Breakfast wasn't served They didn't have a wheelchair for me to use and the chair in the shower of the mobility room was not level. The shower head and bodywash was not close enough for me to reach.

this property was as clean as a whistle seemed totally brand new. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Everything in the unit was brand new and immaculately clean.

The staff we very polite and let me check in early. The room was really nice ans the bed was comfy.

Walked into the room, after seeing the no smoking signs throughout the lobby and hallways, and were immediately met with the pungent of cigarette smoke in our room. I asked for a new room but they told me it was all booked. Ended up going to target for febreeze and air fresheners that barely made a dent in the place. I guess I got what I paid for on this one.

Nice and quiet and meticulously clean. Henri was professional and efficient at the front desk. All staff were super friendly. The suites are a good size for two and include everything you need for a stay of one or several days. The laundry room (free) was an unexpected plus. I was able to do a couple loads before we hit the road. There is no breakfast but the hotel breakfasts are never good anyway so it wasnt missed!

You've always cleaned I only probably was at the five days too much paperwork after getting out of paved in advance and they clerks was in bed friendly but otherwise he didn't put a nice time and I'm not in pay were paying for parking but everything was great cleaning and he had a great time

The didn’t have a room available for me that j had booked so we didn’t stay there and they are trying to fight me for a refund!!!! We had to stay across the street Red roof inn with our children which was disgusting!!! They didn’t have any room available for my family that we had already booked!!!!!

Room was clean and modern, location in industrial p[art of town but very close to I-95 Location, and having a dog with us the room location was a distance from the elevator.

It is so clean!!! Staff was very kind. I thought by having two kids and two adults with two rooms on one account they would be adjoining rooms. We were sad to find out they were not. It was a great stay otherwise.

We loved the kitchenette and the room was spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it had a nice shower. There was no nightstand on the right side of the bed, nor any plugs. I rolled the desk chair over to use to put my essentials on, but could not plug my phone in. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. The floor was a bit sticky and could have used a mopping. It would have been nice to have something for breakfast too.

Air conditioning didn’t cool the room, toilet wasn’t flushing well, tv remote wasn’t working Staff said I had no reservations in the computer. Was a ridiculous stay!

The room was clean. Full size refrigerator and the kitchen has everything I needed.

The room was nice and clean. My husband was complaining that his side of the bed seemed to be broken, but I thought the bed of comfortable. I thought they served breakfast but I guessed a misread because there is no breakfast served.

Sketchy area. As I’m getting out of vehicle as a single mom with 2 under 2 I was approached by a man on bike just getting out of jail. Wouldn’t recommend it here but the male manager from Atlanta at check in was great

The amount of scented cleaner used was absurd. I had to open the window to air the room out and it irritated my sinus. Everything in the room i brought into it, picked up the smell and I could smell it on those items when I got home.

I've never stayed at a cleaner hotel before, the room and common areas were spotless. My friend and I loved our room, especially the kitchnette, it was very helpful to have while traveling. The front desk staff were very helpful, responsiveness, and courteous. For the price, I'd highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be staying again.

Do not have too much to complain about. Everything was lovely. The staff was lovely, as always. I love coming here. When I do stay at the motel, I always stay there. Nice, clean handicap, accessible.

The bed was very comfortable, as was the seating in the room. I liked the various lighting options. There was a glass shower instead of a tub, which I heavily prefer, and everything was clean. There was also liquid hand soap in the bathroom, which I also prefer - soap bars are a little sad and I wish more hotels would move to liquid soap. Nice clean flooring and a huge closet, and a trash can that was bigger than the usual thimble hotels give you. This place was ABSOLUTELY worth the money (and it was inexpensive)!

The person who checked me in was very pleasant, and the room initially appeared nice. However, the air quality was quite poor, it smelled musty, with lingering odors of old cigarette smoke and a noticeable scent of marijuana upon entering. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

It was perfect for our one night stay! Very clean, had no problems. Just thin walls cause you can definitely hear the tv next door and conversations in the hall. But other then that we enjoyed it!

Arrived at property to find out they cancelled my reservation and didn’t even notify me!

* Phone in my room didn’t work which wouldn’t have been a problem but I left my phone at my event - which left me unable to communicate w/broken phone & spotty internet. *. Air Conditioner in room was inoperable. Reported it in the morning, it was fixed but there was confusion between the wall thermostat unit under the window. It was a dance between the two.

So the hotel was great and the service excellent. Hotels.com sucks. I had to wait over an hour to check in because hotels.com never set the payment to the hotel. When we called they kept disconnecting us and giving us a terrible run around. I am still waiting for my refund from hotels.com, and I am not hopeful I will ever get it. Don't ever use hotels.com. I will never used them again.

I stay here every month and the staff is nice kind and respectful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

I always stay at this hotels when visiting this area. It is the best value for your money. The 1 bedrooms suites are spacious and comfortable. Convenient to the outlets and Disney property.

Out bed mattress was no good. When you get in the bed mattress fall in and you end up in the middle. Roach in the bed

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I can’t lie I enjoy every moment when I arrive. When it come to the staff I give Melissa and Brian is very respectful always greets you with a smile makes sure to ask if you need anything and is everything ok with my staff. if you have questions explains everything in details communication skills on point I enjoy. I give both of them a 10 for their outstanding customer service skills hands down. I can’t wait to book again this is the best spot to book n enjoy your stay. Super cute and functional room, great shower. Neither of us thought the bed was comfortable, but others may. He thought it was too soft and i thought it was too hard. Breakfast is pitiful, so if youre a morning protein person, plan to look elsewhere.

The only problem i have with my reservation at candlewood suite richmond VA is ithat booked a room with two queens beds and i was given a room with a queen bed and the receptionist told me that is king size. Queen size bed is king size bed at candlewood Suites richmond VA.

Smoke alarms are not maintained well and the air conditioning has mold smell when turned on

Technically we did not stay. Hotels.com did nt innform me of the outrageous pet fees when I booked so I did not check in. I should be refunded my room fee as Hotels.com did not disclose the pet fee in advance. PET FRIENDLY was all it said. $125 EXTRA for one night is outrageous. I went to Red Roof in, whose total charge was less than the add-ons. Highly recommend Red Roof Inn. There is of course no way to contact Hotels.com to request a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET

Not do to the hotels fault but the guests in the room next to me were making noise all night until 3am along with the smell of marijuana. To the point that I had to call the front desk to make a complaint.

Everything went very well my only complaint is lack of breakfast.

Luckily, brought my baby's bathtub, because there was no tub and both sinks are small. Also, after walking barefooted the bottom of my feet were black. I guess they figure gray floors don't need mopping. The channel guide on the TV did not work either. Staff was very accommodating as we needed to stay another night and we were able to keep our same room. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you need. Served it's purpose.

The stay was great! Bed was very comfortable as well as having access to a half kitchen was wonderful. I did however see roaches in the bathroom. Other than that, the room was smelled clean.
