    My room on the first floor had a radiator that made the noise of a dying car engine whether the AC was on or off it still made the noise nonstop. Also the window blinds did not close all the way 1/3 of the window only had a sheer curtain. So if anyone wanted to they could peer into my room from the parking lot.

    Room comfortable and nice bathroom. Breakfast had many good choices and was well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful when our hairdryer didn't work. The bed was way too high for me to comfortably get in and out of. The grab bar in the shower should have been on the short wall to get in and out of tub/shower with the assistance, not the back wall where you have to awkwardly lean over tub to grab ahold of it and step into tub. The shower head didn't have very much pressure and though it looked like you could change the setting of the spray, it did not. There wasn't a light in the back corner of the room and it was very dark in the area at night. Perhaps a lamp or the window could have been across the whole area or at least more of the outside wall to provide daylight. Refrigerator was not level in cabinet and it was difficult to open the door on the refrigerator.

    The room itself was nice as was the continental breakfast. Cost was fair. Very loud argument outside our room several times during the night...after 1am... When I asked the desk staff during check out she denied knowing anything about it or it even occurring...when I called her on it she then said 'oh yes I did hear something about some noise' like it was nothing...or perhaps just another day at this hotel...I asked why the overnight desk person did nothing she just shrugged like it was nothing...I won't ever stay at this hotel again...

    The only down side is that we seem to have issues with getting into the room, so far every time I have stayed here there has been an issue with the key card not working and me having to return to front desk for a new one or having housekeeping assist me. Everything else is fine, the location is excellent, staff is wonderful and food is great! I do recommend this location to friends and family. Kid friendly and their pool is great.

    We had a wonderful time. The kids loved the pool. The man kept it very clean. My favorite was the breakfast. The lady preparing it kept the areas clean and food fresh. Fitness room> A1. They provide earbuds if you dont have your own. Overall wonderful experience. Not one complaint. Will be booking here everytime we are in Rochester. Thank you guys so much.

    The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after.

    The front office was courteous, room was clean and comfortable. The place was quiet and felt safe. The highlight was the employee who was in charge of managing breakfast. She was kind and professional. I noticed her attention in helping people . She then went around telling people she was about to close in case we wanted to grab something.

    The kitchen staff was very friendly , helped me with the waffle :) There are two elevators, but one was not working, and the other one was slow. I heard the other guest who was staying for a week said it's been down since he checked in. Other than that, it was fine, and I did not try the pool. This is a budget place stay if you want to visit the Rochester Museum and the Strong Museum of Play.

    AC/heater was inane loud. There was construction going on. People yelling through the halls throughout the night. Not a Hilton property by comparison to how the others are ran. Spend more and go next door to Homewood or if you wanna save more money and get possibly better quality there are even other options. Stayed here before and it was bad but this was the worst. The gym has equipment not plugged in and is not a gym. Not that big of a deal, but worth noting. Stay away for the price. For sure.

    Second time coming here, staff was welcoming. Pool could’ve been a little warmer this time around. Also, the bathroom wasn’t as clean. Carpet could use an extra clean for people, especially people with allergies. Breakfast should have more cooked items.     Fridge wasn't cold , they changed another fridge for us. Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower gel, and Lotion bottles were emptied. Towels has marks, we called front desk for New Towels, and told that we had to go to front desk to get it ourselves.

    The Room was not very clean and its aged! Beds were not comfortable and the hotel was very very busy and very noisy. This Hampton location does not live up to the Hampton standard that we usually stay in. We had to cancel one night to stay in somewhere else.

    The rooms were in good condition; however, I had booked two rooms under my reservation, and the receptionist checked me in under two separate reservations. Instead of making an effort to place both rooms on the same floor or as close together as possible for my party of three, we were assigned rooms in different locations on separate floors. When I raised a concern about not being placed on the same floor, no effort was made to rectify the situation. Since both rooms were under one reservation, there should have been greater consideration to keep the rooms on the same floor, at the very least.

    courteous staff. the guy that helped me with the in room TV really went out of his way. one morning it was pouring the snow down and 19 degrees. i was cleaning the snow/ice off my car and he appeared out of no-where with scrapers and rags-he even offered to help. i am sorry i did not ask his name or try to tip. i would like to give him tip. i am old man and my mind is fuzzy some times!

    Room bathroom's toilet ran endlessly, tub was stained. Room was a clean. Thankful for the bathroom nightlight feature. Pool was nice and warm. Front desk people were outstanding. Breakfast people were a bit behind, sloppy, and scrambled eggs had brown (burnt?) in them, oatmeal water was boiling over on to counter, Dark Roast Coffee was not available, Grape Jelly was close to the only option. Price was very reasonable so I can let some other things slide that were annoying but not critical to my stay.

    Staying here wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped for despite our short stay. Some of the positives were that the staff were helpful and did their best to accommodate us, the breakfast was better than other hotel breakfasts I've had. However, unfortunately they changed the room we had booked without notifying us beforehand. I booked a 2 queen bed room, but we were placed in a king room with a pull out bed. I wasn't too pleased with these accomodations as I was travelling with my mother and expected we could both be on real beds. I understood they were unable to change anything (nor did they give us a room upgrade instead). Additionally the TV in our room didn't work, the coffee machine didn't work (unless it was the outlet that didn't work) the door to the bathroom was hard to close and open to the point of having to help my mother open it.

    The room was clean, quiet, and comfy. Our only issue was that the breakfast was horrible. The eggs weren't eatable, and there was no regular waffle batter, only pumpkin spice. Very little fruit, only some tiny apples, all of which were bruised or squishy. Even the hard boiled eggs were of poor quality. No yogurt that wasn't so full of sugar it might as well have been candy. This meant that we had to take the time and money to eat breakfast elsewhere. One of the reasons we stay at Hamptons is that we can eat there and they're clean and safe. This def met the clean and safe, but nothing else.

    We didn’t receive the correct room that we initially paid for. When we went down to the front desk to inquire we were dismissed quickly and unapologetically. Skylar at the front desk said that because we booked through Expedia, a third party website, that there’s no guarantee that the room we paid for is the room we receive.

    After notifying staff I would be checking in late they wiped me from their system. When I arrived they would not honor my reservation unless I paid for a new reservation. I was left with no place to stay and a long challenging drive home after a very difficult day spent at the hospital. Because of a physical condition I was not able to return to the hospital to assist my husband. Had to rely on others to help. Hampton inn Greece Never again. The check in person was completely heartless and insensitive. She offered no compassion. She basically just turned me out

    Skylar at the front desk was great. The automatic doors, as well as the elevators needed oil. Definitely could have gone without the overnight guy commenting on my lack of bra when I asked him where it was okay to smoke outside.

    Very underwhelming. Hotel was understaffed. Mentioned to front staff that my child found a pair of adult underwear and a cigarette lighter in the room, and he was very dismissive saying that he's seen that happen before. Not a safe atmosphere for children that this is what's being left in rooms from a previous guest. Offered no apology.

    All employees were so kind & helpful! Breakfast was great.. lots of options! Entire hotel was clean & maintained well.. Was animal friendly but never smelled like it & they were reserved on a separate floor I believe which I appreciated as a person with terrible animal allergies. Only one complaint.. was the king mattress in room 128 was like sleeping on metal springs.. Awful & so disappointed.. we tossed & turned for 3 nights.. was a bummer. Back still hurting since we got back 8/24.

    We reported our light flickering outside the bathroom door and he said that he would have someone check it out and no one came to even look at it and by Sunday morning we have a water leak coming out of the bathroom light in the ceiling we left on Sunday and all they gave us was a $25 credit toward our bill. I know nothing happened during the night but god forbid it did and I had my grandchildren with me. Unfortunately we will not stay there again

    Overall, it was good. They sent us to the wrong room type when we first arrived so we had to switch. Then, I explained that for a 5-day stay maybe day 3 have housekeepers do towels, trash, and toilet paper. They tell us housekeeping is coming in day 3, but they never came. My husband and I emptied the trash cans (we got got a few towels and definitely needed toilet paper). I had to say something because there was a promise that morning that we were “on the schedule.” So, they send a housekeeper there day 4, and she was told to do a full clean. I said we’re leaving the next day, but she said she’d get in trouble if she didn’t do it. Bad communication.

    Here’s where it gets completely unacceptable: I left three separate voice messages for the general manager. Not one call was returned. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment. I was given the cold shoulder and completely ignored. but what I can’t accept is being completely dismissed by the hotel management. A two-minute phone call would have gone a long way, even if the answer was no. Instead, they chose silence. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Mistakes happen—but ignoring a guest who is trying to resolve a problem in good faith is disgraceful. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and have never encountered such indifference. Let’s be honest,this review is probably the first time they’ll bother to take notice. Not because they care, but because bad publicity finally forced them to look up from their phones. If it takes a public shaming to get a response, that tells you everything

    It was fine for a one night visit. While the room looks recently updated it was dirty & didn’t look like it was cleaned before our visit. The toilet barely flushed, the tub didn’t drain & the bedsheets/pillowcases were all stained. Wouldn’t stay here again.

    The only complaints about the room was that the shower was broken and could not hang the shower wand over my head. Also another complaint would be thatunder the bed needed attention, as there were a number of crumbs and debris. Aside from that, the room stayed at a nice temperature. There were not loud disruptive guests. The breakfast served was good

    Absolutely horrible. I had car trouble and called about a late check in. They said it was fine I could check in 24/7 there was someone at desk all night. Didn’t end up getting there until 4:30. Exhausted. No one was at desk. Front sliding doors were supposed to be locked. No one to let us in. My son had to pry th doors open. We stood at the desk for atleast 15 min calling out “hello?” Tried calling the property number. Someone finally came from the back who was obviously sleeping. Checked me in. Held $120 additional to my nightly fare which I was not told about. I had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa for my son and his girlfriend. We finally got to the room and the bag on the closet didn’t have pillows or a blanket. My husband went down to the front desk and he was told there were no more pillows and were given a blanket they rolled up and used for pillows. The bathroom sink was backed up. In the morning my husband tried to tell the manager on site and he was blown off. Told there were still no pillows. This was a terrible experience after a very stressful 8 hour roadtrip. I won’t be back. Ever.

    I like that there were plenty of options close around to eat. Price was ok, bathroom sink had a stain and some king of slow discharging as kind of plugged up, the door gave me a very hard time opening, so staff help me out, but was a nightmare every time had to get in to the room. TV was nice, bed was amazing, had insurance but was charged $150.00 in case something happen, so need to monitor to get my credit back to my account. Breakfast had sausage but not bacon, and orange juice was terrible. Coffee was ok. Shower, not the best shower flow, but ok. There was a roach on one of the elevators but none seen on room. No options offered when told them several times of the door lock problem, but seen other customers opened their doors easy. Employees helped, and we showed them how intermittent this door lock problem was.

    Service was awesome- pillows were uncomfortable no matter how many you stacked up, breakfast was ok but free;) and the noise coming thru the closed windows was loud - windows need replaced. Also barn doors on bathrooms had no stop so you could see thru cracks of door and pinched hands in door. Otherwise ok place to stay.

    Decent balance of comfort, location, and cost. Breakfast was delicious and robust with offerings. Pool actually did not smell overly of chlorine. However, the pool could be warmer during the colder days, and the door to the bathroom did not close fully. We had a problem with the tv remote and had to make several trips down to the front desk to try to get it replaced, but they truly attempted to help us, and we did get it resolved. The room seemed aged a bit, but we would definitely stay there again provided we did not get a room with a bum bathroom door.

    We had previously stayed at the Hampton Inn in Irondequoit and the Greece location was just as nice, if not better. We were greeted by a kind and friendly host. The room was clean, although it did have a slight musty odour and the staff had not emptied the garbage bin in the main room. That is my only complaint. Breakfast was bountiful with a decent assortment of fresh, hot items.

    Staff could be friendly and more helpful. Breakfast area crowded and not well kept. Noisy from a group that were doing drugs and drinking first night and second night from kids running up and down stairs and hallway. Plumbing issues with leaking sink, water dripping in tub and we had to get a plunger for toilet. We won’t stay at this location again.

    I found this out when I took my first morning shower. I used all the available towels to mop up. I reported this to the front desk; they checked but were unable to fix it as no maintenance man was available. When I returned Friday evening, I discovered the wet towels were still on the floor and no replacement towels had been delivered. So another trip to the front desk. I was able to shower my second morning by repositioning myself. I don’t think I’ll return to this hotel.

    Unfortunately the staff was very nice but the conditions were terrible we asked for a couple extra pillows we only had 2 for 4 people that didn’t have and and said they could give us blankets wich was fine but never delivered the ac did not work and our heat would not shut off none came to check it out and we couldn’t check in at the time allowed and when we could an hour later than our original check in our room was still dirty we can with 20 families and probably won’t stay again

    The staff at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t good. She had to sign into her computer, which took awhile. Our key card to get into the room didn’t work, when my wife went to get it fixed, she gave my wife attitude. There was no shampoo or body lotion in the room. I went to ask for new ones on the way out for dinner and she took my name and room number down and looked confused and never got it, had to wait til the next day to get new ones
