Me and my family was traveling from Delaware to visit family. After a 6 1/2 drive I get to the hotel and to check in and there was a sign that read " All reservation are canceled, there are no rooms available." There was nobody at the front desk and papers and information was scattered all over the desk. Compu

My room was canceled and I never received notice. I highly doubt using Expedia in the future and I would not recommend staying at this location.

We made a reservation for three nights, got a confirmation, and paid. We even got the hotel's message through Expedia stating the check-in information and asking if we wanted to reserve early check-in, etc. When we showed up to check in on Thursday, the desk told us that they were all booked up and not honoring reservations due to a "maintenance issue." No contact about it in advance, no notes about this on their booking pages, nothing. Just a desk worker telling us our reservation was canceled when we walked in with our luggage and our toddler. He showed me an iPad screen where he clicked "cancel with refund" and assured me I would get an email with a full refund. I've received no such email and it's been several days. We now have to jump through a lot of hoops to get our $245 back when we never were even permitted to check in. Expedia has had trouble contacting the property and I think we're going to have to get G6 management involved directly. We scrambled to find another hotel, which the desk worker unhelpfully told us it'd be hard to do because "it's a weekend" when we asked for his suggestions. (If only we'd thought ahead and made a reservation!) Again, stay away.

Showed up and saw a sign that all reservations were canceled. Tried to call the number they listed for help and that number was not in service.

I couldn’t even check it n. So I didn’t stay. Nobody was at the front desk. A person at the lobby told me that she was employee of the hotel and was fired earlier same day as well as the rest of the stuff. Lobby area was greasy, cart with dirty look sundry was in the middle of it! Stay away from this place as far as possible. I requested full refund!

There were several people mingling around the entrance with others sitting at a picnic table close by drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. It definitely wasn't a good look. Thursday night when returning from a meeting at 8:00 PM there were 2 men in kilts in the lobby and the older one was on his phone no doubt trying to check into this hotel. Friday night I arrived at the property at 9:30 PM there were people standing around in the lobby with no one at the front desk. My room key wouldn't open the door. I went to the lobby a woman who is part of housekeeping staff informed me operators of the hotel shut down the system and left the property. She made a phone call and told me a person would be coming in about 15 minutes. A guy showed up with a couple of pry bars and forced the door open. He said if leaving the room to place the security latch into the door jamb to prevent it from closing completely. I had no intention of leaving my room after this incident. This morning when leaving at 9:15 AM the woman who I spoke with last night was mopping floors in the lobby and entrance areas. She told me to leave the key at the front desk since there was no one present again. This indicates to me they're indifferent. Motel 6 company must revoke the franchise from these owners for turning off the key system.

They cancelled my room without let me know, and even they cancelled my second day and they still charged me. It is so unfair.
- 1/5
I booked a hotel on Expedia in advance. When I arrived, the hotel informed me they had given away my room and were full. It didn't matter that Expedia had already charged my credit card for the weekend. Clearly the hotel found someone willing to pay more on a crowded weekend and disregarded my reservation. The issue is Expedia refuses to refund their charge to my credit card even though the hotel gave away my room. Expedia is a 15 B$/yr company that is only concerned with boosting their stock price. If you want to be treated fairly, find another website to book travel with - there are many alternatives!!

I didn't end up staying because the manager said there had been a mixup with Motel 6 (not Super 8 as previously reported). Either way, they did not have my reserved room, and I had to seek accommodations elsewhere. Frankly, it was a relief. The General Manager lacked professionalism and people skills. It looked under-maintained from the outside. I'm frankly glad I didn't end up staying there.

Very bad no communication . Said our room is not avilable and they are fully booked at 8 pm when we are checking in driving 4 hrs .

Nothing Arriving at night and seeing a paper in the window if the lobby that all reservations are cancelled, place is full. Blaming booking com on being clear that it's just a first come first serve reservation that I made.. what is that? Owner, stop listing in third parties if you know there is a problem, or unr just getting a backup list thru booking. Com? Not ok.
- 1/5
I made a reservation for a room via Expedia, but when I arrived a few hours later, the lobby had a whiteboard displayed saying all reservations had been cancelled. There were no employees there and a dozen people were waiting in the lobby. I don't know if this issue was due to the hotel not managing their reservations properly or an issue on Expedia's end.

But the hall and corridor smelled like marijuana. My room floor was dirty, they don’t even vacuum the place. I found a fake lash beside my bad, and the floor was sticky. The kitchen was ok, but the refrigerator was really old. The bathroom floor was also dirty. I know it was the best price in town, but I wouldn’t come back.
- 4/5
Everything about the place is pretty mediocre, except the price point. You can hardly go wrong with this place at this price. Comes with a kitchen, so that's handy

The photo of the hotel on the Internet is an old photo and nothing like the actual building. The Manager had no idea as to how to register me. The building is more than twenty years old and looks that way. TV remote didn't work, trash not picked up for several days, dryer didn't work so no clean towels or bedsheets, microwave controls only in Spanish, driveway and parking lot had large potholes, all communications are written out on paper or old cardboard, Sherif patrol was called twice. Not a very good experience and will never return.
- 1/5
There was no name on the building, the sign had been covered in black plastic, there were big hand-written cardboard signs in the windows, one of which said no vacancy, there were no sheets or towels available, they cancelled our reservation without telling us, we got out of there as fast as possible. It looks like it’s a short term apartment building now. This should NEVER have been on a HOTELS.com website. None of the staff were wearing uniforms or name tags. Super sketchy.
- 1/5
I will never book with this property ever again. I saw a No Vacancy sign upon arrival. I just assumed I was already included. As to why there was no vacancy. I found out my reservation was cancelled. It was not by me. I had to reach out to hotels.com for a refund that I have yet to receive. There was a line of others ahead of me experiencing the same issue

Made a 3-night reservation using Expedia. When arrive to the property to checking there a sing on the door said were sold out. Their front desk was staff there a number to call after dialing the number several times someone answer, inform her that I had a reservation and I need to be checking she told me that were sold out and I need to contact who I made I reservation with get my money refund. Unless you want to find yourself looking for a place to stay at your arrivel DO NOT MAKE RESERVSTION ON THIS PROPERTY.
- 1/5
Not sure what happened or why but the staff/manager said there were no rooms. We’d had the reservation for two weeks. We even called a few hours earlier and were told everything is all set. We were fortunate that we were able to stay with family after driving for 6 hours. I can’t speak for the family traveling with an infant or the other people being turned away. Staff did their best in a chaotic situation.
- 1/5
I showed up after reserving and no one was there to take me in for a room so I had to go to another hotel. I want my money back.
- 0.5/5
Nothing. My reservation was canceled when I arrived because their computer systems were down. Not happy at all.
- 2/5
The hotel is to be non smoking but clearly that was not the case because all we could smell was cigarette smoke. Last but not least, the windows would not close completely or lock.

The staff were overwhelmed. The dryers weren't working so the staff couldn't provide clean linens. The lobby filled with angry customers who arrived at the hotel and couldn't get a room. The staff put a note on the window at the front desk stating they weren't accepting new arrivals and left. No customer service at all. 😲
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
There was no attempt to recommend other services in the area or allow me to use the phone. I had asked is there was a restroom I could use after traveling 6 hours to get there - she said no. While we sat in our car trying to work with Expedia to get a new hotel other patrons were arriving and leaving and she came outside to turn them away. While driving away two ladies sitting at the front door smoking flipped us the middle finger.
- 1/5
I booked my stay and when I arrived at the hotel they had no space to accommodate me,just a terrible experience after driving for 5 hours . At least they should have notified me first
- 1/5
We booked a reservation two weeks ago. We arrived at 4:00pm on May 14, 2026 and were told by the person manning the reception counter that there were no rooms available and our reservation would not be honored. There were multiple people loitering in the lobby and the desk person acted as if we were interrupting him. Rude doesn't even cover it.
- 1/5
They cancelled my reservation without notice and left me without a place to stay at 1am. Worst experience ever
- 1/5
I didn't like the property at all because they didn't have a room for me and several others even though we had reservations. Beware of this place.

I drove up to check in at 10:30 at night. Inside the lobby, there was no one behind the front desk, but a group of people hanging out int he lobby chairs. A woman told me I couldn't check in--there systems were down and I had to find somewhere else to stay. That's it. Thankfully, an Expedia expert was able to book me into another hotel. Thank you Expedia!

hotel room (316) had not been sweep or vacuumed for a while. a lot of dirt, dust, and food debris on the floor throughout the hotel room and the bathroom area.

There were stains on the sheets. Also there was a sign at the front desk indicating that the dryer was broken and that they were not changing Lenin or towels. Ugh.

Yes.. Heat when I needed it. Yes Air conditioner when needed. Thank You for my stay.
- 5/5
Everything was nice no issues
- 4/5
Breakfast non existent. Parking lot tight. Paper thin walls.
- 1/5
There were many things wrong. First the parking lot was awful. Snow and ice all around. The sidewalk as well. My wife has a hard time walking so she had to be careful. The room didn't have anything in it when it came to stuff for the kitchen area. Had to call housekeeping for a list of what we needed. No towel to dry our hands with. The TV remote didn't work well. A minor issue. Trash was left by the elevator for a while.
- 3/5
Aside from these issues, the overall studio looked good!

Clean Rooms
- 2/5
The desk staff was friendly. The room, however, was lacking. We paid extra for our dog so they put us in a kennel. It was not like the photo, which was of a well-equipped room taken probably 15 years ago. It was a worn-out room with a double bed, not the queen-size we booked and numerous maintenance failings. The heat didn't work well (settings were screwy); there was no fan in the bathroom (with mold indicated as a result), the counters were coming apart, the light fixture cover was off and sitting on a shelf, the closet curtain was missing. In addition, the remote control did not work with the TV. It wasn't the battery; it was an incompatible remote. The desk clerk gave us another one that did work.

Clean Rooms
- 2/5
Person who checked us in was very nice but the person who checked me out was a little tense with her tone of voice. The lobby smells like pot and the room was not as clean as it should have been. The building is “worn” in general and the room had a horrible chemical smell. Lots of dust in corners. Rust spots on bathroom ceiling and in kitchenette area. Little loud at night. Hallways smell like pot. It doesn’t feel like you are staying in a nice hotel. It feels dumpy and a little creepy. Breakfast-no creamer for coffee and breakfast is really not much. Wires running everywhere in room and being crushed by beds. No way I’d stay there again.
- 1/5
Wasnt clean, mold on ceiling, mold in bathroom, bed wasnt made
- 2/5
Very run down hotel. Entire building and the rooms were old and tired and stained and scuffed.
- 1/5
Staff really didn't know how to do their job & also didnt pay attention to their system & just tried to open my room door & say I wasnt supposed to be there even though I paid for 2 nights
- 4/5
Room was clean, and with my work hours I got a muffin as a snack after work 😋
- 4/5
The room was very good, and the heat worked very well. The lobby staff were also very friendly. There were two issues - whoever was in the room before had put the iron on the window to bring cool air in, which I eventually found and took off. The TV didn't work very well - the signal kept breaking up every five seconds. Those were the only problems in what was otherwise a very good experience.
- 1/5
Awful. Three different rooms because the place is in shambles. First room freezing cold the window was broken when we got in, second room tub wouldn’t drain tried to plunge and brought up gross debris and wouldn’t drain. No maintenance personnel and no help with issues. Third room were only double beds and in terrible shape. A strong smell of pot coming from the hallway. Terrible experience and will never go back.
- 5/5
The room was large and comfortable. The staff was nice and the location was great
- 3/5
Get what you pay for.
- 2/5
Upon an initial entrance, this hotel rooms floors are dusty look like they haven’t been swept in awhile. they’re bathtub and bathroom sink would constantly fill up with water because the drains are clogged. The bathtub and sink would have pieces of hair and white stuff coming out in the water was filling up. And then as you would expect the water takes a while to drain like over 30 minutes. The bathtubs also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. The floor that I was on reeked of marijuana, despite no smoking on property signs for the whole time that I was there which was two nights.
- 4/5
yes
- 4/5
Elevator was not working the whole weekend.
- 3/5
Had stain on blanket, elevator didnt work. Rust on fridge
- 1/5
The room smelled horrible!! A first floor room and the window didn't lock all the way which wasn't very secure at all. The other guests continued to prop the outside door open to allow access to anyone wanting acess to the horel.
- 2/5
Room was in sad shape and in serious need of updating. Damaged furniture. Rusty refrigerator. Owner needs to put some money into it.
- 2/5
Very poor managment, multiple challenges overall, but no bugs :-) If you want to know more, just ask
- 2/5
The room we stayed in was not like the photos. The beds had been recently updated and were clean, but the carpet was definitely a few decades old, and disgusting. There was a lot of noise outside in the wee hours of the morning, a group of people arguing loudly. I would not choose to stay here again.
- 3/5
This place is pretty run down, and the room was very bare and had a lot of damage. BUT, the people were wonderful and if we needed anything, they figured out how to get it to us. There are no ice machines on the property, but ice trays in room, but a couple of them tasted bad. The place was 'somewhat clean' but smelled like pot in the hallways and urine by the doors (yes, even inside). The rooms (we had 2) all had a smell like smokers had been there. We were there 5 nights, and no cleaning service at all, but that's okay, we had enough towels. As nice as the people are who worked there, I won't be staying here again. Oh, and all the shower/tubs dripped.
- 3/5
The hotel is pretty shabby. There were no real glasses in the room, no ice, I had to wait 25 minutes for coffee to brew in the morning. Breakfast is a Nutragrain bar or small packaged muffin and there is no non-sweetened creamer for the coffee. Broken furniture in the room, sticky floor, no real hot water, rusty fridge door, and the elevator floor was dirty, no shampoo available, so although I wasn't expecting anything fancy, I was not expecting bare bones amenities. The fridge was clean inside and the bathroom was clean enough. Staff was nice and as helpful as they could be, though.
- 3/5
If you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay this place is fine, however you get what you pay for (property was worn down, mattress was not the quality you get in something like a Hyatt or Holiday Inn). The room was clean. No toiletries other than a small bar soap and you could ask for "bar shampoo" at the desk. Safe area but outer doors are not locked at night.
- 3/5
The room was clean but in serious need of upgrade. The door deadbolt didnt work because it looks like the door had been kicked open. The fridge door was rusty. Inside was clean, though. It was quiet and convenient location
- 2/5
Beds are comfortable and the shower was fine. I feel bad for the staff who were lovely and tried their best to keep up. I don’t understand the underinvestment in this property because it wasn’t super cheap and it was fully booked when I stayed. The electrical room on the 2 nd floor had a mechanical noise/ buzz the whole 3 days I stayed. I borrowed cookware. The dishes were fine but the pots were really bad quality and in bad condition. Location is great.
- 3/5
The room and furniture were broken (peeling formica counter, broken drawer in dresser) and the breakfast consisted of cold coffee, no sweetener, a few muffins and cereal bars
- 1/5
Old, not clean and rusty
- 1/5
Your hotel is a dirty and disgusting experience. We left it was so bad mold in the bathroom floor was sticky. Overall it's need to be closed and cleaned but that my not even help.
- 4/5
The room was clean, but their was stains in one of the queen beds sheets.
- 1/5
Horrible place to stay. We lasted a half an hour.
- 2/5
Rooms old beaten no phone no lightbulbs / keys constantly don’t work. Parties tailgate in parking lot all night bottles unleashed pitbulls can’t make this crap up
- 5/5
Great location. Everything good about the stay
- 3/5
It was nice that they made our early check in possible, and that they were pleasant and accommodating. It was rather disturbing that they scanned my wife’s driver’s license as well, with no satisfactory response as to why and what was intended with the data. The air conditioning/heating unit gave off a peculiar odor when we turned it on, so we did not use it for the stay. The shower handle had to be cranked off quite forcefully to stop the water, and cranked equally hard to start the water.
- 2/5
Back door would not close and lock; unsafe.
- 1/5
Horrible… 2 fire alarms at 338 and 5am was wayyyyy too much!!!
- 3/5
water is leaking in the bath tub and friz is not good condition.
- 3/5
Noise level of other guests at unacceptable Hours was frustrating
- 1/5
People were outside being loud. Not sure but they could have had drugs. The place was dirty, and run down. The room wasn't too bad, but the tub was dripping all night. The bed was not comfortable, it felt like an old mattress.
- 4/5
I loved the proximity to the stores and restaurants. The room could use a renovation. The bathroom ceiling had evidence of previous mold. The countertop in the kitchenette looked like it could use some caulking. I will say that the room next to us was getting remodeled and it was looking really nice.
- 3/5
Dishes needed to be requested frim front desk. Shampoo needed to be requested which seemed very strange. They we're all out of shampoo when we inquired and the guy at the desk just said oh I guess we need to order more. It's pretty bad when a hotel doesn't even have shampoo for the guests. The water in the tub ran continually.
- 5/5
Tons of parking, including a few spots in front and on the sides, but the real gem is the huge lot in the back. If you park back there, chances are you’ll have a clear view of your car from your room—very convenient and secure! The room was spacious and peaceful—perfect for prepping for my major exam. I actually ended up booking an extra night just to unwind afterward. The kitchenette came in handy, and the sofas and chairs were super comfy. Everything was clean, the water pressure was great, and the bathroom (including the tub!) was well-maintained. Highly recommend for both work and relaxation!
- 4/5
Healthy food at breakfast is good and inexpensive to offer; Fruit, nuts, water.
- 1/5
The rest are all negative: 1. Inaccurate advertisement: The ad indicated that it offered rollover/sofa bed. I was told that it was not true when I requested the extra rollover bed. 2. No basic amenities: there was no hair dryer which should be the minimum that should offered. 3. There was marijuana smell in across the hallway. At least the room did not have marijuana Overall, this was not a pleasant stay for me and made me question if the 10/10 reviews are even real.
- 1/5
We did not stay there we checked out once we saw the room and condition of hotel, we filed a complaint and we were never refunded.
- 1/5
There was a very shifty crowd there. Everything smelled really bad. After check in the room was open when we went to open the room. The carpet had visible dirt on it. There was mold growing in the fridge. The microwave was running and the only way to shut it off was to open the door. We left within 10 minutes
- 3/5
We only stayed for overnight sleep. The beddings and towels are clean. Telephone is not working and dusty. We did not use any of the kitchen stuff but generally good. Front desk is helpful. Thank you for a clean room.
- 5/5
Amazing! we only stayed to sleep for one night. We never had any problems. My only comment was we can hear the highway noise but it was not too loud that would interrupt sleep.
- 1/5
The room door was not locking correctly. Safety concerns
- 1/5
Rooms are old, terrible condition. Smells like smoke and musty. Bathroom ceiling has mold. We stayed for only one night and had to check out. Manager has yet to contact me to confirm the refund.

4am, there is a party in the parking lot. Looks like fun, but i just want to sleep. Called front desk, no help. I understand people are living in this hotel.. but there must be some rules!?
- 1/5
The door we had didn’t lock it could be pushed open from the outside so unable to leave things in room during day. Stains on sink and tub, fridge covered in rust. Left after first night
- 5/5
It was a pleasant stay! The front desk staff were always so kind. Thank you again.

This hotel was horrible! Everything about it SCREAMED horror movie! The second floor lights were out! It was spooky and unsafe! The room was disgusting, it smelled horrible, there was a hole in the door, where it looked like someone had kicked it in! I immediately checked out, got a refund and booked a new hotel. I would NOT recommend!

My original booking is 5/20/25-5/14/25. I called Extended Stay to modify my stay and I was told to speak to front desk. Extended Stay Henrietta NY are not staff with management past 1500. I was told to come to front seat the next day before 1500. On 5/11/25, I spoke to front desk and told them I wanted to leave early 5/12/25. Front desk reported to me that I can leave but will not get any money. I said to her I spoke to Expedia and they instructed me to inform front desk. On 5/12/25, I checked out at 10:30am. Front desk told me that they do not give receipt. I asked for a printed copy. I called the Corporate Extended Stay and they reported to me that Extended Stay Henrietta NY reported me as still inside their property- that I didn’t leave. I told Corporate office that I left- there’s camera in the property, and those camera receivers me handing the key card and speaking to frontdesk. if the camera works, there should be a timestamp of when I left. This property refuse to refund my money, refuse to modify my stay, refuse to give me my receipt and lied about my stay.
- 1/5
It just felt old, dirty and unsafe, due to the other guests and type of beat up cars parked there. For what I paid for the room, I could have stayed at the Hilton up the street. Free breakfast was a "to go bag" with a granola bar only! The other hotels offer eggs, milk, yogurt, bread, oranges, oatmeal, coffee.
- 1/5
We booked PREPAID a week prior to check in. Yet, upon checking in late (REMEMBER IT WAS PREPAID) they said they only had 1 room. Room 333 right across from the elevator. We entered the room and ALL THE CABINETS AND MICROWAVE DOORS WERE OPEN! The cabinet bases were chewed up, like it was vandalized! I called the desk and they said this means the room was cleaned but not inspected by mgmt! I asked for another room and they said they were actually OVERBOOKED BY NEGATIVE ONE ROOM! The next morning 7am LOUD CONSTRUCTION BEGAN IN THE ROOM NEXT TO THIS ROOM! THEY WERE INSTALLING NEW FLOORING! THEY SHOULD NEVER RENT OUT ROOM 333 KNOWING LOUD CONSTRUCTION WOULD HAPPEN! I called the desk asking for a room change for the second night and they said no. No manager was available. I will be requesting a full refund for my stay.

Great location, clean but outdated hotel.

Not only was the room completely devoid of plates, cups, pots, toaster, coffee maker, etc but the items that were available were in very poor condition. The fridge and the microwave were all rusty inside and out. Even the remote control was held up by tape. The outlets in the bathroom were out, so we had to dry our hair in the so-called kitchen. The beds were so bad that I had trouble sleeping the whole time we were there. And the breakfast was nothing but a small coffee cart that had 1 container for hot water, 1 for coffee, a few packets of oatmeal, and a few cereal bars. The whole thing fit on a 1-yard long counter. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Not worth the price at all.
- 3/5
A few issues- key card didn't work in one of the outside doors, 2 lamps in the room didn't work, toilet seat was barely screwed on to the toilet. Bed was clean and relatively comfortable and the heat/ac worked well. Good for a quick overnight.

Totally disgusting. I have bad allergies and sensitivity to cigarette and vape odors. The hallway wreaked of it. Went to room. Was in room less than 3 minutes. Went back to lobby and got out of dodge.

TV was not working when I checked in. Room needed a refresh.

Stayed for 1 night room smelled there was also no shampoo

If you’ve ever stayed at an Extended Stay American, then you’re aware of the deal. It’s a mix of longer term residents and travelers, that inherently brings a certain atmosphere. It’s not luxury, it’s not quiet, and the breakfast is not robust. However, the staff is friendly, the rooms are generally clean (if not very worn in), and for the price, it’s hard to expect much more. I wouldn’t choose it for a family vacation or a romantic getaway, but for a night or two passing through, it’s worth a look.

Room was clean and tidy. Minor maintenance would help with review. Overall good stay for decent fee

Great stay, friendly staff

Terrible service. No blow dryers available, even though they said there would be. They required a security deposit IN CASH which was not stated prior. They had to inspect the room before giving our deposit back. They seemed very understaffed and didn’t seem to care about the guests needs

It was a nice clean place to lay my head for the night

I left immediately. The room was disgustingly dirty. Very disappointed in management. Refused a refund. Highly discourage this option. Booked the Marriott down the street and went there instead.

Uncomfortable room
- 4/5
Very reasonably priced for the area. I reserved a double queen room. When I arrived, they had given the room to someone else. To make things right, they gave me 2 single rooms for the price of one. Rooms were clean, but kitchens were a little dated. An ice machine on the property would have been nice. All in all, a very good stay.

Nice area, but hotel is barely a 2 star hotel even though they charge you pretty good money per night

It looked nothing like the pictures it was disgusting.

Clean place

Very friendly staff. Would book it again!

I stayed for five nights and they never changed the sheets on the bed, they never brought clean towels, nobody ever asked us if we needed anything. Under the bed was very dirty. Early in the morning there were people slamming doors and talking loudly.
- 1/5
I’ve stayed in much nicer extended stay hotels, this was the worst. A bit of the ghetto in the suburbs. Smells like piss and weed through out, music playing loud until late, lousy breakfast, sticky floor, nasty kitchen.
- 1/5
Upon arrival at the property we were informed that there was no room available for me and my family, this was after speaking with an employee on the property earlier that day to confirm reservations. The staff there was not helpful at all and completely indifferent to our situation. I would NOT recommend this property.

I found a bedbug ,not wifi
- 3/5
It was a bit pricey for what it is. The property and room seemed a bit dated. Also, the piercing fire alarm went off on Sunday at 7am which made for a fantastic wake-up. Apparently, it had already gone off a day or two before....

It was horrible.
- 4/5
Friendly and courteous staff. Interesting guests. Barracks-style bed frame. No hangers. Doors didn't close too well.
- 1/5
It was not clean, the air was stuffy, it was smelling bad and my clothes smelled like cigarette after a night at the hotel.
- 2/5
Glad I was here for one night only. The hallway had a moldy smell. The room had it too but cranking up the AC made it less noticeable. The place definitely needs updates.

I'd have to say, this was a bad experience. As soon as i got there, i knew i had made a mistake. So, i at first i webt ro my room, but when i saw bugs on the bed, i got on the phone with Country Inn and Suites by Raddison, and left to stay at a much nicer place with a much nicer clientele.

Just a really old property, thankfully no abandoned cars or anything, convenient location. Cabinets are all chipped. The fridge i guess works but definitely probably as old as i am. Only the front door works appropriately, all the other doors wont open with your key. Most seemed to be permanently propped open. “Grab and go breakfast” consisted of nutri grain bars and old coffee, not even hot, not water bottles. Old sticky carpet. Wouldn’t recommend for sure, but not too many affordable options.

I don't feel that the property matched the pictures shown on Expedia. The room was very dark and outdated, with some obvious repairs that were done. I can't put my finger on any one thing that turned me off, but it just didn't feel right, and didn't meet my expectations given by Expedia. I believe you should visit the property to reevaluate for future recommendations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Guests were smoking near property even though posted not to do so.

The smell in the hallways are terrible smells like old water very bad mildew smell

I have stayed at hotels of various quality and price throughout my life. We passed on several cheaper hotel options thinking we would be gaining a better experience staying at an Extended Stay America (ESA). The pictures of ESA looked good, and we were thinking ‘you get what you pay for’. Given that, we could have never have imagined the quality of our room would be this poor. I am ashamed my family had to go through this experience, and I feel like we should receive at least some of a refund. I reached out to ESA first (I figured I'd give them a chance to make this right), but I am being told they cannot issue a refund because I went through Expedia. I wonder if Expedia will try to make this right.

Extremely sketchy for a fairly good area of town.

It seems an old property

Management is poor. Booked King bed and it was not available Aug 18th and 19th. Microwave not working, carpet was dirty.
- 1/5
My room has absolutely nothing in it. They have one bar of soap 2 towels a bed a chair a desk a tv and remote that was it - I had the kitchen without a single item in it no microwave no hair dryer and then the best part of this whole experience the shadiest people stayed here… and the fire alarm went off at 1 am … someone knocked on my door before then a bunch of drunk people. Terrible experience I do not recommend - staff was very nice

I was extremely disappointed in this property. The elevator was filthy. The hallways were not well lit and when entering my assigned room, I was greeted with the distinct smell of cigarette smoke embedded in the tapestry. This was not a 5 star hotel and that was not my expectation; but the conditions were not livable even for one night. I forfeited the room without a refund.
- 1/5
When booking the room, it was described as a renovated room, which it was not. The long hallway to our room reeked to the point of me gagging, and any other trips in and out of the room, I breathed through my mouth due to the sour smell mixed with pot smoke that permeated the rugs. In the room, our sheets had cigarette burn holes, there was hair clogging the shower, the shower curtain was musty, and the refrigerator opened such that you had to pull the door as wide as you could toward you then go around it to get in the fridge. We are still sore from the box spring-feeling mattress and the flat pillows. The lamps did not turn on despite being plugged in, and it took us a few minutes to figure out we had to plug in the tv ourselves. The front of the air conditioner was broke off and we were unable to put it back on. There were dust bunnies along the edge of the room. When we checked in, the woman at the counter was mumbling about her coworker in the back waiting until the last minute to complete some task needed before 3pm check ins. When we returned from an outing around 10pm, we had to walk through pot smoke to get to the front door, as there was an employee or employee’s family member sitting on a lawn chair near the entrance smoking. Overall, this was the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.

The property was dated, and our first room had a leak in the bathroom. Our second room smelled like curry and there was a fight on our floor. It's not a place you want to spend a night. The front desk was not attentive and when I checked out (the same day I checked in) they forgot to check me out in their system, making getting a refund more difficult for me. They would not answer the phone and I had to drive back to ask them to please take me out of their system—terrible experience.

It was represented as smoke free. The room smelt pot and tobacco. A security door was open. Breakfast was coffee in the lobby
- 1/5
The room smelled like smoke the curtain rode was broken half off the wall. The sinked leaked there wasn't any utensils for the kitchen area.the rugs had stains all over it. They say a grab and go breakfast they had nothing. It say no smokeing with in a hounded feet of the building people was smoking by the entrance. And alot of the people there live there its looks like a homeless shelter
- 1/5
The staff I interacted with were pleasant and friendly. That was the only positive part of the experience. I booked a non-smoking room, and the room I got did indeed have the no-smoking sticker on the mirror in the room. However, this place either doesn't enforce their no-smoking policies, or the room was just converted to non-smoking last week. The reek was overwhelming. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. Also, the bathroom light was failing and gave up the ghost while brushing my teeth prior to going to bed. The toilet seat was also falling apart and barely survived my stay, holding on by one last brave little bolt. The overall place was looking very worse for wear, with decay and disrepair evident just about everywhere.

Was smelling not properly cleaned

Avoid this place! Find another location. Did not get the room we were confirmed for. No toilet paper. No elevator. Floors were disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom, the floors and the carpet. Poorly managed. Very shady activity in the back parking lot.

The property had a disgusting musty mildew odor in the room it smelled like musty old clothing i will never go there again it reminded me of the hotel homeless shelters
- 3/5
Location was great, staff was amazing. There was limited and stale breakfast items very dirty and housed long term homeless people. Lots of smoking and activity outside front of building. Rooms were not as expected for the price
- 2/5
The front desk team was amazing, we interacted with them often. The hotel is old, rundown, and has thin walls (I could hear my neighbor snoring). The rooms are kitchenettes but you need to go to the lobby for all of your dishes, coffee pot, toaster, etc. When we were there the elevator was broken. The front desk had trouble with their computer and internet making the process of checking in take close to an hour for 2 of us. Again, the front desk team was amazing! I would hire any one of them for any customer facing position, they were aces!

The Extended Stay in Henrietta was awful. Broken appliances and furniture fixtures in terrible condition. Carpets are in desperate need of cleaning or probably replacement. We checked out after the second night because it was so bad. The hotel manager refused to change rooms or cancel the rest of the stay. Hotels.com offered a $300 credit but because the hotel manager wouldn’t refund the stay that’s the best that they could do.
- 2/5
Will not be staying there again, nor will we be using Expedia again.
