    The room was not clean. There were still fingerprints and food on the microwave. The stove top did not work, and I found hairs in my bed when I pulled the covers back. The only plus was the dual showerhead.

    Room was not what we booked. Substitute room had two swayed, full size beds, not queen-sized as booked and required, with holes in the linens. The floor was sticky, The rooms smelled of smoke and something worse. Cabinetry was falling apart. Walls, doors, lighting, floors, etc., in the hallways also lacked any form of basic maintenance. It was repulsive. Had to cancel and argue to get a refund for failure to provide what was booked. We had to look for alternative lodging at midnight - not pleased.

    I guess a lot section 8 situations. Staff was loud and some unprofessional. Children behind desk. Broken down trollies for luggage. elevator missing paint and big hole in ceiling of it also. Hallway smelled of cigarettes and popcorn. Room very musty. Thank God the window opened. only one towel for 2 ppl and staff unwilling to get us another. No soap, one roll of toilet paper. Kitchen in room was rough looking and dingy looking, not particularly clean. Bed not comfortable. But we were so tired and for one night we suffered through it. Never again

    There is dog feces everywhere starting at the mulch at the front door to any grassy area on the property can't walk your pet without you and them stepping in piles if you don't stare at the ground as you walk. It's absolutely disgusting the staff is unprofessional and unqualified to run a hotel.

    We were never able to stay at this property. They called us the day of our arrival, 2 hours prior to check in to let us know they had cancelled our reservation. They had overbooked and there were no other hotel rooms available. Worst customer service ever!

    Location to bowling center and antique store we like to visit when in Richmond. Rude lady at desk. I was told when I arrived there were no rooms available even though I had a reservation because of them being an extended stay, which just changed a week before our trip. This reservation was made over a month before our trip. Did give me my room, but stated there was no TV in the room. Room was dirty, one pillow on the bed for 2 people, 1 towel for 2 people, and being it was a smoking room didn't have an ashtray. We have stayed here plenty of times in the past and this has been worst experience ever with any hotel.

    Arrived after a four hour drive from out of state, to see a sign advising reservations cancelled after walking through the door. No email, text, or phone call to advise prior to arrival, no attempting to accommodate until alternative lodging is secured, not even another hotel within the brand was suggested. Extremely terrible experience with this hotel chain.

    The staff were incredibly cold and rude. We got the wrong room so we couldn’t cook anything after being homeless and just wanting to eat something warm. There were roaches on roaches. When asking for partial refund they said they would “make note” there was also a LOUD AH banging noise at night outside our window. Thank goodness my legs weren’t broken because it’s not like the elevators worked. And our keycards never worked either. I think this might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Oh yea and the toilet was clogged upon arrival.

    The parking lot was horrible covered in ice and snow and not ton mention there was dog poop everywhere. Outside. And the elevator didn't work at all. As well as the lighting in thenroom didnt work at all as well as the room smelled like a cigarette factory gone wrong. The place looked more like a flop house then a motel. Nothing about it said stay here. More.like run dont stop here

    The 1st floor is supposed to be non smoking but thats all I smelled was smoke. I asked for a cart to bring my things in and front desk wanted me to go to the 3rd floor to get it and i told her the elevator does not work, she shrugged her shoulders and said "you get what you pay for." The room was worst than a dorm room, toilet paper roll kept falling down and the remote was kept together with tape. It is not the best even for overnight. Some people are there because of financial problems and still deserve clean carpets, a working elevator and no smoking 🚭 if thats what you're advertising.

    The room we booked is not what we got and ended up having to have two separate rooms. I understand that the accommodations were not going to be 5 star, but at one point someone somehow opened my room door while I was sleeping and thankfully I had the latch hooked, and 20 minutes later someone was knocking on my door. I tried to call the front desk to let them know and the phone didn’t work. The TV also didn’t work, the only thing that worked was the shower. It was big with hot water and good pressure. Would not stay here again even if looking for something cheap. The pictures and the renaming of “studio 6” makes it seem nicer than it is.

    The staff were kind but the room wasn't pleasant. We had roaches in the bathroom and coming out the heater. We asked for the room we paid for the one we were told it was occupied and they only have three of those rooms. We paid for a room for 6 days we were not comfortable in, when we checked out no one said anything, the front desk clerk just stayed on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. I sat the key cards on the counter and walked out, no apologies or offer me a portion of my money back. Very unpleasant stay.

    Air conditioner leaked all over floor. Staff reluctantly provided only 2 towels to clean up huge water puddle in room. Air conditioner not working and have paid for a numbered days of stay. Staff and onsite property manager will threaten or put you out because of the concerns addressed. No compensated days for the inconvenience of the broken air conditioner. Property never has enough clean bed linen including towels and wash cloths.

    this place was okay. the room was clean, came with a kitchenette (microwave, 1 or 2 eye stove, kitchen sink). there was a window that you can open. water gets very hot. there are a lot of people that seem to be staying long term. when i came in, the lady at the front desk said she knew who i was and i got very scared because i was staying by myself that night and i'm a young lady. luckily she had me confused with someone else and gave me the key and kind of tried to clean up the convo. ordered food here, nobody stole it and it was easy for the doordasher to get inside. they have washing machines, ice machine, vending machine but it don't take cash (i think). it said checkout was at noon but it was really at 11. housekeeping was pretty rude, but can't expect much from that demographic. anyways this stay was a 8/10, for staying at a motel 6. it's not as raggedy as i thought it would be and i actually would stay in a room like that again if i need a cheap hotel.

    We arrived and the receptionist had a attitude. Then when we went up to the room the cards didnt work??Why you ask??? Because there was already people sleeping in there. Then we went back down to the receptionist and she walks us a mile to a room that wasnt even clean. And supposedly those were the only 2 rooms available. Im not sure what type of hotel this is, but ive never had to have my guest ID'D at the door. And it smelled like URINE in the halls

    Well I thought after a long day on the road all I wanted to do was stretch out in a big bed & watch a little TV and take me a hot shower. Now I didn't check into the hotel till around 12:15 am now when I booked my reservation I received confirmation immediately of my reservation which was for a King-size Bed studio suite 🚭 Keep in Mind Rm was already paid for. So I walk into the hotel to check in & I was immediately told that there were no King Size Bed Suites available I NEEDED to give her some time to check & see what she MIGHT have available.No apology what so ever I wasn't even offered an adjustment on my hotel cost I was given a room key and told my room# Now as I am walking down the hall towards said room which wasn't very far from the front desk I look down @ the corridor floors that are filthy as far as the eye could see.. I arrived to my room# "Suite" well not even close,I open said door to find in front of me the tiniest FULLSIZE BED that I had ever seen I look in the bathroom to see the shower was about as small if not smaller. I am a 6ft 4in Man, but I'm like whatever screw it I'm tired it's late I just wanna watch aTV take a shower cut on the AC and relax... Well the idea of all sounded so lovely but ya no I quickly discovered the bed sheets were dirty so I put on my own & oh did I mention there was no blanket just a fitted&flat sheet on bed. Shower had hair in it ,so I had to clean my own room & put my sheets on bed. Best part the AC knocked & didn't cool therm

    When I walked in the room, the AC was on full blast. Water was coming out and stretched to the opposite wall. The floor was warped like this has been going on for a while. The room smelled like smoke, the AC was very loud when it cut on. Paint was peeling, the door felt warped in the frame from humidity. The bed was lumpy and creaked constantly.

    All staff except 1 lady was very nice and had great customer service. I came from a different state and will never book here again. The room I booked ahead was not clean or ready when I arrived and the lady at the front desk was very rude about it. Another staff lady came over and made sure we got a room. The rooms were nasty and the doors were broken paint peeling off the walls and the smell was horrific. Asked for clean towels and linens the lady told me they didn't have any. The nice staff lady came in and got me clean linens and towels from a room unoccupied.. 0/10 NEVER AGAIN.

    My room smelled like something died in it like a dead animal on the walls there were about 10 flies in my room when I walked in. Curtains, carpet, sheets all dirty. The other two reservations I booked same issues with odors and cleanliness issues. One room had a ton of maintenance issues and people stood outside and smoked and talked all night. Did not feel safe and marijuana smell periodically in the building. Hotels absolutely disgusting and needs to be health inspected.

    It was so nice having a cooktop available - hot meals, much cheaper than eating out. We were close to the ice machine - big plus that it worked! Short drive to Walmart for groceries. The bed was a little soft for my preference.

    Staff is personable and down to earth. Internal areas require professional deep cleaning, carpet removal throughout is neccessary. Smokers never adhere to non-smoking restrictions. Rules against smoking aren't enforced. Infestation of roaches and bedbugs must be addressed before further lodging can be permitted.

    The couldn't find mt reservation. I told i had to pay again. The towels in my room were damp. I had roaches crawling everywhere. There were dogs everywhere. The air conditioning in the hallways was nonexistent.

    I reported it to the front desk. I was told that someone would come to check on it. While sitting on my bed waiting, I saw another roach walk from under my bed!!!! I checked out and got a refund. This placed me in a bad predicament. I left in the early morning with nowhere else to stay, so I went to the train station. Waited for my train home to depart at 2 pm! I spent the rest of the morning there. I'm not planning to stay there again. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

    I reserve the room for 20 days I had several complaints I've even called corporate office about my complaints but because it's privately owned they had then certain things they couldn't control because of it. One main issue for me was the roaches it was told to me because the room I was staying in was a long-term room and that was really the reason why there was issues. Staff there is very much unprofessional. From what I experienced the staff live in the hotel they were so much smoke of marijuana and cigarette smoke in the hallways.

    Room was basic and comfortable, exactly what you would expect for the price. There was a $10 per pet fee which was not mentioned, or I missed it on the website, I did look for it though, since we are traveling with dogs. Still reasonable with the unexpected fee

    Tarsha and Lamar was extremely hands without a shout of a doubt. Handle all my questions I had also capitalize on them as well. Sometimes people not happy with themselves and tend to bring everyone around them down. Amazing to these to managers Tarsha and Lamar on a job well done!!!

    A/c heater unit leaks when it rains, roaches come out from time to time, brown condensation runs down walls of bathroom when shower is ran ,outside of that its the most convenient to stores an charging stations for me ,clean & affordable laundry area to do youre laundry ,ice machine works an of course i cant forget the staff their all amazing and helpful so you can count on them to get the job /check-in done as expected

    Said they had dishes and toaster and coffee maker and didn't have any of that things so had to go spend a bunch of money on that stuff. Do not listen to the site... They lie. Then didn't care that it was wrong. Water leaks everywhere in the bathroom room.. Lights not working... Stove messed up and dirty

    I liked that it was close to everywhere I needed to go so that I could walk everywhere. It was a quiet place for me to work and rest. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that was not completely addressed while I was there. I never received any updates. The leak just stopped. I know that no repair work was completed in the room in which I stayed.

    More roaches than one could count and the smell of trash wafting through the dimly lit grimy halls. Wouldn't recommend a stay here to my worst enemy, when i say deplorable conditions I mean DEPLORABLE. Staff were kind enough but doesn't make up for the quality of this nest.
