    Everything was really good. I would say the only thing I think could be better is the pool lighting. It seems there was only one light inside the pool. There is great ambient light outside the pool and surrounding it but very hard to see the littles as the sun went down.

    This location was such an unexpected delight. Seriously one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for the price. Don’t miss adding on the breakfast, it was yummy and I can’t stop thinking of sitting outside sipping coffee overlooking the pool waterfall what a chocolate croissant.

    Clean rooms and the location was close to lots of resturants and breweries. The late-night pantry was a third-party system. I needed to go back to my room to get my credit card. I was hoping it was one of those pantries where you grab and add the cost to your room. Too much technology is needed at 12 AM. Also, my pint of beer was $14. I know hotel costs are typically higher, but almost double what you pay at your local places isn't fun or fair.

    My daughter found a double ended metal dildo in the pull out couch. We got a new room and two tall starbucks drinks for the trouble, but she didn't want to sleep in the pull out couch after that. So we slept together and it wasn't a great stay.

    The room was big The windows leaked a bunch of water when it was raining and they just gave us towels or the option to downgrade our room. The waitress at the restaurant was not friendly. I've stayed here before with no problems, so this was very disappointing.

    This is a very nicely renovated Marriott. The restaurant and bar is new and clean and serves pretty good food. TVs are always on and tuned to relevant sports. Great little pool area. For a small Marriott situated on a busy highway this one hits it out of park. Lots of safe parking. Good neighborhood. Well insulated by tall hedges from surrounding noise. Rooms are large and clean and freshly renovated. Elevators work great. Really a nice place.

    The room was very clean and the beds were confortables big enough for 4 people The price was to high for the room they charge us 15 for the parking everyday they charge us for the WiFi every day the hot tub wasn’t working they only include the breaks fast for adult but not kids they understaff the Starbucks barista was mean to us and other people . I would not recommend this place to any friends

    I requested adjoining rooms and they didn’t happen. There was another persons T-shirt in the roll out bed in the couch. The front desk never answered the phone when calling from the room. No bottled waters in the room. The TV didn’t work in the room, had to call and have engineering fix. I am a Marriott bonvoy member and had two rooms for three days at this hotel. I want some type of refund.

    I expected more from a Marriot. TV didn’t work and people over heard yelling in bedroom and hallway waking us up at 2 in the morning. Telephone operator to inform them of situation but they never answered the phone. I called three times at night with no answer. I called this morning still no answer.

    Room was alright. We upgraded to a suite and it had a sticker by the clock warning us that stealing the clock would result in a $150 charge (seems kinda tacky). There’s a full restaurant downstairs but no way to order room service. They also were going to charge us for WiFi even though we didn’t actually connect to it once it popped up with the info box asking if we would pay $5/day for standard or $12 for high speed. Thankfully they canceled that but it’s still tacky to charge for WiFi in what’s supposed to be a nicer hotel.

    It was a renovated Marriott so there was a lot of good things about it. What didn’t work was they didn’t respond to my emails twice about our upcoming stay the hot tub had no jets and they didn’t seem to care and the coffee maker wouldn’t work unless she moved it to another outlet And they charge for parking when there was plenty available. There was a few sketchy people around, but I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

    The room was clean. Check in wasn’t great. The staff didn’t greet me and I had been waiting and still helped someone else that had just arrived even when they saw I had been waiting. They didn’t let me know of any amenities at check in other than give me my parking pass. If there was complimentary breakfast I missed out as I wasn’t given any information. Other than service, the room was clean and spacious just wish there were more amenities such as free WiFi.

    I've stayed at this hotel for years and they recently renovated. I would say it's warm and inviting elegance. Comfortable Kind Size beds in all rooms now. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi. Convenient freeway entrance. Close to Folsom. The only thing we didn't enjoy this time was the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, it wasn't up to the normal Marriott standard.

    Not a huge problem as staff alternative suggestion was close by, Monday morning planned on having breakfast and then was told your restaurant was not open for breakfast on Monday mornings. Please list restaurant closings on your website and advise staff to let guests know all closing times. I requested a quiet room and was very pleased with the accommodation.

    We loved the location it was extremely clean everything is amazing The front desk worker crystal was extremely nice. Very knowledgeable about her area. Gives you great recommendations. It’s just overall made sure your stay was exactly what you wanted. The only thing we did not like was that the Starbucks closed early on a Saturday at 3 but that’s it everything else was perfect

    No fan in the restroom to clear the warm shower air. We tried to use the swimming pool but it had several cracks/breakage in the pool with very poor patch-up jobs on it, so I did not want to cut myself with just reaching over the sides of the pool. My husband wanted to use the Jacquizzi but another tenant was just leaving it stating the jets did not work. We wanted to eat breakfast and found out it was not complimentary and the hours of the restaurant we could not each lunch there either. This location was just a bad experience all together, what a RIP OFF.

    The staff were excellent, very professional and friendly. The interior of the hotel was recently renovated, and looked beautiful and clean. A real highlight was the hotel restaurant, Formaggio. We had delicious dinners there, the pasta dishes in particular were top notch. I also enjoyed the gym, definitely a step above most hotel gyms.

    The outside has a lot of construction and it’s not the greatest to look at but don’t let that fool you. The interior is very nice! We had a 2 king room and it was clean and very spacious. Nice big tv and a comfortable chair and ottoman by the window. The only minus is the bed pillows. They are the typical hotel feather pillows and they are terrible! You’d have to have 10 to feel like you were actually resting your head on something. The bathroom and shower were very clean and working properly. The pool and hot-tub area was alright. Showing some signs of age. Bummer they charge extra for breakfast and parking. They have a Starbucks on site if that’s your thing. But it’s driving distance to a lot of places. Would definitely stay there again.

    We love the place, clean, quiet, staff are supper helpful especially Front Office Manager Sharae Turner, she is professional, sweet and helpful. She greets us the minute we walk in the hotel. On the second time when we get back to this Marriott, she immediately acknowledge us, give us big hugs and warm welcome. We feel like we are coming home.

    Decoré was great. Service was not very helpful as well as automated wending machines. Could not make it work and no one to help as well. Rooms were clean however the bathroom doors were super uncomfortable and burdensome on our family and flow in general. Uncomfortable design that doubles as bathroom and closet doors. Also the light was not shielded well as it was almost transparent . Not the best design. Good at breakfast was not very good either.

    Nice property.. however we had two rooms connecting.. we got early check in but only one of the room was ready..that’s fine ok.. so we dropped off all stuff and left to our tournament.. came back to finish checking in to room 2 and had to change rooms because they gave our connecting room to someone else … and then had wait extra long and move rooms all with tired kids.. we just wanted to sleep ..

    What a disappointment! Where do i start? Understaffed everywhere, i had to track someone down to check in, jacuzzi was broken, no room service, restaurant only made pizza and it was soggy, lol.     I requested an extension of time because I checked in late, then again at 12:30 PM the same lady tried entering the room. I was in the bathroom and I was naked with the door opening. It was very embarrassing. I put a towel around me and asked her politely. Do you know what this sign means when it’s placed on the door she said yes I said OK. I was just checking to see. She apologized a bunch of times, but it was an intrusion of privacy while I was in the bathroom, taking a shower that was the only thing wrong with the whole trip. Everything else was excellent.

    I really like the Hotel. Classy. The rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds.. Huge TV in the room. Really nice Pool Area. Winderfyl restaurant overlooking Pool are. Good food with Healthy choices. Professional staff. Marriott , overall is , usually, the Better option for Hotels. Over and Over… Having traveled and stayed at numerous Hotels… Marriott , truly, are above and beyond… Quality! :).

    The check in process was really quick and the lady was very nice. When we went up to the room we were surprised at how spacious it was. It has a great sitting area to relax and unwind. The bathroom was very clean and nice. I love that they have a Starbucks on premises and will be stopping there in the morning.

    This is my 2nd time staying. I have a 3rd reservation already booked. The staff have been wonderful. If we had any issues they were dealt with quickly. The location is convenient and easy to find. Water pressure is off the charts, I love it. If you are looking to stay in this area I highly recommend this hotel

    Overall pleasant but the Ac in the room only went upto 68 and did not allow us to go below. It was hot in the room. The fan came in and out of thermostat. That was the only unpleasant thing for us during the stay.

    Overall, it was an average stay. While the hotel itself is very nice, they do not put their money in the comfort of their beds. I stay in many different hotels frequently and I have stayed at Marriott's all over California. Their beds just are not comfortable. I've stayed at much cheaper hotels where their beds are stellar. The bed should be the main priority in my opinion. The food at this particular Marriott is absolutely delicious though and the pool was really nice.

    The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and organized. Beds were comfortable ( even for bad hips and arthritis). The only small complaint I have is the motion sensor light in the bathroom. If you’re a woman with children, you get up several times a night to use the bathroom. It’s extremely unpleasant for the bright bathroom light to turn on at 2 in the morning. On top of that, the bathroom door is glass, so you end up waking everyone else up too.

    Pretty decent property. Main problem is the room thermostat. Room was too warm each night, and a/c settings are restricted. I asked front desk staff to lower temp and they said even they cannot alter. Maybe Calif regulations.... too warm to get good nights sleep. Pretty important issue.

    I was amazed at how beautiful and well appointed this hotel is. And it’s relatively reasonably priced. My only complaint was we had a woman in the next room whose voice was super loud and woke us up in the morning. But otherwise everything else was great. Formaggio restaurant was great too.     Our room was newly renovated so was clean and modern. They are still renovating but it was no bother to us. The bed was comfortable. Kudos to the breakfast crew for a great meal. Dinner was unremarkable, though the service was friendly.
