My room was clean and made up nicely at check-in. All the staff I encountered could not have been nicer. It is a dog-friendly hotel and at this location, there’s a pretty walking path with grass for dogs on the back side of the property. Breakfast was always stocked well and checked on often. By far the best tasting scrambled eggs I’ve had at a hotel buffet. The dining and lobby area with the fireplace and a couple of workstations make for an inviting and relaxing hangout spot if you want to get out of your room. The Internet in the rooms works well enough to be able to work remotely, as I was doing. The area is safe and has lots of grocery and dining options nearby. My only reason for taking off a star is that some of the fixtures in the room(s) need attention. My mattress was saggy and my back complained. Some of the outlets need attention. There are no hooks in the vanity area or bathroom with the tub and toilet. But the fridge was ice cold and the ice maker worked, as well as the dishwasher. Overall a lovely stay and this was a return visit for me, because I enjoyed my first stay here.

Clean room, decent bed, fun suites and even though the pool was down for awhile, they got it back up and running as fast as they could. Would stay here again.

Liked everything about our stay. Kids enjoyed hot breakfast every morning, basketball court, pool, etc. Everything was very convenient. Good driving distance to my family house and everyday stores.

My son-in-law had a fly in his decaf coffee, the coffee wasn't hot in the morning, and just so you know, a metal tong was provided for us to take our toast out of the toaster. This could cause electrocution if the toast was still down in the toaster.

I only review properties that are good- or really bad. This is an excellent property! It's super clean, and the people are very nice. Elevators and parking are very efficient. They have no bar, but offer some drinks in their little shop. They dont have a restaurant, but do have breakfast. Three large self service coffee vats in the lobby very early every morning- which is very convenient.

Nicely renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is the drawback for someone who likes to walk in the mornings. And, the infestation of kids playing in tournaments nearby. They were a lot of them and running around as kids would do. More a reflection of parents than the hotel. And, it is located where its located. It's in an a more industrial/commercial location.

Very happy to have stayed at this property. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and updated. The stairwell and hallways needed a vacuuming, but as far a the room went-- it was pristine. Breakfast was great-- not just toast and jam-- lots of options. They even had non-dairy milk for coffee! Will definitely stay here again.

Our flight arrived @ ROC at 10am, so we had some time to kill before check-in. After we shopped and ate we decided to call the hotel and see if POSSIBLY we could check in early. They were VERY accommodating and welcomed us immediately! What a relief! The suite was perfect! Location is close to the highway and 11 mins to airport. We will DEFINITELY stay here when we visit family in Rochester! Thank you!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious. Nice property, my only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets and pillows were stiff.

I thought it was very nice and I would love to go back if I got the chance. The room I stayed in was a one bedroom suite and I think it was one of the best i've stayed in.

Everything was fine except that i had a bug in my back head (sticking to my hair) when i woke up in the morning. Not sure if it is a bed bud and/or a pet tick from the towel ( i used to have a towel as a support for my head while sleeping). Little scary though.

The hotel is updated, has wonderful staff, good breakfast and a nice pool but we weren't happy with the condition of our room. We are a family of 6 and the one bedroom suite was specious and accommodated all of us but there was pet hair all over the room. I have one year old who likes to explore and i didn't feel comfortable setting her down at all in the room. By the time i noticed the pet hair all over the floor and our clothes we were ready for bed and i didn't request a different room but i couldn't wait to leave. I love animals but as someone who doesn't have pets i don't want to be covered in someone else's pet hair. I would stay here again only if i was given a room that isn't pet friendly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this family-friendly hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and perfect for kids—especially with the kitchenette, which made mealtime easy. The breakfast was delicious with great variety. Every staff member was kind, but a special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk—she greeted us with a smile, checked in to see if we needed anything, and made sure our stay with our kids was perfect. Highly recommend!

Hi professionalism, friendly demeanor, and a his overall attention to detail was outstanding. We recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone who may need to go to Rochester. The room was great (the one bedroom was great, kids could go to sleep with the door closed while the adults hung out in the tv area). The only thing is, the shower tub and curtain had mildew!

It was good for the price. Check-in was great. Alison was very friendly. Location is close to a ton of restaurants and shopping. Highway is close also. The towels were pretty bad, like the thickness of a cleaning rag. Also, there are zero usb ports. Seriously. It's 2024.

We received an upgrade when our room wasn't handicap accessible as requested for my elderly mother. We got additional pillows for her too. So courteous, so kind!

Terrific experience from check-in to check-out. I had the same hotel staff for both (Holden) and he was very accommodating with bottles of water at check-in and letting me get back into my room when I forgot something after I turned in my keys. I had a lovely suite that faced the back of the hotel. There was a basketball court with an incredibly bright light facing my window so thankfully the curtains were decently light tight. I was there for 5 nights and worked remotely from my room. The desk was perfect and the desk chair quite comfortable. Internet worked great for my purposes. The climate control worked well and wasn’t super loud like at some hotels. I didn’t need housekeeping services and they respected the “I’m all set” sign. Hotel was pretty quiet at night and is in a location close to everything. The only thing that bothered me on a sensory level (but isn’t worth removing a star) is there was some kind of air freshener scent that permeated the room for the duration of the stay. If my spouse had been with me, it might have been a problem but that would be my only suggestion is to reconsider using them. Otherwise a 10/10 experience and will stay here again!

The suite was very nice with 2 drawbacks. The thermostat is in the bedroom so with the door closed and warm people sleeping, the kitchen/couch area was very cold. There was only 1 hook near the door for coats. With 4 little ones in a very cold winter stay, the coats were thrown all over. Overall, very nice.

The pool was ridiculously cold! There were dogs everywhere. There should be pet rooms, and non-pet rooms. Our allergies were horrible. We have no knowledge if a pet have been in our room prior to our stay. We stayed in a suite to sleep 6. The pull out bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. If a room says it can sleep six it should also come with six towels and washcloths.

The experience was outstanding. From check in to check out. The front desk staff were very friendly and the staff at breakfast were very polite and friendly. The room was exquisite and well equipped and the suite felt like my own apartment. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

The property is well-kept and clean. Staff were always welcoming, professional, and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good and covers all bases with scrambled eggs, turkey & pork sausage, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, assorted breads and a pastry with both apple and orange juice.

I love this hotel so much! The staff here was so friendly and professional, they made the entire stay pleasant. Checking in and out was a breeze! I also like that housekeeping came and cleaned the rooms daily. I highly recommend staying here.

The room could be cleaner as we found trash in closets and drawers, but the overall condition of the one-bedroom room was in good shape. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, but the line can be very long during the weekend, and the access to non-dairy milk like Oat Milk was spartan. But the hotel is pet friendly, and our every interaction with the staff (esp. Ricardo and Marsha) was very welcoming. We will be back in the future.

We reserved a one-bedroom, two queen suite, and were assigned Room 405 on the top floor. The room was standard for Residence Inns - large, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Also quiet - there was absolutely zero noise from inside the hotel, although there was some traffic noise from the street. Included breakfast was about average for Residence Inns - reasonable but limited choices, same each day of our four-night stay. The exercise room is well-equipped (and underused), and the indoor pool is nice. There was a friendly, informal atmosphere among the employees - desk clerks, breakfast staff, and housekeepers.
