Room needs a refrigerator, not a mini fridge smaller than the safe in the room

only thing I disliked was that the guy taking care of the bar, refused to let my husband watch one of the World Cup games in the lobby because he had to buy a drink or else he couldn’t watch.. Pool was very clean!

No housekeeping during the stay. But otherwise was ok.

The room was not clean. There was a huge hair ball on the floor, gaur strands in a couple of towels, and the toilet seat not properly cleaned.

Buffet had very few options and was $25 pp—b’fast burritos, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, some old pastries and some fruit and fruit juices. More like nice continental breakfast than a $25 buffet. No ice for juice and a small mug coffee was $4.25. No refills and had to approach wait staff to even get water.

3 elevators and only 1 was working

Charged $17 a night to park OUTSIDE! Only one elevator out of three was working our entire three night stay. The room was small and noisy. No free meals. It sucked.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend. The fact that there are only ice machines on some floors but not others is inconvenient. The restaurant, bar, and market are obscenely overpriced and make airport food look like a bargain (Smart Water was $10; I paid $5 at DFW). The breakfast buffet was mediocre but the waitress was so nice. The beds were comfortable with good pillows and the motion activated floor illumination by your feet is nice. The room chairs are terrible and sized for children. Older and disabled people can’t use them because they are so low to the ground and lack arms. The parking lot needs far more disabled spaces near the entrance. I would stay here again but plan for off site meals and drinks.

Only one elevator working and Hotel was full of soccer players, convention people and others. Was there with family and in order to keep a timely schedule had to leave our rooms early or take the stairs. Elevator jammed full every time. Had to call maintenance 5 times for toilet stopped up. Also mold in the shower. Staff was nice but owners need to close Hotel, clean it up and get things in working order. $495 for two nights. Ridiculous price for the many inconveniences.

We arrived at midnight to an unclean room. Despite requesting a crib/pack-n-play, none was available, which was very disappointing. We had to share a bed with a toddler...

I was checked into 3 different rooms that were wreaking of sewer issues. Bowel movements left in toilet of one room and bed wasn’t even made. Second room had trash on floor and hadn’t been dusted or cleaned. Asked for a final room and you can tell the sewage water ran over from bathroom onto carpet. I immediately demanded a refund and was given one with no issue. Staff was amazing though. Never again will I spend money there .

It was a nice hotel, with very professional staff.

The breakfast was a basic buffet, nothing special but what they had was good. The breakfast room also served as the bar at night, and the prices were extremely high. This was NOT a first class place that could support super high prices. More like the dining room at Burger King. We were charged $60 for two glasses of wine, kind of a ripoff.

My room was thoroughly cleaned and smelled nice. The building was beautiful and felt safe, and I never had any safety concerns. Getting into the building was easy, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Letting people know ahead of time that the breakfast is no longer a buffet. Parking fee has been changed. I dont understand why charged so much for parking when the lot is with the hotel. It is not a garage..

The room could have been cleaner. Curious as to why they don't use fitted sheets. It makes sleeping disturbing on a non-fitted sheet, because the sheet moves when you move. Then the next thing that you know, the sheets are bunched up. They had a wonderful buffet breakfast, but the food was lukewarm. Overall, the hotel was great except for these minor details.

We had to endure a sewer smell the first night, coming out of the bathroom. The next morning, our smoke detector went off, only in our room, and we had to leave. The staff placed us in another room, at a small discount, but the whole moving thing is always a hassle. Otherwise, the hotel was nice; just not well kept.

The location was perfect and the bar was very appealing. Friendly staffs and very helpful. We did not partake in breakfast or dinner due to the lack of variety on the menu but that is strictly personal. I'm sure the food was outstanding. Again, the bar was amazing. The bartender very knowledgeable and provided wonderful customer service would stay again

The hotel itself is clean, beautiful as soon as you walk in, and has a good location. The staff is very kind, respectful and helpful. The only thing I didnt like was the hotels policy of $17 for parking when you already paid for the hotel stay itself, I didnt know about that.

Check in process is extra long for no reason. Was offered an “upgrade “ that was actually a downgrade from my booking. We spent an hour next to the check in desk until this was resolved. Such waste of Vegas time. Had to move my dinner reservation for this inconvenience. No housekeeping services. That’s just not okay. Hopefully they get their hands on the check in line faster.

My husband and I stayed and it was clean and quiet. We felt safe in this location and it’s right across from the hotel there is two full streets of food businesses walking distance ! We loved it and we will definitely be back !

I got charged $40 for a $18 pizza which was the price on the menu .

The restaurant food was lousy and the staff there obviously needs some training. The breakfast was way over priced, for all they did have out, there was no gravy at all and barely had condiments. There was no regular sugar for coffee and the service staff was was slow as christmas and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. They had no customer service skills at all. ZERO

I waited to see if they would calm down. I turned on my air conditioning to drown out noise and put on my fan app on phone, then loud TV. They finally shut up at about 1: 30pm. Needless to say no sleep. Got up early and checked out and drove to Tyler .

I haven’t stayed in a Hilton for years and won’t stay in one again. I was surprised we had to pay $17 a day for their parking lot. They would be better off adding it to the room rate so it won’t upset customers. There was no microwave in the bedroom. The refrigerator is itty bitty. Three fourths of the closet was hid behind a wall making it difficult to get to clothes. The room was clean and the employees were friendly.

The room was really nice and clean but the room service was terrible, it took forever and I was given the wrong order. Everything else was good though.

We had stayed at this Hilton several times in the past, but our recent stay was disappointing and will be our last. A parking charge of $17/day was added for the first time ever. A/C in room wouldn't cool down, shower drain was partially clogged, and coffee service was not available in the evening due to broken coffee machine. Front desk people were not helpful

Totally rude and unfriendly front staff. Wi-Fi didn’t work on 17th floor and called front office umpteenth times and no response received. Double charged for breakfast though was included as part of the booking.

Nice rooms, slept well in the beds. We had 3, but might be tight with four people. Only minor issue was they had 3 elevators but only using one. They could have been more aggressive to get the elevators back online.

Terrible experience unexpected of Hilton brands. Stayed for 1 night, toilet was clogged, front staff was indifferent and the restaurant staff was not keen to even get you a hot cup of milk. Extremely poor service, will not stay ever again

I didn’t like the paying for parking

For the given price, this was not so great of a deal. The room was spacious. The couch and the carpet could have been cleaner. Our 4th floor room was too noisy because of the rooftop exhaust fans running 24x7. Add to that the noise from the highway and from the air conditioner. The front-desk staff was decent and not as friendly and welcoming as staff in some of the other hotels I have been to.

My stay at Hilton Richardson Dallas was fantastic. The only issue I had was the smell in the bathroom - not sure if it was coming from the toilet or bathtub, but there was an unusual stench (odor), it could possibly be mold. However, I managed the smell and tried to cover it up with Lysol, but nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Spacious rooms and consistent quality. I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and the holiday meal was amazing!

1. Add indoor pool OR atleast have the heated pool option. Being a 4 star hotel, I think that upgrade is needed. 2. Upgrade Bathroom faucets, showerheads etc to have more elegant look 3. Add Kiosk so self check-in can be done 4. Optional but you can add Tesla chargers With new changes I know you can bring more and better crowd .. keep up the good work. Regards, Haris Khan

Greatest place I’ve ever stayed

The first stay was amazing and when I checked in the hotel. I had booked the wrong date so the front desk person was amazing and changed it to that night right in front of me. I had drove a long ways so it was refreshing to get that fixed quickly without having to panic. Now fast-forward to the second stay because I found out later after being billed that they never canceled the original reservation for the wrong date and had no intention of refunding me so here I am later with no money and no refund. I do not recommend this hotel practices because they won’t return my calls even, there are 14 different hotels right there handy Richardson that you can trust

But damn sure did. Never knew til I looked at my cc statement. Made the huge mistake of visiting the bar about 10pm Saturday. After waiting 25 minutes to order.. and there were maybe 8 people at the entire bar. This bartender walks off and comes back 4-5 times. I finally stop him and order a double grey goose and tonic so I wouldn’t have to wait again. Charged me $37. Never again. The hotel itself is dated af but I guess they’ll keep it rolling screwing over unsuspecting customers

Every time I visit the city I stay here.

My stay was not good, Sunday I went early to eat breakfast and was out the whole day. When I returned my door was ajar from house keeping have kept it unlocked. Was missing my backpack and brand new apple tablet. When down stairs to report the incident. The staff member made a not and said I would have to wait till the next day for help. The following day mad a report with the staff. It still hasn't been taken care of I feel like I was let down by the Hotel.
