Reviews
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, with spacious suites being a highlight. However, there are recurring issues with housekeeping, noise, and breakfast service.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Inconsistent housekeeping
- Noise issues in rooms and hallways

Hotel was great. Could have been a bit cleaner for me. I tginkbwhen it rains they should take cushions for furniture inside because once they are wet you cant sit on them if it stops raining
- 3/5
When we check in the first room was stink and water leaking from the ceiling and it was in the window seal a puddle Room number 125 so she move me into 102ì and everything was better
- 5/5
Wonderful property! Staff was extremely kind and even gave us a 'welcome' bag of treats because we were celebrating a graduation. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient. Right off the highway, but quite and peaceful. Amazing breakfast! My daughter couldn't stop eating :)

This is a basic hotel near the airport. One elevator was out of service during our stay and the working elevator was dirty and hot inside. Other than that, however, this was a good place to stay for an early morning flight. The woman working the front desk was excellent at customer service. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
- 5/5
Very clean room! We liked that there was a person at the desk to answer questions when we checked in.
- 4/5
Good property with a nearly full kitchenette. But was too far for us from our objective.

Good
- 5/5
Very family friendly. Loved all the extras including a fire pit at night. Friendly, helpful staff.
- 3/5
The room was clean. However, we stayed two nights and could not get clean towels or bed changed for the second night. We asked at the desk twice and they assured us we would get clean linens. It never happened. We went back down to the front desk and requested clean towels be brought up. They never were. Finally, my husband tracked down housekeeping and they obtained some towels for us. I won't be staying here again.
- 5/5
The staff was particularly friendly. The 3 ladies that worked the front desk area were always kind and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- 4.5/5
Room had a large fridge, well-equipped kitchenette with sink, and the ability to request an electric hot plate. Lots of desk style space to put things, a desk and office chair, a sitting area with a sofa(? Pullout) separating it from the sleeping area with a curtain. The curtain also shielded the sleeping space from the lights in the sitting and the bathroom area. Lobby had self-serve apples, hot water, coffee, and tea available throughout the day, a welcome bag with water bottles for the guests. Breakfast was ok. Hot food (biscuits, eggs, sausage, etc) was lukewarm. Egg patties and the boiler eggs had an unexpected weird texture. Oatmeal was alright. Also, there was a smoking area just outside the main door of the hotel. Unwelcome for people entering or leaving.

- Asked if I needed to request housekeeping, but they said no, they had a list. Then I got back the first day and they HADN'T come. I made sure to request it the following days and they came. - Breakfast is mediocre at best. Maybe I missed some things? There was cream cheese, but I didn't see bagels. Cold cereals and some more fresh fruit options would be great. - Temperature control was kind of annoying. It's like hot and cold were battling each other. You didn't pick one or the other. - I like there's a large fridge in the room. Was able to bring in a pack of water bottles and bring back leftovers. - Staff was very helpful regarding issues I had. - Quick access to the freeway, but nothing super close in terms of gas stations/restaurants.
- 5/5
The room is wonderful, but one of the two elevators was out of order throughout our stay. Fortunately, the elevator moved pretty fast. However, on the last evening, both elevators were down, and we had to walk up the stairs. There are lots of parking spaces. The breakfast menu was quite limited, but we loved the coffee and tea station that's open all-day. The front desk texted me twice during my 4-night stay to check-in with me to see if everything was going well.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was good, but not enough gluten free or fruit options. Also, the dining area was really nice! The location was great. The appliances in the room and the bedding did not look clean.

Room was not fully clean , other guests garbage was left in the garbage bins , hairs on bedding , a lot of dust. Breakfast was horrible, 1 type of begal ( raisin) breakfast was suppose to be until 9am they ran out of a lot of items at 8am and never bothered to restock even after I asked for some items. Pool was good but pool towels were the size of a hand cloth , recommend bring your own. A lot of noise from other guests through the night , although this is completely random
- 4/5
Had all the basics you need. A bit out of the city but a quick drive in. Didn’t get any housekeeping though.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and amazing breakfast.
- 1/5
Never got to eat breakfast because I didn't get to stay there. You took my money but I didn't stay. I stayed across the street and it was very decent. If you hadn't taken my money, I would have come to you I didn't like the fact that you charged me for a full night of a 100. And $50 when I did not stay there. I got in late and I stayed across the street and it was very nice So I can't say how your facility was because you only charged me for a room. That I didn't even stay in
- 3/5
The only complaint I had was the breakfast wasn’t that great and the lobby was always dirty. Other than that, the room was nice
- 5/5
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Janine (I believe that was her name) was incredibly accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Out of all the hotels in the moderate price range that we have stayed in, this is the nicest one. We have already recommended this place to others.
- 4/5
The staff was super friendly. Remembered us from begging of school year college move in.
- 1/5
Watery orange juice was yellow. Pot smell was ridiculousy present thruout hotel, only two working elevators were broken one day, other times was only one working elevator, hot water in lobby not hot for tea, had to nuke it in room, appliances dirty. Kids running up and down hallways unsupervised. Bring your own cleaning supplies.
- 5/5
Clean room nice that it had a nice size fridge & sink staff was friendly as well would stay again
- 3/5
Be prepared for an active lobby as it appears the hotel is frequently booked by families.

Excellent property 😃
- 4/5
Overall, it’s good experience. The rooms are always very clean. Staff is great. Breakfast was available on time for our kids. The only thing I didn’t care for is it was raining and a couple people were huddled around the doors to go outside smoking pot.

First time staying and it was beyond expectations

Clean, comfortable room in great condition, very friendly staff. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but Saturday night there were several rooms running up and down the halls, slamming and banging on doors and screaming until almost midnight. I called the front desk at 10pm and they were very understanding and sent someone up to ask the group to quiet down. I had to call again at 11 because they hadn’t stopped yet and staff was again very helpful and sent someone up which seemed to have solved the issue. On Sunday I set my diaper bag down and accidentally left it when I checked out. I called the staff and explained what happened and they were very friendly and put the bag behind the desk until I could come back to pick it up. The breakfast bar was terrible both days of our stay, barely any food and the food available was cold.

Overall great place

Very good
- 5/5
Room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the “studio” part of the room. Kinda did feel like home away from home. The pet area and outside was well lit which was good at night for this single lady. I really enjoyed the fire pit out front on a nice evening. Cannot comment on the breakfast because I only had coffee but it did look like a nice spread.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Breakfast options were great. Pets are allowed and a nearby guest had a dog that barked nonstop for the first few hours we were there .

The Property was great, room was big and clean, close to the airport, the only issue wd had was upon checking in the attendent was not the friendliest, and then our room had no shampoo bottle at all, like it was taken off the wall, not even just empty, and we didnt realize until about 3am when showering before our flight so we didnt habe time to let the front desk know. But overall it was a good stay.
- 4/5
For the price it was great but don’t expect a perfect stay. Some issues with paint peeling and furniture quality.
- 5/5
Great selection for breakfast though disappointed that the yogurt would not be refilled for the last hour of service.
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
The pool was nice Overcharged on my account. Ruined my entire stay. Im still waiting for the first charges to come back to my account.
- 5/5
Where the TV was on the wall and the pool was cold with not much heat.

The room was clean and loved the shower. Where the TV was on the wall and the pool was cold with not much heat.
- 4/5
Kitchen was good, breakfast it ok, not a fan of food boxes
- 4/5
Clean except the Inside of the Microwave. Walls are thin so You’ll hear voices etc. from both sides.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Spacious suites, clean pool but the breakfast was not a great experience, utensils were not very clean
- 3/5
Crappy breakfast Not overly friendly staff Hot water
- 5/5
Breakfast bar was empty when I arrived. There was a sports team that was there. They wiped the area of everything.
- 1/5
To make matters worse, I found lipstick marks on the glassware in the hotel restaurant, which is completely unacceptable for a professional establishment. Cleanliness and guest safety should be the top priority. I hope management takes these issues seriously and conducts a thorough review of their cleaning procedures. I would not recommend staying here until these standards are significantly improved.
- 1/5
The pool water had a noticeable green tint. Breakfast was especially awful: counters were dirty, apples were rotten, and many of the dishes (plates and cutlery) were unclean. I mentioned it to the woman on our first day and she appeared uninterested and told me people had put their dirty dishes on top of clean ones. This was very unlikely as every plate had dirt on them. It seemed like there might be an issue with their dishwasher. On top of that, there often weren’t enough silverware available: no glasses for juice and no bowls for cereal. People were opening every drawer to find bowls. The breakfast area was so small and crowded. They need to get rid of the big booth in the middle to make more room for tables. We stayed for three nights, and these issues were consistent, not just a one-time occurrence. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told to use cups or mugs for cereal, which wasn’t an acceptable solution. The man behind the breakfast counter appeared uninterested. He asked me what was wrong when I pointed out that there was no bread. The fridge was also empty. Overall, a very disappointing stay that did not meet expectations.
- 4/5
Breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays. I thought I read that it was 10 when I booked. The first morning everything was pretty picked over at 15 til, and they did not restock. The next day was a little better and we skipped it the third day so we could sleep in a little. Would be 5 stars all around if breakfast lasted longet and had bagels every day.
- 3/5
The location was convenient and the room was a good size. The breakfast was lacking. My family of 5 wasn’t able to find enough to eat due to lack of replenishing. When we asked about it the man in charge just shrugged his shoulders. The cutlery and plates were also not particularly clean. The pool was nice and the gym sufficiently appointed.
- 5/5
Great! Just dont turn right out of the parking lot. So many pot holes >.<
- 2/5
Breakfast was terrible. Beds were dirty
- 5/5
Excellent presentation, amenities and staff
- 3/5
The room was ok. The heaters didnt work as good. The curtain stopped working. Not enough blankets. The staff was pretty friendly.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay!
- 5/5
Room was excellent- staff was courteous- breakfast was great!
- 4/5
Nice
- 4/5
All was good. No complaints at all.
- 5/5
Yes totally. Very helpful staff. Especially Jeanene Nudo!
- 4/5
Very nice staff. Clean room. Only complaint I had was how thin the walls and ceiling were. It sounded like the room above ours was being stomped on.
- 5/5
Great room
- 2/5
2. Very ordinary breakfast items and quality 3. Could not sleep well because of pillow quality 4. Lack of attentions in room service ( missing soap/ toilet paper while checked in) 5. Sound transfers from room besides.
- 5/5
Really friendly staff. Conveniently located. Clean room with lots of amenities. The pool was a little on the chilly / small side but, oh well.
- 3/5
The room was decent, couldnt get the tv to work for about 45mins. Front desk seemed busy or short staffed with answering phones. Was doubled charged for room as well not real explanation to as why besides booked thru 3rd party first then was somehow charged again at check in. But suppose to be dropping off my bank account in a few days. We left early due to storm so didnt end up staying the full night to use the bed.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
The best place i have ever stayed!! It was so clean, modern, and very efficient the people that worked there are extremely nice. Janene at front desk was amazing 👏 I give them a 10/10!! The breakfast they serve was delicious it was hot and fresh!!
- 4/5
Overall a decent stay - the room was clean and very spacious. There is lots of space for luggage and spreading out comfortably. There were only 3 pillow on the bed and we asked for a fourth - we were told there is one in the room, but it was yellow and definitely not appealing. The lobby and hallways smelled of weed on Friday and Saturday. It wasn't just a slight smell, it was strong and constant for both days. The breakfast was OK, but nothing great. The bottle of syrup was covered in syrup - I asked a lady working the breakfast if she had a wet cloth to clean it and she said she would get to it when she could. She wasn't outright rude, but she definitely didn't care. Both mornings the hot water for tea was not hot enough to make a tea. When we asked for hot water, they did replace it fairly quickly, but we felt like we were bothering them. The feel of the hotel is like there are a bunch of fairly decent people working there, but nobody really in charge of quality or customer service and nobody that really cares about providing a good experience.
- 1/5
Pool is closed. The pool was the sole reason for choosing this hotel. Came for my daughter’s birthday and she just wanted to stay in a hotel with a pool. Extremely disappointed
- 5/5
wife and her friend was terrible. went somewhere else.
- 3/5
Room dirty, found clumps of hair in 3 spots. Battery died in door could not get in, happened 3 times
- 5/5
Staff so nice. Room spotless, pool oclean. Good place for stay with family.
- 3/5
Bed had hair in it and the dishes at breakfast was dirty and the food was old the apples was rotten
- 3/5
Had a comfortable stay. Loved the drinks station.
- 2/5
Hotel clean, was placed in a room right by the elevators. Late at night you can hear the loud guest as the exit off the elevator. Walls a thin where you can hear others. And the room doors are to loud when they close.
- 2/5
While the location is convenient, customer service is a major part of the experience, and this is an area that needs serious improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful - friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. Staff was polite and knowledgeable.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good, pool was nice.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, the staff was very personable and caring.
- 5/5
The breakfast was super tasty and fresh. Selef service with a variety of choices to eat in the morning.
- 5/5
Room was fantastic, staff were wonderful and super-accommodating with an issue we had. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
Got down to breakfast at 830 and limited options.
- 5/5
Second time at this particular hotel and once again a great stay.
- 4/5
The hotel was fine but the room next to us turned their tv on at 1am and had it on for about an hour. I don’t know if they had it on at an unreasonable volume or if the walls are paper thin. I probably wouldn’t stay again because of this because either way I should not be able to hear every word from a tv in the next room.
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. The staff were *incredibly* kind and helpful. We loved that we could travel with our puppy. The rooms showed moderate wear and tear (carpet stains and thin bedding), but that was a minor note to our otherwise great stay. We will be back.
- 5/5
Clean room very comfy bed and pillows.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
Very clean, modern pleasant decor. Front desk staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Right off the highway, easy access to local points of interest
- 5/5
Super comfortable bed, friendly staff and very clean!
- 3/5
The room was in good condition. Just something to be aware of- if you are staying in a room with an odd number, you are going to be directly facing the outside lounge area, and if people are outside it will be quite noisy. Not sure if that area closes down at some point but if you're looking to go to sleep on the earlier side it could be somewhat of an issue.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
The breakfast food was not fresh and not many options. Room amenities seem only partially clean and needing updates. Room was large and spacious, staff nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Staff was very pleasant and helpful
- 5/5
I didn’t eat the breakfast but everything else was great. Definitely would book again
- 5/5
Friendly staff, comfortable room, easy location.
- 5/5
Clean, nice and nice breakfast
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The suits are conveniently set up for with everything one might need: kitchenette, comfortable bed, a small rest area and a working station. Perfect for some rest and work. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Very quiet coming in and very friendly service and clean! Easy booking and got a great room for a great price :)
- 5/5
The pool was clean which was very important to us. The rest of the hotel was well maintained and in good order. Always smelled clean and fresh. The staff did not let us know anything when we checked in. We had to figure out the hotel on our own and go searching for hours on certain amenities. The room was clean, the curtain was broken so the light came in while we were trying to sleep. The pillows were way too soft, we woke up a little sore from the lack of support
- 5/5
Gym was small but decent for casual workout. Kitchen was mini kitchen without stove. But enough for casual food heating and snacking. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Breakfast could be better.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful front desk to house cleaners! All very friendly!
- 4/5
Property was overall clean. We had a couple issues but both were resolved by the staff promptly issue with freezer door and TV. The hotels website shows a walking path which appears to be close to the property. This is not the case. The path is actually within 15minutes walking distance away from the hotel with nice views over the ponds that center the businesses that surround the area paths are available around the ponds for theoat part but not back to the hotel, where you will need to be careful on the side of the road
- 3/5
My only complaint was that the cover to the blinds vibrated very loudly during my stay … it was very distracting at night and if watching TV…. There was a work order put in but nobody came to room. I had to resolve the issue by putting a pair of socks in between the cover and blinds. Disappointed nobody followed up ….
- 3/5
The front office staff was amazing and friendly. We had an issue of our room never being serviced during our stay. We arrived on Thursday evening and checked out Monday morning and in that time we were told by 3 different people we would be getting service only to not receive it. I even talked to housekeeping at one point and she assured me she would be back down to service the room once she finished the room upstairs, which didn't happen. I watched the work order be put in the computer at the front desk on Saturday evening and we came home to a note on our door Sunday evening that our room wasn't going to be serviced. Very disappointed for the money we paid. I am just glad the front desk staff was so pleasant and friendly to make up for the disappointing room service. They greeted us with a smile and good morning each time we passed by. They tried their best to get our room serviced and did ask if there was anything we needed in the room.
- 5/5
Was there for a soccer tournament. Staff was so kind and helpful.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
I liked the room layout, which was very cozy and homely. I also had the mini kitchen, which was helpful. I had planned a longer stay; however, I was unable to book early, so I had to leave early.
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
This place is is amaing. The amenities are great. The staff is very personable. Made the stay there really nice. If we have to return to Rochester we will definitely be staying there
- 5/5

- 5/5
Rooms are big. Beds and pillows are comfy.
- 5/5
We had everything we needed
- 3/5
I will never stay on first floor close to entrance and exit on the sides. It was so loud someone in and out the doors and the family beside us there were like 10 in a room very loud up half the night so definitely not a refreshing trip this time hopefully better next time or a different hotel
- 5/5
Being my first time traveling solo, I felt incredibly safe. Everyone on the staff was very knowledgeable of the area, which was helpful being there todo just that exactly…explore the area my son will be attending College around.
- 5/5
Spacious room, full kitchen, friendly staff
- 5/5
Breakfast was good (decent selection of hot foods) and refreshed frequently! Coffee 24hrs.
- 5/5
Very nice modern clean place. Son is going to RIT so we will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
We had an amzaing stay here
- 5/5
Nice location, I was ten minutes from the airport but also close to family and shopping/dining. I'll definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
This was my family's 3rd time staying at this Hotel. It has become are go too while in Rochester. Its clean and well maintained. The staff is great. This trip would hve been a five star experience if not for one employee not doing their job. They were in charge of breakfast are second day. This person didnt put more food out after 8am when breakfast is served till 10am. Their was a dozen or more people with slim pickings half way through breakfast hours. People complained as we were finishing.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Normally clean room
- 5/5
The staff at this hotel was excellent. They were polite, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great place. Very clean. BJ's is next door.
- 5/5
The whole property was amazing!!!
- 5/5
Clean hotel and close to the hwy.
- 5/5
Pineapple and when we picked up a slice everything slid off the crust. Phone and complained manager said he would refund me and apologized. I will have to check, but Olive Garden in the area is amazing! Overall a great stay and we will be back!
- 2/5
I was not happy with my stay regarding housekeeping entering my room after several requesting no housekeeping. I was only there three days and my dinner was tampered with when I returned. I don’t trust that my food was safe to eat. I took pictures, it was dinner the night before my check out the next morning for a long 13 hour drive. Nothing was cleaned only made up bed. Removed one towel that was used that morning and left two wash cloths in the shower. So what were they doing in my room after I requested twice no room service on the phone with the front desk and the next day I called earlier and spoke to housekeeping and spoke to the housekeeper outside my door. First time staying and my last. If you can’t respect my wishes not to enter my room, then I don’t trust the hotel. Also I took pictures before and after, both days to see if they had been my room. 😕
- 5/5
Super clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and comfortable. No restaurant or shopping really in walking distance was only down side
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
I can't recall the name of the attendant who was working the evening of our stay but she was absolutely terrific! She was funny and had a great personality. Everyone who worked there did actually, but the front desk attendant was my favorite!
- 5/5
The kitchenette offered in the suite was so helpful to have. A full size refrigerator and freezer with a microwave and dishwasher. And you could request a flat top stove from the front desk.
- 5/5
Vety clean
- 3/5
Front deck staff friendly maintenance/housekeeping lacking (broken lamp shade reported and not replaced, dishwasher had dirty smelly wath with molded food in it and the smell was in the room). I ran the dishwasher for a cycle and sprayed room deodorizer to cover the smell.
- 5/5
It was nice and clean
- 1/5
Super basic. The room had a very bad smell. Good that we stayed only for one night and we arrived very late.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. New, clean and spacious suite. Will definitely book here again when in the area.
- 5/5
Staff friendly
- 5/5
The staff member who checked us in was kind and helpful. The room was clean and exactly as expected. The hotel was quiet. My husband and son enjoyed the pool.
- 3/5
Clean and comfortable. Night shift lady was very nice and helpful.
- 4/5
It was exactly as expected. Nothing amazing but it was clean, convenient and all that we needed.
- 5/5
property is in an undeveloped area with new building in progress. I’m sure it will be wonderful when done
- 5/5
Nice quite clean stay. Will come again.
- 4/5
Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, but the front desk was very nice, and we had an ice cream treat while waiting. The room was good size and clean.

Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency for a terminal patient in our family and could not make the trip. Travelocity contacted the hotel to see about a refund or partial refund for us but the hotel said, “sorry, no refund.” We usually travel to Rochester 12 times a year & stay at the Marriot. Unfortunately, the Marriot was sold out so we chose Home2 thru Travelocity. Big mistake! I will never reserve there again! Their customer empathy and service is greatly lacking!

I love the fact that the front desk agent took time to give all me the lay of the land. She was to so helpful.

Overall, it was a nice stay for my family. We did just a one night stay as we were passing through Rochester. The hotel was pretty clean and modern. The breakfast was better than most free hotel breakfast. If I needed to stay in the area again, I wouldn't mind booking again.

Great Hotel to stay at. The only issue I had is that they charge a $75 per day incidental fee. a $225 hold on your card for a 3 day stay seems excessive.

Cleanliness is very bad. Very very bad smell in the breakfast area

We had a great stay and we loved staying at home 2 suites.

Need Better pillows

At first opening of the door, the room was huge and when traveling with a toddler the simple aspect of having room for her to run around and also have room for my older kids to relax was great. Room was clean, shower was great. All we needed. Traveled with 5 humans and had tons of room for all

Good clean hotel with no noise issues. Far from busy traffic but only 10 mins to most restaurants in the area including a mall. The only minus would be the view from our room. We overlooked a heap of garbage from the neighboring stores. Overall very nice hotel if you don’t care what’s outside your windows.

The most uncomfortable hotel bed we have slept on in years. Same with the pillows- you lay your head down on them and they sink down into nothing. If you’re going to stay here I suggest bringing your own pillows. It’s been 2 days since checkout and both mine and my fiancés backs still hurt. Room was very clean and hotel staff was amazing.

I like the cleanliness of the property

The staff when we checked in seemed nice they were good with my very excited 4 year old…however we went to pull out the couch and there were old socks along with garbage and even a leg brace in the couch so we decided she was sleeping in the bed with us we went to get the extra pillows they were YELLOW and even brown in spots…the bathrooms could be cleaner they just need to hire more/better housekeepers it was disgusting

We booked this hotel because it was close to Strong museum of play. Rooms are clean and breakfast was nice, there is waffles, cereal, sausage and eggs. Staff are very friendly. Swimming pool was very small and a bit dirty, wish there were more towels for pool.

Had to switch rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. Food crumbs left on counter behind coffee maker, gross hair in the shower and drawers of bathroom. Toothpaste spit on the mirror in the bathroom. I mean come on!!!

The room was great, check-in was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. However, the hotel was very LOUD! It sounded like the kids upstairs were having a basketball tournament until 2 am. Kids in the pool area were unruly. There were kids running up and down the halls banging on people's doors. Cops came in the middle of the night to attend a domestic disturbance and there was a lot of screaming and yelling along with that. I know there were a lot of sports teams in the building, which is a great thing! Parents and coaches should be a little more diligent about teaching respect. Hotels are not gymnasiums!

Greeted nicely and fast check in. Noise late at night that I had to call the front desk three times and then get dressed and go down to get the music to stop. Magically when I went down to complain, the noise stopped. The room was never cleaned while there and we had to conserve the toilet paper. The room felt dingy and unclean.

When we first checked in, everything was great! We went up to our room, it seemed clean at the time… we didn’t spend much time in our room for the first night, but the next day we came back to our room and I was looking for the “kitchen trash” and I looked under the sink, and it was full of trash from the previous guest. So after having to ask for multiple things for our room, I then had to go tell them our garbage wasn’t changed… then I get a knock at our door that the person in charge of “housekeeping” was on the phone because one of the workers there said I was irate. I never acted in a way that was wrong but I was irritated. After speaking with him, I was told that he would call me the next day and discuss things further with me. The GM and the head of housekeeping knew I was upset and never tried to make it right with us. I was waiting to make a review because I was hoping that they would reach out to me. After the way I was treated during our stay, and had a housekeeping working knock on our door for me to speak to another employee on their personal cell phone is completely unacceptable to me, I would say I would never stay at this location, again. The rooms were spacious, but not up to my cleaning standards.

The Hotel was clean and quiet

We were disappointed with the quality of the room since we booked this hotel based on the reviews. The first room we were assigned had a broken deadbolt and when we asked for a different room, they said the door still locked electronically and we should be fine with it. Our carpet had big, unsightly stains on it and the washroom had a strange smell. Even though it appeared clean, the smell proved it wasn't. The walls and floors were paper thin and we could hear all of our neighbours and their kids running around and throwing things. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it! The positives were the spaciousness of the room, the extra towels and the choice of foods at breakfast.

Place was nice, people were good. Breakfast kinda sucked. They had a waffle iron and what seemed like microwaved omelettes and breakfast sausage sandwiches

I am going to report that”. Did not move us nor did anything. I have a video on my phone and will upload that to groups in facebook/ Instagram so people will be aware of this hotel.

Requested for a room on the second floor upon arrival 30 mins before check in. Confirmed it would be possible. When I returned for check in later in the night, was told all rooms on second floor were sold out. Room cleaning after first night did not happen because there was “a shortage of staff” on property.

Breakfast was offered which is fantastic however on the weekend they offer it until 10 but on the weeknight until 9 and we weren’t told so missed breakfast on Monday. Funny enough we were in the lobby before 9 and there were no signs of any kind that would have warned us to grab food. We went for a jog and could have grabbed food if we knew about the odd hrs of weeknight/weekend hrs. As a guest it does feel odd that you need to remember if it’s a week night or weekend as you are usually on a gateway and want to unplug. Adding a sign next to the tea/coffee area could have avoided the issue. The pics are showing a nice park with a lake however it is 1km away .. so not on the property which was deceiving seeing as part of hotel property. Overall, the hotel is clean and fresh and staff was friendly.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Very close to the highway and BJ's club is next door.

I really enjoyed the property. it was clean and the staff were friendly. Construction in the area was the only inconvenience .
