside and outside of the hotel and the entrance to room was so small and tight I had difficulty getting my luggage inside. The bedroom bathroom door had scrapes and small holes and the walls need to be painted. This hotel could benefit from a major renovation.

    The hotel was over sold! I completed the online check-in stating what time I would be checking in. I got to check-in and I overhear that there was an issue checking in the guest that is standing in front of me. The hotel had overbooked and because of this, they were giving keys to rooms that already had guest in them. The guest in front of me was given keys to two different rooms that had people already checked in and staying in that room. This was all happening around 11 PM at night so I am sure you could understand how surprised guess were that we’re sleeping having other people just walked in their room. Now it is my turn to check in and he gives me a room with one bed. My reservation is for two queen beds. He stated to me there was nothing he could do because that’s all he had. I stated well I have four people. This is not going to work. He told me they were overbooked and that he would just give me my money back. I have two kids and it is 11 PM at night and now we have nowhere to stay because with multiple sporting events going on in the area this weekend, everything was sold out in the area. I will absolutely never book this hotel. We go to this area three times a year for the sporting events that we are involved in and I will absolutely will never book at this hotel or ever recommend.

    The tv remote wasn't working. I called the front desk and he told me to pick up a new remote from the front desk. That one didn't work either. I gave up. When I checked in, there was no one at the counter for 10 minutes and no way to get anyone's attention. When the guy showed up he said he was "wandering around the hotel." He checked me in and never said one word about an extra $100 deposit he charged for "incidentals." I didn't know about it till the next morning when I saw the money being held in my account. That "incidental" charge is such bs. What a way to tell your guest "I don't trust you" right off the bat. It's gross. Many of us live paycheck to paycheck so when we are able to eke out a vacation, even for only a day, an extra $100 being held on the account is a detriment. Yes, we get it back eventually - but what if I needed it asap? It also tells me the quality of your typical guest if you have to charge people ahead of their stay. It's a terrible business practice.

    Clean rooms, safe location. Breakfast is hot prepared served buffet style. Wrong season to check out the pool so I won’t leave comment on that. There is also a restaurant across the parking lot. Inside the rooms, they are clean. Top floors do not allow pets but the bottom floors do so if animal allergies are a concern make sure to request an animal-free room. Pillows are plentiful and not flat. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. There’s a snacks to purchase area down in the lobby. Overall positive impression. When I booked I didn’t realize I had stayed here before. Not disappointed will stay again!

    The rooms and hotel had multiple maintenance issues, including missing flooring, damaged drywall, dirty carpets, worn furniture, and stained curtains. In addition, there was noticeable foot traffic in and out of the hotel at all hours of the night. Because of our late arrival, we didn’t have time to find another hotel that first night, so we stayed out of necessity. Unfortunately, we had a very poor night’s sleep and felt so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that we chose not to even use the shower, opting instead to leave as quickly as possible the next morning. I spoke with the manager and was able to cancel the remaining nights of our stay, but he seemed unfazed by the concerns I raised. There was no apology or attempt to address the issues, which gave the impression that these conditions may be common. Fortunately, we were able to find another hotel for the remainder of our trip, and the difference was night and day.

    Checked in ok. Went to my room. As I stepped off the elevator, i could smell Marijuana. As i walked down the hall, the smell got stronger. Went down to the lobbya dn talked with the young lady at the desk. She said they are not expose to be smoking. Took a few minutes to get her to want to change my room. The next morning i talked with a man at the desk about it. He said they will be xharged for dsmoking in the hotel. With a sorry for the issue. When said sorry, it was with the attitude of i dont care and you deal with it. Not staying here again.

    Upon arrival there was a sign at the check in desk that said we were required to leave a 200$ CASH DEPOSIT before we could check in. I checked in ONLINE with the link they sent me and a cash deposit was never discussed. So we had to drive to ATM. Then at the hotel we gave them the money in an envelope that they gave us. We asked if they were going to count it. They refused. They said someone will count it later. Then the envelope was sealed a they REFUSED TO GIVE A RECEIPT. We went to use the hot tub. CLOSED. We went to use the pool and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. I don’t think they have cleaned it in months. So disappointed in this because swimming was what my kiddo was looking forward to the most. We then wanted a refund for this ridiculous hotel and they refused. We ended up going out to mini golf that night to get away from the hotel. The next morning is what made me over the top angry. We went to get the 200$ cash deposit back and there was now NO SIGN AT THE FEONT DESK REQUIRING A DEPOSIT. The front desk man asked us for our room number and if we had a receipt. We told him what happened and he gave us the 200$. We left and came back a moment later to refill our water bottles and he co fronted us telling us it said we only put down 100$. That was not true! DO NOT STAY HERE. SOMETHING REALLY SHADY IS GOING ON!

    Staff is very excellent, in my opinion the room wasn’t up to La Quinta standards. My room had outlets missing, the shower handle kept falling off and the body wash soap dispenser for the shower was broken. Bottom of the shower had black stuff along the bottom, and shower head wasn’t very strong.

    Staff was courteous. The breakfast only consisted of coffee, cold cereal and make-your-own waffles, much less than what was served in my previous stays. There were no food/drink or other convenience items available in the lobby. The bathroom needed repairs - wood was peeling off a lot on the bottom of the door and the bathtub valve was rusty and needed porcelain overlay.

    I got changed 3 times and all rooms were dirty poop stains in the toilet, hair in the shower, some sort of stains on the bed sheets..I did not have another option since it was late already. It smells like weed and pee everywhere;The rooms the halls, the elevator just a big no. Something that is true is that people probably just come here to do their dirty stuff theres crazy screaming and weird noises too. Don’t bring kids here and if possible stay somewhere else.     Do not stay at this hotel… We had a bunch of volleyball family stay for a tournament this weekend and almost every one of us requested to be moved due to the smell of pot smoking on the second floor every room smelled like dirty socks, room keys didn’t work and had to be reset every day nobody was at the front desk for more than half an hour and then Cleaning Lady advised that the front desk person left and would be back in 30 minutes as if it was OK. The electric went out and flashed on and off while we were there, and the carpets were horrible due to what smelled like dog pee. I will never stay here again and have filed a formal complaint with their corporate headquarters.

    When we got to the hotel it was fine. We left for dinner and when we came back the front desk lady was sound asleep. I got a call from another person that was staying there that the hotel was surrounded by cops. I went down to talk to the front desk lady and she kept saying she had no idea what was happening. We had a group of cheerleaders coming to the hotel to stay with us so I called the coach to let her know to not come. My wife went down to talk to the cops and there were a bunch of homeless people hating out in the lobby and one was high. The night manager was talking to the homeless people saying that everything happens when he’s not there. When the cops said it was clear I had the coach bring the cheerleaders to the hotel. The lady at the front desk don’t have the rooms ready and was stressed when it was reserved months ago . She kept walking away talking to the homeless people instead of helping my group and another group cheer group that was staying there.

    The hotel was full of homeless people for breakfast homeless people were eating the food so there was not enough for us. There was no phone line. And no Internet so I could not work at all and missed out on two days of work. It smells like weed and cigarette all over the hotel. I went downstairs and spoke to a female and a male working in the front and they told me they would get to the manager and owner and get back to me with a refund. I still have not heard from them. They could not give me a phone number. Only an email. I think this is a terrible experience and I would not like anyone else to experience this.

    Hotel is in desperate need of upkeep. Check in area is decent but rooms are outdated and dirty. When I got up to the room it was in the 5th floor and the large window would not close shut, it was not lined up so it wouldn’t latch. Went to the front desk to let them know, they did switch me rooms were I stayed during the trip but it was dirty and smelly. My trip there was for a family funeral and since we were going to be with family members most of the time I just left it as it was. The hallways, elevators and throughout the property had strong marijuana smell the entire stay. Homeless/bumms out in the parking lot talking crazy. Definitely would NOT stay here again.

    When the girl at the front desk was in charge, I was given a card key but was not alowed to go to my room due to something she didn't know how to do. Some paperwork hang-up. Bill came out when she went on break and he cleared it up and let me go to my room. He also gave me a tip to register for the following night's stay before midnight. It saved me $10

    Upon entering the hotel there was a strong odor. When checking in we were told our room was sold to someone else. ( Paid on travel site before arrival). We were issued another room and after getting off elevator the odor of wet dog and musty stench filled the air, we rushed down the hall to the furthest room available and opened the door to dirty carpet, thin sheets and thin blanket on the bed. The barroom had dirty floors and chipped counters. We were disgusted. We went downstairs and checked out. We left immediately. Health department should come see this establishment. Disgusting.

    Nice area, clean hotel. Checking in was easy and room was clean. Gave 2 stars due to housekeeping and mini fridge issues. First, on our second to last day, housekeeping knocked on door to offer housekeeping before 9 on Sunday! I said we were not ready and to return in an hour. Prior to leaving the Hotel for the day, I went up the front desk and asked them politely to have housekeeping for our room and gave him our room number. He said okay. Came back that evening and nothing. Trash was still in our room, dirty towels, etc. on top of that our fridge would work then stop.

    We stayed 2 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. 1) Our WiFi Code given didn't work, we verified twice what the code was w/ the front desk but it still didn't work, so unable to use any internet. 2) Our TV Remote didn't work. 3) There was no dial tone on our phone, when we spoke to the front desk about the phone not working they just said, "yeah it's not working in that room" but was not offered a room with a working phone. 4) The fire alarm went off at 2:30am several times and everyone on the 5th floor were standing out in the hall way in the middle of the night and others said their phone wasn't working either. 5) We were locked out twice of our room due to key not working and had to go down to get the key to work again. 6) We were charged an additional $46.75 at 4:30am. We already paid all the fees for the hotel prior to arriving and were also charged the standard 100.00 hotel deposit. When I asked why we were charged an additional 46.74 on our 1st night there they had no idea who charged us the additional fee.

    Room was clean but not spotless. My room was quiet at night but my friend's room on the other side of the building had a lot of random noise coming from outside. Included breakfast was pretty good.

    The hotel itself is nice but this is a management issue. The carpets smell like pet urine and need to be cleaned. The entire floor I was on people were smoking cigarettes. The lobby smelled like weed which the front desk guy really didn't seem to care. Very nice guy but with different management and enforced policies this place could be nice. Beautiful building and good location.

    There was no hot water during my stay (one night). I managed to shower without hot water. When I went down to check out, the manager (who was at the front desk) informed me that the hot water had just been fixed and that I could go back upstairs to shower and keep the room for an extra hour. This wasn’t an option for me, as I was on a tight schedule. The manager did not offer any alternative solution or even apologize for the inconvenience.

    Terrible experience, this place needs a new management! Everything is dirty, the toilet seat was broken, people were smoking weed, the smell was so bad that we had a headache all night. We had to put towels under the door to help with the smell and on top of all that, no hot water!!! Another guest was complaining about that. She said that it was the second night and that nobody was doing anything about it. When we checked in no one mentioned anything and no signs were posted. Horrible experience!

    I gave this a 4 star rating for a couple of reasons. During the 3 day, 4 night stay, the tv didnt work most of the time during the night, when no staff authorized to look at it can help. Then, the last night there, amother guest came frantically knocking on my hotel door, saying there was an explosion and the hotel was on fire. I calmed her down and assured her that the hotel wasn't on fire and after speaking with staff, let her know its ok. Strange encounter 🤔

    This hotel needs a lot of remodeling and renovation. 1.the tv didn’t work. 2. There was no hot water in the morning when I was going to shower. 3. When I was going to call the front desk to let them know about the tv and hot water I picked up the phone to call them and the phone cord was pulled out of the wall. I then tried to call the desk on my phone and they put the phone in some type of a mode that went straight to a message. But the message had nothing to do with what was happening with the room. I’m very dissatisfied with the hotel and will not go back there for my next visit to visit my grandkids. So disappointed with service and quality with the price of the room very unexpected.

    The room was clean, but it felt rather run-down. The hallways had a very weird smell that was off-putting and gave the sense that things were not as clean in the common areas as they could be, but I didn't see anything that indicated that they weren't taken care of. The front desk staff was really pleasant. Would have loved to have seen an allergy-friendly option for breakfast, like oatmeal or something like that, but that's fairly standard.

    Next day we asked for a a different room and for some reason my wife felt bad for asking and gave an excuse that they were tired. The man said that everyone is tired. I asked the man if he was okay and that he seems very sensitive and if he wants me to ask for his manager to check on his well being. The employee then went on a tyrade about how his job sucks.

    Stayed on 9/3 for one night booked through Hotels.com. I was charged the usual security deposit which was later refunded. On the day I checked out the hotel charged me another amount which was not refunded. After nearly a month of calls to the general manager, and being told that the money would be returned, he finally revealed that I had been charged again for the room. I showed him the receipt from Hotels.com and acknowledged that I had been double charged but that he couldn't give me my money back because "That's not how business works." Well I happen to own and run a successful small business and one thing I know for sure is that you don't double charge a customer, admit to it, then refuse to refund the money, because, that's how stealing works.

    The convenience of being able to walk right across the parking lot to brookfield's restaurant. There was a problem with the bathtub faucet and the young man at the desk sent the maintenance person up right away. In less than 15 minutes he had the problem resolved. Everyone was very friendly.     The room itself was fine, but the shower was lukewarm and did not drain, so I had to shower in a bath of my own water, which felt so gross. The concerning part is that the first night we were awakened and kept up by a couple arguing in the hall screaming at each other and slamming doors. This continued for hours. I tried multiple times to reach the front desk with no answer. It died down, and first thing in the morning I went down and spoke to the front desk. He was completely unfazed, said they've been there for "awhile" but he assured me it would not be an issue moving forward. The following night we awoke after midnight to the same again and my daughter and I were terrified as it got worse for hours. We again could not reach anyone at the front desk and we felt too unsafe to exit the room and barracaded ourselves behind the door with luggage. The police were contacted and there was a huge scene outside. Worst hotel experience ever and UNSAFE!

    It was my first stay at this hotel. The ice machine did not work it was really hot outside the rooms in the building.but my a/c worked perfectly. The doors are slammed pretty hard when the customers entered and exited their rooms. The walls are thin u can hear other room’s conversations. One other thing. They need to have rooms that pets have not stayed in. They should have rooms for pet owners to repeated use not give them any room. U can smell pet urine through the building.

    We only stayed for one night. Checking in was super easy. The hotel does allow animals on floors 1-3, which we did not have. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the hallways smelled of urine. The room was ok for one night. Many things our outdated or broken, including the fire sprinklers. TVs weren’t working. Staff told us to unplug it for 30 seconds and that worked, but the remotes still didn't work. There was a cigarette burn on one of our blankets. I would not stay again.

    The new room on the 3rd floor was much better. However the bathroom had black mold in the bathroom. My spidey senses were on high alert when I first arrived and there were homeless people at the front door counting change. I should have left then. Later I found out they overstayed and the police had to evict them. Not to mention my wife met a lady who was walking her dog. She stated her room flooded and had to change rooms. She couldn't leave because she was undergoing a medical treatment. Please do not stay here

    I was initially given a dirty room .. i returned the keys then i was given a room without WiFi , so i could not do my work on my laptop.     I was very disappointed with the hotel for allowing people with untrained dogs. My wife and I were narrowly bitten by two vicious dogs on the second floor.
