Property was sold a few weeks prior and all reservations were cancelled...we arrived to no reservation. they did get us a room but at a much higher price...with no prior notification.

This property did not exist and caused a huge inconvenience plus extra expenses for me for our trip. What a headache. This property did not exist and ended up costing me over double funding a hotel in the same location the day of. Luckily I was Amir to even find a room somewhere still close by. Very unsatisfied with booking.com

Nothing There were insects in bed, the person at reception was incoherent, there were no amenities. I was charged 488 $ for a room not worth more than 50 $

Nothing…it’s disgusting. I wanted to cancel but they wouldn’t let me. They gave us a room that was occupied by one of the employees. Pretty certain she was watching tv in the room before he gave it to me. When we walked in the room—the tv was on. On our second day…I found three pairs of shoes in the dresser. They live in this room unless they need it. This place is disgusting. Dirty. A non smoking room smelled like smoke. It was awful. It’s a DUMP.

Not offered. Disappointing. Clerk asleep in the lobby upon arrival in the morning. TV access good. Blanket/comforter too light, not enough warmth. Shower faucet coming out of wall. Sheet was plastic.

I liked how it was a decent room, debunking most of the reviews online. Pillows were used - didn't seem clean, took a shower and the water leaked throughout the bathroom and sink. A door was connected to another room, seems dangerous considering there was another person in the other room. The breakfast didn't seem appetizing.

The breakfast was less than desirable, the staff was very rude to the several Amish men that were staying there, rooms were ok, but some didn't have any towels or blankets. The hospitality was less than impressive, rooms were very empty, lack of towels, housekeeping didn't come in, didn't have a blanket on the bed.

Nothing but at least it was quiet. First, when I booked the reservation it was for a 2 room suite, one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a living room with a sofa pull out bed. This is NO WHERE CLOSE to what we got. There were 2 rooms but no door to separate them and no pull out sofa bed. When I asked the owner who was responsible for the mix up, they said it was Booking.com that gave the incorrect information. They said they don't even have any rooms like that. I'm not sure who made the mistake but I feel I shouldn't have to pay full price for a room that was not close to what I reserved. I hope that this can be resolved.
