They upgraded our room for free because they had booked all the other non-smoking rooms and I have asthma so I need a smoke free room. First floor as I requested. A room with a hot tub, plenty of towels, by the pool. (rainy, windy, and cold day so no swimming) We have been here many times and the pool is always clean. Near Chili's for dinner and near Waffle House for breakfast. Hot tub in perfect condition. Romantic. A little confusion about our reservation, but we got there just before midnight.

Room doors have cracks when closing, moldy smell in restroom, cannot control volume for TV, bed springs made sleeping uncomfortable

The gentleman at the front desk at check in was very accommodating as I had a large vehicle that needed space to park and he set me up . He put me in a downstairs room in plain view of my vehicle as well. The property was clean and managed , the room was fairly clean and it was quiet ....the bed.......it was super comfortable....I'd stay again for sure . The down side was the toilet was stopped up and their idea of breakfast was cold cereal and a few pastries pretty much . I guess that is my only real complaint . For the money....it was exactly what I needed. A safe , quiet, comfortable place to rest after a long day . Toilet wasn't working correctly

Room was clean and staff kind. It is beside a bus road so sometimes noise from loud motorcycle but with a fan on was able to drown out noise and sleep well.

Bad experience. We expected a bit more professionalism from the management. Please know that we were NOT expecting luxury for this cost. The room was run-down. Everything felt damp and our feet were sticking to the carpets. There was hair in the bed and bathroom, the computer chair cushion was shredded. The couch was slick with body oil and grime. It was gross but again, we didn't expect much for the cost. There were also a few mentally ill people and one of the guys was acting aggressive in the hallway, kicking a chain gate. However, we decided we would stay if we could use the pool. We used it the first night of our stay, we went to the fronk desk and asked if ot would be open the next day and we were advised the pool would be open. It was not open the second day of our stay at all. The third day we asked again if it would be open and they said there was maintenance coming and they would notify us. At 5pm on the third day it was still not open so we called Expedia to see of we could cancel the remaining 3 days we booked. When they contacted the hotel the front desk advised Expedia that the pool was open at that moment. I was on a live call with Expedia and informed them that was not true. They stuck to their story that the pool was open when both of its gates were locked with a padlock. This made us uncomfortable as they were now calling us liars and also not taking accountability. We checked out on the third day at 5pm and were charged for 5 total days. Unacceptable.

The key to door would work off and on. The door to the room appeared to have been previously kicked in. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and looked to have been previously kicked in as well. the comforter had holes in it and several sheets including the fitted sheet had blood and pee stains on it. In addition the mini fridge didn't work and had an odor. Lastly the power outlets where burning the chargers. Highly recommend they get the electric checked out

It was our own fault to take a smoking suite for the extra room.It smelled like an old ashtray even after 2 cans of air freshener. The breakfast was a joke...5 premade waffles in a plastic case with 5pieces of bread along side 2 containers of cereal. No fruit,no yogurt no bagels or any of the other breakfast items most motels offer.We were at breakfast 7am..The next morning it was obvious the breakfast had not been replenished.We brought our own coffee maker,none in the room,no phone either.The beds were comfortable and I did like the shower even though it needed "anti slip" additives to the floor of the tub.Won't be returning.

Not bad. Towels need to be replaced with new ones, the old ones have stains that won’t come out. One of the young guys at the reception needs to be more behaved when knocking on the door for the check out.

Lobby stunk like weed smoke. Breakfast was a joke. Frosted flakes. Ran out of bread and cups in about 15 minutes. No knives to spread the butter for a piece of toast. Only grape jam. Was the worst breakfast and service Ive ever had, and I stay in a lot of hotels.

The rooms are clean and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Overall my stay has been pleasant and enjoyable. 😁

It’s the right place

The room was clean, however, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Our clothes and baggage picked up the smell, therefore, we could smell the cigarette smoke in the van while traveling. Not pleasant at all!

Did not give me the rooms i payed for, I had three doble rooms with two beds in each and when we got there they gave us rooms with one bed, very disappointing after a 14 hour driving trip.

- dead roach in sink - one bed lamp didn't work - our door didn't always lock, had to swipe card several times to unlock or activate lock - overall the staff is very nice, they brought towels when we asked for more (jacuzzi suite) Still enjoyed our stay very much. Room served it's purpose for a decent price. - breakfast isn't any special. Starts at 630 by 8, there was only toast and coffee and juice left. No biggie.

I needed a hotel in this certain area at the last-minute. When I pulled back the bedcover on my one-night stay, there were three blood stains on the white sheets. I was one person in a two-bed room, so I slept in the other, but it opened my eyes to the state of repair in the room, not horrible but could definitely use some attention. And I know the hotel cannot dictate their guests, but there were people smoking in the stairwells and hanging around outside.

Obviously an older property that had been updated. The electrical outlets in the room all needed to be replaced because a plug would not stay in them unless it was bent. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work which was okay since I was traveling alone. No TV listing of channels. Breakfast was adequate but was only cereal, type types of bread, and pre-made pancakes and syrup. Only orange juice, no apple juice, and coffee mate. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was convenient for my needs but needs a bit more updating.

We asked for a non-smoking room and got one that had been smoked in for an extended period of years! The bedding had many cigarette holes burned through the bedspread and blankets, and cigarette butt on the floor. The carpet was old, torn, stained and sticky and the whole room smelled horrible. This is not a 're-do' for us!

Room was ok, price was good and in my case location was important but when i booked onli e it said breakfast on the go was included, when we asked they said none was available.

Rooms looked clean when showed, but after being in it for few minutes had a musky and smoke smell.

No coffee maker in room. No grad and go breakfast. Shady clientele. Had to take a smoking room to get a king size bed which is not what I reserved. Property poor condition and lack of security.

Our room smelled like smoke and alcohol mixed together. Had to check in and out through an outside window. Staff was nice but could not get a better smelling room.

I had a lot of luggage yet the hotel still put me on the second floor with no elevator access. I had to carry over 100lbs of luggage up and down the stairway and to the rear where my room was. When i checked out around 7, no one was at the lobby desk so I stuck my keycard under the window slot praying it wouldnt get snatched up

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The coffeepot, microwave and refrigerator should have been cleaner, (sanitized) and the bed was not as comfortable as expected - too much innerspring. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Conveniently located and well lit.

Check in was good, the gentleman was nice. Our key never worked on our room so we had to ask the manager to let us in. Our room was nice and clean. Chili’s and Waffle House was a few walk away.

I've stayed at better Super 8 than this. Wi-fi didn't work the whole time I was there, the lobby was close 24/7 which is unusual for a Super 8. Absolutely no breakfast and plenty of questionable folks around the property. Not sure if I'll stay there again.

Exactly what I expected!

The hotel overall is a good stay. But there is an older gentleman that is in the night shift that kept asking me if i was staying, what my room number was, and who name it was in, and if it was under my name. I also noticed he only did this to me a white woman, he did not ask the same questions to an older colored man.

I didn’t like the room.. the toilet was dirty with poo and the bed stinks..

Its a nice clean place to be clean towels very confy bed even have a coffee maker n coffee in the room .

I have to say that i have stayed here befote and i had np issues however this time i was really disappointed because my room was absolutely disgusting. The toilet had pee and toilet paper in it, the tub had pee on the side, behind the bedroom door there was an empty bottle of shampoo a paper roll card board and a dirty diper qnd the bed looked like someone had laid on it. I spoke to a gentleman who offered me a different room and i have to say this other room was ok i found a fake nail on the floor and the microwave was greasy but i didn't complain anymore i just needed a room.

The check in was ok but I didnt have a remote in my room and my room phone didn't work. I stayed for 4 days. Then upon entering the hotel... The female staff member yells at you about a mask. Hospitality isn't always the best industry but it costs nothing to be polite. Then the hotel added a guest to my room without my authorization. I asked them to remove the person my 2nd day there and that person was still listed as a guest in my room. That is unaceceptable

Everything else was clean.. I had problem were it feel like i had bed bugs. The reasoning is i kept scratching when i got the bed.. They need check those sheets, covering, and mattress. I know for facts it not me i wash all my clothes and myself before i got there..

Dirty damped carpet. Bathroom door handle missing. Electrical plugs (x4) by the hair dryer were not working. Air conditioner kept showing error code A2 (malfunctioning) and blows cool air (low 40°F outside, needed heat). Ironing board broken, iron missing (had to borrow and return to front desk upon check out). I truly believe that this hotel management team places "hotel.com" users the worse rooms and saves the better ones for other customers, but still, NO WHERE NEAR WYNDHAM's STANDARDs

The room was clean but the bath tub was a nightmare. It was black dirt or gunk all over the tub. It needs to be scrubbed or some serious cleaning attention

There were cockroaches, and a few of the lights didn’t work. When I informed the front desk they didn’t seem too concerned.

Hotel seems half empty, asked to be in a non smoking room and were told that there are no rooms available, check in process was weird and unfordable - talking to the attendant through the glass. All of our things rick of cigarette smoke. Really wasn't a great experience.

No hotel that agrees to rent rooms by the hour should be on any reservation site. Building and rooms are poorly maintained. Lighting problems, TV problems, shower problems.

It was horrible and it had roaches the mgr didn’t do anything until the 2nd call and that’s when I moved rooms.. this hotel shouldn’t be listed on hotels.com website. Everything about this experience was horrible.

Property location is great. Beds are comfy and room is clean, pleasant interior, smells a little musty. Pool was refreshing after a long day, but rules say only 4 people in pool at a time. Breakfast is Standard American Diet, ALL carbs/sugar.

Best one of the best hotel of super 8 friendly people room super clean and smells very nice as soon as entered the room. Safe place and good for comfortable sleep love it. I am saying all good things about this hotel it doesn’t mean all the super 8 location are the same but in this particular location is really great place to stay.

It was very quiet but not enough parking spaces for customers due to lawn service trucks taking up several spaces.

There were lots of questionable people around the property and my first night my room smelled like marijuana. After a certain time the main lobby doors are locked for the safety of staff meanwhile leaving guest unsafe while checking in. I paid for two nights and was only checked infor one night. My second night one of the male staff members tried to come into my room uninvited stating he was "just checking on me" even though when he knocked i kept saying "who is it". Not sure what would've happended had i not had the safety lock on the door and I thought to check out and drive home but I was afraid to leave until morning at that point. The free breakfast offered cereal, coffee, toast frozen waffles, bananas and water.

Well it was all bad since the beginning I check in around 930pm they had my room ready but it was down stars the room was dirty and had a mildew smell that made me sick . I complain to the person that was there ask her to move me 2another room and she was like the only room I have available are more expensive cause they have a Jacuzzi or you can't wait till tomorrow and talk to the manager . they switch me around 12pm next day but I was not 100% happy all I can said I will never stay I. That place again even if it's for free
