Came for a cheer competition and this place was perfect! Clean rooms, great customer service, plenty of options for breakfast, and many activities for the kids to do. We will book here again.

Staff needs to be a little bit more nicer and helpful

Everything was great until I wanted to add an extra night. I went through Expedia when I did my booking. I asked the night before about adding an extra night the gentleman in the front desk said they were sold out without checking and said since I did it through Expedia it wasn’t going to guarantee me adding the extra night. I said ok I’ll check in the morning and speak to someone to see if there was any cancellations. The next morning I spoke to the lady in the front desk, she was trying to say the same thing without checking. She started off rude to the point where I felt I was being brushed off, she then started helping, she had me book the extra night through Expedia yet she still charged my card through Marriotts booking. I ended up paying twice for that additional night. I was glad my bank was able to dispute the charge.

Very nice, comfortable and clean

The room was nice, however our deadbolt was broken so whenever you opened the door it would stay out which lead the the door not shutting properly. The elwvator was a little rickety too, but overall nice place to stay. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was very friendly.

The room is large and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Although it ended at 9:30 am. So it is rush. We arrived late. There is no higher floor room for us. Otherwise the stay will be nicer. Staff is nice and friendly.

The suite was very spacious. The kitchen amenities were great. The breakfast was filling (full breakfast - not continental). The staff was very and very helpful. Allowed us to check in early which was nice after a long flight.

I’ve stayed here twice and both times rooms were clean comfortable bedding. The amenities are all good The shower. The morning breakfast is whenever they open to whenever they want to close. People were waiting 6am, but didn’t open until 6:40 and it closed before 10am.

My family and I stayed 2 nights and our stay was excellent. The property was very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great. I would definitely recommend and book again. Made us feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Overall stay 10/10

Everything over all was fine. Breakfast was ok. There was just the basics. Toast, kid cereal, waffles, powered eggs, yogurt, coffee etc. The staff did seem like they were rushing. Housekeeping would barge in the room if no one answered in 5 seconds. The staff in the breakfast area kept asking if we were done eating.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for our trip since we have family spread all across California, and the hotel ended up being about an hour from each of our stops, which made traveling so convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base for visiting family while still being able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!

The front desk was very nice and helpful. The manager of the cleaning staff was friendly and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. Even the fold out bed was comfortable.

Everything about the room was very nice, no issues there. The terrible experience started with the front desk and no clear communication in their part. I had reserved a room for one night when I arrived at the hotel to check in. I asked the front desk if they can extend Minite and what would be the fee for the next day the lady at the front desk acknowledged and told me that the fee would be issued the next day and she would have my card on file. I explained to her that I had a two day convention as to why I wanted to extend the room and wanted to feel comfortable about leaving my stuff there and not having to come back in the next day.

Be aware this is a pet friendly hotel. The couch had been clawed. The room was clean and odor free though.

Sorriest stay that I've ever had in the past 20 years. Said to have a shuttle but not a "24hrs" shuttle, completely dishonest advertising, the rooms were not even big. Wasted my money here!!!

Room immaculate, staff amazing and professional execpt for the manager on duty who wouldnt be flexible with refunding for the room, another is the pet fee being extremely high 150 dollars and the incedental being also 150 dollars which is too high 50 dollars higher than most vegas hotels or other hotels of higher quality and better views.

What a lovely place to stay! The staff was amazingly helpful, the room was clean and very nice. The only thing that maybe could be improved upon would be that the breakfast was not as warm as it could have been.

For the amount of money it took to book the room, it was not of worth. It was very raggedy! The commode seat was damaged and needed to be replaced. The outer room of the suite was hot and muggy. The air condition unit, out there, was missing nobs. We had to call staff up to mess with it, with a tool, to get the air to come on. Only a few minutes after the staff left, it turned off and it was just plain hot! I let it be known that the soap and hair conditioner holders and the item itself was torn up in the bathroom, had come off the wall. It was never fixed. I was just told by the staff receptionist that it would be noted that it was previously in that condition, on our booked paperwork. No one came to try to fix it or anything. So, we had to stay aleart. Because one had already come apare and at the base of the tub, the 2nd one abruptly fell. Therefore, it was uncomfortable in bathing and having to keep a watch to see if the third one would possibly disengage itself and injure us in someway.

The air conditioning is noisy. I arrived at 1 pm and the receptionist did not allow me to check in earlier and i stayed in my car for 2 hours and I was sure that they have available rooms and they can accommodate me.

Having a basketball court and pool added some fun to our trip. Nice to have all the breakfast options and the room is extremely spacious. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again when in town

We wanted a place with extra space and our accommodations had two bedrooms which gave us all space to prepare for our oldest child's move-in day at a nearby college during our stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with nice updated, clean rooms and comfortable amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with needed housewares and utensils to prep and serve simple meals. The fitness facility was clean and maintained as well as the pool deck. One reason we chose this place was for the basketball court so my son could practice and shoot some hoops as well. All staff members from front desk to maintenance were friendly, courteous, and smiling at all times.

Hot in late last minute and got a great deal in a great room

It is good to know that they “sanitize” but the ENTIRE building smells like it was doused in chemical. From the entrance to the hallways. My family and I choked for few days. We had 2 large suites. Ones slightly cleaner than the other. I had to do my part in sanitizing the kitchen and rewashing the cutleries over again. Room temperature was stuck at 80 when the outside temperature was 97. We eventually had to gather our belongings and hop onto another suite. Food was gross but we are glad that they had a space. Front staff were pleasant. So were the maids. This employee just need training. You fix the stench, you don’t cover it up.

Nice hotel. I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned even though I was gone hours. I also didn't like that they lied and said they don't clean the rooms the first day you are there. They forgot we had two rooms and one got cleaned and the other didn't so clearly they lied. I also didn't like that you have to ask for the spa to be turned on in the pool area and you only get an hour or so then it turns off.

Stayed almost a week. Helpful friendly staff, spacious room, excellent breakfast with lots of good choices and space to sit indoors and out, kitchen in room--all pluses. Seems new. Nice workout room, pool and patio area. Airport transport available but need car for restaurants, etc. Air conditioning is loud so bring ear plugs or white noise for sleeping.

Room nothing like the pictures. Spend $200 for the riom then have to pay for parking THAT’S BS. AC so loud couldn't sleep and not coil. Free breakfast would be ok if the employees didn't get there before the people staying at the hotel.

i’ve been here on multiple occasions and employees are always so welcoming and friendly. i love staying here when i can. place is very clean and always smells good in the hallway. this is by far the best residence inn i’ve been to! i will continue to return to this location just for the service and cleanliness.

Besides the wait to check in everything else was absolutely perfect. The room was amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath it felt like a small apt. The heated pool was awesome. It was a great stay we will definitely be visiting this hotel again

Well what to say this residence in has dropped in quality somewhat but has found ways to charge its guest for things that previously it had not. Parking $10 per night in Rancho Cucamonga?? Rooms where not that clean carpets where dirty bathrooms where a little beat up. All the usb chargers in room not working.

Really disappointed. Booked my stay 2 months in advance and got a call from Expedia on way to the hotel just for them to tell me that my room is no longer available and they had to change it. Worst booking ever. The hotel also charged my card and I had called for a refund on March 28th and they processed it. It’s April 14th and I still haven’t received my refund from the hotel that I didn’t even stay at.

The facility was great! Very clean, incredibly friendly staff! The pool, gym, and eating areas were all in great shape. We will definitely look to book again at a Residence Inn after this experience.

The staff is amazing and very helpful! Despite loud children running up and down the hallways during the daytime, it is fairly quiet during the evening. There is ample free parking, free WiFi and free hot breakfast every morning. I would strongly recommend this place!

Thanks for waiving the pet fee due to our fire evacuation.

Although we stayed only one day due to a water pipe issue at the hotel, the management arranged for us to stay at another hotel. They covered the cost for the entire stay at the new hotel and also provided a refund

Everything was good until we were getting ready to leave. There was a flood in our section of hotel. Not sure what happened, but we ended up in ankle high water. Fortunately we got out safely.

No real help on where to go Or any inconvenience . I’m sure they lost a lot but should been better at customers inconvenience first. But that’s just me I guess

My reservation was cancelled due to flooding, I didnt get any assistance with getting a room somewhere else. Me & my granddaughter to find a place and paid alot more money

The room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and organization. It was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with kitchenware, which made my stay even more convenient. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, such as the neatly folded towels, complimentary toiletries, and even small touches like the toilet paper/paper towels being decoratively staged. It was perfect!

My family and I were there for a lacrosse tournament near Norco. The hotel was VERY clean, loved the large kitchen and we had plenty of room in the outside patio area for the other families to gather after the games were over. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful.

Everything was good. Hotel is fairly new so it was nice and clean. Location was convenient for us. They had a variety of options for breakfast. Staff was friendly. The only thing that bothered us was the loud AC. Not sure if that’s the issue with all rooms.
