pet friendly and clean hotel, will come back when I visit again!

A very hip, trendy atmosphere. I thought it was perfect for a person on business that needed a place to stay while attending a conference or something. Overall, it served our purposes. The one drawback was the other guests who were very loud and apparently had a large dog in their room.

Room 109 bed to soft for me, I slept under the TV on the bench The wife step on the bed. It was just too soft for me. Otherwise it was okay

Location and amenities. It’s not ideal for corporate travel that requires credit card authorizations. Your client will be required to provide a credit card up front or you will have to travel to the hotel to provide your physical card.

Room smelled like smoke or previous dogs. Traveled with my ADA Service Animal and they still charged me for the pet fees after disclosing the service they perform and documents upon request. Goes against legal protections. Would not stay here again

We had a shower that didn’t work and had to change rooms. They were very accommodating but it sure was inconvenient. They could improve the coffee.

Place was great to stay at, the 12pm check out is nice, but on our last day around 9am house keeping tried to come in to clean and then kept walking by to knock, when I opened the door they were walking away. Made it seem like it was a reminder to get out and they did this a couple of times, well before 12pm. Kind of annoying.

Had called the hotel earlier in the day to let them know I was going to be arriving after MN due to multiple delays with my flight schedule. The yoing lady told me know to worry that as long as I got there by 130am that mybroom was saved. Arrived at 105am and the doors were locked. I knocked without reponse. After about 10 minutes I saw a phone to the right of me and got in touch with someone who hung up but did unlock the door. I realize I was there late but he wasnt the most friendly person to check me in. Room was ice cold and musty smelling with the AC set at 65 degrees, adjusted, crawled into bed with my jacket over me. Not a very pleasant experience at that hour of the morning in a city I had never beed to.

No, business staff were really mean and rude and inconsiderate. I communicated why i was late for check out due to an unexpected hit and run while working. They banned me from even ever coming back.

I didnt really see anyone with pets but i did notice the pet accommodations by the front desk. Everything was good except for the tv and remote, those need upgrading

The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this location for four days in one of their king suites. I definitely would not recommend or stay at this location again. The refrigerator in the room had mold growing inside towards the back and around the seal, definitely not being cleaned properly. There were clumps of hair in the shower yet supposedly the room had just been cleaned? The water quality is horrible, cloudy and just looks nasty. That might just be a local water issue, I have no idea. But the shower lacked water pressure and was difficult to wash/rinse my hair properly. Top all this off with finding roaches in me room and I wouldn't recommend ever staying here. They offered another room or a $20 refund but said there was nothing else they would do. Their attitude when bring these issues up was nonchalant and they honestly didn't seem bothered by any of it. Again, avoid this place.

Everyone was so friendly and kind, and the hotel was clean and organized. However, someone was playing LOUD music from 3:00 am to 8:00 am. I think it was coming from the apartments across the street. I called the front desk to call the police. However, the LOUD music ruined my stay.

I love the decor. The decor remind me of some of my favorite anime show room set ups. I stayed on Christmas Day very peaceful. They also had a Christmas theme the staff was very friendly. I love the rooms and how they are set up.

Location of this hotel is perfect and we love the atmosphere and the staff is always really friendly. The hotel is looking a little bit rundown in the rooms. The bathroom has mold and mildew in the showers and wallpaper coming up. The window shade also had a hole. I think this hotel just needs a freshening up.

At first glance the place looks very nice. The room itself was nicely laid out, very modern. But getting any sleep was impossible. The room echoes and magnifies all noise. There was sporadic clicking/tapping all through out the night. The mini fridge noise was amplified as nothing in the room absorbs sound. The elevator mechanical room might as well been inside out room. The noise was awful. We did not sleep at all.

Absolute gem if you need a great place to stay before flying out of ONT airport or in the area. Staff is incredible, fun lobby bar, and the bed is beyond comfortable with awesome linens.

I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by a young lady ( I can't recall her name) at the front desk who made check-in so smooth and welcoming. Traveling with my pet, I was touched by how kind and thoughtful she was — offering toys and accessories to make my little one feel right at home. She even took the time to show me exactly where the pet relief area was and how to re-enter the hotel afterward. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, I’d rate this hotel very highly for its outstanding service and pet-friendly hospitality.

The staff are outstanding!!! And that is the main reason for the 4 stars. I would give 5 but the room had a few issues. We really enjoyed hanging out in the bar lounge. Many comfortable seats to lounge at. The bartender and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the bar is mediocre but what do you expect for bar food? The room had this modern artistic look and was oddly configured but it still worked The bed was comfy and the pillows were puffy and clean. The only things that were a problem was that the sliding door to the bathroom was hanging up and very hard to close. The wall AC was also very loud. Not like a loud hum, but like a very loud rattle.

The room was ok nothing overall the shower glass wasn’t perfectly clean the mirror on the bathroom was duty plus the overnight front desk sucks I can’t believe we are in 2025 and people can be so racist and treat people for their looks or appearance Ricardo should get the properly training cuz he assume just because a friend came over and was African American assume that something illegal was happening in the room and honestly was my first time booking that hotel and the last one I would never came back don’t matter who or how manny times people come and go from the property but I guess there perspective is different really bad experience

This is a great place to stay with lots of fun activities on the premises. Dog friendly with complementary dog items & a dog run/potty area. Great bar with food, fun dorm like rooms with super comfy beds!!

Only con- bathroom door slides, no lock and there are clear gaps on both sides where you can see. Can make you a bit uncomfortable when showering and using the restrooms. Shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash is from dry bar. That’s a plus! And also there is a weird silhouette full body frosted window in the shower that is uncomfortable as well. It’s others side is the bedroom. If someone wakes up to take a shower or use the restroom it disturbs those that are sleeping because the light illuminates through that window pretty brightly. Very contemporary, loved the house music in the elevators. Photo op area with props. Just a cooool vibe. Most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in sooo long and I used to travel for work. Cleanest stay I’ve stayed in Ontario. Very clean. Weird thing…. No handwashing bar soap?? Good thing I brought my own.

It was a really bad experience. As soon as we entered the room, we found bugs on the wall. We wanted to check out and change to another hotel, but we had already checked in. The front desk could only offer us a different room. However, if there were bugs in one room, it meant the whole building was not clean. I had originally booked for three days, but I only stayed for one day and then changed hotels.

Quick check in. We only used to room to sleep in but once we laid down, I noticed the sheets smelled like BO. Also, there was loud music and dogs barking. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.

This stay was ok. Trying not to be too picky because we got in late and only stayed 1 night. Up and out in the morning. Staff were friendly and great. Parking was super easy. The room seemed a little outdated. The only lightning in the bedroom area was super bright. I felt like I was at a doctors office. And the tv didn’t work. The power button on remote wouldn't turn tv on. Turned it on with button on the tv but the remote still wouldn’t work even though it was lighting up

This property was clean and very chic!

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are responsive and eager to assist. The accommodations are good, the bathrooms could use a little updating maybe recaulking of shower doors etc and replacement update of shower heads. Might be good to allow access to more streaming services on the TV as well. But over all love the ease and access as well as the staff. The bar and lobby games are great too!

Room could have been cleaner, had to pick up extra towels at front desk due to no staff at night. Bathroom door was barn style and had wasn’t large enough to close completely. Front desk staff were very nice and polite.

This was my second stay and Aloft Rancho Cucamonga is a wonderful property. Clean/modern rooms. Very spacious, powerful AC, strong water pressure in shower. Everything you need for an inexpensive stay. The hospitality is top notch! Make sure to pay Anthony a visit at the bar. Would highly recommend

We stayed here for escape Halloween. A group of friends all from different states. It was clean, staff is very friendly. The bartender were super nice and was able to make me a drink that I liked based off of me just saying things that I liked. I would stay here again.

My husband and I were on a business trip. Everything was so amazing. The games in the lobby are so fun. The vibe is just very cool. Everyone is friendly, and everything from check-in, extending last minute, and check-out was great. Highly recommended.

Terrible, no sleep, had an adjoining room, neighbors were doing the mattress mambo all night and sounds like their door was wide open, mine was shut and locked. Room is nice and small not carpeted. Me personally won’t be going back.

Staff was helpful and nice. The location to the airport and shopping was perfect. Only reason it was not 5 star was because the air conditioning in the room seemed to turn on and off and we could hear the elevator from our room which was a bit annoying but not a huge inconvenience.

The photos are definitely nicer than real life. The pool appeared dirty so we didn’t end up swimming. I did see someone cleaning it the morning we were leaving. The bathroom in our room smelled awful like sewer. The toilet appeared to have not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The pillow case on 1 of 4 pillows smelled like someone’s dirty scalp. I would have asked to switch rooms but we got in late from out of town and honestly was too tired so just dealt with it. The vibe they are going for is a cool idea but just not executed. Overall, I was disappointed and wish I had stayed elsewhere.
