    I recently stayed there for one night specifically because of its convenient location - minutes walk from main stores- and a shuttle to & from the airport. The room was big & clean, the staff very pleasant & helpful and the ambiance delightful and relaxing. I had to leave at 3 in the morning and was happy to see staff bright & brisk available to help me at that hour.

    Pool & hot tub are nice. Staff very nice. But no amenities at all. No free breakfast, no snacks of any kind, not even microwaves in the rooms, just a (very small) fridge. Just dont feel it's worth it for the money we pay for the room.

    Flight. It was great to be able to park my car while on vacation and have shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The bed was so comfortable I missed My flight. So set your alarm a few times !

    The whole hotel looks dingy and dilapidated. My entire floor smelled like weed. Staff is nice but rather vague and didn’t give great instructions for someone who had never been there before. I had to ask about the restaurant, the shuttle, etc. No information was volunteered. My room wasn’t very clean: chunks of grout had fallen out onto the floor, the room looked like it hadn’t be vacuumed, hairs that were not mine on the towels, etc. Also, there is no microwave in the room, and there is no safe. I expected better from a Marriott, and this does not encourage me to stay at another Marriott in the future.

    I've stayed at this hotel several times now. The staff is courteous and the location is advantageous. However, this hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The rooms are clearly showing their age. Grout in the bathroom is discolored and crumbling. The pillows on the bed have no body to them, they flatten like pancakes. There's not only no complimentary breakfast, you cannot use the lounge unless you have a relatively high Bonvoy rewards rating. Meanwhile, the restaurant served breakfast that was expensive but nothing special. I was the only patron in the restaurant for the entire 45 minutes I was in there. I would like to find a reason the stay there again but likely won't if conditions don't improve.

    Management seems to be lacking. Staff uninformed and several items not in stock. I felt uncomfortable even ordering dinner because everything I tried to order wasn't in stock. Also staff unaware of rooms including breakfast. I was supposed to get 2 free and thought it was mean that I had to ask multiple people in order to get that and then they used one of the free ones for a child meal. Seems like a rip off especially when my child thought the food was gross. Watery eggs and some items not even labeled. Hotel is not worth the cost and I'm embarrassed to say that I picked this hotel over others in the area. I think we would have enjoyed the stay had the hotel put more effort into preparing for the day and less on how much they can make off people staying there. Also, credit card machines down in restaurant which caused longer waits and no large towels by the pool. Hand towels are not appropriate..... Also card wouldn't work for pool room. Oh and can't forget the I'm assuming dog poop spread down the hallway in clumps. But yet we are expected to pay full price when the hotel was not giving the service that it should.

    I’ve always had great experiences staying at Marriott hotels, but not this time. This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had. The shower didn’t drain and had mold, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and our room was never cleaned. Breakfast was overpriced, with limited options, and not very good. The staff were friendly, and the pool and hot tub were nice—but that’s about it. I’ll never stay at this location again.

    Gym and pool were great. WiFi excellent. Restaurant dinner menu very limited but service was excellent. I had an issue with someone opening my room door at midnight. I had the latch on but they clearly had access to my room. The front desk had no explanation.

    In fairness, my hotel room was very comfortable for my needs. However, by end of my second night, I started seeing odd traffic and entries on my electronic devices/records. 1. The room charge discount for a conference attendee per night ($40x2) was omitted on the final bill. 2. It appears I got doubled charged for one drink at the bar (email w 2 receipts). 3. Worst of all, I woke up the day of Sunday departure to find my personal computer had been hacked with a stranger listed as a new user. Luckily I have an IT person on-call but what about those who don't have such a tech on the weekends?! How much will these people be scammed?

    To be honest when we first checked in. The Woman was unfriendly, nose was turned up. Which cause me to try to check out. However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay.     Checkin process was smooth and easy and the agent was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and quiet. The courtyard area was a nice place to relax with some coffee. It was nice to stay in a full service Marriott with complimentary coffee and wifi. We had a nice chat with the engineer as well. We would stay here again.

    The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. The restaurant was good and the servers were kind. The lobby is beautifull and there was fresh water and coffee/tea for our refreshment. The double beds were a bit cramped for two adults and the bathroom was very small and needed an update. But, the hotel os in a very convenient area.

    had the room cleaned as best he could with staff that was on...i was just happy to have a bed and clean sheets. But from there, i had minimal service. I was there 3nights/4days and my bed was not made once,towels were not changed out and the coffee downstairs was barely passable. Some person had cleaned out all the creamers and sugar,the lids did not fit the coffee cups and nothing was replaced for hours. We did use the pool and hottub...the area was nicely maintained, the water warm and fresh towels available. The location of the hotel was very convenient for my purposes...so i would stay here again. I would just be hoping the experience i had this time was a one off..although my concern is that it may not be, as i was far from the only one whose reservation was given up. While the room was serviceable,the bed comfortable and the shower had great pressure..the carpet needed vacuumi

    When we got there, I was charged for a another night of stay when I already paid for the one night of stay through Expedia. But when they take your card for the so-called incidental charge that you’re supposed to get back. They charge me $150 Instead. Also, the elevator smelled like weed. The whole fifth floor smelled like weed when we got off the elevator and our room smelled like it. It is the most disgusting smell ever I Do Not want to smell it but I do not want my child to smell it either. If you cannot smoke cigarettes you shouldn’t be allowed to smoke weed and do drugs either. I complained to the front desk and they gave me another room on a different floor. But you could still smell it and elevator. Absolutely disgusting. And then to be charged another $150 is ridiculous. I will never go back there or suggest anyone goes there.

    Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and roomy. Part of the wall paper was falling down. The shower was confusing to work. I think that was a me problem. The beds are pretty firm and I am more of a squishy bed person. Overall, would definitely go back! Staff were very nice and easy check in!

    We went to dinner in your restaurant. That was good, severs were nice food was good . We received a free glitter birthday drink. The music was strange, alternative. We switched rooms after dinner. We could still hear the noise. It wasn't as loud but we could still hear it. So we found a scary movie to watch and tried to ignore it. The bathroom door had a lot of water damage. Not the most pleasant thing to look at while using the facilities. I have pictures of the door. Oh and your lotion and bodywash...please just STOP . It smelled so bad. Why would you do that to your guests? We had tried to go to the hot tub and pool but there was a child birthday party going on witch was shocking kid running and screaming, pool toys flying around .so no relaxing for us.IM JUST SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

    Where do I honestly start? Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was courteous and polite, assisting us with checking in and providing me with my room key. I originally booked a room on the concierge level. However, upon entering the original room that I was assigned to with my family, I was extremely dissatisfied to find it in an unacceptable state. The room had not been cleaned following the previous guest's departure, with trash still in the garbage cans, towels on the bathroom floor, and unmade beds with no fresh sheets. I documented the condition with photographs and brought it to the attention of the gentleman at the front desk, who then summoned his manager. The gentleman at the front counter was very apologetic. The manager offered 10,000 Marriott points for the inconvenience, but then made an unnecessary comment: “Is this what they do for you?” implying that this was a customary practice for me, which I assured her was not the case; this was my first time checking into a Marriott and my room looked like this. She subsequently relocated us to a basic room on the 4th, but upon attempting to enter, I found that my key did not work. I went back downstairs for the 3rd time and Maintenance personnel were summoned to assist and confirmed that the issue lay with the door's batteries, which needed replacement. However, even after the batteries were changed, the key still did not work, necessitating the involvement of a supervisor to reset the door's modem. This proces

    When I arrived to check in the young lady at the front desk had air pods in and barely said 2 words. She didn’t explain where anything was or rules for example the pool, the restaurant, the bar. I have never been here and would have liked to been advised of where to find these things. There were tons of people and kids running around I wasn’t sure if it was a private event or what. Therefore I went straight to my room and was unable to use any of the amenities.

    I was there for my daughters birthday.. we couldnt even enjoy the pool..thry were blasting music in there and little kids about age 2-5 were in the hot tub shooting everyone with water guns..couldnt enjoy my daughters birthday event..we also left thw hotel room for like 2 hrs shut all lights off and we came back with all lights on and toilet plunger in the middle of the floor,someone had to coem in our room..my family and i will not be staying here again..yall need to do better..

    The only issue we had was that we were told earlier in the day to call when our flight landed and we had our bags and they would pick us up. Once we did that they said they were sorry, but they were too full and service was ending at midnight. We were stuck. We had to Uber to the hotel. This was very disappointing considering when I called earlier I was told I couldn’t get put on a list and I had to call when my flight came in. So just be careful that when you arrive you have a back up plan in case the shuttle stops running.

    Would not let my son check in because too young. He is 20. No refund issued for either night he was not even able to stay there.     The staff were friendly and advised me of the best time to leave for my 5am flight. The room temp was perfect- I never had to touch the thermostat! The bed was the most comfortable bed! I was in Floor 6, but the shower reached temp in seconds! I had dinner in my room having ordered from the restaurant downstairs. Great burger and fries! I will definitely stay here again.

    But the rose coloured glasses didn’t last long. The hotel is dated and needs some decent cleaning. The beds were clean but there was a lot of dust in our room. The pool was ok. A little cold, but the kids still went in. However the whirlpool was green and then marked out of order and never reopened.     Stayed one night for early flight the next day. Nothing glamorous about this hotel. Room was clean, bathroom was fine. Pool was chilly and hot tub was not working/taped off. Close to some stores and places to eat as well as a restaurant on site. Airport shuttle was great as was the driver.

    The elevator was out from saturday and was never repaired by the time we left monday. I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunt and had to climb 3 flights of stairs several times a day.

    I arrived at 3:30 to check in and was told it would be an hour and a half to get my room. I had a 4:30 appointment and needed to get ready. They finally found a room. Not to mention the room prices were DOUBLED from the previous weekend because of a graduation at one of the local colleges. Talk about price gouging!!!

    The property should have been closed. It was in disrepair with two broken elevators; no way up to the rooms but the stairs….for 7 floors.

    We got Hotel at midnight due to flight delays. The elevators are down and we will have to carry the heavy sport gears up to the six floor with my 8 years old kid. The elevator was not fixed until two days later. The breakfast is supposed to open at 7am but no one was there until 7:20. We have to go somewhere else to get breakfast since we are in the rush for a competition. There are so many unhappy customers shaking their heads seeing the elevators are down for days.

    First of all ELEVATORS weren’t working they had me haul up luggage’s up five flights of stairs. I came to check in I had booked a two queen bed room they gave me a one kind bed and said we have rollaways and then they were like nope never mind we can’t bring it to you. Yeah ok as soon as we walk into our room we can spot the bed duvet being very dirty in a black color. We were there for two days and they didn’t fix the elevators. Staff was nice but hotel needs to really really do better

    This hotel description talked a lot about luxury. There was NOTHING luxurious about this dump. I came here to relax. Key selling point was the hot tub. However, shortly after i checked into my room on the 5th floor, the elevator malfunctioned. I say ELEVATOR singularly since the second elevator has allegedly not worked for a year (I heard staff talking). It remained broken for the duration of my stay. I have a disability. So I either had to stay trapped on the 5th floor, or use the stairs. I had no choice a couple of times, and very painfully trudged the stairs. Otherwise I was in a "luxurious" prison cell on the 5th floor. The staff were useless - except for the 2 ladies on the night shift. The evening staff were lazy and useless. I had food doordashed and it was left in the lobby. I called the desk and they said they would bring it right up. A half hour later, I called again and the "ginger" supervisor finally brought my now cold food to my room. There is no excuse for such lousy service. This hotel is not "luxurious." The room was nothing special. The description on hotels.com mentioned "bathrobes" in the rooms. The staff said there have never been bathrobes. Hotels.com should remove the obvious false advertising from the hotel's listing. I spent extra money for comfort and luxury, and would have been better served at a Red Roof or a Motel 6. This Marriott is an embarassment.

    Room is dirty broken nosiy, there were insects. Missing furniture and leaky bathroom. Amenities pool was dirty and green. Staff were friendly check was easy but overall not worth the money and it ruins the brand name Mariott

    Upon my return to the airport, which they knew when I was coming back because it is asked during the original booking; I called for my shuttle ride back to my car. My flight arrived at Roc airport at 11:52 pm. I called and a woman answered and laughed at me, telling me their shuttle stops running at midnight. When I questioned why I was never told this a week ago when I had checked in, she got snotty and told me "She'd see me when I found a ride back". and HUNG UP THE PHONE. Left me stranded at the airport, while my car was 10 miles away. This hotel is NOT convenient to the airport and should NOT have the word airport included in its name. I will be filing a formal complaint and will demand to be reimbursed for the total cost as this place was stuff nightmares are made of. Kathy

    The pool was cold and dirty,hot tub was dirty.the mattress in the room was like sleeping on the box spring, disappointed by that. I still have no idea what a consigeres room is about,asked front desk and no answer so I spent more for a room I could have gotten 30 dollars cheaper with a normal room.
