Nothing I arrived with my husband and my 1 year old baby, there were drug addicts and a lot of homeless people walking up and down the halls, people outside of the rooms. We didn’t feel safe and decided to leave.

Very good
- 1/5
After I arrived at the room, there was a knocking at the door; some men outside were using drugs in the stairwell. It was a terrible experience, and I left the room just two hours after arriving.
- 1/5
There was nothing at all good about this disgusting place. It was like staying at a homeless camp. There were homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, seen even a man grabbing ice out of the ice machine bare handed. Elevator that we needed to use to get my 7 year old to the room in his wheelchair elevator inside smelled like urine, trash inside all over along with dirty clothing hanging inside on the handrails. They refuse to answer the phone when I called to ask for a refund. Expedia reached out to them and they refused to refund our 2 night stay even though we never spent the night. I will never use Expedia again for any stays. They continue to have hotels like that on there app as long as they are making money from it. Read the reviews before booking this hotel had been having the same reviews for over 2 years. My fault but I couldn’t believe that the reviews were true, but they were and even worse.
- 2/5
The pool was somewhat larger than a postage stamp, but wasn't used the entire week I stayed. Although the room was clean, it was run down. The tub had chips that could have cut a person bathing in it. On the fourth morning of my stay, an indigent person was found in the covered parking area. I don't know if the person died or not, but was certainly not responsive to police or EMS. I felt safe enough staying there, but my family never would. On the plus side, there was a police station on the other side of Magnolia St.

Disgusting. Homeless people and drug addicts throughout the hotel. Homeless people sleeping cars. Smell of urine all over. Room smelled like moth balls. Room was dirty. Dry blood on the floor. The door peep hole was bigger than normal and had electrician tape covering the hole.

I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Riverside Tyler Mall. Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the location is convenient and close to shopping and restaurants, the overall condition of the property needs improvement. The rooms appeared dated, cleanliness was not up to standard, and the surroundings did not feel very comfortable as homeless people were roaming around the lot just like their drawing room. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of poor maintenance, which affected the quality of the stay. On the positive side, the hotel offers basic amenities, parking, and easy access to the Tyler Mall area. However, considering the condition of the rooms and overall environment, I would likely choose a different hotel for my next visit. Cockroaches on the bed, out of order electric equipment, dirty and broken floors and homeless people roaming around the hotel during day and night times and some of them knocking the doors even in the dead of the night.
- 1/5
Arrived on a Saturday afternoon. Lobby locked-had to check in through a security window. Mattress in the parking lot. Overflowing dumpster. Water pooled on cement walkway to elevator, which smelled of smoke, was covered in graffiti and had cigarette butts on elevator floor. Room numbers mismatched. Room floor cracked and missing. Bathtub stained. Chair stained. Ceiling water stained. Wall paint mismatched. Dents in refrigerator. One nightstand. Holes in the bedding and curtains. Booked king room got two queens. Unhoused folks camped outside our room door on the third floor. Pictures on website seemed bait and switch. I didn’t expect luxury-just clean and tidy and safe. This wasn’t it.
- 2/5
As for the room itself, I let out a laugh when I first turned on the light - there was a heart-shaped hot tub in the room! But, the closer I looked, the more issues I found. There was a bug in the shower. But, more alarmingly, the bathroom door had looked like it had been kicked-in at one time, and there was what looked like a punch in the door, both of which had been hastily patched-up. Several other things in the room had been broken or were missing - the drawers were unusable and the hot tub controls had been broken off. I had started to unpack, and the bed seemed ok, but I couldn't imagine tucking in and relaxing enough to sleep. I promptly sat down, got on my phone, and looked up a different relatively inexpensive hotel that was available right away one that had very good reviews. I made my reservation and told the nice front-desk guy that I had to leave. He said that he would still have to charge me for the one night, and that was ok by me.
- 4/5
The microwave, coffee and fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The slow flushing of the toilet. The sink was clogged. I really dislike all the blind spots as I went up and down the stairs, every corner there is anywhere from 1-4 individuals sleeping or bent over, with all their stuff Slade across the floor. When I would walk my daughter to school every morbmning we would have to walk over bikes and backpacks all the way down from the 3rd floor. Also as soon as I thru out a bag of trash there would be someone digging thru it

My wife and stepdaughter stayed at this place for a friend’s birthday party in town. They checked in, attended the party, and didn’t return. The property felt unsafe due to the presence of homeless people. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, though they were uncomfortable with the situation and worried about returning late and having to go to their room on the third floor.

I went to check at 3;00 pm and I had to ask if my car and belongings would be safe, and the lady told me is a lot of people around, but you are safe in this place. Unfortunately, I don't have time to cancel and book another place. The Room was dirty, hair everywhere, and there was no cold water, so we had to take our shower with hot water. The toilet and shower had a water leak. We have to leave the place, and I was offered maintenance service, but I cannot wait for them. I don't want anybody in my room while I'm not there We have somebody knocking on our door at 1:30 am twice I have to call reception for a security check. I'm not coming back to this place and I can't recommended.

Nothing There was no security there. And nothing but a bunch of crackheads allover the place walking around your car

The property was trashed and dirty had a smell like burnt trash. Was bothered by obvious regulars which look and acted like they were looking for their next fix or deal. I was greatful I only booked 1 night at that property

Alright
- 1/5
Homeless people everyone in the parking lot and stair ways. I also saw a few low riders hanging around in the parking lot. This was in broad daylight. I ended up not staying there since I did not feel safe. I went to Garden Inn just down the street and felt safe and no homeless people at all. I slept good and had piece of mind. I was not able to get a refund via Hotels.com because I didn't cancel it in time. However I did not know this place was going to be like this prior to getting there.

The room was not the cleanest and the entire exterior of the property was dirty. Homeless people were using drugs in the parking lot and the trashcans on each of the 3 floors were overflowing with trash. I would not recommend this place to any family.

After driving 1000 miles, all we wanted to do was relax, but as soon as we opened the door to the room bugs went running and the painting was falling off the wall. The was just the beginning of the horrible conditions. Immediately got a refund and went to stay elsewhere. Staff was super nice, she just laughed, becauae she knew it was bad.

- 1/5
No shower. Smelt horrible. Fights outside.
- 2/5
Vomit on the side of the bed, bugs in the bathroom. Walls were dirty and trashed. Trash everywhere outside and a condom on the stairs. I saw a review mentioning a condom on the ground from last week, so that tells you how often this happens, or how often they clean the property.
- 2/5
Management.support poor. Did not care about my well being. I am handicapped and have difficulty walking. No luggage caddy available. Room was 3 floors up an elevator then 150 steps
- 2/5
Very old, needs paint, hole in couch. The room was no smoking but smelled like smoke. Elevator was filthy. Took a while for the desk clerk to come to the front desk for me to check in.
- 3/5
The room had crumbs all over the floor and the bathroom had no lights and there were a few bugs there I killed them ! And the window was broken but I didn’t touch it !!!
- 1/5
It was the worst experience through my over 40 years of travel lodging. At check-in, the lobby or office shown in the beautiful picture was locked throughout the stay and was not accessible. Later, I concluded it must be for the staff's safety, not the guests'.
- 1/5
Everything about this place was awful…Nothing like pictures! I was traveling with my 11 year old daughter & was mortified as room condition & that they actually rent this room out & list as family friendly…Room & furniture was dirty, shower broken, covered up holes in doors & explicit drawings on walls not to mention the room was covered in mirrors. Who on earth would rent this out to a family. Absolutely appalled that Expedia allows these types of places to post without verifying accuracy.
- 1/5
If I could give this 1 star I would. It is nothing as pictured. No lobby, no breakfast. We checked in, had to step over a condom on the ground, room was in a back corner and very sketchy. Door did not lock, graffiti on the AC and various spots around the room including the fan in the bathroom. Dirty, walls were discolored, burn marks on the curtains, bedspread, table. Stains on the walls and art. Toilet was disgusting with yellow and brown rings and a worn toilet seat. Found an awl in the nightstand which was very suspicious. Fridge had burn marks from a motor blowing inside, tables had holes and stains. Front desk said all the rooms were like this, they never offered to move us or replace the bedding. We were in the room less than an hour (approached her twice in this hour) trying to get the front desk to listen to our concerns when she stated if we had an issue with trying to cancel or get refunded to go through our booking agency and then lied to the booking agency when they contacted her regarding this. We’ve seen some bad hotels but this was so bad. It’s across the street from a popular hockey rink so FAMILIES BEWARE.
- 1/5
The door isn’t locking properly and I have to transfer room. Dirty, homeless sleeping in the elevator. It was advertised to have free breakfast in Expedia and there’s none. You wouldn’t feel safe.
- 2/5
This place had some people with drug sleeping at the stair and homeless people playing at the inn area and everywhere arund inn was not clean. Will never stay here. Only good point was good price but will not stay at this inn.

- 1/5
Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Helped themselves to any money they could. A very unpleasant experience.
- 1/5
Bad expiarce alot of drug all over the property, the room was dirty the tub was full of hair
- 1/5
Never had a issue here until this physco lady today accused me of stealing 2 towels so she kept my entire 100deposit and when I asked how a towel is 50 she says yes and starts with racial remarks. Fortunately the law has MANY laws protectioning us that many dont realize so I'm filing a formal complaint with Wyndham and already spoke with council. I believe he will reach out to the owners immediately to try and resolve it before it gets legally bad because as long as they take the right actions then I won't continue pursuing this. If not I will make it my 2nd job to get she was that bad and is the see thie LAST person that should be working in hospitalaliy (or anyone or Anywhere really). I will update here and everywhere else to soon
- 5/5
It s clean and friendly
- 1/5
A lot of druggies and a junky slept in front of my door all night
- 1/5
There were a number id people unhiused laying in the elevator. Walking up the stairs there were 4 people laying in the corridor sleep. Our room was decent but did not have a remote. The sink had no hot water. Please do not offer this place until a new manager takes over. I told the office clerk and they just said okay. No offer to make things right. I wish that this could have been refundable because I KNOW i wouls have changed my mind
- 2/5
The woman check-in was very rude. Didn’t offer any help or anything had very little information. The room itself was decent but the overall vibe with hotels really rundown with a lot of homeless and people wanting to come into your room. Check out is at 11 o’clock no IFS answers or butts no offer of late check out and when asked refused overall I will not repeat.
- 1/5
Dirty and there was homeless literally sleeping outside my room. It’s been three days and they have no released my $100 deposit.
- 1/5
Worst experience I ever had
- 1/5
Upon entering our room, we were hit with a strong smell of smoke, and we noticed cigarette burns on the comforter. The room was not only dirty but also had roaches and bedbugs, which made it clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not priorities. Additionally, the bathtub was in a state of disrepair, which was concerning. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. It was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel.
- 1/5
The room smelled strongly of urine. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot. It felt very unsafe and we immediately left. It looks nothing like the picture.
- 1/5
Said no smoking signed the contract got to the room smelled like cigarettes sink was plugged roaches in the room if they just put a little bit of effort to be a bit cleaner and care about the business it runs like it runs it could do a little better in different areas
- 1/5
Neglected, there was homeless around the stairs, a roach at the entrance, water leak at bath tub, couch super dirty and room smell so bad, this is the worst experience I have encounter over the years I have spend traveling 😡
- 3/5
There was a roach in my room they have pretty good house keeping but the front desk isnt so great. Idk how something like a sheet got burned and it was still hot after you took 30 mins to check the room to return my deposit and tell me that rhe sheet was still hot where i some how burned it. Ignoring the fact thwt rhe jacuzzi didnt work and i paid for the room for 3 days trying to add a surprise dog fee of 30 dollars a day youre crazy ive been staying here off and on for the last ten years or so and ive never have had a problem ubtill now you turly lost a good customer a loyal one and now for the first time in 10 years you guys at the daysinn in riverside off magnolia have me writing a bad review because your staff dont know how time work when it comes to something being burned and the sweet ass time they took to try and tell me that it was still hot to the toych so now i canot rent here anymore well im glad i cant cuz your staff in the am is ridiculously unkind and absolutely judgmental. What was my only hotel i rented at

- 5/5
Everything was just perfect.
- 4/5
Room was fine no complains there. There were quite a few people that were roaming around property and loud all through the night. When I checked in to room they did not mention the check out time. There’s no phone in room so I couldn’t call to confirm check out. I just assumed check out was at 1130 seeing that no one came to door at 11 to kick us out. So upon check out the when receiving my $100 deposit she took out $45 for a late check out fee! No one even told me what time check out was much less that there was a fee for it. That was absolutely ridiculous. I mean come on I only checked out 30 mins late. The cost of the room alone was like $64 (which is great price!)and then you gonna charge $45 for being there 30 mins after check out. Naw man that pissed me off! And the check in and check out people were both rude as was the person that came at 1130 to kick us out.

Homeless take over the hallways and parking lot
- 2/5
They said they offered breakfast and when we when down to check they said they didn't have that.
- 1/5
They bluntly show discrimination they provided me with the room with no hot water after mentioning it they refuse to give me another room that had efficient hot water and no bed bugs and they gave me a refund which in fact I haven't received by you guys Expedia I apologize for being so Frank with the conversation but I wouldn't spend no more money there personnel had an awful attitude thank you that's my opinion and true fact about the hot water in that establishment
- 1/5
I made an online reservation and everything was fine until I arrived. They asked me for a deposit, otherwise I couldn't enter the room. The app doesn't say you have to pay a deposit, and it also says that... ndnn

No portable lamps, broken shower, only one elevator, full of homeless everywhere including front of my room and inside the elevator sleeping.

From when my wife told me she’s enjoying it thank you very much. I was out of town but I got her room because she had a far drive and didn’t want her to drive tired and late. Thank you guys for all your help. I appreciate you guys at the bottom of my heart.
- 1/5
Horrible Hotel!!!! We call downstairs for breakfast.Time breakfast is coffee in your room!!!! All you get is coffee!!! False advertising!!!! Homeless people peeing in a bucket in the hallway. We had roaches and spiders in a room burned cigarette holes in the blankets, someone's dog ate a hole in the wall, the shower was peeling and cracked. Homeless people sleeping on the stairs and under the hotel parking area full of homeless people, sleeping and living there. I took pictures of everything.I'm posting pictures of everything
- 1/5
There was roaches every where some dead alot of them were alive and every where. The tub looked horrible and the water dripped the entire time. They don't serve breakfast they keep the lobby doors locked.
- 1/5
No breakfast at all, people smoking meth On side of elevator and in elevator. Staff was a joke. Would never stay their again.
- 1/5
The room was neglected. The floor boards were bad and the shower looked like it was barely cleaned at all. The bed sheets had burn holes in them like someone took a lighter to them or put out a cig on it. There was also a few cockroaches
- 1/5
Staff was horrible! Will never stay there again front office girls side hustle is finding and making up lies to keep the $100 deposit.
- 2/5
Roaches, shower ceiling caving in, homeless wandering around all day and night. Staff was helpful and friendly.
- 1/5
To begin with, the person who attended us in the lobby was very rude. The room is very old, the bedspreads have holes, the bathroom lamp is falling down, and it's in very poor condition overall. And to top it all off, there were cockroaches in the room, one of them on the bed. Our reservation included breakfast, but that's false; they don't have breakfast service. I do not recommend this place.
- 2/5
Parking good. No breakfast offered. Room was very clean. Check in was not good.
- 2/5
Tub had deal scars in the finish with some sharp edges. Not a professional attempted repair is my guess. Drains very slowly. Advertised breakfast was not available. Lots of work travelers count on it when making reservations.
- 1/5
Very horrible experience. This is not what I expected there is no breakfast there is drug activity and screaming and hollering banging on doors at this hotel. People follow you to your room, asking for money very unsafe environment, homeless encampments, right on the property of the hotel, the management does nothing the management does not answer the phone or deal with this banging on doors and screaming and running up and down the hallways or the drug activity going on urinating in the stairwell prostitution. This is fraudulent to advertise breakfast and told that there is no breakfast I am unhappy I will no longer use Expedia for my hotel travels. And I only paid for the room. They took $100 deposit. This is a horrible experience at this hotel.
- 1/5
I open room door, and discovered a roaches immediately went to checked out. I am waiting for my whole amount refund. Sarai
- 1/5
Homeless people everywhere. Even next to our door. COCKROACHES ON THE BED AND BATHROOM. I was MORTIFIED. We left once we saw the cockroach crawling on the bed and that was 2 min after walking in. We preferred to lose the money and sleep in the car than to sleep in that dirty hotel.
- 1/5
As I approached the office, I noticed how dirty the grounds were. I was in Riverside to attend a funeral, and wasn't prepared for what I experienced. After receiving my room card, I made my way to the hotel door. Upon opening the door I was assaulted by a horrific odor. It was the combination of some sort of cleaner and an insecticide. I witnessed insects everywhere in the room. The were both alive and dead insects, on the walls, floor, bathroom and BED! I called the front desk and was casually told to come and get another room card. The next room was even dirtier than the first. There were cigarette butts stuck in the door jamb. I was forced to pay for another hotel elsewhere, as the insects and insecticide fumes were entirely unsafe to breathe. DO NOT STAY here. I have travelled the world, and have never witnessed something so disgusting and unsafe.
- 1/5
I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels a lot of motels, a lot of different places throughout my life and this is hands-down the worst hotel ever the elevator smell like urine the room I stayed in had cigarette burns all over the comforters and the curtains. The there’s a big hole in the wall, where the shower comes out of there’s urine smell in the bathroom. There’s homeless people that sleep in the stairwells as well as in the back. I reported to management and he said “sorry we have maintenance issues” no this is a lack of proper upkeep period .. never again this is horrible don’t stay here ! Also they said the breakfast offered is the coffee in room .. poor quality towels and soap and conditioner.. wow Wyndham this place is run down

room reeked of Marijuana (was supposed to be non-smoking),, toilet seat was old and broken and disgusting!! lots of Shady Characters loitering the parkiing lot.. we did not bother staying the night and left.
- 2/5
There was no hot water to take a bath dogs barking all outside. My window couldn’t hardly sleep. I had a very important business meeting to attend and I had to go without taking a bath. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel under those conditions.

Room was ok bath tub in room is peeling up so could not take a shower
- 1/5
There were many homeless people loitering on the property. The person who checked us in was not present. He hadpersonality
- 1/5
The worst part was having my daughter and i woken up around 2am by the screams of the people in the room next to us, they came outside and they were yelling like it was a domestic violence situation. My daughter was scared and it took an hour after they finally stopped for us to be able to go back to sleep. Aside from that, there a homeless lady with a dog living under the stairs close to the window to check in. There room furniture was old, broken and sheets with quite a few cigarette burns on them, walls that need some serious paint work, shower handle that didn’t work, people all over the hotel that looked homeless etc., i mean honestly we couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Getting a discounted rate for that doesn’t make it worth the experience at all. I can understand a few inconveniences due a place being a less expensive hotel but this was too much, i wouldn’t promote work with or stay at that place even if you paid me.
- 2/5
Homeless man sleeping in stairwell. Breakfast not available.
- 1/5
The hotel is advertising with breakfast and no breakfast or coffee is offered, they just closed the reception It was a bad experience
- 2/5
This place should be shut down permanently!!!!! This was my first time here and I could not believe my eyes! Lobby is permanently closed due to lingering houseless folks, drug addicts and hookers. Breakfast is not provided and not even an option. You check in and out at a window. Customer service was lousy and barely understandable. The smell of urine and homeless taking over the stairwells was everywhere. The inside of the room was very dirty. The mattress had a big dent/hole in it. Broken furniture, dirty blinds, stains everywhere, bottom of tub was completely lifting off, toilet seat completely beat up, TV not working proper, I mean the list goes on and on. Please don’t stay here unless you enjoy this type of environment. I definitely will never come back to this place. I woke up numerous types throughout the night to people screaming, yelling, arguing and physically fighting next door. I felt very unsafe and checked out before 9am.
- 1/5
Room was dirty. Bugs were coming out from under the fridge and shower drain. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Worst place Ive ever stayed. Lots of homeless around outside of location.

I don’t even know where to start. My friend and I booked this hotel in advance for an event, but it turned into one of the worst experiences ever. When we arrived, there were 10 to 20 people in the parking lot clearly using drugs and wandering around. It felt unsafe. The key cards for our room didn’t work, so we went up and down three flights of stairs with all our luggage multiple times. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet didn’t flush, and the phone only worked through the hotel line. When we called, the staff said no one could fix it. Later that night, the key cards stopped working again and the door jammed. The front desk worker refused to help until we begged. He made himself a new card, deactivated ours, and left. When we went to get food and came back, he was gone, nowhere to be found. We were locked out all night and forced to sleep in my car surrounded by people doing drugs. The next morning another employee was shocked to hear what happened and said the man working overnight actually lives there. She tried to move us, but the new room was filled with roaches and spiders on the floor and walls. We asked for a refund, but they said we’d have to contact the third-party site. I have never felt so unsafe, disgusted, and disrespected. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Absolutely unacceptable.

The place looks nothing like the photos on the advertisement very old kind of rundown there is no breakfast at all which is one of the reasons why I tried to book the room so yeah it was kind of it was very disappointing
- 1/5
It's disgusting and I feel like I'm going to get some type of rash. I've never ever have been so disgusted and no breakfast at all

- 1/5
Took us 3 rooms before we got a clean one then cop cars showed up and as we decided to leave for we felt VERY VERY unsafe and then saw drugs and drug paraphernalia and a gun on the stair Was not safe at all
- 1/5
They allow drug addicts to sleep under the stair way, the front desk person can not be found after 10pm. The first room had a big orange cord hanging from a big hole in the ceiling in the bathroom , the room was not clean. Expedia should be ashamed for advertising for this place it should be shut down. Homeless and Drug addicts everywhere
- 1/5
Outside of the hotel looks very dirty and lot of homeless people around . Also there is no Lift here
- 1/5
This place mostly looks like a homeless shelter not a motel.
- 2/5
Not good
- 1/5
SMALL ANIMAL'S EVERY WHERE
- 1/5
Horrific experience, unsanitary and unsafe! Would not recommend to anyone.
- 1/5
The staff appeared unprepared and unable to assist. The room was not clean, and the blanket and towels provided were dirty. This was very disappointing. I request you to review my booking details and provide a suitable resolution.
- 2/5
They check you in through a walk-up window because they locked the doors at 4 in the afternoon. What does that say about the area. The clerk never told us about breakfast. We're going to get up early and look for it.
- 1/5
The homeless the crack heads the horrible staff, the dirtiest place ive ever seen
- 2/5
All along the area where this motel is and others in same location, are problems with drugs and homelessness. If I had a family, I would never bring them here. The establishment is unwilling to make any improvements to an old building and grounds. People sleep in their cars and throw trash all over. Drug dealers come and stay here so there’s a constant flow of people wandering the premises, knocking on doors at all hours. Breakfast?? is coffee. The housekeepers are nice and they are worked hard. The physical location was the best, minus the homeless.
- 1/5
I walk out in my 2nd night because the way the handle my check inn in first day which the person in charge in registration is rude and doesn’t know about what’s going on the hotel accommodation. He give me a key me for room which is somebody already inside which located in 3rd floor i go down and till him there’s already someone inside and still he can give the key and insisted the room is vacant so go up and again use the key and somebody inside see something whose there this room is already accommodated. So he give me another room but another happen in 2nd night when my partner back to our room after to have sleep because where exhausted all day and then when i used my it doesn’t work i go to the registrations and the same person that my key of room it doesn’t work and he give me new key when go up in 3rd floor the it doesn’t work and exhausted of going up and thats why i dicided to walk out at that night and back to our home. Is really disappointing trip to me
- 3/5
Housekeeping is very helpful
- 1/5
Nothing was good about this property except the beds slept well. The clerks were rude. We did not have good llighting in the room. Some rooms had lamps but ours had none. There was hair on the floor. No microwave in the room as advertized and the refrigerator did not work well. It was a hazard and so was the hair blow dryer. The tube was in bad shape and the water dripped contantly in the tub. The water pressure was low.
- 1/5
They don’t provide any amenities that are listed. No wifi , no breakfast provided , tv doesn’t work. Area outside smells like piss and weed. Surrounded by homeless people smoking joints in the corner. The sheets and covers have holes hopefully not bed bugs. The toilet flush has no power. Would not recommend, owner needs to put in money if he wants people to stay at such as place.
- 1/5
Paid for a week. Then return the key 1 minute after seeing room. Never got my refund. Un safe area, not clean rooms, smelled like urine, rooms smelled like cigarettes. Wish i never paid before i stepped in there. Glad i wasted 500 bucks for nothing. They said i would get my refund and go through this process. Never got it
- 2/5
Someone kept knocking on my door during the night asking if 'mickey" was there. At morning departure, I Ieft my key card at the motel office window. No one in office with sign, back in ten minutes. Well I packed my car and in 15 minutes still no one in office. Outside my room door, room 307, the hallways were trash littered.Near the freight elevator to ground level someone had thrown-up. I forgot to mention bed covers had multiple burn holes. I was attending a conference at Sierra University a few miles away on Saturday and this motel was second closest to conference location. My first choice Hampton was sold out. Worst by far of any hotel I've stayed in thru Hotels.co
- 1/5
I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone but I do recommend for Expedia to remove this motel as a listing.
- 2/5
Lots of drug addicts, the area smelled like pee, the elevator smelled like pee, they were constantly being graffitied , the cleaning staff were nice and helpful, the concierge staff were nice except for the indian guy. We had a no hot water our entire stay, the tv stayed on 99 for some reason, the wifi in our room didnt work, constant noise from the homeless/meth addicts.
- 1/5
Paid for a jacuzzi and only half the jets worked, no cold water and broken tile. No breakfast served. No iron to press my clothes. And drugged out hookers walking around all night.
- 1/5
Property was terrible. Bath tub was patchy and dirty looking and the water leaked all night. Toilet water pressure was very poor. Burn holes in the bed comforter. The surroundings were very sketchy. Lots of homeless people around and in the parking lot.
- 1/5
It was dirty lots of druggies at night and had roaches
- 5/5
It was a nice place
- 5/5
Was a little disappointed when the room I was put in didn’t have the sofa bed that was listed and to my knowledge the room was a queen bed and I booked a king room, this made space right as I came with my husband, 4 year old and myself we had to squeeze together on 1 bed, I tried to have front accommodate to my booking but was unsuccessful. Other than the room situation I enjoyed my stay and plan to book again just will make sure to clarify the room set up.
- 1/5
I didn't like nothing about the property homeless people everywhere sleeping in the parking lot on stairways and benches all night long all drug out ! Hang out by people doors loud couldn't get any rest ! And if you report it to office Manager he laughs at you and don't want to give you your deposit back ! It's sad Days inn used to be a nice hotel but now since new owners Iran people let it turn to trash stay away nasty ghetto hotel worst hotel on magnolia Ave the out to make it homeless shelter for homeless honestly ! There there all day and night all drug up the new manager a part of this problem
- 5/5
Very good people run this motel
- 5/5
If you respect the property they are honest and return your deposit . Good valor for the price. Staff is respectful and helpful.
- 5/5
It was cool!
- 2/5
Wifi not working and no breakfast as advertised in listing
- 1/5
I woke up to the bathrom ceiling dripping water the bathroom was all flooded into the room roaches in the room horrible stay
- 5/5
i liked all the tweakers around the property
- 1/5
There was homeless people living under the stairs , sales of drugs in the parking lot , the room shown in the web is not the same they have at the property. False advertisement. I had to throw away all my closed due to the concernt of bed bugs 🐛.
- 1/5
Full of roaches never stay again
- 3/5
This hotel took a very long time for us to check in. And then when I got in the elevator to go to my room on the second floor, it smelled disgusting like urine and feces upon getting to the room the door would not open, and I tried numerous times went back down to the front desk and was told to just push really hard. It took 10 minutes to open the door And then we were only given two towels. I asked for extra towels and was brought one. The Wi-Fi would not connect and kept saying invalid. And there was no hot water for the entire stay. It only got lukewarm so I could barely take a shower.
- 1/5
The area was horrible drug deals going around there was no break fast like advertised no free WiFi either at 3 am there was people banging on the doors & my car got hit and they didn’t leave a note! & the room was disgusting the paint was chipping the air smelled musty the toilet was all chipped
- 2/5
I was comparing this to 2 other hotels in the area and I booked this because the pictures looked decent and have free breakfast and so I thought. As soon as I got there the lobby was closed and you only have to use this small window to talk to someone inside, they used the lobby as their own office. The place was filthy. The one that checks me in didn't give me back my ID and card until I remembered because I have to use my card, so I went back and the same guy asked me why I'm there and as soon as I said my ID and card, he immediately gave it to me because it was just sitting there on the counter very conveniently; like he was wishing I would never remember. The place looks like full of "low life" that lives there which gave you the feeling of not safe. The elevator smells and filthy. When I asked where's the breakfast in the morning, he said there's no breakfast and they cancelled it, but they never updated the description in the site which was deceiving, I could have just shell out few dollars more and get a more decent place.
- 5/5
Yyy
- 5/5
The staff at this property is top notch. They have a difficult job and do their best to keep the property clean . I wasn’t sure what to expect , I am glad I chose to stay here . They are true to their word and return your deposit.
- 1/5
The room was a HELL HOLE.Bed spread with holes and burn holes. Bathtub paint was chipping and flaking off. Burn mark on tub. Television remote didn[t work. Had to plug and un plug the electrity to use the TV. Wood chipping all through out room. Window in room had not been washed in years. Said there was a ice machine, yes, but went and found out it didn't make ice. Called front desk what time breakfast was servicd. Front desk gave me a time and the next morning went to eat and was told "they don't serve breakfast" even through they advertise it.From the looks of what people hang around it, it looks like young women are there to service. So bad we left and didn't use our 2nd night of the reservation. We grade this hotel a 0. The pool looked like it was kept up. The hotel is hurting the good name of Days Inn by Wyndham. Your picture of the from desk is not so. The door is locked and room mustly empty. They talk to you via a window with glass.
- 1/5
I was awakened by a cockroach, it was in the bed!!! I had to checkout in the middle of the night. I reported a water leak twice that was not attended to. Too much outside activity in the middle of the night. My feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor...Not happy, waiting for refund...
- 2/5
Dirty, gross, bugs all over the room. Car alarms going off all night. Housekeeping walked in without knocking.
- 1/5
The room is run down, I asked about breakfast was told it’s a few nuts & protein bars in the lobby, I can hear loud talking, constant walking noises upstairs, inside the tub was peeling & dripping water, the toilet seat is old & moves side to side & has burn marks, the smoke detector is missing, burn holes in the blanket, homeless people are around, stain on the wall & hole in the wall, I knew something was wrong when I had to check in from an outside window.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Jacuzzi tub room is priced very well at basically the normal price for a regular room. Awesome staff and very helpful and kind.
- 4/5
The Hotel was good. Just the surrounding area was not so good, people were in the parking lot hanging out. Lots of people just sitting outside of the parking area. I didn’t feel very safe here. The front desk staff was great. I paid online for breakfast and they didn’t have it anymore.
- 1/5
The hotel accommodations were awful. Holes in the wall, severe damage to the floors, awful bath tub. Drugs and homeless made the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely will not recommend that hotel to anyone. Will never stay there again.
- 3/5
We had cockroaches in our room from the start of our visit. Had to keep a light on in the bathroom to keep them from coming out. Our neighbors in the room beside us (310) kept being loud at random times of the night. Then on Friday 25th of July, we had a gentleman from room 223 or 224 knock on our door at 1am to see if I wanted drugs. We came back last night Monday 28th of July we had came back from lunch to our room being smokey even tho the AC was on and running. It was the worst stay because for the area it was the better of the few options for last minute booking but next time I come back here I'll be booking a room closer to Dos Lagos or more in Anaheim.
- 5/5
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was better than i thought it would be. The area is a bit rough , but the staff is friendly and give great service . The room was not spotless, but you can tell they care about the property and aim to feo a good job . The only surprise was the 100 dollar deposit expected at check in , I trust it will be returned in a timely manner .
- 3/5
Attractive exterior but interior in desperate need of cleaning, paint, bedding, plumbing. Staff very helpful but facility needs complete makeover. Wyndham should be ashamed to attach their name to this motel.
- 1/5
Sketchy people in the parking lot. Room had dirty markings on walls. Hole in the blanket. Floor of the bathroom was black. Towels were black. A dirty hair tie was left on the door handle
- 2/5
The room was so old, same as bathroom uncleaned was Hair in bath area
- 1/5
If you work and have extra 20 or $30. Go to a different hotel. This area when I first arrived is surrounded by homeless people loitering around the property. Even though it clearly says no loitering. There was only one person working and didn’t even let me into the building. Had to go through the side and it was still daylight. He gave me a room 319. If you get this room. Do not go in immediately request a different room on the first floor. I checked in to the 319 room could not get in the lock was broken. I had to literally slam my body against the door to get in. The bathroom was horrific the worst type of shampoo and smelly towels. The sheets were stained. The pillows were stained. The curtains were stained. The window had cigarette butts. There was spiderwebs in the corners of the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Complained and got the Second room on the first floor. It was better, but the pillows, curtains, blankets were stained and ripped, and the whole place just felt Un sanitized had to go out of my way to go get disinfecting wipes. I slept on top of the sheets, and bought a new blanket. Do not go here. Just spend a little extra and go to a nicer place.
- 4/5
The area was scary but once inside the room i was pleased. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was great.
- 1/5
The hot water has a bad odor TV did not work check in person was very rude and unprofessional the online picture for the property is very misleading
- 2/5
On the positive side, my bed and pillow were comfortable. Other than that, walkways and concrete areas on the property are dirty and desperately in need of a power wash. Property and room are dilapidated. Paint peeling, cigarette butts on stairwell, hole in curtain of room. In general, very disheveled appearance. The cost for a room should not exceed $60-70 per night, given its appearance and lack of upkeep. Big time overhaul and upkeep is needed.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice customer service
- 1/5
This property was dirty (hair on the floor), trash around the property. We reserved a double queen. The photo showed two queen beds. We got a room with one queen bed and a worn out pull out sofa. The bathroom was damaged and should have been redone a while ago. The towels were thin, rough and old.
- 1/5
Curtains in room torn all the sun came in, dirty bathrooms cockroaches at night when got up to use the bathroom,no amenities asked for crib none on facility property, yelling at night like confrontations outside, outside of facility was very dirty, sanitary pads outside someones door? Used elevator when leaving it had a harsh smell of urine, chicken bones also inside elevator. I was out most of the day, all the commotion was more at night.
- 1/5
The property was filled with transient everywhere when we walked into the first room there was roaches everywhere I immediately called the front desk got another room and when we came in everything seemed fine but about an hour into the day I saw roaches crawling out from underneath the bed Not to mention that the refrigerator inside of the room was also leaking from the bottom and I slipped

- 5/5
Always clean and the staff is always nice and very helpful and friendly.
- 1/5
Be aware of this property. They will take photo copies of your credit card and driver's license. Hotel is full of night time activity with the homeless as well as they are living on the property during the day. Also their idea of breakfast is a sugarfield breakfast bar and K-Cup coffee no other items are offered. Also Woke up to roaches running through the room for the first three mornings.
- 2/5
The noise came from the other patrons so the hotel cant really be blamed for that.
- 3/5
Bathroom tub is terrible the bottom of the tub
- 1/5
Dingy, Tub had paint in it, toilet seat was scratched up and discolored, oats under the bed, the smoke detector was removed, the front door had no doorjam style lock, it was a chain that had been removed, a cigarette burn in the window shades, a remote that fell apart in my hands for at leat the tv and fridge to work... Would not reccomend for even a lower price without major renovations
- 1/5
Honestly the grossest place I've ever been, I don't like to complain I hate writing reviews but there were smashed bugs on dirty walls in the room, bugs and roaches running around in the room and the bedding looked dirty, I couldn't get out of there fast enough, the girl at the desk was helpful and helped get refunded and checked out, only on the property for 10 min at most before leaving and finding somewhere else to stay
- 2/5
The individuals who checked me in and out were pleasant and professional. But the experience was poor due to the maintenance of the room. The first room I was given had a fire alarm chirping every few minutes, so they gave me a new room. It had no fire alarm at all, the tub had stained black spots on it, the water in the tub leaked constantly, the hanger cabinet was broken out (but functional), and there was a large dead cockroach on the floor when I first entered. The room I was in needs maintenance work. Despite this, the bed was comfortable and I slept wll.
- 2/5
The price reflects what you pay for. Its a place to sleep but the area was sketchy to say the least. The bath room shower had no way to engage the shower head.
- 4/5
I don't have any pictures
- 3/5
Staff does not go out of way to accommodate. Rooms show signs of neglect. Business room was much better than my son’s standard room which was a bit seedy with dirty curtains and carpeting.
- 2/5
Original room ac didn’t work. Glad because room not nice. Upgraded to decent, bigger room that was acceptable. But when extended stay for another night I was forced to check out and check back in. Although I was able to stay in same room they deactivated my key pad until the new check in time. Not a problem since I was out until then, but the staff should have recognized the issue and deviated from the check in policy.
- 3/5
The system didn’t take either of my credit cards during check in which made have to find a store to get cash back for the $100 deposit the first room sink was clogged and the bedding was stain, walking the halls smelled like piss
- 1/5
The remote didnt work most of the time. The vending machine wasnt readable to purchase snacks The manger said she didnt have disabled rooms and stuck me at the end of the 3rd floor hallway. Im disabled so it was burdensome for me. The breakfast was non existent. No breakfast at all or coffee The elevator buttons had been burnt with something. We were very pissed by the 2nd day because of no money to go something else!
- 1/5
I didn't even walk into my room. Mika's, there was drug people all over the stairs. All over the property and you don't feel safe there and I would like a refund on my room
- 1/5
The room had corkraoaches and the tube is Very old. And there was a $100 for the key. My biggest mistake staying there. Would have cancel but the charges were not high. And alot of homeless people are the area. Nothing against them. Will not recommend to anyone.

Be good
- 1/5
Property does not look like what is being promoted on line
- 3/5
My stay was ok
- 1/5
I picked the property because in the pictures it looked like it was a older but clean place. It was not. It came with critters. The place is filthy, do not stay here!!! Emailed management and sent pictures 3x with no response, had a 4 night stay only stayed the one night complained and checked out no refund! Nasty conditions, no resolution from staff.
- 1/5
Our non smoking room had cigarette burns all over the sheets, the flooring was damaged and peeling up. The towels are permanently stained, there were stains on the walls and cracks in the bathtub. Found no less than 3 cockroaches in the room during the 2 nights we stayed there. 1 star, would not recommend.
- 1/5
If you're traveling with your family, avoid this hotel. The conditions are deplorable. I don't blame the cleaning staff; it's difficult to make a place that hasn't been renovated in a long time look good, and the maintenance provided isn't done to make it look good, but rather to meet the minimum requirements.
- 1/5
Very loud music . First night i couldn't sleep
- 3/5
I can sleep in a bed for once
- 1/5
Room needs updates, specifically the toilet and shower are on very very poor condition.outside the hotel needs a lot of cleaning/maintenance..
- 5/5
You need more security
- 1/5
Booked a room with a queen size bed and the front desk worker told me "the door doesnt really work, but we can give you another room that costs more money". I looked around at the vagabonds scuttling around the motel at 10:30pm and decided "no thanks!" and went to a different hotel. Didnt get my money back.
- 3/5
I didn't like the fact that people selling cell phones would actually be waiting for you and asking to purchase while you are trying to get settled into your room
- 5/5
Ok
- 1/5
It was a dump. Dirty walls. Loud
- 4/5
Staff friendly but the pet owners who live there need to pick up after their pets who potty in parking lot
- 5/5
The staff is awesome
- 5/5
The staff is excellent.
- 1/5
Our room was given away, they put 3 adults in a king size bed; they said there was a couch in the room but no couch. They had no other rooms to give us. There seemed to be black spots on the shower ceiling and the towels were dirty. Homeless people hanging around the grounds. I was hoping they would give us a discount for giving our room away, but no such luck.
- 1/5
This hotel has a lot of homeless living in. Unsafe for families, you can heard people talking outside of the rooms, elevator looks disgusting. Batroom dirty. This is the worst hotel, I stayed. At 6am, i wake up my children and left in a hurry. Girls at front desk were really polite and kindness.
- 1/5
It was very dirty hotel and not worth for the money.
- 4/5
None
- 1/5
This property is a s*** hole. No breakfast, deadbolt didn’t work, shower ran constantly, no lamps. Walkways and stairs were filthy. Room was filthy with hair all over the bathroom floor. Walls were filthy. The place was a dump. They advertise breakfast, but there was none.
