    Right off front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming to guests. The inside of the motel was organized but no soaps or toiletries. During the nights dogs barked all hours l. The front entry door kept cracked opened with a rock. All in all ok for the price but need to work on safety issue, greets guests appropriately and make sure to have needed toiletries stocked in the room for guests to use.

    The front desk staff was helpful during our initial check-in, and when we called the front desk for maintenance (to replace the restroom light bulb). The air conditioning worked well to keep the room comfortable. The kitchenette was a good size and increased the value of the stay.

    This property has had no hot water for about a month, which is completely unacceptable. Despite this ongoing issue, management continues to raise room rates and refuses to offer any discounts or compensation to guests. Hot water is a basic necessity, not a luxury. Very disappointing experience and poor management response to a serious problem.

    When I checked in my suite was dirty! There was trash on the floor and the kitchen and bathroom was dirty! All the linen on the bed was dirty with stains on them. I didn't have any power in the bedroom and I had to wait until 11:30pm for the maintenance just to give me extension cords so we would have power! Overall the stay was not good and would not recommend! Also, this property has HUGE SIZE ROACHES!

    This was a good hotel at one time, now it is way past it’s prime. It is not much better than a Motel 6. If you stay here be prepared to buy everything, and the wifi does not work.

    Dated property with no frills. Pool is closed and they’ve eliminated breakfast. Rooms were decently clean, staff friendly and quite helpful. Overall, a decent play to stay if you need a temporary roof over your head. Quiet facility and large rooms, but still has the faint smell of smoke from when that was still allowed.

    The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and any problems that you have with the rooms are addressed in a timely manner. There is public transportation within walking distance around 15 min. There are also plenty of eating places nearby and the neighborhood is walkable. Its a safe area and you see police patroling the area often.

    When we got there we had to wait at the doors for 10 minutes because they were locked and no one was in the lobby I think more there was more people in front of us that waited 20 minutes their is a phone so you can call the front lobby and that didn’t help

    the desk clerk stated i could buy a cheap pan and spatula for $40 - no thank you. none of this info is stated on the website or hotel description. i had to drive down the street to purchase my own utensils since i already had groceries purchased, just so i could heat dinner and make coffee in the morning. the room was not clean, the bed was old and uncomfortable, the window shades were stapled together and not able to let in natural light, there were no tissues in the box. i travel about 30 days each year for business all over the US and i will make sure to never stay in this hotel again - or this chain if that is the new policy on kitchen wares.

    Well I had to ask for dishes and the lady ignored me and my husband had to retrieve them. There was a dirty wash rag hung over the spicket in the tub no bath towels and when I called to get some the lady told me they were closed and I would have to wait. There was a big hump in the middle of the mattress and I had to wipe the sticky off the counters. Also the floor had particals of leaves and paper. Wasn’t any use to ask for a better room cause the front desk clerk wouldn’t help us at all night or morning. I have stayed in a lot of extended stay hotels but this one was the worst.

    Kicker was that I had forgotten one important item in the room and didn't release it until Sunday two days after the move. I call and the young man that answered was very helpful. He advised that my room had not been rent out since Friday or cleaned, that he would retrieve my item and I could pick up at lunch time at the front desk. I did retrieve my item and was exactly the way I had left it. My point was you have a person staying for more than 50 days in your Hotel and you treat this badly and no elevator is really not good business. I will think twice about extendig my stay.

    downside - the outside courtyard area is unkempt. there is trash in front of the balconys of the guest rooms. the pool is unusable, locked, green with algae, and a breeding ground for mosquitoes - it should be drained and a landscaper brought in once a week to maintain the interior grounds. bonus: there are barbeque grills in the parking lot and guests seem to congregate there on weekends in summer. Fun and festive!!

    Room was not cleaned before we came, we could see the pillows are yellow dirty needing to be replaced. Carpet is smelly. There's no kitchen pans or silverware, no coffee maker. Breakfast is "to go" and extremely frugal. Hotel needs better management and remodeling.

    Room was super hot! A/C didn’t work! I didn’t have the choice of been moved to another room. I didn’t get any discount or anything for paying for a room with a A/C didn’t work & it was super noisy causing the windows to vibrate very loud. I asked for a fan AT LEAST then I finally got a fan & it also didn’t work. Worst hotel experience EVER!!!

    This place is fine. It’s obviously not The Ritz, but who’s expecting it to be?! It’s safe and comfortable, with free parking and WiFi, near plenty of restaurants and has some green spaces for dog walking. Their pet fees seemed a bit high, and it’s weird that you get ONE trash can in the room. Seriously. One. But overall it was what we expected. Other guests need to turn their music down a bit but overall the other guests were polite and friendly.

    This property had everything we needed for a few nights stay. We like to eat in so planned to cook a few meals during the visit. But the best part of the property was the staff. They were amazing. I have never seen such amazing customer service from everyone on staff. I would stay here again just because of the staff. 10 out of 10 in customer service.

    It was overall a pretty nice place in a good location, but our commode was backed up, so it wasn't exactly a relaxing trip. Management and housekeeping need to check to make sure the commodes are working BEFORE letting guests check in. We got in late, and that was an added stressor to our already stressful day. Otherwise, though, all was well...

    You get what you pay for. My room did not come with any additional toiletries. The fire alarm rang around midnight and the guest above were either rough housing or fighting for a good while because of all the banging and footsteps around 1-2 a.m., so that was annoying.

    Clean and in a decent area but when I arrived the front desk guy had quit so the laundry guy was working at front desk and had no clue what was going on so my family and I had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby sitting with mask on tired and sleepy only to get a room we didn’t want that smelled of smoke so bad we could barely breath! Lord have mercy but ATLEAST we got a room cause it was midnight and we wouldn’t have been able to check in anywhere else considering we were in from Tulsa Ok for the weekend

    Its was really good service, everyone was so nice. Once we entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes and the counter top was cracked. The remote wouldn't work. And we were right next to a light outside of our window (we found that put too late) but we made the best of it. Overall i was pretty ok with the room. I will be coming again

    The Extended Stay America in Richardson was exactly what we expected. Staff was friendly and hotel kept clean. Due to COVID-19 many of the amenities were not available. We were just thankful they were open and allowed pets. Worked out well for us!
