The staff was kind and helpful. The room was fairly clean. The location was what we needed. The tvs didn't work well in the room. There were two, one of them worked pretty well the first day but the second day it did not work with netflix. The other tv showed the picture but there was no sound at all. the breakfast was not great. Also the shower/bathtub drain was very slow.

Our carpet in the room was not vacuumed well. Cereal on floor around bed. No housekeeping on Sunday. We had to go get our own clean towels. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location for going to a concert at the Hard Rock. Decent breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles & other things. Room was comfortable. A noon check-out is later than most other places - we appreciated that! The hot tub was closed and the pool was very small and didn't look too appealing.

It was really a good stay

the room was not ready when we arrived, so the front desk person (the best thing about our stay) put us into another room. The bed was hard, the toilet was wobbly and the switch for the light above the mirror in the bathroom did not work. Also the floor we were put on (3rd) was full of families whose kids were yelling, running up and down the hall, slamming doors, knocking on doors (including ours) up till around midnight and then again starting around 6am.

I booked 4 rooms and selected to pay when we arrived. When we got there the lady at the front desk charged my card for all of the rooms. She then said the Expedia told her to do it. Which I felt was very wrong. And never authorized the charges she said I would have to take it up with Expedia. She had a condescending attitude towards me when I questioned it. She Said next time I book with a third party you should plan on using the card that I booked with. Which was not the case I book for family members that were not able to do it.

Room was okay- even with changing the thermostat, the temp was not change. Also, turning the fan to “on,” did not turn the fan on. There are no clocks in the rooms, and the wake up call was off by 45 mins.

The staff was very welcoming—we arrived for a very late check-in, and they were super friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a one-night stay. However, the noise from passing cars was quite noticeable, which made it hard to fully relax. Breakfast was average. I’ve stayed at the same hotel in Madison West before, and the breakfast there was much better. This location didn’t quite measure up in that regard.

Breakfast had a variety of egg dishes that are not found elsewhere and the coffee was very good. We were very pleased.

When we booked this reservation it said continental breakfast. It was a full breakfast buffet and you all should make sure to say that in your ad. Mary did a great job welcoming and asking if everything was ok. Great place to stay!

The property is pretty nice but starting to show it's age. Bathroom sink faucet sticks, HVAC system does not seem to being in fresh air to the room and windows do not open.

We had a great stay! The hotel was super clean and nice and quiet—just what we needed after a long day of travel. Checking in after 9 PM was a breeze. The beds weren’t the comfiest ever, but the cool, powerful A/C made for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was exactly what you’d expect for a three-star—simple, but enough to fill you up before heading out. Loved the bath products in the room, a nice little touch! Overall, a comfortable, no-fuss spot that checked all the boxes.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Our room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The a/c was noisy and the tv had a hard time loading netflix but otherwise great. It even had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. The coffee was better than hotel coffee. All for a very good price! Would definitely stay again.

Overall it was good. Sunday Morning was apporched bye a women. Who came in from parking lot begging for money for a loaf of bread and lunch meat. It was very unsettling

I had to hunt down housekeeping to get new towels after 4 nights with no services. I asked at the front desk, but obviously, the desk help didn't pass the word on to the housekeeping staff.

Very good experience. WiFi worked. Pool was clean. Breakfast had a good variety (3 cereals, waffles, yogurt, eggs, sausage (real and veggie), toast, juice, etc.)

We stopped overnight just to cut our drive into two days. Everything was perfect and was exactly what we needed to rest before we reached the finish line for the week.

Claimed they had trailer parking, they in fact had NO trailer parking. So I had to park my truck and trailer a mile away. Not very happy will definitely never be using this company again.

The USB ports on the charger in the room didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk to inform them and the clerk said “We know. None of them work.”. The entire hall smelled like weed. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

We really looked forward to the wonderful breakfast buffet. It had a great variety and was fresh. It was well maintained and clean.

I greatly appreciate the receptionist that checked us in. Very pleasant. The phones were down and could not contact them regarding our late arrival. The only other complaint is that they did not have soy or almond milk and the breakfast was very simple (fruit was not fresh).

Property is clean but well worn. The staff seemed uninformed upon check in as to the details of the reservation. Had problems with the television, and the staff just shrugged and threw up their hands. Not their problem.

The bathroom had lots of room tub was look like it was old. The breakfast had lots of options, but the orange juice tasted a little water down so there was no flavor. Would I stay here again? Yes

We were expecting to have access to a pool and hot tub but they were drained and when we booked it said nothing about them not being in service. We were very disappointed. This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

In town for a funeral and the staff were wonderful. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and tasteful ly decorated. Would recommend this hotel.

I specifically reserved a room with a bathtub but got one with only a shower because they said mine wasnt ready. The room was clean and simple but nice, but the pillows and washcloths smelled sweaty. It was okay, but I left pretty sleep deprived. Would not recommend the rooms, but the staff were very kind.

I had stay here for a night and I had to leave because of the bed bugs on the bed. It was horrible, after 3 days I was still itching and itching on my back and feet. When i told the front desk lady They had bed bugs she was like oh sorry to hear. they turn off the Air-condition on the lobby so gets very hot and the room air condition was not good either. I called the Rockford city health department about the dirtiness of this hotel and will never stay here again.

I stayed here for a business conference. It’s close to the Hard Rock Casino which was pretty fun to go to, even though I really don’t gamble. The breakfast was a nice perk.
