Very fast check-in, very nice staff and everyone was nice and awesome. Will definitely stay again when I am traveling in the area the front desk woman was super nice.

The hotel is a little dated, and not in the best condition. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it was an old style version with a knob not digital, but the staff made up for it. They were prompt and polite

Helpful, professional staff. Check-in was super fast. Food delivery was easy, and fridge with drinks available 24 hours. I asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what I got, and it was a really great rest for me. Parking was super easy and free. Plenty of spaces onsite. Freeway close by, as was the awesome outdoor shopping / restaurant area Victoria Gardens. Room was huge, clean, and beds comfortable. Bathroom a little small, but everything clean and functional. Hot water right away. Plenty of space to work, and a full size closet was a really nice touch. Blackout shades made sleeping late after a concert really easy. AC worked great. Kitchenette with fridge was really helpful. Location was just 1 mile to a terrific open-concept food court with brewery and cocktail bar, and rock club for live tribute bands. It was really fun! Walk was nice too. Price was high, but this is LA so that's what you pay. I felt that we got a whole lot for our money all things considered, and this would be my top #1 pick to stay again in the area, for work or another show at the club (The Arrow Room). Totally perfect.

Room is small for the price but overall it is a good place to stay.

Front desk personnel very very professional breakfast always great. I wish they can add biscuits and gravy, but I can’t complain parking. There’s always parking rooms are very very clean. Showers are hot high pressured nothing negative to report. I’ve been to this location at least a dozen times over the last 12 months not one issue thanks for everything Best Western plus in Rancho Cucamonga.

Room, food and staff was really nice. Our bathroom did clog and had to run downstairs to get a plunger but after that everything was good.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had a pleasant stay however this last time I had asked for late checkout due to an unexpected delay in my travel. I called down to the front desk and the man who answered wasn’t very helpful. I asked for 1pm on the morning of 4/12/2026. and he said 12:30 and that was that, I didn’t know 30 minutes would make a huge difference and was so hard to give, given my situation. I’m very disappointed and wish he would have been a little more helpful since it was only 30 extra minutes which caused a lot of stress on my end. He wasn’t willing to give a solution and was very snappy.

Needed to spend a night in the Rancho Cucamonga/Upland area. Location is great, plenty of parking and quick access to Foothill Blvd. and area freeways. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and exceedingly quiet. Very pleased with my stay and would gladly use for longer visits in the future.

Nice hotel.. It was clean. It was quiet other than people that just slam their door early in the morning instead of closing it to be courteous.

Whole property smells bad, old and outdated, shower was clogged, front desk took forever to help and didn’t provide a map but was annoyed when I asked for directions. Gym is extremely outdated.

Lots to choose from and the staff were attentive to the needs of the cleanliness and supplying more food. The staff freshen our room each day, it was nice to come back to neat room and fresh towels.

We had a bedroom suite that slept 6. It was roomy and fairly clean.

One of my best hotel stays ever! Room was spotless! Tv had some kind of stereo sound that was amazing. Pool & jacuzzi clean & jets worked. Was surprisingly affordable for a nice hotel on a weekend. Kitchen staff was phenomenal & breakfast was good. My only request is that you please consider giving your staff a raise, bc they are all excellent. Would love to stay here again

The staff at the Best Western Plus Heritage in Rancho were amazing, service was always with a smile and laughter, breakfast was the highlight each morning with the hotel chefs. There was a variety of foods and was very delicious. Thank you all for making this trip so easy and memorable.

Very clean, staff was pleasant, booked here because they said they had an airport shuttle, when we checked in we asked to schedule it and were told the shuttle did not start until 8 am which was too late. When we checked out to get our Lyft the hotel shuttle driver was sitting there getting ready to leave, very frustrating. Breakfast was standard offering, manufactured scrambled eggs, meat, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. Clean and well stocked. Coffee machine in lobby was not good, mostly water.

The bed was very uncomfortable and you could hear doors slamming shut my entire stay. I believe some rooms have been updated but I don’t think this one was.

The gal at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. It was the perfect stay for what I needed; a quiet, restful night. (I appreciated the black out window shade.) And the later checkout, allowed me to get some much needed work done.

I highly recommend Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Rancho Cucamonga /Ontario. A great place to stay at a great price! Very clean, the staff provided excellent service and the amenities were awesome. King size bed, sofa with a pull out, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Check in is at 3 pm but when I asked for an early check in they had no problem accommodating me. Very satisfied. Thank you Best Western Plus! Grade A++++

stayed one night while traveling south from Northern California. Needed a place to stay at to finish some work and get some rest. Easy check in and comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, better than most places that include a breakfast. I will stay here again if I can.

I stay at this hotel because of the price and the breakfast. I could stay at a higher priced hotel, but they do not serve a better breakfast than here. The only complaint I have is that the Juice dispenser was broken the whole week that I stayed there.

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing. The room was very nice, quiet and clean. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and amenities in my room. It felt like a home away from home.

This hotel needs a total renovation, when I walked into the room it felt like I went back into the 90’s

On checking in the front desk ladie was really rude, did not greet us or look at us while speaking, and tried to rush us off.did not even tell us about breakfast or the WiFi.Then they tell us it’s a non smoking room and we will be fined if we do, only to get in a elevator that reeked of marijawana, the floor we were on smelled like it and it even made its way to our room. The room itself was spacious but I won’t be staying again.

Everything was very clean but I took one star off because I usually take shampoo whenever I travel but this time I forgot it and unfortunately the dispenser the hotel had with shampoo didn’t have any shampoo also we were 5 people in the room and one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed which was kinda old and the mattress was too bumpy for anyone to sleep on it already.

Property is showing its age- leaking (almost running) tub spigot, bathroom door wouldn't close, most if not all outlets in room and bathroom would no longer hold a plug without propping the electrical cord- i.e they're worn out.

Our room was clean and has enough wardrobe space for two people. The room has coffee machine and microwave, which are very handy. The little gym was very clean and has enough equipment to keep you on track with your fitness while on holiday. I like that the gym has free water available. The big bonus was the breakfast! The hot meals was so tasty and I enjoy making my own waffles and availability of different choices for toppings. Also good selection of beverages. Fruits are fresh and tasted nice with youghurt. Restaurants and big shops were within walking distances as well. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Though construction and updates where happening, the area was clean, not cluttered and the staff were quick, nice and seemed to enjoy there jobs. Would stay again

There wasn’t any bath soap and the soap dispenser and it fell off the wall when touched. There also wasn’t any shampoo in that dispenser either.

Every time i am around reno, there is nowhere id prefer to stay besides with the team running this place!

We were given a handicapped room for some reason and it was uncomfortable. And the hallway was noisy.
